この発明は、例えば清涼飲料水、炭酸飲料水、酒類、コーヒ、お茶等の飲み物が封入された商品(例えば樹脂製、金属製、ガラス製の容器)を販売する自動販売機に於いて、その商品を選択するために陳列される展示用商品見本に関する。

従来、上述例のような商品見本としては、例えば、図13に示すように、フレーム本体41を構成するフレーム42,42を上下分離して、そのフレーム42,42の間にシート状の表示ラベル43を嵌込むと共に、表示ラベル43の上下縁部を、フレーム42の周縁部に形成したリブ42aの内側に係止し、表示ラベル43の両側縁部を、フレーム42の後側内壁面に形成したストッパ42bに係止する商品見本40(特開平10−55479号公報)がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上述した商品見本40は、フレーム本体41を構成するフレーム42,42を分離して、そのフレーム42,42の間に表示ラベル43を嵌込むだけの構造であるので、商品の種類に対応して、商品見本40のサイズ及び表示内容を変更する場合、自動販売機の展示部に陳列された古い商品見本40を、新しい商品見本40とに交換しなければならず、その作業に手間及び時間が掛かる。

また、変更する商品のサイズに対応して、複数の商品見本40を製作したり、予め準備したりしなければならず、商品見本40の保管及び取扱いが煩わしくなるだけでなく、一つの商品見本40に要する単価が高くなり、見本毎に複数の金型が必要となるため、製作コストが高くなるという問題点を有している。

この発明は上記問題に鑑み、商品見本を構成するダミー本体を、商品と対応するサイズに可変調節してダミーラベルのみを交換するので、商品見本のサイズ及び表示内容を変更する作業が容易に行え、交換時の作業性が向上し、製作費及び金型費の低減を図ることができる展示用商品見本の提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載の発明は、ダミー本体の前面側に、商品と対応する形状に湾曲したダミーラベルを保持する展示用商品見本であって、上記ダミー本体を、上記商品の上部と対応する形状に形成された上部枠体と、該商品の下部と対応する形状に形成された下部枠体とに分割し、上記上部枠体の上端部に、上記ダミーラベルの上縁部を所定の曲率半径に保持する保持部を形成し、上記下部枠体の下端部に、上記ダミーラベルの下縁部を所定の曲率半径に保持可能する保持部を形成し、上記上部枠体の保持部の後側縁部の下方に向けて形成された壁部の内周面と、上記下部枠体の保持部の後側縁部の上方に向けて形成された壁部の外周面との対向面に、互いに係合される突起と溝部とを形成し、上記溝部の上端部より下方の上端側対向縁部と、該溝部の下端部より上方の下端側対向縁部とを、上記溝部に挿入される突起の軸部より幅狭に形成し、上記一方の壁部に形成された突起を、他方の壁部に形成された縦長の溝部に係合して、該溝部の上端部及び下端部に対して係合保持される位置に上下移動可能に設けることにより、上記ダミー本体の全長を、上記商品と対応するサイズに可変調節可能に設け、上記各保持部の前側縁部に、上記各枠体の後方からダミーラベルの差込み及び抜取りが可能で、該ダミーラベルの上縁部又は下縁部が係止される半円形状の溝部を形成し、上記上部枠体の壁部の後側外周面に、上記ダミーラベルの両側縁部が係止される一対の係止爪を所定間隔に隔てて形成した展示用商品見本であることを特徴とする。

【作用】
請求項1記載の展示用商品見本は、ダミー本体を構成する上部枠体と下部枠体とを上下方向に相対移動して、一方の壁部に形成された突起を、他方の壁部に形成された縦長の溝部に沿って上下移動させ、該突起を溝部の上端部及び下端部に対して係合保持する。また、ダミー本体を、ダミーラベルが保持される長さに伸縮調整した後、ダミーラベルの上縁部を、上部枠体の保持部に形成された溝部に沿って後方から差込み、ダミーラベルの下縁部を、下部枠体の保持部に形成された溝部に沿って後方から差込んだ後、ダミーラベルの両側縁部を、上部枠体の壁部に形成された一対の係止部に係止して、商品と対応する曲率半径に湾曲した状態に矯正及び保持する。

図面は販売される商品のサイズ及び種類に略対応して、サイズ及び表示内容を変更するときに用いられる展示用商品見本を示し、図1に於いて、この展示用商品見本7(以下単に商品見本と略記する)は、自動販売機1の前面側に設けた展示部2に、販売商品(例えば飲み物が封入されたアルミ缶、スチール缶)の種類に略対応して複数陳列される。なお、商品見本7を、任意の展示部(例えば机、棚、陳列ケース等)に単独で陳列してもよい。

展示部2の展示面3には、図9にも示すように、展示面3に陳列される商品見本7の種類に略対応して、略丸形状の開口部4を水平方向に対して所定間隔に隔てて複数形成している。
