また、特許文献6には、フィルター部および液溜部を有する押し込み自在の別部材を、採便容器内の便懸濁液試料室に没入させて強制的に該懸濁液を濾過させ、濾液を液溜部に溜める方式の採便容器が開示されている。しかしながら、特許文献6に記載の採便容器では、容器の本体から独立した複雑な構造の部材を用意しなければならないという問題があった。

本発明の採便容器において、濾過および試料検体採取は例えば、以下のようにおこなわれる。すなわち、試料検体吸引ノズルにより、容器本体上端被覆部を穿刺して該濾過材を押し下げることで容器内の便懸濁液を濾過すると同時に、濾過された試料検体を吸引サンプリングする。あるいは、あらかじめ独立した装置や治具(以下、穿刺棒と称す)により、容器本体上端被覆部を穿刺し、そのまま該濾過材を押し下げて容器内の便縣濁液を濾過する。その後、試料検体吸引ノズルにより試料検体を吸引サンプリングする方法も可能である。
本発明に用いられる試料検体吸引ノズルは、濾液吸引孔の位置をノズル先端部または先端寄り側面に設置することが望ましい。
容器本体下端部には、採便棒に付着させた検体糞便の一定量を採取するための摺り切り部が設置される。採便棒ハンドル部の断面形状は、識別ラベル貼付および書きこみが容易な扁平ないし長円形が好ましい。
以下、本発明を図1〜図5に基づいて詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれによって限定されるものではない。
