BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a liquefied petroleum gas vaporizer that vaporizes liquefied petroleum gas in a liquefied petroleum gas container and supplies it to the outside.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional liquefied petroleum gas vaporizer has a configuration as shown in FIG. 4, for example. FIG. 4 is an installation diagram showing a configuration of a conventional liquefied petroleum gas vaporizer. The liquefied petroleum gas vaporizer includes a liquefied petroleum gas container 101 that stores liquefied petroleum gas such as propane, a vaporizer 102 disposed outside the liquefied petroleum gas container 101, and a vaporizer 102 joined via a

[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional configuration has a problem that the vaporization efficiency of the liquefied petroleum gas is low.
[0008]
That is, in a state where the gas consuming equipment 105 is consuming liquefied petroleum gas, the liquid-phase liquefied petroleum gas flowing into the vaporizer 102 is depressurized from about 10 MPa to about 0.15 MPa. For this reason, in the vaporizer 102, the liquid phase liquefied petroleum gas expands adiabatically. For this reason, the temperature of the whole vaporizer | carburetor will fall very much. For this reason, the amount of liquefied petroleum gas that can be vaporized by the vaporizer 102 is also reduced, and the vaporization efficiency is lowered.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention vaporizes liquid phase liquefied petroleum gas. Having a first vaporizer and a second vaporizer A vaporizer, a heat source for supplying vaporization heat to the vaporizer, a controller for controlling combustion of the heat source, Supply driving power for the controller The first vaporizer on the low temperature side Close to The high temperature side was placed in close contact with the heat source A thermoelectric generator, heat conduction means provided on the surface of the first vaporizer, and a heat conduction plate provided to contact the heat source and conduct heat of the heat source to the second vaporizer. The first vaporizer is provided upstream of the second vaporizer. The liquefied petroleum gas vaporizer is configured.
[0010]
By adopting this configuration, First The inside of the vaporizer is filled with liquefied petroleum gas adiabatically expanded, First When the temperature of the vaporizer drops, the heat transfer means removes the heat of the surrounding air. First Conducts heat to the vaporizer side. For this reason, First The temperature drop of the vaporizer is mitigated, and the liquefied petroleum gas can be efficiently vaporized by the heat of combustion of the heat source.
[0011]
Further, the standby operation can be executed in a situation where the gas consuming device connected to the vaporizer does not use liquefied petroleum gas. In standby operation, First and second The liquefied petroleum gas is not supplied into the vaporizer, and the temperature of the vaporizer is close to the temperature of the heat source due to the influence of the combustion heat of the heat source performing the standby operation. But, First The heat conduction means provided in the vaporizer First To conduct heat from the vaporizer to the surrounding air, First The vaporizer temperature is lower than the heat source temperature. For this reason, even during standby operation, the thermoelectric generator generates electric power according to this temperature difference and can supply this electric power to the controller. Therefore, the standby operation can be stably performed, and can always correspond to the gas use state of the gas using device.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention described in
[0013]
By adopting this configuration, First The inside of the vaporizer is filled with liquefied petroleum gas adiabatically expanded, First When the temperature of the vaporizer drops, the heat transfer means removes the heat of the surrounding air. First Conducts heat to the vaporizer side. For this reason, First The temperature drop of the vaporizer is mitigated, and the liquefied petroleum gas can be efficiently vaporized by the heat of combustion of the heat source.
[0014]
