本発明は、主に、適宜合成樹脂材(或いは、適宜金属材、或いは、適宜複合材、或いは、これらの適宜組合せ)等によって構成されるようなハンガーに設けられる横架部に、着脱自在に装着せしめられると共に、任意の位置に装着できて、ズボンやスカート等の被挾持物を挾圧支持できるようにした適宜合成樹脂製のハンガー用挾持具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種のハンガー用挾持具としては、種々のものが提供されている。例えば、略洗濯ばさみ状のクリップが形成され、このクリップをハンガーの桟材部分(横架部)左右に装着し、このクリップでズボンやスカート等を支持できるように構成してある。そして、このクリップは、その中央部分がハンガーの桟材部分(横架部)に装着され、手指で摘む部分が桟材部分上方に配されたものが数多く提供されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、従来のハンガー用挾持具にあっては、ハンガーの桟材部分(横架部)への装着が面倒であったり、桟材部分(横架部)への取付け位置の変更が簡単に行えなかったり、桟材部分(横架部)への取付け状態が不安定であったり、不意の外力等によってその取付け位置が移動してしまったりする等の難点があった。加えて、クリップを装着していると、桟材部分(横架部)にズボンや、スカート等の被掛止物を掛止できなくなる等の難点もあった。

そこで、本発明は、前述の如き難点等を解消すると共に、操作が容易で、取扱い易く、構成簡素で、確実な動作が期待でき、ハンガー用挾持具として最適なものを提供すべく創出されたもので、請求項1記載のハンガー用挾持具Aは、ハンガーBの横架部20の任意の位置に装着できて、ズボンやスカート等の被挾持物を挾圧支持できるようにしたハンガー用挾持具Aであって、適宜合成樹脂製の挾持具本体A1と、この挾持具本体A1に設けた収容空間に揺動自在に装着される適宜合成樹脂製の揺動レバーA2とを備え、挾持具本体A1は、一対の挾持板1を弾性変形可能な一対の連結片2を介して一体的に連設し、一対の挾持板1の基端縁部分にハンガーBの横架部20に係止される一組の係止爪片7,8を延設し、一方の挾持板1の基端寄り部分に設けた係止凸部3と、他方の挾持板1の基端寄り部分に設けた係止凹部4とを係止せしめるように連結片2を弾性的に湾曲せしめて構成され、揺動レバーA2は、手指によって揺動操作される操作部14と、この操作部14に一体的に連設されると共に、一対の挾持板1の収容空間部分に収まる開閉規制部10とを備え、開閉規制部10の側面に規制凹部11を凹設して構成され、この揺動レバーA2の倒伏揺動操作により、規制凹部11の規制内周壁面11aで、一対の挾持板1の収容空間部分に夫々突設した規制突起5,6を相互に接近するように圧迫して、一対の挾持板1の先端縁部分で挾持状態が得られるように形成すると共に、一組の係止爪片7,8によって横架部20を幅方向に挾めるように形成する手段を採用した。
