[0005]
In this case, the condensate is controlled at an injection pressure of 2-4 kg / cm from the extraction water pressure 2 There are a method of keeping the condensate recovery temperature at 50 to 60 ° C. and a method of keeping the condensate recovery temperature at 50 to 60 ° C. In the latter case, the injection pressure is increased to be equal to or higher than the water inside the pump. Since this shaft seal is always exposed to high-pressure pure water and has a problem of corrosion, it is coated with Cr plating or the like.
[0006]
However, since corrosion occurred from pinholes in the film, it was necessary to perform plating again every periodic inspection. In addition, the corrosion peeling tends to be accelerated because the structure is exposed to a high-pressure pure water flow.
[0007]
As a measure for improving such corrosion peeling, for example, Co-Mo-Cr-Si of Co 45 wt% or more, Mo 20 to 42 wt%,
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and in a water supply pump having a shaft seal portion, peeling of the coating layer due to corrosion, wear, erosion, or the like in the shaft seal portion is suppressed. The purpose is to provide a water supply pump.
[0009]
Also, in the present invention, considering the use as a reactor water pump, considering the reduction of exposure and the suppression of deterioration of equipment, the corrosion rate under the use water condition is small, the elution of material components is small, and Co is particularly easily activated. It aims at providing the feed pump which formed the coating layer which does not contain.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The water supply pump of the present invention has a shaft seal. And used in nuclear reactors In the water supply pump, at least one of the rotating shaft in the shaft seal portion and the throttle bush and casing adjacent to the rotating shaft has a spray frame speed of 1000 m / s to 3000 m / s and a spray powder particle speed of 500 m / s to By high-speed flame spraying method of 2000m / s, Added to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the coating layer Tungsten carbide powder, Added to improve the corrosion resistance and ductility of the coating layer C 0.08 wt% or less, Si 1.00 wt% or less, Mn 2.00 wt% or less, P 0.045 wt% or less, S 0.030 wt% or less, Ni 10.00 to 15.00 wt% , Cr 16.00 to 20.00 wt%, Mo 2.00 to 4.00 wt%, balance Fe and inevitable impurities Austenitic From iron-based alloy powder The amount of the iron-based alloy powder is 15 wt% to 45 wt% It is characterized by spraying the mixed powder to form a coating layer.
[0011]
iron The base alloy powder is more preferably produced by, for example, a gas atomization method or a water atomization method. Further, the mixed powder is preferably a granulated sintered powder produced by sintering a tungsten carbide powder and an iron-based alloy powder after granulation, and more preferably if the powder particle size is 20 μm or more and 55 μm or less. preferable.
[0012]
Further, the thickness of the coating layer formed on the rotary shaft, throttle bush or casing in the shaft seal portion is preferably 150 μm or more. It is preferable that the coating layer has a surface roughness of 6.5 S or less by forming the coating layer by a high-speed flame spraying method and then machining the surface.
[0013]
When the rotating shaft has an uneven portion, it is preferable that a coating layer is formed only on the protruded portion. As a method for forming the coating layer only on the convex portion of the rotating shaft, for example, a high-speed flame spraying method may be applied in a state where a wire having a width equal to or less than the width is wound around the concave portion. Moreover, when forming a coating layer on a rotating shaft, it is preferable to perform thermal spraying by a high-speed flame spraying method, rotating a rotating shaft.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the water supply pump of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, about the code | symbol in a figure, the same code | symbol was used about what points the same part as the past.
[0015]
FIG. 1 shows the structure of the feed pump of the present invention. The water supply pump of the present invention basically has the same structure as a conventional water supply pump except that a coating layer having corrosion resistance and wear resistance is formed on the shaft seal portion. That is, the

[0019]
In the present invention, the coating layer is formed by using the mixed powder mainly composed of tungsten carbide powder and the iron-based alloy powder powder by the high-speed flame spraying method, so that the high-temperature, high-pressure, Leakage of the coating metal from the coating layer in water can be suppressed, exposure can be reduced, galling resistance can be improved, and gaps in the sliding portions can be reduced to suppress pump leakage loss.
[0020]
In the present invention, it is particularly preferable that a coating layer is formed on the surface of the rotating shaft by high-speed flame spraying. Normally, the throttle bushing is made of a material that is more easily worn than the rotating shaft, and has a structure that can be easily replaced. However, it is difficult to replace the rotating shaft like the throttle bushing. This is because there is a great need to suppress the damage. On the other hand, since the throttle bush can be easily replaced, it is not always necessary to form a coating layer by the high-speed flame spraying method, but the throttle bush and the casing are also damaged in order to suppress damage and extend the replacement time. It is preferable to form a coating layer by high-speed flame spraying.
[0021]
The reason for using the high-speed flame spraying method as described above in the present invention is that the porosity of the coating layer can be reduced and the coating layer can be made dense by increasing the frame speed. This is because the adhesion between the layer and the substrate can also be improved.
[0022]
This high-speed flame spraying method is a flame spraying method in which a powdered sprayed material is heated using a combustion flame of oxygen and a combustible gas, and then melted or sprayed onto a substrate in a state close to that to form a coating layer. A high-speed frame exceeding the speed of sound is generated by increasing the pressure.
[0023]
If the flame speed is too slow, it will tend to clog in the spray gun.On the other hand, if the flame speed exceeds a certain value, the amount of sprayed powder will increase, but it will be scraped by erosion due to the flame and the spray efficiency will be substantially reduced. Therefore, the frame speed is preferably 1000 m / s to 3000 m / s, and more preferably about 2000 m / s. Further, in the case of such a frame speed, the particle speed of the thermal spray powder used in the present invention is 500 m / s to 2000 m / s.
[0024]
In the mixed powder mainly composed of tungsten carbide powder and the above iron-base alloy powder used for high-speed flame spraying method, tungsten carbide powder is added to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the coating layer. The alloy powder is added to improve the corrosion resistance and ductility of the coating layer. Therefore, by forming a coating layer using such a mixed powder, it is possible to achieve both corrosion resistance, wear resistance and impact resistance of the coating layer.

[0031]
The content of the iron-based alloy powder in the mixed powder mainly composed of tungsten carbide powder and iron-based alloy powder is 15 wt% to 45 wt%. The If the iron-based alloy powder is less than 15 wt%, the hardness of the coating layer is high, but the interparticle bonding force of the coating layer is poor, and the adhesion strength and the fracture strain of the coating layer may be reduced. If it exceeds 45 wt%, the interparticle bonding force of the coating layer will be improved and the fracture strain of the coating layer will be improved, but the coating layer will be less hard and the penetration of the thermal spray powder will be reduced, resulting in adhesion strength. May be low.
[0032]
Therefore, the optimum mixing ratio of the iron-based alloy powder in the mixed powder composed mainly of tungsten carbide powder and iron-based alloy powder is set to 15 wt% to 45 wt%, thereby further improving the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and impact resistance of the coating layer. It can be improved, an increase in the gap of the sliding portion when using the water supply pump can be suppressed, an increase in leakage loss of the water supply pump over time can be suppressed, and the reliability can be improved.
[0033]
The mixed powder used in the high-speed flame spraying method is more preferably a granulated sintered powder produced by sintering a tungsten carbide powder and an iron-based alloy powder after granulation. Such a granulated sintered powder can be used to form a spherical powder capable of forming an optimal coating layer (sprayed coating). By using this, a coating layer with high adhesion and low porosity can be formed. The corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and impact resistance of the coating layer can be improved.
[0034]
FIG. 3 schematically shows the shape of a mixed powder 13 (hereinafter referred to as WC-SUS316L mixed powder) 13 mainly composed of
[0035]
Moreover, granulated sintered powder can be obtained by heat-sintering such a WC-SUS316L mixed powder in a high-temperature sintering furnace. By setting it as such granulated sintered powder, it can be set as a spherical powder with little influence on a gun barrel at the time of thermal spraying. Moreover, by forming a coating layer using such a granulated sintered powder, WC particles and SUS316L particles can be uniformly dispersed, and the properties of the coating layer can be made uniform. For this reason, the adhesion, densification, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance of the coating layer can be improved, and corrosion, wear, erosion, etc. that occur in the shaft seal portion of a water supply pump used in a nuclear power plant, etc. are effectively suppressed. Is possible.
[0036]
The particle size of the granulated sintered powder is preferably in the range of 20 μm or more and 55 μm or less. By using a granulated sintered powder having such a powder particle size, a coating layer with higher density, higher adhesion, and less porosity can be formed, and the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and impact resistance of the coating layer can be improved. Can be improved. If the particle size of the sprayed powder is less than 20 μm, the sprayed powder is so fine that it is excessively melted and deposited inside the gun barrel, so that the sprayed powder cannot pass and the spraying may be impossible. On the other hand, if the particle size of the sprayed powder exceeds 55 μm, the sprayed powder will be sprayed as a hard solid without melting, and the inside of the gun barrel will be damaged by wear, and the porosity of the coating layer formed will also be high, resulting in corrosion resistance. Wear resistance and impact resistance will be reduced.
[0037]
The coating layer formed on the surfaces of the rotating shaft, throttle bush and casing is preferably 150 μm or more in thickness. By making the thickness of the coating layer 150 μm or more, it is possible to suppress corrosion of the base material and to provide a coating layer having excellent corrosion resistance and peeling resistance, and the gap of the sliding portion in the shaft seal portion , And the increase in leakage loss of the pump over time can be suppressed, and the reliability can be improved.
[0038]
When the thickness of the coating layer is less than 150 μm, if minute through-holes or cracks exist in the coating layer, the corrosive liquid easily reaches the substrate through these defects, and the Local corrosion, so-called potentiometric corrosion is likely to occur at the interface. On the other hand, if the thickness of the coating layer is 150 μm or more, even if there are minute pores or cracks in the coating layer, the coating layer is so thick that it is difficult for defects to penetrate to the substrate. It is not possible to reach the base material through, and peeling of the coating layer can be suppressed.
[0039]
The covering layer is preferably finished to have a surface roughness of 6.5 S or less. The surface roughness of the coating layer can be adjusted, for example, by forming the coating layer by high-speed flame spraying and then machining the surface of the coating layer. By setting the surface roughness to 6.5 S or less, it is possible to suppress an increase in the gap of the sliding portion, to suppress an increase in pump leakage loss over time, and to improve reliability.
[0040]
In the present invention, in addition to the mixed powder of tungsten carbide powder and iron-base alloy powder, the iron-base alloy powder alone or in place of the iron-base alloy hastelloy powder, trivalloy powder (Ni-base alloy), Fe, B Alternatively, a self-fluxing alloy powder such as Cr or W may be added to form a mixed powder (sprayed powder). Thus, when adding powder other than the said tungsten carbide powder and iron-base alloy powder, it is good for the quantity of the addition powder except the said tungsten carbide powder in the whole mixed powder to be 15 to 45 weight%.
[0041]
Further, since the feed pump is used in high temperature and high pressure water (pure water), elution of metal ions becomes a problem with simple substances such as Co, Ni and Cr. In order to suppress the elution of metal ions, it is effective to oxidize the surface and prevent the elution of metal ions. Therefore, it is considered optimal to use a mixed powder that easily forms an oxide on the surface.
[0042]
Next, a method for forming a coating layer by high-speed flame spraying will be described.

[0045]
In such thermal spraying, thermal spraying is performed by a high-speed flame spraying method in which a spray flame speed is 1000 m / s to 3000 m / s and a particle speed of the spray powder is 500 m / s to 2000 m / s.
[0046]
As a thermal spraying apparatus used for such a high-speed flame spraying method, for example, JP5000 (trade name, manufactured by TAFA) can be used. In order to achieve the spray flame speed and spray powder particle speed as described above, for example, a 6 inch gun barrel is used, oxygen flow rate 1950 scfh, kerosene fuel flow rate 4.3 gph, combustion pressure 95 psi, spraying distance 380 mm. Can be achieved.

[0049]
It is preferable to use a wire having a diameter equal to or less than the width of the recess. When the diameter of the wire exceeds the width of the recess, the wire expands due to heat at the time of thermal spraying and falls off from the recess, so that appropriate masking may not be performed. If the diameter of the wire is equal to or smaller than the width of the concave portion, the coating layer can be formed only on the convex portion without falling off from the concave portion even if the wire expands due to heat during thermal spraying.
[0050]
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, when the rotating
[0051]
The method for forming the rotating shaft covering layer on the rotating shaft of the water supply pump has been described above. However, such a method for forming the covering layer is preferably applied to the throttle bush and the casing as much as possible. Moreover, in the water supply pump of this invention, it is preferable to form the same coating layer not only on the shaft seal portion as described above but also on the blade portion such as a pump impeller.
[0052]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on examples.
[0053]
Example 1
Spherical secondary particles WC-SUS316L in which WC primary particles and SUS316L powder primary spheroid particles produced by gas atomization or water atomization are mixed and granulated, and WC particles and SUS316L particles are uniformly dispersed A mixed powder was prepared. Then, it heat-sintered in the high temperature sintering furnace, and was set as the WC-SUS316L granulated sintered powder.

As shown in FIG. 4, the surface of the
[0055]
The high-speed flame spraying uses JP-5000 (trade name, manufactured by TAFA) as a spraying device, with a 6-inch gun barrel, oxygen flow rate of 1950 scfh, kerosene fuel flow rate of 4.3 gph, combustion pressure of 95 psi, and spraying distance of 380 mm. Coating was performed under conditions.
[0056]
The granulated and sintered powder obtained by the manufacturing method as described above was a spherical powder, and could be sprayed without damaging the gun barrel, and optimum spraying could be performed. In the formed coating layer, WC particles and SUS316L particles are uniformly dispersed, the hardness of the coating layer is uniform, and it is recognized that the coating layer has excellent adhesion, densification, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. It was. As a result, it was recognized that corrosion, wear, erosion, and the like that occur in the shaft seal portion of a water supply pump of a nuclear power plant or the like can be effectively suppressed.
[0057]
(Example 2)
Table 1 shows the experimental results for determining the optimum mixing ratio of WC powder and SUS316L powder.
[0058]
[Table 1]
[0059]
The WC powder is for imparting hardness and wear resistance, and the SUS316L powder is for imparting corrosion resistance and ductility. The performance of the coating layer obtained varies greatly depending on the mixing amount of the WC powder and SUS316L powder.
[0060]
Therefore, in this experiment, as shown in Table 1, the mixing ratio of WC powder and SUS316L powder was changed in the range of 40 to 95 wt% WC powder and 5 to 60 wt% SUS316L powder, and then heated and sintered in a high-temperature sintering furnace. As a result, WC-SUS316L granulated sintered powder having different mixing ratios was obtained.
[0061]
Using this WC-SUS316L granulated sintered powder, a coating layer is formed on a 13Cr steel substrate by a high-speed flame spraying method, and the performance of the coating layer such as adhesion, fracture strain, hardness, etc. is evaluated, The optimal mixing ratio was determined.
[0062]
For high-speed flame spraying, JP-5000 (TAFA product name) is used as the spraying device,
[0063]
As shown in Table 1, when the SUS316L powder was less than 15 wt%, the coating layer had high hardness, but the coating layer had poor interparticle bonding force, and the coating layer had very low adhesion and fracture strain. . In addition, when the SUS316L powder exceeds 45 wt%, the interparticle bonding force of the coating layer is improved, and the coating fracture strain is improved, but the hardness of the coating layer is reduced, so that the penetration of the thermal spray powder into the substrate is reduced. However, the adhesion became low.
[0064]
Therefore, it was confirmed that the performance of any coating layer was excellent when the SUS316L powder was in the range of 15 to 45 wt%, and the optimum mixing ratio was within the range of 15 to 45 wt% of the SUS316L powder.
[0065]
(Example 3)
Table 2 shows the experimental results for determining the optimum particle size of the WC-SUS316L granulated sintered powder of the present invention. In this experiment, the powder particle size of the WC-SUS316L granulated sintered powder was changed, and a coating layer was formed on the 13Cr steel substrate by the high-speed flame spraying method. The optimum powder particle size was determined by investigating and observing wear and determining its condition.
[0066]
For high-speed flame spraying, JP-5000 (TAFA product name) is used as the spraying device,
[0067]
[Table 2]
[0068]
As is clear from Table 2, if the powder particle size of the WC-SUS316L granulated and sintered powder is less than 20μm, the powder is very small and easily melted, so it is welded inside the gun barrel, and the gun barrel is clogged and the sprayed powder cannot pass through. Became impossible. On the other hand, when the powder particle size of the WC-SUS316L granulated sintered powder was 55 μm or more, the powder did not melt and was sprayed as a hard and solid material, which caused abrasion damage inside the gun barrel.
[0069]
Therefore, it was confirmed that the optimum powder particle size of the WC-SUS316L granulated sintered powder that can be sprayed without affecting the gun barrel is 20 μm or more and 55 μm or less.
[0070]
(Example 4)
Table 3 shows the results of the corrosion test in which the thickness of the coating layer was determined to be 150 μm or more. In this experiment, WC-SUS316L mixed powder was coated on a 13Cr steel substrate in the range of 50 to 750 μm by high-speed flame spraying, and then a corrosion test was conducted to examine the corrosion of the substrate.
[0071]
For high-speed flame spraying, JP-5000 (TAFA product name) is used as the spraying device,
[0072]
[Table 3]
[0073]
The corrosion test is a cast test of the salt spray test method stipulated in JISZ2371, which was conducted in a 10-hour accelerated evaluation test. The effect of the test was confirmed by micro-observing the interface state between the coating layer and the substrate after the test. Was judged.
[0074]
As apparent from Table 3, when the coating layer had a thickness of less than 150 μm, corrosion was observed at the interface between the substrate and the coating layer, and it was recognized that the corrosion resistance was poor. That is, when the thickness of the coating layer is less than 150 μm, minute through holes and cracks exist in the coating layer, and the corrosive liquid reaches the substrate through these defects, and reaches the interface between the substrate and the coating layer. Corrosion resistance is reduced by the occurrence of local corrosion, so-called potentiometric corrosion.
[0075]
On the other hand, when the thickness of the coating layer was 150 μm or more, no corrosion at the interface between the substrate and the coating layer was observed, and the corrosion resistance was good. That is, when the thickness of the coating layer is 150 μm or more, even if there are minute pores or cracks in the coating layer, the coating layer is thick and does not cause defects penetrating the substrate. Could not reach the substrate through these defects.
[0076]
Therefore, it was recognized that by setting the thickness of the coating layer to 150 μm or more, corrosion of the substrate can be suppressed and a coating layer having excellent corrosion resistance and peeling resistance can be obtained.
[0077]
(Example 5)
In the rotating shaft having the concavo-convex portion, it is necessary to avoid the formation of a coating layer on an unnecessary portion in order to suppress a decrease in the pump water flow rate. For this reason, it is necessary to take measures to prevent the coating layer from being formed in the recesses by masking. Therefore, in this experiment, the effect of masking was examined by changing the type of wire and performing masking.
[0078]
First, as shown in FIG. 5, a tape-shaped masking material or masking wire having a diameter equal to or smaller than the width of the
[0079]
For high-speed flame spraying, JP-5000 (TAFA product name) is used as the spraying device,
[0080]
As a result, in the tape-shaped masking material, since the spray frame and spray particles are sprayed at a high speed, they are easily peeled off and cannot be used for masking. Further, the rotating shaft of the shaft seal portion is almost always subjected to spiral threading, and has a continuous groove structure, so that masking with a tape-shaped masking material is difficult. On the other hand, when a wire material such as a masking wire was used, extremely effective masking could be performed without peeling of the wire material from the spiral uneven portion.
[0081]
(Example 6)
Table 4 shows the influence of the diameter of the wire material for masking the concave portion on the masking effect when the coating layer is formed on the rotating shaft having the concave and convex portion by the high-speed flame spraying method.
[0082]
In this experiment, the width A of the concave part of the rotating shaft is set to 100, and the ratio of the masking wire diameter B to this is changed variously, and the WC-SUS316L mixed powder is applied onto the 13Cr steel substrate (rotating shaft) by the high-speed flame spraying method. Coating and thermal spraying workability were evaluated.
[0083]
For high-speed flame spraying, JP-5000 (TAFA product name) is used as the spraying device,
[0084]
[Table 4]
[0085]
As a result, when the masking wire diameter B is larger than the width A of the concave portion of the rotating shaft, that is, for B / A × 100 exceeding 100%, the wire expands due to heat during thermal spraying, and the continuous groove shape It dropped out of the rugged portion of the film, and masking was not possible.
[0086]
On the other hand, with a masking wire diameter B equal to or less than the width A of the unevenness, even if the wire expands due to heat at the time of thermal spraying, the coating layer is uniformly formed on the shaft seal unevenness portion without falling off from the continuous groove-shaped unevenness portion. Could be formed.
[0087]
Therefore, when forming a coating layer only on the convex part of a rotating shaft, it was recognized that it was effective to wind and mask a wire which has a diameter equal to or smaller than the width of the concave part.
[0088]
(Example 7)
As shown in FIG. 6, when the surface of the
[0089]
For high-speed flame spraying, JP-5000 (TAFA product name) is used as the spraying device,
[0090]
By coating while rotating the rotating shaft, the heat during spraying can be evenly distributed and the heat generation at the shaft seal of the water supply pump can be reduced, and the surface of the rotating shaft is coated with a uniform film thickness of WC-SUS316L. We were able to. In addition, by coating while rotating the rotating shaft, it is possible to make time to cool the part of the rotating shaft opposite to the sprayed part using a cooling medium such as air, and suppress the heating of WC-SUS316L. In addition to improving the adhesion of the coating layer, it was possible to suppress oxidation of the coating layer, a decrease in strength, and the like.
[0091]
(Example 8)
Table 5 shows the effect on the pump leakage when the surface of the rotating shaft of the shaft seal part of the water supply pump is coated with WC-SUS316L mixed powder by high-speed flame spraying and then the surface of the coating layer is finished by machining. The result of examining the presence or absence is shown.
[0092]
[Table 5]
[0093]
In this experiment, after coating WC-SUS316L mixed powder by high-speed flame spraying, the surface roughness of the coating layer was changed from 9.0 S to 2.0 S by machining, and the state of water leakage generated in the pump was judged. As a result, when the surface roughness exceeded 6.5 S, pump leakage increased and the impact on pump leakage increased.
[0094]
Such water leakage reduces the performance of the pump and reduces efficiency, so it is necessary to avoid it as much as possible. Therefore, after coating the surface of the shaft seal part of the water supply pump with a mixture of WC powder and SUS316L powder, reducing the surface roughness of the coating layer to 6.5 S or less by machining eliminates the effect on pump leakage, and the pump It is extremely effective for maintaining the performance of
