Abstract

A so-called flat file or pipe file is a file that is created by inserting a binding foot into a binding hole of a paper sheet, so that a paper sheet in the middle of the paper sheet is pulled out or a new paper sheet is inserted in the middle. When this is done, it can't be done unless the paper sheet on it is removed from the file, and it is very troublesome to frequently replace the contents of the file.
A width and a tearing groove slightly narrower than the binding hole diameter from a tearing groove of a paper sheet provided with a tearing groove 9 sufficiently narrower than the binding hole diameter on the binding edge side from the binding hole 10 of the paper sheet P. Insert the binding foot 2 having a thickness equal to or less than the width into the binding hole, and change the direction angle of the binding foot by 90 degrees in the binding hole so that the binding foot cannot go out of the binding hole. Thus, a binding tool and a file for binding paper sheets are used.

Description

The present invention binds paper sheets by providing binding holes in paper sheets (various sheets of paper, film, etc. in offices, homes, etc., catalogs, etc.) and inserting the binding legs into the binding holes. It relates to the binding tool.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a method of binding a file of paper sheets by making a binding hole in the paper sheets and inserting a binding foot of a binding tool attached to the file has been performed. Also, when the number of sheets to be bound is not so large in the file method in which a binding hole is formed in a paper sheet, a bendable binding foot fixed to the back cover side of a so-called flat file is called a paper sheet. A method (Patent Document 1) in which a binding leg that is inserted through a binding hole of the same type and inserted into a hole in a rail-shaped binding tool that protrudes toward the front cover is bent and locked, and the number of bindings is large. In this case, there is a so-called pipe file (Patent Document 2) in which a binding foot that is not bent (mostly pipe-shaped, made of metal or plastic) is inserted into a binding hole, and both have been widely used.
JP 2002-178678 A JP 2006-82204 A

However, when a file with a conventional binding tool is used to remove a sheet filed in the middle or the lower part, or when adding or replacing a document, the sheet on the file is temporarily removed from the file. It couldn't be done unless it was done, and it was very troublesome to use the files that do this frequently. That is, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to enable a paper sheet to be removed without removing the paper sheet on the paper sheet, and to provide a binding tool therefor.

As means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides (1) a binding tool for binding a paper sheet by inserting a binding foot into a binding hole of the paper sheet, a housing having upper and lower walls, and the upper and lower walls. The binding tool comprises two or more binding feet having a flat cross section that is rotatably connected to each other, and a bending plate that connects the binding feet and changes the cross-sectional orientation angle at the same time.

In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the direction of the cross section of the binding foot can be changed by horizontally moving the bending plate having the binding foot inserted into the arc-shaped through groove (1). The binding tool is as described.

In addition, the present invention provides the binding tool according to (1), wherein the direction of the cross section of the binding foot can be changed by moving up and down the bending plate fitted to the binding foot.

The effects of the invention are as follows. The above-described binding tool according to the present invention can change a tearing groove of a sheet having a binding hole with a tearing groove, which will be described later, to reach the binding hole without resistance and not to return to the tearing groove in the binding hole. If this change is reversed, the paper can be removed from the binding tool without resistance. That is, in the conventional file method of binding paper sheets by inserting a binding leg into a binding hole, the target paper sheets are pulled out by the number of sheets in the middle of the stacked paper sheets that are bound, When trying to insert a paper sheet into the location (number of sheets), all the paper sheets on it had to be removed from the file. However, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily carry out a paper sheet on any position (number of sheets) or any position (number of sheets) of a filed laminated sheet while being bound to a binding foot. A periodical invention effect can be obtained. For example, manual files in railway and aviation operations are filed with many documents in one volume, and replacement by changing the contents is daily and very important. According to the present invention, the replacement work of the manuscript is remarkably simplified. In other words, it has an epoch-making effect in the usage in which the order of the filed sheets is changed, replaced, added, and removed frequently.

The present invention is also excellent in that it can be easily used as a binding tool that does not have a binding hole with a cleavage groove and can be used with a conventional paper sheet having only a binding hole.

In FIG. 1 to FIG. 7, in order to facilitate understanding of the present embodiment, the description of the mechanism by which the binding foot is bound to the binding groove with the tearing groove is first performed with a binding tool having two independent binding feet. An auxiliary explanation of the form will be given.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an overall image of the binding tool T1 of this auxiliary explanation and a paper sheet P1 of a paper with a tearing groove to be filed. The upper and lower ends of the plastic binding flat binding foot 2 are rotated in the shaft holes 4 formed in the upper and lower walls 6 and 7 of the casing 1 in the casing 1 molded in a U shape with plastic. It is bonded to the binding foot 3 made of plastic. The thickness of the binding foot 2 is slightly thinner than the narrowest width portion of the cleavage groove 9 that is connected to the binding hole 10 provided in the paper sheet P1 from the binding edge 8 to the binding hole 10. The thickness surface faces in the direction indicated by (the wide surfaces of the two binding feet 2 in the width direction face each other).

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state in which the binding foot 2 of the binding tool T1 is received through the cleavage groove 9 in the binding hole 10 of the paper sheet P1. In FIG. 3, the binding foot 2 of the binding tool T1 is turned 90 degrees by hand in the binding hole 10 to change the direction of the binding foot 2 in the width direction, and the binding foot 2 can come out of the narrow tear groove 9. That is, the sheet P1 is a perspective view showing a state in which the sheet P1 is firmly bound to the binding tool T1.

FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along the line Y1-Y1 in FIG. 5 is a Y2-Y2 cross-sectional view showing the state in which the binding foot 2 is changed by 90 degrees from the state of FIG. 4, that is, the state in which the paper sheet in FIG. 3 is removed, in FIG. 4 and FIG. Accurately shows the movement before and after binding the paper sheets of the binding legs. 6 and 7 show changes in the binding legs in the cylindrical binding holes formed in the stacked state of the paper sheets, including the cross section of the paper sheets in FIGS. 4 and 5. The above is an auxiliary description of the first embodiment. Needless to say, a file form is obtained by fixing the casing side wall 5 of the binding tool T1 shown in the auxiliary description of this embodiment to the inside of the back cover of a thick file used for a pipe file. In addition, flat means an ellipse, a rectangle, a rhombus, etc., and it is clear that the same purpose is achieved even if these shapes are combined. In this supplementary explanation, the distance between the two binding feet is 80 mm, the binding feet are 4.5 mm wide, and the thickness of the plastic rod is 1.0 mm. The paper has a binding hole diameter of 6.0 mm and the narrowest width of the binding hole tearing groove. Performed at 1.2 mm.

8 to 11 show a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing an overall image of the binding tool T2 of this embodiment. The case and the binding foot are the same as those used in the auxiliary explanation of the first embodiment. The binding leg 21 is fixed by the upper and lower binding foot stoppers 22 from the outside through the shaft holes 27 of the casing upper and lower walls 24 and 25. A plastic bending plate 26 in which the upper end portion of the binding foot 21 is inserted into the circular arc groove 28 is provided between the housing upper wall 24 and the upper binding foot stopper 22. The arc groove 28 is cut so that when the bevel plate is moved along the surface of the upper wall 24 of the housing, the direction of the binding foot 21 in the width direction changes along the arc groove. That is, if a tangent line is drawn at both ends of the arc groove 28, the grooves are formed so as to be orthogonal to each other. In FIG. 8, the direction of the binding foot 21 in the width direction is perpendicular to the housing side wall 23, and can pass through the tearing groove 9 of the paper sheet P <b> 1 as in the auxiliary explanatory view 1 of the first embodiment. ing.

FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the binding tool T2 as a result of moving the bending plate 26 from FIG. 8 to the left while pulling it forward along the arc groove 28. FIG. It can be seen that the direction of the binding foot in FIG. 8 is changed by 90 degrees. If this operation is performed in the binding hole 10 of the paper sheet P1, it can be seen that the paper sheet P1 is bound to the binding tool T2 in the same manner as in the auxiliary description of the first embodiment. FIG. 10 is a plan view and a cross section showing the change in the angle of the bending plate 26 and the binding foot 21 of the binding tool T2 during this period from FIG. 8 to FIG. 10a is a plan view of FIG. 8, FIG. 10b is a plan view of FIG. 9, FIG. 10c is a sectional view taken along Y3-Y3 in FIG. 8, and FIG. FIG. 10a corresponds to FIG. 10c, and FIG. 10b corresponds to FIG. 10d. It can be seen that the direction angle of the binding foot 21 is changed to 90 degrees by moving the bending plate 26 along the arc groove 28. In the first embodiment, paper sheets are not shown in the drawing, and it is easy to understand how the binding foot 21 is bent 90 degrees with the bending plate 26. It will be understood that the state of binding the paper sheet P1 with the binding legs is exactly the same as the auxiliary explanation of the first embodiment.

FIG. 11 shows the difference in the arrangement of the arc grooves of the bevel plate. FIG. 11a shows an arc groove according to the first embodiment. However, both ends tangent of the arc is a right angle. FIG. 11 b is applied when the 45-degree angle is changed from the binding foot of the portion that binds the substantial paper sheet to the portion inserted through the arc groove. FIG. 11b has the advantage that less movement as a bevel plate is required.

As described above, the use of the beveled plate is very convenient because the direction angle of all the binding feet can be changed to 90 degrees at a right angle instantly by moving the bendable plate once even if there are any number of binding feet. The arc groove does not necessarily have to be a complete arc, but if the tangents at both ends are orthogonal, the arc groove moves to the horizontal plane and the binding foot appears to move from end to end of the groove. , The binding foot is turned 90 degrees. In the present embodiment, the bevel plate 26 is a plastic plate (0.5 mm), and the arc is R = 15 mm and the groove width is 1.5 mm.

12 to 16 show a second embodiment of the present invention. Among these, FIGS. 12 to 14 are conceptual diagrams for promoting the understanding of the present embodiment, focusing on the movement of one binding foot, and not the embodiment itself. FIG. 12 shows that the upper end portion of the binding foot 41 is twisted by 90 degrees in a propeller shape as compared with the lower portion. The 90-degree twist of the binding legs is continuous, and all cross sections are made of the same thickness. At the upper end of the binding foot, a beveled plate 42 having a beveled plate punching hole 43 having a size that fits in the cross-section of the bound foot is fitted. The direction in the width direction of the actual binding foot portion below the twisted portion 46 of the binding foot 41 indicates that it can pass through the binding hole tearing groove 44 connected to the binding hole 45 of the paper sheet P2. .

FIG. 13 shows a state in which the binding foot 41 in the state of FIG. 12 is received in the binding hole 45 of the paper sheet P2 through the tearing groove 44. FIG. 14 shows that the bending plate 42 is passed downward from the state of FIG. 13 to the bottom of the propeller-like twisted portion 46 of the binding foot 41 without bending it to the left and right, whereby the direction angle of the binding foot 41 is changed by 90 degrees. In addition, the binding foot 41 in the binding hole 45 is in a state where it cannot come out of the binding hole 45. The paper sheet P2 is now bound to the binding foot 41. This forms the basis of the second embodiment.

FIG. 15 is a perspective view showing an entire binding tool T3 in which a propeller-like binding leg 52 and a bending plate 53 are incorporated in the casing 51 according to the principle shown in FIGS. In FIG. 15, the bending plate 53 is positioned below the upper wall 54 of the casing and above the propeller-shaped twisted portion of the binding foot 52 by inserting the binding foot 52 through the punched hole 59, and the twisted portion of the binding foot 52. The orientation angle of the lower substantial binding foot portion is an orientation capable of passing through the binding hole tear groove of the paper sheet. The binding foot 52 is stopped by a binding foot stop 58 so that it does not come off from a shaft hole 57 provided on the upper and lower walls 54 and 56 of the housing.

FIG. 16 shows a state in which the angle changing plate 53 is pushed down below the twisted portion of the binding foot 52 from the state of FIG. 15 and the direction angle of the binding foot 52 is changed to 90 degrees. In FIG. 15 and FIG. 16, paper sheets are intentionally omitted so that it can be clearly understood how the upward and downward movement of the bending plate 53 changes the direction angle of the binding foot 52 by 90 degrees. The mechanism for binding and releasing the paper sheet 53 by moving the twisted portion of the binding foot 52 up and down 53 is the same as in the first embodiment, and the difference in the method of changing the angle of the binding foot is that. I understand. Further, in this embodiment, when the bend plate 53 is pushed down after passing through the twisted portion of the binding foot 52, the direction angle of the binding foot 52 is changed by 90 degrees, and the pressing plate for suppressing the flutter of the bound paper sheets is used. It is possible to have functions, which is very convenient. In the second embodiment, the twisted portion of the binding foot and the bending plate 53 are arranged directly below the upper wall 54 of the casing, but it is obvious that they can be arranged outside the upper wall 54 of the casing. . The rotating action of the binding foot by the vertical movement of the bending plate includes all methods that occur while the bending plate and the binding foot are fitted.

As described above, as shown in the embodiment, the present invention binds a paper sheet that has a binding hole tear groove from the binding hole tear groove to a binding leg in a state narrower than the narrowest width portion of the binding hole tear groove. The direction angle of the binding foot is guided to the hole so that it can not come out of the binding hole, and the direction angle of all the binding feet can be changed at the same time by moving the angle plate once, no matter how many binding feet there are. The important thing is that when the binding foot is returned to its original state, the binding foot and the binding foot mandrel can pass through the binding hole tearing groove, and the paper sheet can be pulled out. I can do it. According to the present invention, even if a large number of paper sheets are bound, it is possible to easily remove or insert the paper sheets from any number of sheets. It will be understood that a binding tool and a file that are particularly effective can be provided for a frequently occurring job such as manual replacement with many documents filed. Further, although not shown in the present embodiment, it is obvious that it is possible to easily perform the specification for binding both the paper with a binding hole without a conventional tearing groove and the paper with a tearing groove according to the present invention. .
