Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a magnetic therapy device, and more particularly, to a magnetic therapy device characterized by a method for attaching and arranging magnets, and suitable as a waist magnetic belt for low back pain.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various types of magnetic bands incorporating magnets for preventing and treating low back pain, knee pain and the like have been on the market. They are designed to prevent and treat low back pain and the like by promoting acupressure and blood circulation with a magnet embedded in the band.
[0003]
Many of these conventional magnetic bands are used because the magnets that provide acupressure and blood circulation promotion effects are embedded in the band and fixed so that the magnets do not move. There is a case in which the magnet does not come into contact with the part that the person desires, that is, the affected part that feels pain at the waist or the like.
[0004]
There is also a waist magnetic band that can arbitrarily change the position of the magnet, but the work of changing the position of the magnet while actually checking the position of the affected part is troublesome.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the conventional magnetic therapy apparatus has such disadvantages, the present invention does not have such disadvantages, that is, it can exert a wide magnetic action on the waist and abdomen, and does not require troublesome positioning work of the magnet. It is an object to provide a magnetic therapy device.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has solved the above problems with a magnetic therapy device characterized in that a magnet layer formed by arranging a large number of magnetic capsules in parallel is disposed on the body contact surface side of the band main body. Preferably, the magnet layer is configured such that the magnet capsule is provided with a coupling ring on the top and bottom, and a plurality of magnet capsules are coupled in a vertical direction by passing a coupling thread therethrough.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a magnetic therapy device according to the present invention configured as a waist magnetic band. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a band body, which has hygroscopicity, maintains an appropriate humidity, and has elasticity and elasticity that fits without slipping during daily operations and exercise. For that purpose, for example, a three-layer structure of a front fabric made of polyester and polyurethane, an intermediate material made of urethane, and a back fabric made of cotton (on the body contact surface side) is used.
[0008]
Fastening means 3 such as a surface tape is provided at both longitudinal ends or one end of the band body 1 on the back fabric 2 side, and the fastening means 3 is fastened to any position on the front fabric surface at the opposite end. enable.
[0009]
A magnet layer 4 is detachably attached to the back fabric 2 surface, which is the body contact surface side of the band body 1. As shown in FIG. 2, the magnet layer 4 is configured by arranging a large number of magnet capsules 5 in a planar shape and forming a single plate. This will be described in more detail. The magnet capsule 5 is a cylindrical bipolar type in a typical stainless steel cylinder 6 having a connecting ring 7 at the top and bottom, for example, a cylindrical shape, an elliptical cylindrical shape, or a hexagonal or other polygonal cylindrical shape. The permanent magnet 8 is fitted (see FIG. 4). By arranging the magnet capsules 5 and passing a strong, preferably stretchable connecting thread 9 such as nylon thread through the connecting ring 7, the whole is formed into a plate shape.
[0010]
If the connecting thread 9 is stretchable, there will be several places where the magnet capsules 5 will be separated from each other as the connecting thread 9 is stretched at the time of attachment, and the places where the magnet capsules 5 will not be determined. Is also anomalous. As a result, magnetism acts on the body in a wide range and three-dimensionally, and a sufficient magnetic effect can be obtained up to the deep part of the body.
[0011]
Usually, the end of the connecting thread 9 is fixed to the metal fitting 10. For this purpose, for example, a knot is formed at the end of the connecting thread 9 or a metal member is fixed so that the portion is locked in the locking hole 16 provided in the metal fitting 10. The metal fitting 10 is provided with a loop 9a. The loop 9a is normally a separate body from the connecting yarn 9, but may be a series.
[0012]
The magnet layer 4 is detachably attached to the backing fabric 2. In the illustrated example, a surface tape 11 of an appropriate size is sewn to both ends of the backing fabric 2, and a hook 12 is attached to the middle of the surface tape 11. On the other hand, while being provided with the surface tape element corresponding to the surface tape 11, the to-be-coated material 13 provided with the hook 12a corresponding to the hook 12 is prepared. When the magnetic layer 4 is attached or detached, the substrate 13 is removed from the face tape 11, and the hook 9 is hung on the hook 9 when the loop 9a is attached, and when the loop 9a is removed, the loop 9a is removed.
[0013]
Thus, when each magnet capsule 5 is connected vertically and the magnet layer 4 is configured, the magnet layer 4 can be expanded and contracted in the lateral direction, and the shape retaining force in the vertical direction becomes large. Thus, the support force for the waist and abdomen is increased, and the adhesion is improved.
[0014]
In the example shown in FIGS. 2 and 3A, the magnet layer 4 has two rows, but it may be one row, or three rows (FIG. 3B) or more. Good. In the case of a plurality of rows, the connecting yarns 9 may be independent in each row as shown in FIG. 2, or one connecting yarn 9 is adjacent to each other as shown in FIGS. 3 (A) and 3 (B). It may be shared in two rows.
[0015]
The magnet layer 4 may be directly brought into contact with the body in an exposed state, or may be brought into contact with the body while being inserted into the horizontally long cloth cover 14. Preferably, in order to improve the integrity of the magnet layer 4 and the band body 1 and prevent displacement and slack, the retaining rings 15 are arranged at appropriate intervals on the backing fabric 2 so that the magnet layer 4 is inserted therethrough. To.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is as described above, and since the magnet layer composed of a large number of magnetic capsules contacts the body in a surface contact state, magnetism acts on the entire contact surface without omission, thereby promoting blood circulation. Pain such as back pain is released. In addition, the band body has high stretch and elasticity, so it fits the body and can be used not only for daily activities but also for exercise.
[0017]
In particular, when the connecting thread is made stretchable, as described above, the part where the capsules are separated from each other is uncertainly generated, and the action of the magnetic field lines generated irregularly causes the deeper part of the body. Sufficient magnetic effect appears.
[0018]
In addition, the balance of the autonomic nerves is adjusted by the adjustment effect of the bioelectric current obtained due to the ionization tendency of the stainless steel constituting the cylindrical body of the magnet capsule and the blood circulation promotion effect by the magnet. By adding the action, it is considered that the tension of the sympathetic nerve is suppressed, the balance with the parasympathetic nerve is restored, and the unpleasant symptom is eliminated and the health is maintained.
