Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fishing line spool for winding and holding a fishing line.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of fishing line for fishing line, for example, the one shown in FIG. 10 is known.
That is, as shown in the figure, a spool 51 having flange portions 56 and 57 projecting in the outer peripheral direction at the upper and lower end edges of a cylindrical thread winding portion 54 around which a fishing line is wound, and from the lower side in the axial direction of the spool 51. A disk-shaped support member 52 that engages with the spool 51 and supports the spool 51 in a relatively rotatable manner is provided, and an operation recess 60 is provided on the upper surface in the axial direction of the spool 51.
This fishing line winding support member 52 is provided with a flange receiving portion 58 having a diameter larger than that of the lower edge flange portion 56, and further, the flange receiving portion 58 is provided with a recess into which the lower edge flange portion 56 can be loosely fitted. Thus, the lower edge flange portion 56 is loosely fitted in the recess, whereby the lower surface (that is, the supporting member facing surface) and the peripheral side surface of the lower edge flange portion 56 are covered with the flange receiving portion 58. .
[0003]
In such conventional fishing line winding, even if the outer peripheral edge of the support member 52 (flange receiving portion 58) is grasped from below with one hand, the relative rotation of the spool 51 is not hindered. By inserting the spool 51 into the operation recess 60 from above and relatively rotating the spool 51, there is an advantage that the fishing line can be easily wound around the spool 54 of the spool 51.
[0004]
By the way, when winding the fishing line in a state in which the fishing line is tightly stretched with the slack removed, it is necessary to fix the spool with one hand and wind it while applying tension to the fishing line with the other hand.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional line winding for fishing lines, as described above, when the fishing line is slackened while the spool is being wound by rotating the spool while grasping the support member with one hand, the slack may occur. When the tension is applied to the fishing line with the other hand to remove the spool, the spool rotates in the direction opposite to the winding direction, and therefore, there is a problem that it is impossible to wind the fishing line in the tensioned state as expected. In such a case, in order to stop the rotation of the spool, change the hand from the support member to the upper flange part and wind the fishing line, or support several fingers while holding the support member as it is. It is necessary to wind the fishing line by retreating the finger as appropriate so that the fishing line is not wound on the finger when winding the fishing line over the thread winding part from the member to the upper flange part and fixing the spool. In any case, it was very complicated.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above-described conventional problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a fishing line spool that can easily wind a fishing line while holding a support member.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, a fishing line spool according to the present invention includes a spool having a flange portion at a lower edge portion of a spool portion for winding a fishing line, and a support member that supports the spool in a relatively rotatable manner. In a fishing line spool having a supporting member provided with a flange receiving portion that is larger in diameter than the flange portion and covers the lower surface of the flange portion, a finger is applied to the flange receiving portion from the flange receiving portion side to the flange receiving portion. A cutout is provided to enable contact, and an operation recess that is recessed in a hemispherical shape on the support member side is formed on the upper surface side of the spool .
[0008]
In fishing line winding with such a structure, for example, when the fishing line is slackened while the fishing line is wound by rotating the spool while holding the support member with one hand, tension is applied to the fishing line. When it is necessary to apply the hook, the rotation of the spool can be restrained easily by bringing one finger of the hand holding the support member into contact with the flange portion through the notch from the flange receiving portion side, that is, the lower side. The fishing line can be wound with tension.
[0009]
In the present invention, the flange receiving portion is provided with a gripping portion extending outward, and an outer surface of the gripping portion is provided with a non-slip having an unevenness or a streak engraved thereon. Those are preferred.
Further, in the present invention, it is preferable that the notches are respectively provided at two portions of the flange receiving portion facing each other. By adopting such a configuration, the flange portion can be held with two fingers from the flange receiving portion side of the support member, and further, the rotation of the spool can be further suppressed, and the tension can be easily and sufficiently applied. A fishing line can be wound over.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
For convenience, in the present embodiment, the spool side as viewed from the support member 2 is up, and the support member side as viewed from the spool 1 is down.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a spool for fishing line of the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the spool for fishing line of the present embodiment includes a spool 1 having flange portions 6 and 7 on both upper and lower edges of a cylindrical spool 4 for winding the fishing line, and the spool 1. As shown in FIG. 2, the spool 1 and the support member 2 are configured to engage with each other in a palmed state.
[0011]
The spool 1 has a substantially cylindrical shape, and includes a spool body 10 having a concentric circular through hole 11 in the center and a bearing member 12 inserted into the circular through hole 11 of the spool body 10. Yes. Each of these is formed by appropriately molding a synthetic resin into a desired shape.
As shown in FIG. 3, the spool body 10 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and a bobbin winding portion 4 for winding a fishing line around the outer periphery is formed at an intermediate portion in the vertical direction (axial direction). Flange portions 6 and 7 are formed so as to protrude in the outer peripheral direction at both ends in the direction, that is, the lower end opposite to the support member 2 and the upper end opposite to the opposite side. . The two flange portions 6 and 7 prevent the fishing line wound around the bobbin winding portion 4 from being detached from the bobbin winding portion 4. Further, the spool body 10 is notched along the side view axis direction from the leading edge of the lower flange portion 6 (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the lower edge flange portion) to the substantially central portion of the bobbin winding portion 4. A plurality of fishing line slits 14 for inserting a fishing line are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction.
[0012]
The upper surface side of the spool body 10 excluding the circular through hole 11 is substantially closed by an upper wall portion 16, and an operation recess 18 that is recessed in a hemispherical shape on the support member side is formed on the upper surface of the upper wall portion 16. At the center of the operation recess 18 is formed an operation protrusion 19 that protrudes in a hemispherical shape from the bottom. When the spool 1 is rotated, the finger is brought into contact with the operation recess 18 and rotated. At this time, the operation protrusion 19 prevents the finger from slipping out of the operation recess 18, The operation concave portion 18 can be rotated relative to the finger with the operation convex portion 19 as a fulcrum, and the rotation operation of the spool 1 is facilitated.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 2, a cylindrical engagement portion 20 formed along the edge of the circular through hole 11 and coaxially with the spool body 10 is provided inside the spool body 10. Yes. In the cylindrical engagement portion 20, a plurality of slits 20a are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction along the vertical direction (see FIG. 3). For this reason, the cylindrical engaging part 20 is made elastically deformable in the direction of diameter expansion / contraction.
Further, an insertion protrusion 21 projecting in the inner circumferential direction is formed at the distal end of the cylindrical engagement portion 20 on the support member side.
[0014]
In addition, between this cylindrical engaging part 20 and the bobbin winding part 4, ie, between the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical engaging part 20, and the inner peripheral surface of the bobbin winding part 4, the accommodating part which can accommodate small articles, such as a fishing hook. 24, and the lower side of the accommodating portion 24 is open.
[0015]
FIG. 4 is a top view, a side view, and a bottom view showing the bearing member 12, respectively.
As shown in FIG. 4, the bearing member 12 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and includes a coaxial inner cylinder portion 27 and an outer cylinder portion 26.
The bearing member 12 is fitted into the circular through hole 11 along the direction of the arrow X shown in FIG. 5 (a), and the inner cylindrical portion 27 serves as the boss portion 27 of the spool 1 (see FIG. 2). ). At the lower end portion of the boss portion 27, a retaining convex portion 28 that protrudes inward along the inner periphery is formed.
Note that a locking flange portion 29 is provided at the upper end portion of the bearing member 12, and the locking flange portion 29 is formed on the upper surface side of the upper wall portion 16 of the spool body 10. Is inserted. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a locking projection 31 is formed at the tip of the locking flange 29, and the locking projection 31 is formed in the upper wall 16 of the spool body 10. The bearing member 12 is prevented from being pulled out of the spool body 10 by being engaged with the provided locking hole 32.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 5 (b), a belt-like groove 34 is provided at one end on the upper surface of the upper wall portion 16 of the spool 1, that is, on the upper surface of the spool body 10 and the bearing member 12 engaged with the spool body 10. To the other end.
And the cover 35 is inserted in this strip-shaped groove 34 (refer FIG. 2). As shown in FIG. 5 (b), the cover 35 has a belt shape that is substantially the same shape as the groove and is made of a resin or rubber that is more flexible than the support member 2 and the spool body 10. By being moved, it is inserted into the belt-like groove 34. At both ends of the cover 35, cut lines 35a for locking the ends of the fishing line are formed.
[0017]
The support member 2 is formed by appropriately molding a synthetic resin into a desired shape. As shown in FIG. 6, the support member 2 is larger in diameter than the lower edge flange portion 6 and has a lower surface 6 a ( A flange receiving portion 8 formed in a disk shape covering substantially the entire surface of the support member 2 is provided.
The flange receiving portion 8 is formed in a concave shape with an outer frame portion 38 protruding upward along the vicinity of the outer peripheral edge portion on the spool facing surface (upper surface) of the flange receiving portion 8. The lower edge flange portion 6 is loosely fitted so as to cover the lower surface 6a and the peripheral side surface 6b of the lower edge flange portion 6 (see FIG. 2).
[0018]
Further, the flange receiving portion 8 is provided with gripping portions 40 extending outward at two portions facing each other, and the outer peripheral surface of the gripping portion 40 is provided with unevenness or a large number of streaks. A non-slip 41 is provided. A notch 9 is provided in each of two portions that are shifted in the clockwise direction (or counterclockwise direction) from the grip 40 and adjacent to the grip 40, and are loosely fitted by the notch 9. Further, the lower surface 6a of the lower edge flange portion 6 and a part of the peripheral side surface 6b are exposed (see FIGS. 2 and 3).
Accordingly, the finger can be brought into contact with the lower edge flange portion 6 from the flange receiving portion side, that is, the lower side, through the notch 9.
[0019]
The flange receiving portion 8 is provided with an inner cylindrical frame portion 42 so as to surround the center portion, and a cylindrical shaft member 43 made of synthetic resin is sandwiched and engaged in the inner cylindrical frame portion 42. Has been. The shaft member 43 is formed with a cylindrical shaft portion 44, and a plurality of slits 45 are formed in the shaft portion 44 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction along the axial direction.
For this reason, the shaft portion 44 can be elastically deformed in the diameter expansion / contraction direction.
Further, a retaining protrusion 46 protruding in the outer peripheral direction is provided along the outer periphery at the tip end (upper end) of the shaft portion 44. The shaft portion 44 is fitted on the inner peripheral side of the boss portion 27 of the spool 1 (see FIG. 2), and the spool 1 is relatively rotatable with the shaft portion 44 as a rotation axis.
[0020]
In addition to the shaft portion 44, the shaft member 43 is provided with a coaxial cylindrical outer peripheral shaft portion 47 on the outer peripheral side.
FIG. 7 is a side view showing the shaft member 43.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral shaft portion 47 is provided with first and second circumferential grooves 22 and 23 recessed inwardly in a semicircular cross section along the outer peripheral surface. ing. The first circumferential groove 22 is provided in the vicinity of the flange receiving portion side edge, and the second circumferential groove 23 is provided in the vicinity of the spool side edge, and each of the cylindrical engaging portions 20 of the spool 1 is provided. A fitting projection 21 provided at the tip can be fitted.
[0021]
FIG. 2 shows a state in which the outer peripheral shaft portion 47 is inserted into the cylindrical engagement portion 20 and the insertion protrusion 21 is inserted into the first circumferential groove 22.
[0022]
The spool 1 can be elastically deformed in the direction of expansion and contraction of the diameter of the cylindrical engagement portion 20 and can slide relative to the support member 2 in the axial direction. As shown in FIG. 8 shows a first state in which 21 is inserted into the first circumferential groove 22 and the lower edge flange portion 6 is close to or in contact with the flange receiving portion 8 (that is, a closed state in which the accommodating portion 24 is substantially closed). As described above, the second protrusion 20 is inserted into the second circumferential groove 23 by sliding in the axial separation direction, and the lower edge flange portion 6 and the flange receiving portion 8 are separated from each other (that is, the accommodating portion 24). It is possible to take an open state).
In the first state and the second state, the force by which the fitting protrusion 21 presses the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral shaft portion 47 is less than in other states, and the spool 1 can be smoothly rotated relatively.
[0023]
Further, in the second state, the retaining projections 28 and 46 provided on the shaft portion 44 and the boss portion 27 are caught with each other, and the possibility that the spool 1 is inadvertently detached from the support member 2 is prevented. In the unlikely event that it is removed, the shaft portion 44 can be elastically deformed so as to reduce its diameter, and can be reinserted into the boss portion 27, whereby the spool 1 and the support member 2 can be reengaged.
Further, in the second state, since the accommodating portion 24 is in an open state, a fishing hook or the like can be accommodated in the accommodating portion 24. In particular, in the present embodiment, since the fishing line can be passed through the fishing line slit 14, the fishing line tied to the fishing line is inserted into the fishing line slit 14 with a fishing line tied to a tip such as a fishing hook or weight. The weight or the like can be accommodated in the accommodating portion 24 as it is, that is, in the state of the device.
After storing, there is almost no possibility that the stored items will inadvertently jump out of the storage portion 24 by setting the first state.
[0024]
Further, in the present embodiment, a notch 9 is formed at a position that is shifted in the clockwise direction (or counterclockwise direction) when viewed from the top from the gripping portions 40 provided at the two portions of the flange receiving portion 8 and adjacent to the gripping portion 40. 9, the right thumb 15 and the middle finger 16 are applied from the lower side of the support member 2 to each gripping portion 40 to grip the spool for fishing line, and as shown in FIG. The index finger 17 can be easily brought into contact with the lower edge flange portion 6 through the notch 9 from the side by moving the index finger 17 in the arrow Z direction. Therefore, even if slack occurs when the spool 1 is being wound while the spool 1 is being wound, it is not necessary to change the spool 1 at all, and the fishing line is wound by applying tension while restraining the spool 1 from rotating. [0025]
Although the fishing line spool of the present embodiment is configured as described above, the fishing line spool of the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment, and the design can be changed as appropriate.
That is, in the present embodiment, the flange receiving portion 8 is configured to include the outer frame portion 38 projecting along the vicinity of the outer peripheral edge portion, and covers the lower surface 6a and the peripheral side surface of the lower edge flange portion 6. Even if the outer frame portion 38 is not provided and only the lower surface 6a of the lower edge flange portion 6 is covered, it is within the range intended by the present invention.
[0026]
Further, in the present embodiment, the notch 9 provided in the flange receiving portion 8 is such that the lower surface 6a of the lower edge flange portion 6 is notched so as to be exposed, but in the present invention, the notch edge 9a It may be cut out to such an extent that the front edge 6b of the lower edge flange portion 6 is flush. Even with such a notch 9, a finger can be brought into contact with the tip edge 6 b of the lower edge flange portion 6 through the notch 9, and the rotation of the spool 1 can be stopped.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the spool for fishing line according to the present invention, it is possible to easily wind the fishing line while holding the support member while applying tension.
