Description
【0001】

In the present invention, the wire rod at one end of the spring has a folded shape that rises at a right angle from the central portion of the coil, and the folded portion is a straight line of the wire having an interval of 0.1 to 0.4 times the wire diameter. The part is pointing in the length direction of the spring, the straight part is 5 mm to 30 mm, and the wire diameter of the spring is folded from the vicinity of the tip of the straight part. The outer diameter is 0.08 mm to 0.4 mm. The outer diameter is 0.5 mm to 4 mm. In order to press the rear part of the ball by inserting a spring with the folded part at the tip of the spring spring spaced from 0.1 to 0.4 times the wire diameter, the inner ring of the pipe and the tip of the tip are in close contact with each other The present invention relates to a ballpoint pen tip that prevents the ink in the holding cylinder from drying, and at the same time, the ink passing through the folded portion of the coil spring causes a capillary phenomenon due to surface tension to adjust the flow rate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For ballpoint pens that use gel ink or water-based ink with low viscosity that are widely used recently, attach a cap with a cushion to hold the ball when not in use, press the ball with a spring from the ink side, or ball from the ink side There was a method of pressing with a spring through a pressing shaft. In either case, the object was to keep the ink flow by eliminating the gap between the ball holding tube and the ball and preventing the ink from drying.
[0003]
However, in the case of a cap with a cushion, the number of parts is increased, and the cap removed by the user is inconvenient.
[0004]
In the case where the ball contact surface becomes the cut edge of the spring, the edge of the cut edge hits the ball surface, which hinders the rotation of the ball and has a disadvantage that smooth writing cannot be performed.
[0005]
Even when the ink is pressed from the ink side via the ball pressing shaft with a spring, there is a disadvantage that the cost is increased due to the large number of components.
[0006]
As an improvement measure, there is a method of using rubber or plastic instead of the spring, but it is difficult to make a precise rubber spring or plastic spring at low cost because it is difficult to make chemical changes due to ink or to make the material thin.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Problems to be solved are that the number of components is large, the ball is not smoothly slipped, and the ink flow rate is not stable.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, an appropriate flow rate of ink can be obtained without bringing an edge such as a cut edge into contact with the ball by bending the end of the spring pressed against the ball with a minimum number of parts and by bending. The most important feature.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
It is manufactured by adding one stroke in the middle of continuous processing with a spring manufacturing machine.

【Example】
FIG. 1 is a front sectional view of an embodiment of the chip of the present invention. FIG. 2, FIG. 3, FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the ball portion of FIG. It is a side view.
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the ball-point pen tip that presses a spring having a folded shape on the ball contact surface of the present invention is composed of a minimum number of components, and therefore is inexpensive and has no failure, and is a small device in the currently used production equipment. It can be implemented just by adding. The smooth flow of the ball stabilizes the writing speed of the ballpoint pen using this tip by stabilizing the flow rate of ink due to capillary action in a state where the edge portion does not contact the ball. Further, since the ink can be kept dry, it can be used for a knock type ballpoint pen that does not require a cap.
