Description
The present invention relates to a connection device that electrically connects wirings connected to a plurality of devices, and a heat source device including the connection device.
In recent years, it is generally possible to connect a plurality of remote controllers and alarm devices to one heat source device. For this reason, many connection devices of the prior art have a structure in which a large number of fixing tools such as screws for wiring connection are provided on each terminal block.
Many of the devices such as the heat source device of the prior art have a configuration in which a connection device is attached to the side surface and the bottom surface of the outer case constituting the device. Wiring connection work involves fine work such as adjustment of screw fastening using a tool such as a screwdriver and wiring management. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 15, the connection device generally used conventionally has a configuration in which the
As described above, many of the conventional connection devices have a configuration in which a large number of screws are attached to each terminal block in order to connect a large number of wires. For this reason, it is difficult to understand the relationship between the screws attached to each terminal block and the polarity of each terminal block at a glance. Therefore, in the connection terminal of the prior art, in order to prevent erroneous connection of wiring, measures such as clearly indicating a correspondence relationship between each screw and polarity in the case of the connection terminal or attaching a separate manual have been taken.
Also, the construction site where the wiring is actually connected is often a place with poor workability such as a narrow place or a dark place. Moreover, depending on the worker who performs the construction work, the connection of the wiring may be performed without sufficiently determining the polarity of each terminal block. Therefore, in the connection device of the prior art, there is a possibility that the wiring is erroneously connected to the screw attached to the terminal block having the same polarity. When wiring is connected incorrectly, there is a problem that the devices do not operate.
Further, as described above, the connection device according to the prior art has a configuration in which the
An object of this invention is to provide the connection apparatus which can prevent the misconnection of wiring reliably, and the heat-source apparatus provided with the said connection apparatus.
The invention according to claim 1, which is provided to solve the above-described problem, includes a plurality of types of terminal blocks having polarity, and a fixture for fixing the wiring to the terminal block, and electrically connecting the plurality of wirings. A connecting device to be connected, wherein each of the terminal blocks is provided with one fixing tool, and two or more fixing device mounting means are provided.
The connection device according to the present invention includes a plurality of terminal blocks having polarity, but a single fixture is attached to each terminal block in an initial state. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to reliably prevent an erroneous connection in which a wiring that should originally be connected to a terminal block having a different polarity is connected to a terminal block having the same polarity.
Since the connection device of the present invention has a configuration in which two or more mounting means are provided in each terminal block, there is an extra mounting means in which no fixture is mounted. For this reason, the connection device of the present invention can connect a wiring to this by forming a terminal by separately attaching a fixture to the above-described excessive mounting means when it is necessary to connect a large number of wirings. .
The invention according to
The connection device according to the present invention has a configuration in which the terminal block is stored in the storage means at a position on the opposite surface side, that is, a position away from the configuration surface of the other member. Therefore, the connection device of the present invention is free to handle tools such as a screwdriver and wiring, and can easily perform wiring connection work.
The connection device of the present invention has a configuration in which a plurality of terminal blocks having polarity are gathered on the opposite surface side, but there is only one fixture attached to each terminal block in the initial state. For this reason, the connection device of the present invention can determine the polarity at a glance by the construction worker, and can reliably prevent erroneous wiring.
The connection device of the present invention has a configuration in which each terminal block is provided with two or more mounting means, and one of them is mounted with a fixture. For this reason, the connection device of the present invention has surplus mounting means in which the fixture is not mounted on each terminal block in the initial state. Therefore, when the connection device of the present invention needs to connect a large number of wires, it is possible to connect the wires by forming a terminal by separately attaching a fixing tool to the surplus mounting means described above.
The invention according to
In the connection device of the present invention, since the terminal block is arranged at a position on the opposite side with respect to the rotation axis, wiring connection work can be easily performed.
In the connecting device according to the present invention, a plurality of terminal blocks having polarity are provided at positions facing the rotation axis, but a single fixture is attached to each of the terminal blocks in an initial state. is there. Therefore, according to the connection device of the present invention, it is possible to determine the polarity at a glance by a wiring operator, and it is possible to reliably prevent erroneous wiring.
In the connection device of the present invention, since the storage means can be rotated around a predetermined rotation axis, it can be adjusted to a posture that facilitates the work during the wiring connection work.
The connection device of the present invention has a configuration in which each terminal block is provided with two or more mounting means, but only one of them is mounted with a fixing tool, and the other mounting means has a fixing tool. Is not installed. For this reason, the connection device of the present invention can constitute a new terminal by attaching a fixture to the excess mounting means of each terminal block when it is necessary to connect a large number of wires.
In the connection device according to
According to such a configuration, a load acting on the connection device at the time of wiring connection can be firmly received by the configuration surface of the other member. Therefore, according to the present invention, wiring connection work can be performed easily and efficiently.
Here, in the connection device according to the first to fourth aspects, when a large number of wirings are connected, it is necessary to separately attach a fixing tool to excess mounting means provided on each terminal block. Usually, since the fixture is small, there is a possibility that it is lost when the wiring is added after a while after the construction of the wiring is performed once. In addition, in consideration of such a situation, it is possible to wrap the fixing tool separately with a bag etc. and put it in the storage means. However, if the bag is torn due to deterioration over time, etc., wiring with an excess fixing tool There is a possibility that problems such as short-circuiting may occur. For this reason, the connection device according to any one of the first to fourth aspects of the present invention retains the excess fixtures in an electrically insulated form without losing them in consideration of the occurrence of problems such as an increase in wiring or a short circuit. It is desirable.
Therefore, the invention according to
According to such a configuration, it is possible to hold the fixing tool that is required when the wiring is added without losing it. Moreover, since the connection device of the present invention can hold the fixture arranged in the fixture arrangement portion in a state of being electrically insulated from the terminal block, there is no problem such as a short circuit due to an excessive fixture. .
The invention described in claim 6 is characterized in that the fixture placement portion is provided with mounting means for mounting the fixture, and the fixture is arranged in a state of being screwed with the mounting means. The connection device according to
In the connection device of the present invention, the fixture is screwed into the fixture arrangement portion and held, so that the fixture does not fall off or be lost from the fixture arrangement portion even under the influence of vibration or the like. Moreover, the connection device of the present invention can reliably prevent the occurrence of problems such as a short circuit due to the fixture falling off from the fixture arrangement portion.
The connection device according to any one of
(請求項8) The connection device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the fixture is a screw, and the mounting means may be a pilot hole into which the screw can be screwed. (Claim 8)
The invention according to
In general, the heat source device is often attached to a place with poor workability such as a narrow place or a dark place. Therefore, fine work such as wiring connection work among the installation work of the heat source device is extremely difficult. Since the heat source device of the present invention is configured to electrically connect the electrical devices inside and outside the main body case with the connecting device according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, the installation work or outside the main body case Wiring connection work can be done easily with the expansion of the electrical equipment.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a connection device and a heat source device that can reliably prevent misconnection of wiring and can be easily installed and constructed.
Next, a connection device that is an embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a front view showing the connection device of the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the connecting device shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view thereof. FIG. 4 is a front view illustrating a connection state between the connection device illustrated in FIG. 1 and two sets of wirings.
The connection device 1 electrically connects the wiring 7 (7a, 7b) electrically connected to the first device E1 and the wiring 9 (9a, 9b) electrically connected to the second device E2. Is. The
As shown in FIG. 1, the connection device 1 has two
As shown in FIG. 3, the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, terminal blocks 13 and 15 formed of metal plates in a predetermined shape are arranged on the
Screw engaging
An
As described above, in the connection device 1 of the present embodiment, two through
Further, in the connection device 1 of the present embodiment, the
Further, when the third device E3 is connected, the second device is first fixed by the
The connection device 1 according to the present embodiment has a surplus when the wiring connected to the terminal blocks 13 and 15 is single, and is attached to the pilot holes 21 and 23 as necessary to configure screws 28. Are screwed into the
Then, the Example which employ | adopted for the heat source apparatus the connection apparatus which has the structure similar to the connection apparatus 1 of the said embodiment is described. Further, in the following description, the positional relationship between the upper, lower, left, and right will be described based on the state in which the heat source device and the connection device are arranged as shown in FIG. 1 unless otherwise specified. Further, regarding the front-rear positional relationship, unless otherwise specified, the front side is the front side when the heat source device is installed as shown in FIG.
In FIG. 5, 2 is a heat source device of this embodiment, and 10 is a connection device adopted for this. The
As shown in FIG. 6, the
The
As shown in FIG. 7, the
The terminal blocks 13 and 15 have through-
Screw engaging
The
On the
On the
The
A
An
More specifically, the
As shown in FIG. 13, the
When connecting the
When the posture of the
Further, in the
In the connecting
In addition, the connecting
Since the
In the above embodiment, the
The connecting
In the above embodiment, an example in which the
Further, in the
