トーションバネ等は部材として細かく、その組付け操作が面倒である。また、一般に金属で形成しているため、合成樹脂製の容器体及び蓋体等からなる蓋の開閉機構に使用する場合には、昨今の分別処理を伴う廃棄の際に不都合である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。

図面に示す如く、本発明の蓋の開閉機構Aは、本体2上を開閉可能に且つ閉状態での係止が可能に蓋体3を設けるとともに、蓋体3を開方向へ付勢させる付勢手段4を備えている。従って、蓋体3の係止を解除させれば、付勢手段4の作用で自動的に開蓋する如く構成したものである。本体2及び蓋体3は合成樹脂等により形成されたもので、上記した要件を備えていれば種々の形態を採ることができる。

蓋体3の閉状態での本体2への係止手段は種々の手段を採用することができ、図示例の如く、蓋体3から突設した嵌合筒を本体上の凹部に嵌合させることによる手段、或いは双方から突設した筒を嵌合させることによる手段、或いは、一方のフックを他方の係止突起に乗越え係合させることにより蓋体を係止する手段、その他従来から使用されている係止手段を採用することができる。その場合の係止解除の手段としても、使用者の指で蓋体を開くことにより係合部分を解除する方法や、押釦等を介して係合部分の解除を行う等公知手段を採用することができる。

以下、図示例について詳細に説明する。図示例に於いて本体2は、有底の箱状をなし、周壁6上端縁より延設した頂壁7に平面視四角形状をなす蓋体嵌合用の第1凹部8を凹設し、また、第1凹部8内には蓋体3の後述する嵌合筒を密嵌させるための平面視楕円形状をなす第2凹部9を凹設しており、該第2凹部内に取出口10を穿設している。更に、第1凹部8は後端中央部に後端縁に延びる矩形状の突出部分を備え、その突出部分に平面視横長矩形状の弾性板取付用の第3凹部11を凹設している。

以上説明した如く本発明の蓋の開閉機構は、既述構成としたことにより、極めて簡単な構造で蓋の開方向への付勢力を充分発揮することができ、しかも、本体2及び蓋体3が合成樹脂製の場合には、従来品の如き金属製のバネ等を使用しないで済むため、合成樹脂と金属との分別処理を考える必要もない。
