Description

【0001】

[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0012]
The jet cap 1 of the present invention is made of synthetic resin and includes a cap body 2 and a lid 3.
[0013]
The cap body 2 is formed in a cylindrical shape with a top and a lower end provided with a spout 4 at the top, and is used by fitting into a mouth of a container body or the like. In the illustrated example, the top wall 6 is extended from the upper end edge of the peripheral wall 5 in the shape of a horizontally long elliptical cylinder, and the jet port 4 is opened at the front of the top wall 6. The spout 4 is open on the front surface of the dome-shaped protrusion. Further, the upper end portion of the peripheral wall 5 is formed in a reduced diameter portion 5a that is reduced in diameter via an inward flange 7, and the peripheral wall of the lid 3 is configured to fit on the outer periphery of the reduced diameter portion 5a. Further, a short seal inner cylinder 8 communicating with the jet nozzle 4 is provided at the center of the back surface of the top wall 6 and a long seal outer cylinder 9 is provided vertically at a predetermined position outside the seal inner cylinder 8. The mouth portion of the body or the like is configured to fit in a liquid-tight manner.
[0014]
The cap body 2 is provided with an engagement piece 10 for the purpose of preventing the lid 3 from being illegally opened. The engaging piece 10 is formed in a band shape from the peripheral wall 5 of the cap body to the edge of the top wall 6 and engages the upper end so as to prevent the lid from being opened on the inner wall 14 of the lid body in the closed state. In addition, it is possible to push inward to release the engagement.
[0015]
In the illustrated example, a belt-like window hole 11 extending from the lower part of the peripheral wall 5 to the edge of the top wall 6 is provided on both sides of the cap body, and the engagement piece 10 is erected in each window hole 11 so as to be able to be pushed in. . The engaging piece 10 has a lower end edge integrally connected to the lower surface of the window hole 11 and is formed in a vertically long plate shape standing along the peripheral wall 5 of the cap body. The outer surface of the upper end portion is at the reduced diameter portion 5a of the cap body. Then, the diameter of the cover 3 is reduced inward so that the cover 3 can be fitted, and an engagement protrusion 12 is provided on the outer surface of the reduced diameter portion, and the engagement protrusion 12 is formed in an engagement hole described later of the cover 3. It is configured to be engageable. Further, the protrusion 13 projecting on the upper side of the engagement piece 10 is moved over and locked to the inside of the peripheral wall 5 of the cap body to prevent tilting outward, and the engagement protrusion 12 and the engagement hole It is possible to push inward to release the engagement. Note that the engagement piece 10 is not limited to being provided at two places as in the illustrated example, but may be provided at one place.
[0016]
In the present invention, the engagement piece 10 is configured to be cut off. Various configurations can be adopted as a specific configuration that can be cut off, and for example, it can be performed by forming a thin wire a or perforation as shown in the illustrated example. The portion for forming the thin wire or perforation is preferably provided at the lower end edge of the engagement piece 10 as shown in the drawing, but may be another portion.
[0017]
In forming the cap body 2 as described above, as shown in FIG. 4, the engaging piece 10 is molded in a state where it is tilted outward from the peripheral wall 5 of the cap body, and is raised from the base edge after molding, so that the projection 13 is formed. It is carried out by getting over and locking inside the peripheral wall 5 of the cap body.
[0018]
The lid 3 is provided on the cap body 2 so as to be openable and closable, and a lid whose lower end is connected to the rear upper end of the cap body 2 so as to be rotatable by a thin hinge or the like is adopted. In addition, the lid 3 is urged in the opening direction when it is opened to a predetermined angle in addition to the one that is pivotally connected by a thin-walled hinge or the like, and then automatically opens. Thereafter, the lid 3 is opened at a predetermined angle from the opened state. It is also possible to use a connecting means having a so-called elastic reversing mechanism that is urged in the closing direction when it is closed to close automatically thereafter.
[0019]
In the illustrated example, the cap body 2 has a bottom plate shape in which the top wall 15 is extended from the upper end edge of the peripheral wall 14 that fits the lower end to the outer periphery of the reduced diameter portion 5a, and the rear lower end of the peripheral wall 14 and the rear upper end of the cap body 2 Are connected by thin-walled hinges 16 and a pair of elastic plates 17 are provided on both sides of the upper and lower edges by thin-walled hinges. These thin-walled hinges and elastic plates constitute a known elastic reversing mechanism. ing. Further, at predetermined positions on both sides of the peripheral wall 14, engaging holes 18 are formed in which the engaging protrusions 12 of the engaging piece 10 are respectively engaged. The cap body and the synthetic resin are integrally formed. Instead of the engagement hole 18, an engagement recess may be provided. Further, a plug cylinder 19 that is fitted to the dome-shaped protrusion and closes the ejection port 4 is vertically suspended at a predetermined position on the back surface of the top wall 15.
[0020]
The case where the above-described ejection cap 1 is used will be described. The ejection cap 1 is mounted in a liquid-tight manner by fitting a mouth portion such as a container body between the seal inner cylinder 8 and the seal outer cylinder 9. In use, both the engagement pieces 10 are pushed inward, the engagement protrusions 12 are removed from the engagement holes 18, the lid 3 is opened, and the liquid is ejected. Therefore, since it is necessary to perform the lid opening operation while maintaining the state after releasing the engagement of both the engagement pieces 10, it is possible to prevent an infant from being tampered with or inadvertently opening the lid. After use it can be closed by fitting the respective engagement projections 12 and the engaging hole 18.
[0021]
Further, in the present invention, when a user who is not likely to misuse handles, each engagement piece 10 can be cut and removed, and in that case, the lid can be opened suddenly.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the ejection cap of the present invention is configured as described above, it can prevent unauthorized opening due to mischief of an infant or the like, and can prevent inadvertent leakage of liquid. In addition, when the user is a person who does not need to worry about unauthorized opening, the normal operation of opening and closing the lid 3 can be performed by cutting and removing the engagement piece 10. Can also be easily performed.
[0023]
Further, in the ejection cap of the second means , each engagement piece 10 always tries to return outward, so that the engagement protrusion 12 is locked to the lid 3 and the engagement piece 10 is more reliably rattled. There are advantages that can be prevented.
