【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to nailing a game board such as a pachinko machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The nailing to the game board is automated due to the large number of nails to be driven. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-253284 provides a technique for reading stored nail data, a technique for moving a table and driving a nail driving device based on this data, and a technique for tilting a nail after driving. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-11163 provides a technique for forming a pilot hole with a punch prior to nailing.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional nail driving of the gaming machine provided in these publications improves the mass productivity by automation, improves the nail driving accuracy by nailing to the pilot hole, and simplifies the nail tilting. Problems remain unresolved.
[0004]
The nail arrangement on the game board affects the whereabouts and the appearance of the hit ball on the game board surface. For example, if the nailing data set at the design stage is not sufficient and there are significant mistakes, or the game board on which nailing based on the nailing data is actually mounted and operated However, if the nailing result is not appropriate, or if it is necessary to correct the nail driving data for a gaming machine shipped to the market, there may be a case where it is necessary to slightly change the driving position for a certain nail. is there. In order to cope with such a situation, the nailing data for the nail arrangement which does not need to be changed is exchanged with the nail data for the nail arrangement which needs to be changed. For this reason, it is necessary to exchange the medium storing the nail data and to store the nail data with / without arrangement change, which is complicated. In addition, since there are various requests for changing the nail arrangement, the response is more complicated in data exchange. Furthermore, the correction value of the nailing data obtained through a plurality of processes and scrutiny is inconvenient because it is managed by relying on the operator's memo etc., and correction errors and losses are frequent. In addition, the function of a nailing device having a central processing unit capable of processing data has been reduced.
[0005]
Also, even when preparing pilot holes, the only consideration is that the pilot hole position and the nailing position are exactly the same, and the positional relationship between the two is room for improvement in versatility of nailing. Was left.
[0006]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to improve the versatility of nailing to a game board.
[0007]
[Means for solving the problems and their functions and effects]
In order to solve at least a part of the problem, the game of the present inventionIn the machine manufacturing method, a game board is placed on a table, and a pilot hole and a nailing mechanism are used to form a pilot hole and nail the game board.
[0017]
When forming the pilot hole, the table and the nail driving mechanism are relatively moved two-dimensionally along the XY plane, and the punch is positioned at the pilot hole coordinate of the nail to be driven. At this position, the punch of the punch mechanism is pressed against the game board to form a tapered pilot hole at the position.
[0018]
When nailing, the table and the nailing mechanism are relatively moved two-dimensionally along the XY plane, and the nail is positioned at the nail coordinates for the nail to be driven. Then, a nail driving operation by the nail driving mechanism is executed at this position to perform nail driving.
[0019]
In this way, when forming a pilot hole and nailing, the coordinates of the pilot hole and the nailing coordinates have been conventionally made. In this case, the tip of the nail substantially coincides with the center of the pilot hole, so that the nail is driven into the center of the pilot hole by the driving operation, and it is difficult to cause poor driving such as bending of the nail. Therefore, the accuracy of nailing is increased. In this case, the nail is driven in a predetermined posture almost determined by the state of gripping by the nail driving mechanism.
[0020]
However, in the manufacturing method of the present invention, when the nail to be driven is tilted from a predetermined posture and nail driving is performed, the nail driving coordinate and the pilot hole coordinate are different. Therefore, nails that do not require an inclination from a predetermined posture are nailed with high nailing accuracy as described above. On the other hand, when tilting from a predetermined posture, the two coordinates are different as described above, and the tip of the nail touches the tapered surface of the tapered pilot hole, and the displacement of both coordinates is determined according to the tilt direction of the nail. It was decided.
[0021]
When the tip of the nail hits the tapered surface of the tapered pilot hole, the nail that has been driven in that state causes the tip of the nail to slide on the tapered surface. Therefore, the nail is driven so that the tip of the nail is directed from the contact position of the tapered surface in the direction along the tapered surface. In this case, if the tapered pilot hole is conical, the nail is driven toward the center of the tapered pilot hole. The phenomenon that the tip of the nail hits the tapered surface in this way occurs due to the displacement of both coordinates, and the contact position on the tapered surface can take all directions around the center of the pilot hole. For this reason, by making the coordinate displacement according to the inclination direction of the nail, the nail can be driven to be inclined from the predetermined posture in the inclination direction. Therefore, according to this invention, it can nail with the inclination from a predetermined attitude | position, and versatility increases. Even if the tapered pilot hole has a pyramid shape, it can be nailed with at least an inclination in a direction following the slope of the pyramid.
[0022]
Thus, when displacing the pilot hole coordinates and the nailing coordinates, as described above, the pilot hole coordinates and the nailing coordinates are stored in advance, and both coordinates can be displaced by the correction described above.
[0023]

The switch for shifting to the coordinate correction is divided into the X-axis and the Y-axis in preparation for the case where correction for only the X-axis and correction for only the Y-axis are desired.
[0060]
The “nail position confirmation” switch display temporarily interrupts the coordinate correction process and allows the operator to visually recognize the nail position on the screen display. When the switch is operated, the
[0061]
In the screen display of FIG. 12, not only can the nail position / number of steps be displayed for all the nails, but the following can also be performed. As described above, the pilot hole coordinate correction may be performed only for a limited number of nails. In such a case, the nail position and the number of steps can be displayed only for the nail for which the correction is permitted (for example, the nail having the number of steps of 5 to 7). It is also possible to highlight the limited nail so as to distinguish it from other nails. In this way, it is possible to effectively avoid an operator's erroneous operation that corrects the pilot hole coordinates of a nail that cannot be corrected.
[0062]
In step S120 after the operations of “punch X axis” and “punch Y axis”, the screen display of the
[0063]
The operator inputs the number of steps for specifying the nail to be corrected and its XY axis correction value using the numeric keypad while viewing the coordinate data list. FIG. 13 shows a result of the step number “7”, the X-axis correction value “−0.01”, and the Y-axis correction value “−0.02” input by the operator. The state of such input will be described in detail. Such numerical input can also be performed from a handy type key input device (not shown).
[0064]
In the initial screen of FIG. 13 in which either “punch X-axis” or “punch Y-axis” is operated in step S110, the columns of step number, X-axis correction value, and Y-axis correction value all have initial values of zero. It has become. In this state, the operator
[0065]
In the present embodiment, the correction input for one axis and the correction input for the XY2 axis can be properly used. In other words, when the operation of “punch X-axis” is performed, if the display area for the Y-axis correction value is pressed after the input of the X-axis correction value (−0.01), the Y-axis correction value is changed. An input is accepted, and if there is no pressing operation, the Y-axis correction value is set to an initial value of zero. In this way, whether the “punch X-axis” or “punch Y-axis” in FIG. 11 is operated, the correction input for both the XY axes and the correction input for only the axis to be operated can be used properly. it can.
[0066]
The
[0067]
This situation will be described in relation to the operation of the operator. Now, as shown in FIG. 13, it is assumed that the correction value of the pilot hole coordinates is input for the nail having the number of steps of 7 and the “update” switch is operated. In response to this update switch operation, the

Even in the case of this nail driving coordinate correction, the nail position display of FIG. 12 is performed by operating the “confirm nail position” switch. In this way, the operator can visually recognize the number of steps and the position of the nail for which nail driving coordinate correction is desired.
[0074]
In step S170 after the operations of “nail data X-axis” and “nail data Y-axis”, the correction input screen shown in FIG. 13 is displayed as in step S120 described above, and the
[0075]
In the nail driving coordinate correction, there is no restriction on the nail to be corrected. Therefore, the operator inputs the step number, the X axis nail driving coordinate correction value, the Y axis nail driving coordinate correction value for the nail desired to be corrected. Repeat input. Even in this nailing coordinate correction, correction input for only the X-axis or Y-axis can be made.
[0076]
Then, the

In the nail coordinate correction, since there is no restriction on the correction target, the input correction value table for correcting the current set coordinate data (nailing coordinate data) of each address shown in FIG. It differs as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 15, the input correction value table in the case of nail driving coordinate correction has input correction values for corrected nail addresses and numerical values for uncorrected nail addresses. Has zero.

Next, if it is determined in step S190 that the pilot hole coordinate correction has been completed by the operation of the “complete” switch in FIG. 13, the

Next, a gaming machine manufacturing process including nailing control using the coordinate data corrected as described above will be described. FIG. 16 is a flowchart for explaining nail driving control. In the gaming machine manufacturing process of the present embodiment, a cutting process of the game board YG is executed prior to the nail driving control of FIG.
[0083]
The nail driving control shown in FIG. 16 is executed when a start switch operation on the
[0084]
If the game board is normally placed, a pre-nailing process is performed (step S310). This pre-nailing process includes a process of driving the game board fixing jig to fix the game board, and a process of drawing the game board table 40 (specifically, the upper table 42) pushed forward in the apparatus into the apparatus. Then, the process of moving the game board table 40 two-dimensionally to return to the origin, the game board height detection process using the board surface height sensor 56 (see FIG. 5), and the hammer punch stroke based on the game board height This includes adjustment processing, reading of bar code information on the game board, discrimination of gaming machine models based on the read bar code information, and selection of nailing programs and coordinate data used for the discriminated models.
[0085]
Following the pre-nailing process, it is determined whether or not it is necessary to form a pilot hole by punching (step S320). Whether or not punching is required is determined based on the situation of a punch skip switch (not shown) included in the

[0089]
When the nailing is completed, the game board table 40 (specifically, the upper table 42 in the apparatus) in the apparatus is sent to the front of the apparatus, and then the jig for fixing the game board is released and the game board can be removed. Post-processing is performed (step S370), and this routine is terminated.
[0090]
As described above, according to the
[0091]
Further, since the correction value is input at the time of coordinate correction, the correction input is simple. Furthermore, since the formation position of the tapered pilot hole serving as a pilot hole for nail driving is also corrected, it is possible to improve the nail driving accuracy.
[0092]
Furthermore, in this embodiment, coordinate correction is performed by each
[0093]
Further, in this embodiment, when nailing, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, a nail (
[0094]
In a nail whose coordinates coincide, the nail is driven into the center of the pilot hole, so that it is difficult to cause poor driving such as bending of the nail. Therefore, the accuracy of the nail driving position can be increased. The nail driving posture in this case is determined by the gripping posture by the
[0095]
However, when the pilot hole coordinates are different from the nailing coordinates, the following occurs. FIG. 17 is an explanatory diagram for schematically explaining the state of nailing when the pilot hole coordinates and the nailing coordinates are different, and FIG. 18 explains the result of nailing when the pilot hole coordinates and the nailing coordinates are different. It is an explanation.
[0096]
As shown in the figure, in this case, since the tip of the nail hits the tapered surface of the tapered pilot hole, the nail slips on the tapered surface at the time of nailing. Therefore, the nail is driven so that the tip of the nail is directed from the contact position of the tapered surface in the direction along the tapered surface. In this embodiment, since the tapered pilot hole has a conical shape, the nail is driven toward the center of the tapered pilot hole, that is, the pilot hole coordinates (xs, ys). The phenomenon in which the tip of the nail hits the tapered surface in this way occurs due to the displacement of the pilot hole coordinate (xs, ys) and the nail driving coordinate (xk, yk), and the contact position with the tapered surface of the nail is the lower hole center. All directions around the hole coordinates (xs, ys) can be taken. For this reason, by making the coordinate displacement according to the inclination direction of the nail, the nail can be driven to be inclined from the predetermined posture in the inclination direction.
[0097]
More specifically, as shown in FIG. 18, in order to incline the nail a among the nails a to h in the −Y axis direction, the pilot hole coordinates (xs, ys) and the nail driving coordinates (xk, yk) The y-coordinate values are the same, the y-coordinate values are different, and the n-coordinate y-coordinate value yk is made smaller than the pilot-coordinate y-coordinate value ys. In order to incline the nail b in the −X-axis direction, the y coordinate value of both coordinates is made the same, and the x coordinate value xk of the nail driving coordinate is made smaller than the x coordinate value xs of the pilot hole coordinate. In order to tilt the nail g in the + X-axis direction, the y coordinate value of both coordinates is made the same, and the x coordinate value xk of the nail driving coordinate is made larger than the x coordinate value xs of the pilot hole coordinate. In order to tilt the nail h in the + Y-axis direction, the x coordinate values of both coordinates are made the same, and the y coordinate value yk of the nail driving coordinates is made smaller than the y coordinate value ys of the pilot hole coordinates. In addition, for example, in order to tilt the nail in the direction of 2 o'clock or 7 o'clock as viewed from the pilot hole coordinate center, the xy coordinate values may be made different depending on the tilt direction. Therefore, according to the
[0098]
Next, another embodiment will be described. This embodiment is characterized in that coordinates are corrected collectively. FIG. 19 is a flowchart showing coordinate batch correction processing in another embodiment, and FIG. 20 is an explanatory diagram for explaining the result of nailing performed by this coordinate correction processing.
[0099]
The coordinate batch correction process shown in FIG. 19 is executed when the “collective correction” display switch displayed on the
[0100]
The
[0101]
The nail to be corrected is designated as follows. For example, when a group of nails for guiding a ball to an impeller is a target for collective correction, the operator selects a step number range while referring to the coordinate data list of FIG.
[0102]
The
[0103]
In such collective correction, the coordinates of all nails can be corrected. In this case, it is not necessary to display the number of steps and the coordinate data list in the screen display of FIG.
[0104]
Subsequent to step S420, the
[0105]
Note that the pilot hole coordinates and the nailing coordinates can be collectively corrected with different correction values. In this case, in step S410, the offset setting screen display of FIG. 11 is performed, and the operation of “punch X axis” and “punch Y axis” is waited for to switch to the correction input screen of FIG. Then, a correction value input for the pilot hole coordinates is waited for, and the pilot hole coordinates are collectively corrected and updated. After that, after entering the correction value for the operation and nail coordinates of the “nail data X axis” and “nail data Y axis”, the nail coordinates are collectively corrected and updated. Data may be transferred to the
[0106]
According to the present embodiment that performs such processing, as shown in FIG. 20, since the nail positions of the nail to be corrected can all be changed, the versatility of nailing can be further improved.
[0107]
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments and embodiments, and can of course be implemented in various modes without departing from the gist of the present invention. is there.
[0108]
For example, the correction value is input at the time of coordinate correction (FIGS. 13 to 15), but the coordinate itself may be corrected.
[0109]
In the embodiment, the
[0110]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 14, the pilot hole coordinates are regulated so that nails that are not subject to correction are provided. However, the pilot hole coordinates should be corrected for all nails without being restricted. You can also.
[0111]
Further, the case where the pilot hole is formed by punching prior to nailing has been described, but the present invention can also be applied to an apparatus that directly nails the game board without forming the pilot hole.

In addition, the coordinate data transfer from the
