Description

The present invention relates to an optical fiber extra length storage tray that accommodates an extra length of an optical fiber, and more particularly to an optical fiber extra length storage tray that can be stacked.

When connecting optical fibers suspended over a power pole, or when drawing them indoors, connect the optical fibers to each other or accommodate the extra length of the optical fiber. A box is used. Some of these trays are designed to accommodate multiple optical fibers by storing optical fibers one by one in each tray and stacking the trays to facilitate maintenance work. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
JP-A-9-105822

However, the conventional stacking has been made possible to improve the workability by opening the individual stages with the hinges connected by connecting the hinges. In some cases, stress was applied, and the characteristics and life were adversely affected.
Moreover, although the thing of the structure disclosed by patent document 1 is made | formed by making the stress added to an optical fiber small when it opens and closes, the stress may still be added to an optical fiber, Since the number of trays to be stacked increases in proportion to the number, the thickness tends to increase, and a large closure has to be prepared in order to accommodate a large number of optical fibers.

Therefore, in view of such problems, the present invention has an object to provide an optical fiber extra-length storage tray that does not become bulky even when stacked, and that does not apply stress to the optical fiber even when opened. .

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention according to claim 1 is a thin-type optical fiber that is capable of winding and storing an extra length of one optical fiber composed of a single core or a tape core, and having a connecting portion holding portion for the optical fiber. Light comprising a box-shaped main body, and a cover plate capable of winding and storing an extra length of a single optical fiber and having a connecting portion holding portion for closing the open surface of the main body. Fiber extra length storage tray, the hinge part that connects the main body, the cover plate, and both in an openable and closable manner is integrally formed of an elastic synthetic resin, and is used for stacking and connecting closed trays A connecting means, the connecting means is composed of a rod-like connecting piece and a gripping piece for holding the rod-like connecting piece, and a pair of the rod-like connecting pieces are provided in the vicinity of the hinge portion and on the open end side of the main body, The grip piece is a hinge of the lid plate And superimposable inverts the tray respectively pair provided near and open end side, further a connecting part holding portion of the main body, and a connecting portion holding portion of the cover plate, is arranged asymmetrically with respect to the hinge section, It does not overlap when closed.
With this configuration, even if the two optical fibers are stored in one tray, they are stored independently from each other, so that it is easy to take out the optical fibers as in the case of storing each one in the tray. Easy maintenance such as removal work. In addition, since the thickness of the cover plate can be made smaller than the thickness of the main body and the protective sleeves held when closed are not in contact with each other, the tray can be used even if the two optical fibers are separated and stored. It is possible to reduce the overall thickness to the thickness of one optical fiber equipped with a protective sleeve. Therefore, optical fibers can be stored efficiently, and bulkiness can be reduced even when stacked.
Further, since the lid plate is connected to the main body by the hinge portion, it can be easily opened and closed, and can be connected in a state where the trays are stacked by the connecting means, so that it is easy to handle even when accommodating a large number of optical fibers. Is good.
In addition, since a separate hinge member is not required, the number of parts can be reduced and the cost can be reduced.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the main body and the cover plate that are continuous at both ends of the hinge portion are provided with notches that allow the optical fiber to enter and exit freely.
With this configuration, when the main body and the cover plate are opened and closed, the notch portion that allows the optical fiber to enter and exit is provided near the hinge portion that moves little, so the stress on the optical fiber entering and exiting the tray can be reduced.

The invention of claim 3 is the invention according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the connecting means is formed between the cover plate of one tray to be overlapped and the main body of the other tray, and in an overlapped state, the connecting means is optional. The tray main body and the cover plate can be opened and closed.
With this configuration, the main body and the cover plate can be opened and closed even in the overlapped state, so that maintenance and the like are easy.

According to the present invention, even if two optical fibers are stored in one tray, they are stored independently from each other. Easy maintenance such as work and removal work.
Further, when opening and closing the main body and the cover plate, the optical fiber can be freely inserted and removed by cutting out the vicinity of the hinge portion with little movement, so that the stress on the stored optical fiber can be reduced.

DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of the invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 1A and 1B show an optical fiber extra length storage tray according to the present invention, in which FIG. 1A is a front view in an opened state, and FIG. 1B is a right side view thereof. In FIG. 1, 1 is a main body, 2 is a cover plate, 3 is a hinge part, 4 is an optical fiber, both the main body 1 and the cover plate 2 are formed thin, and the inner surfaces of the main body 1 and the cover plate 2 are directed forward. It shows the state of facing. The whole is integrally formed of synthetic resin, arrow A indicates the opening / closing operation direction, and M indicates the rotation center of the hinge portion 3.

The main body 1 can accommodate either a single-core or a tape-core optical fiber, that is, a box body having a small thickness formed by providing a thickness corresponding to a tape core having a larger diameter (wider) than the single-core, It is formed in a thin box shape, and the entire front surface is opened. The lid plate 2 is formed to have substantially the same outer shape as the main body 1 and is formed so as to close the front surface of the main body 1 and is thinner than the main body 1 so that only a single optical fiber can be accommodated. Then, a connection portion holding portion (hereinafter simply referred to as a holding portion) 7 for holding an optical fiber connection portion protected by a protective sleeve 6 (shown in FIG. 2) and an optical fiber are accommodated in both the main body 1 and the cover plate 2. An introduction groove 8 for introduction into the space, a holding claw 9 for holding the stored optical fiber, and a guide cylinder 10 for guiding the winding of the optical fiber are provided.

The holding portion 7 is provided at one location on the main body 1 and the lid plate 2, and both are disposed in the vicinity of the hinge portion 3 in parallel with the hinge portion 3. A holding portion 7 formed on the main body 1 is formed as a belt-like body that sandwiches the protective sleeve 6 from above and below, and is disposed farther from the hinge portion 3 than the holding portion 7 formed on the lid plate 2. In addition, the introduction groove 8 cuts a part of the belt spanned between the surrounding wall portions 1a and 2a and the guide tube 10 so that the optical fiber once accommodated does not easily jump out. Formed as an oblique cutout.

The holding claws 9 are provided at a plurality of locations around the main body 1 and the cover plate 2 so as to protrude inward from the surrounding wall portions 1a and 2a. The guide tube 10 is formed as a pair of left and right elliptical protrusions at the center of the main body 1 and the cover plate 2.

Furthermore, a cutout portion 12 is formed in the main body 1 and the cover plate 2 so as to be cut out from the left and right end portions of the hinge portion 3 to the left and right and obliquely wide. The cutout portion 12 has no wall portion, facilitates the entry and exit of the optical fiber, and is formed so that the stored optical fiber is exposed. The outer shape of the tray has a shell-like shape.
The main body 1 is provided with a separate opening 1b on the open end side, and an optical fiber can be entered and exited at this portion.

Around the main body 1 and the cover plate 2, there are provided locking means for holding the closed state in which the main body 1 and the cover plate 2 are closed, and connection means for connecting the trays to each other.
A locking claw 13a constituting one of the locking means is provided at the center of the opening end side of the cover plate 2, and a locking means for locking the locking claw 13a at the center of the opening end side of the corresponding main body 1 is provided. A claw receiver 13b constituting the other is provided.
Further, on the main body 1 side in the vicinity of the hinge portion 3, rod-like connecting pieces 14 a constituting one of the connecting means are provided so as to protrude from the left and right parallel to the hinge portion 3, and similarly on the open end side of the main body 1. A pair of rod-like connecting pieces 14a are provided in a protruding manner.

On the other hand, on the lid plate 2 side in the vicinity of the hinge portion 3, a pair of gripping pieces 14b constituting the other of the connecting means for gripping the rod-like connecting piece 14a provided on the main body 1 are formed to project outward, and an open end portion is formed. Similarly, a pair of gripping pieces 14b project outwardly on the side. Since the gripping piece 14b is formed of a synthetic resin having elasticity similarly to the hinge portion 3, the rod-like connecting piece 14a can be smoothly gripped and connected, and the connection can be easily released.

Next, a method of using the tray formed in this way will be described with reference to FIGS. The side view of FIG. 2 shows a state in which the trays are stacked and connected, and the front view of FIG. 3 shows a front view of the tray mounted in the closure. 2 shows a state in which six trays are stacked and the fourth tray is opened. In FIG. 3, the tray is in a closed state, the closure is in an open state, and 20 is an optical fiber extra length storage tray. Is shown.
The individual trays are connected by inserting a bar-like connecting piece 14a formed on the main body 1 of the tray disposed in the upper stage (front side in the figure) into the gripping piece 14b formed in the lower stage (the rear side in the figure). It is implemented by stopping.

In the case of the configuration of FIG. 2, one can be stored in each of the main body 1 and the cover plate 2, so that two optical fibers can be stored in one tray, and a maximum of 12 lights can be connected by connecting in six stages. Fibers can be stored, and up to six of them can be used as tape cores.
Further, even if the protective sleeve 6 is held by both the main body 1 and the cover plate 2, the protective sleeves 6 do not come into contact with each other, and an arbitrary tray 20 can be opened in a stacked state as shown in the figure. it can.

In FIG. 3, 21 is a closure (21a is a closure body, 21b is a closure cover plate), and 22 is a support line. As shown in FIG. 3, the tray 20 is usually assembled to the main body 21a of the closure 21 and disposed in the closure, and the optical fiber 4 is drawn in to accommodate the extra length and the connecting portion. The optical fiber 4 to be stored is introduced from the notch 12 or the main body side opening 1 b and stored in the main body 1 or the cover plate 2. The storing operation is inserted from the introduction groove 8, is held by each holding claw 9, and is wound and stored using the guide tube 10.
Further, the connecting portion of the optical fiber 4 protected by the protective sleeve 6 is held by the holding portion 7 and sent out from the cutout portion 12.
As shown in FIG. 3, the opening 1b of the main body 1 can be used effectively when the optical fiber 4 to be accommodated is protruded from the tray 20 and is wound and accommodated with a large curvature. The opening 1b and the notch 12, the optical fiber 4 can be wound and held with a margin.

In this way, even in a configuration in which two optical fibers are stored in one tray, they are stored independently from each other, so that it is easy to take out the optical fibers as in the case of storing one by one in the tray.
In addition, since the lid plate is connected to the main body by the hinge portion, it can be easily opened and closed, and can be connected in a state where the trays are stacked by the connecting means, so that it is easy to handle even when accommodating a large number of optical fibers. Is good.
Further, when the main body and the cover plate are opened and closed, a notch portion that allows the optical fiber to enter and exit is provided near the hinge portion that moves little, so that the stress on the optical fiber entering and exiting the tray can be reduced.
In addition, even when stacked, the main body and lid plate of any tray can be opened and closed, facilitating maintenance, etc., and the hinge part is formed integrally with the main body and lid plate, so there is no need for a separate hinge member. The number of parts can be reduced and the cost can be reduced.

As shown in FIG. 4, the tray 20 is assembled to the closure 21 by providing a gripping fixing piece 23 similar to the gripping piece 14 b provided on the cover plate 2 in the main body 21 a of the closure 21. 20 can be easily fixed, and the attaching / detaching operation can be easily performed.
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the connection part holding | maintenance part was provided in the vicinity of the hinge part 3 with respect to the main body 1 and the cover plate 2, one side may be provided in the open end side.
In FIG. 2, all trays 20 are stacked in the same direction, but they may be connected upside down in the middle.

An example of embodiment of the optical fiber surplus length storage tray which concerns on this invention is shown, (a) is the front view of the open state, (b) is the right view. It is the side view of the state which showed the state which stacked and connected the tray of FIG. 1, and opened one halfway. The state which attached | assembled the tray of FIG. 1 to the closure is shown, and the state which opened the closure is shown. It is explanatory drawing which shows the tray attachment part of the closure of FIG.
