本発明は、ゴミ収集袋に関し、特に袋いっぱいのゴミを収容した場合でも、開口部を簡単に閉じることができ、ゴミの臭気が漏れ出さないようにするものに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来からのゴミ袋は、開口部を閉じるために開口部の両端を引っ張り上げて結び合わせたり、別途用意した紐や粘着テープなどを使用していた。だが開口部の両端を引っ張り上げて結ぶ方法では、ゴミ収集袋にある程度の余裕がなければならないので、ゴミ収集袋の容量いっぱいにまでゴミを入れることができない。また、紐や粘着テープなどで閉じるとしても、紐や粘着テープが常に用意されているとは限らないので、探す手間などが面倒である。

特開平８−２６４０２号のゴミ収集袋は、開口部の周縁に沿って長い切取線と、短い切取線を設ける。該切取線を切り離すと、長い紐状部と短い紐状部ができる。長い紐状部を開口部に巻き付け、短い紐状部の輪内にくぐらせ、その後両方の紐状部を結んで開口部を閉じる構成となっている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明は、ゴミを入れるための開口部を有するゴミ収集袋において、上記開口部の周縁に沿って第１の切取線を形成してその開口部側を第１の紐状部とし、上記第１の切取線から離れた位置に、中断部を有する第２の切取線をほぼ平行に形成して第１と第２の切取線の間を第２の紐状部にするとともに、該第２の紐状部に分割線を設けて分割可能とし、第２の切取線から離れた位置に複数の通し孔を上記第１及び第２の切取線とほぼ平行に形成し、前記第２の紐状部を前記分割線で２本に分割し、一方は右から左に、他方は左から右に前記複数の通し孔に縫うように通して巾着状に絞り結ぶために用い、前記第１の紐状部は前記第２の紐状部を結んだ後、前記通し孔の下に巻き付けて結ぶために用いるようにした構成としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
図１は、本発明のゴミ収集袋１の全体構成を示す図である。ゴミ収集袋１は筒状のシートから成形されている。材質としては炭酸カルシウムを含んだポリエチレンや低密度ポリエチレン等を利用している。ゴミ収集袋１の下部には、ヒートシールされた底部２が成形されている。上部は開放されたままの開口部３となっている。
