機前側に配設されて遊技球を貯留可能な球受け皿部を有する球受け皿ユニットを備えた遊技機において、
前記球受け皿ユニットは、
後側を画成すると共に後面の略全面が金属板部材に被覆された後板部材と、
後側に開口して種々の部品を収容可能な収容空間を画成する膨出部および、該膨出部の左右両端部から外側に向けて延出し、所定の厚みを有すると共に前記後板部材を囲繞し得る蓋枠状に形成された基部を備え、該後板部材の前側に配置されて後板部材により収容空間の後方開口が閉成されるカバー部材と、
前記後板部材およびカバー部材の左右何れかの端部側に設けられ、該後板部材およびカバー部材を回動および接離可能に連着し、後板部材とカバー部材を当接させた第1状態および後板部材とカバー部材を離間させた第2状態に変位させ得るヒンジ機構とを備え、
前記カバー部材は、前記ヒンジ機構が設けられる端部側に位置する前記基部に第1の軸受け部が上下方向に離間して形成され、
前記後板部材は、前記ヒンジ機構が設けられる端部側に後方に開口する第2の軸受け部が上下方向に離間して形成され、該第2の軸受け部の後方開口を前記金属板部材で被覆するよう構成され、
