従来の技術としては、特開平11−126283号公報記載のような、送信アンテナを内蔵した一方のゲートと受信アンテナを内蔵した他方のゲート間を、CD等の記録媒体を収納した収納ケース、又はこの収納ケースを覆う保護ケースに備えた共振回路が通過することによって電波吸収の有無を検知することができる盗難防止システムにおいて、前記収納ケースの記録媒体厚み方向両側のうち少なくとも一側面の外周縁に位置して電波を検出可能な検出回路と、前記収納ケースの一側面と交差する特定の一側面に位置し、且つ、前記検出回路と近接位置する、又は検出回路と接続された前記共振回路とから、盗難防止用タグを構成したことを特徴としているものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記の問題点に鑑みなされたもので、その目的は、タグ本体を平面板状に形成すると共に、検出共振回路を検出用コイルによる検出回路と共振用コイルとコンデンサからなる共振回路により構成することにより、安価にしかもコンパクトにでき、特に薄い平面商品に有効に使用できる。
また、L字形あるいはコの字形に形成することにより、化粧品の収納ケースや各種ビデオの収納ケースに設けることができ、多種多様の商品の収納ケース(保護ケース)に使用できると共に、共振コイルの巻き数及びコンデンサの容量を変更することにより、簡易に共振周波数を変更設定できる盗難防止用タグを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
課題を解決するため、本発明に係る盗難防止用タグは、合成樹脂製等による平面板状のタグ本体の表面あるいは内部にコイルとコンデンサとからなる検出共振回路を設け、前記検出共振回路は、検出用コイルによる検出回路と、共振用コイルとコンデンサからなる共振回路より構成し、前記検出用コイルによる検出回路をタグ本体の外周付近に設け、前記共振回路における共振コイルの巻き数及びコンデンサの容量を各々変更し、組み合わせることにより共振周波数を変更設定できることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
盗難防止用タグ1は、適度な弾性力を有する透明な合成樹脂製等による内側に大きな孔2aを設けてなる平面板状のタグ本体2(この実施例の場合、CD保護ケースに入れる形態で、両側下端を切り欠いている)の外周や内側にループ状に形成した1回巻きの検出用コイルによる検出回路3に、共振用コイル4aとコンデンサ4bからなる共振回路4を設けてなる検出共振回路5を形成してなるものである。
なお、検出共振回路5はタグ本体2の表面に直接接着剤等にて固着しても、ラミネート加工にて固着してもよく、インサート成形にてタグ本体2内に内設してもよい。
さらに、共振回路4における共振コイル4aの巻き数及びコンデンサ4bの容量を各々変更し、組み合わせることにより共振周波数を変更設定できる。

この盗難防止用タグ1は、一般に市販されているCD保護ケースK内に入れて使用するもので、CD保護ケースKの透孔K1より指を入れ、盗難防止用タグ1の孔2aを通って中に入れてあるCD収納ケース(図示せず)を取り外すものである。
また、孔2aによりタグ本体2の表面積を小さくすることができ、CD収納ケースとの摩擦による曇り(CDのタイトル等が見えなくなる)を最小限に抑えることができる。
さらに、盗難防止用タグ1は、レンタル店等に設置されたゲート(送受信アンテナを内蔵した形態のもの)を通過した時、共振周波数が一致することにより報知し、店員等に知られ、盗難を防止することができる。

6)、検出回路における検出用コイルを1回巻きとし、共振回路における共振コイルの巻き数及びコンデンサの容量を各々変更し、組み合わせることによりコンパクトに形成することができ、共振周波数を変更設定でき、各種周波数のゲートに対応することができる。
