Description

The present invention relates to a curtain wall of a building that forms an outer wall surface of the building.

As shown in FIG. 5, the curtain wall that forms the outer wall surface of the building intersects a vertical beam 1 extending in the vertical direction and an invisible line 2 as a horizontal beam extending in the horizontal direction. It is set as the structure which incorporated the panel members 3, such as a glass plate and a decorative board, in the frame enclosed by.

As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, curtain walls using wooden members as the frame members such as the vertical 1 and the seamless 2 are generally elongated along the outdoor end faces of the vertical 1 and the seamless 2, respectively. Metal fixtures 4C and 4D are provided in the direction, and intermediate members 5C and 5D made of heat-insulating synthetic resin are connected to the fixtures 4C and 4D, and the fixtures 4C and 4D are connected via the intermediate members 5C and 5D. Are provided with metal cover members 6A and 6B covering the vertical 1 and the plain 2 and between the vertical 1 and the cover 6A and between the blank 2 and the cover 6B. The outer peripheral portion is sandwiched and fixed via the sealing material 34 and the backup material 33. In general, as the panel member 3, composite glass having two glass plates 3 a and 3 b facing each other with a space therebetween and a hollow layer 32 therebetween is used.

As described above, the curtain wall using the wooden stand 1 and the mesh 2 is provided with the intermediate members 5C and 5D as the heat insulating materials, and the cover members 6A and 6B and the fixtures 4C and 4D cooled on the outdoor side in winter. The heat transfer is interrupted between the fittings 4C and 4D to prevent the fittings 4C and 4D from being cooled, and condensation on the contact surfaces of the fittings 4C and 4D with the vertical 1 and the seamless 2 is prevented. ing.

In addition, a plurality of engaging portions 52, 62 formed in an L-shape projecting in opposite directions are engaged with each other at the connecting portion between the front ends of the intermediate members 5C, 5D and the cover members 6A, 6B. , 5D and the cover members 6A, 6B, the thermal expansion / contraction difference in the longitudinal direction is eliminated. Similarly, in order to eliminate the thermal expansion / contraction difference between the base ends of the intermediate members 5C and 5D and the tips of the fixtures 4C and 4D, the base members of the intermediate members 5C and 5D formed to have a substantially U-shaped cross section. The engaging portion 59 at the end is engaged and connected in the longitudinal direction to an engaging groove 49 formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section at the tip of the fixtures 4C and 4D.

Furthermore, in the curtain wall described in the following Patent Document 1, as a structure in which a metal fixture is connected to the end face of the wooden vertical and the invisible outdoor side, the vertical and invisible extend in the longitudinal direction. It is proposed that a metal base material with slits or long holes is fixed, the head of the metal bolt member can be moved to the slits or long holes, and a metal fixture is connected to the bolt member. Has been. According to this, since the metal fixture and the metal cover member connected to the metal base material fixed vertically and invisible can be moved via the bolt member, the metal fixture and The thermal expansion / contraction difference between the wooden vertical and the plain is absorbed, and damage to the curtain wall constituent member due to the thermal expansion / contraction difference is prevented.
Japanese Patent No. 2766221 (FIGS. 3 and 4).

By the way, the composite glass 3 used for the curtain wall has many types in which the thickness of the opposing glass plates 3a and 3b and the width of the hollow layer 32 inside are different. There are many types such as relatively thin plate thickness and low heat insulation. In addition to the composite glass 3, a single glass plate or a decorative plate is used for the curtain wall.

However, in the conventional structure, the projecting dimensions of the fixtures 4C, 4D and the intermediate members 5C, 5D as the curtain wall constituent members to the outdoor side are set in accordance with the thickness of the composite glass 3 and other panel members to be used, Other than the set plate thickness, it cannot be used for panel members with different thicknesses. Therefore, the fixtures 4C and 4D and the intermediate members 5C and 5D having different projecting dimensions must be prepared for each panel member having a different thickness, resulting in poor productivity. Therefore, the present invention has been made to provide a curtain wall of a building that can be shared by a plurality of types of composite glass and other panel members having different plate thicknesses and has good productivity.

The cover member 6B is an aluminum plate, and the decorative rib is abolished like the cover member 6A on the vertical 1 side. The cover member 6B is attached so that the latching claws 62, 62 at the center of the back surface are respectively latched with the latching claws 52, 52 of the intermediate member 5B to cover the blank 2.

The composite glass plate 3 has a double structure in which two glass plates 3a and 3b opposed to each other are joined together via a spacer 31 at their peripheral edges, and a hollow layer 32 is provided between the glass plates 3a and 3b. The composite glass plate 3 is formed by bonding a backup material, for example, a backup material 33 of a synthetic resin foam, to the outer periphery of the inner surface of the indoor glass plate 3a and the outer surface of the outdoor glass plate 3b. Placed on the part surrounded by the fixtures 4A and 4B and the intermediate members 5A and 5B attached to the joint 2 and the cover members 6A and 6B are attached to the intermediate members 5A and 5B. The glass plate 3a and the glass pressing plates 11, 21, 22 are sandwiched between the pressing portions 11, 11, and between the cover member 4B and the glass pressing portions 21, 22 on the side of the mesh 2 via the backup material 33. The composite glass 3 is attached by filling a gap between the cover member 6A, 6B and the glass plate 3b with a sealing material 34 such as silicon. The lower edge of the composite glass 3 is supported on the fixture 4B by a support member 35 made of hard rubber.

According to the curtain wall of the present embodiment, a plurality of trough portions 46 are provided along the indoor / outdoor direction to fit the engaging protrusions 54, 54 of the substrate portion 53 of the intermediate members 5A, 5B to the fixtures 4A, 4B. Therefore, the amount of protrusion of the intermediate members 5A and 5B can be adjusted by changing the fitting position of the engaging protrusions 54 and 54 of the intermediate members 5A and 5B to the valley 46, and the thickness of the composite glass 3 to be used can be adjusted. Can do.

For example, as shown in FIG. 4, when using a relatively thin composite glass 3C, the engaging projections 54, 54 of the intermediate member 5A are arranged at the valley portions 46, 46 located on the innermost side of the fixture 4A. If it fits in 46, the protrusion amount of 5 A of intermediate members can be made small, and the thin composite glass 3C can be supported suitably. Do the same for the unsighted side. On the other hand, although not shown, when using a relatively thick composite glass, each engaging protrusion of the intermediate member is fitted to a valley located on the outermost outdoor side of the fixture so that the intermediate member What is necessary is just to enlarge protrusion amount.

In this embodiment, there are three types of composite glass to be attached, and the difference in thickness between the maximum thickness and the intermediate thickness is the same as the difference in thickness between the intermediate thickness and the minimum thickness. The fixtures 4A and 4B are shown, and these valley portions 46 are provided at equal intervals. The number, position and mutual spacing of the valleys 46 are determined by the difference in the thickness of the composite glass used. You may make it provide a trough part not only according to a composite glass plate but according to the thickness of panel members, such as a single-piece glass plate and a decorative board.

According to the present invention, since the protruding amount of the intermediate members 5A and 5B can be adjusted, the fixtures 4A and 4B, the intermediate members 5A, 5B and the cover members 6A and 6B can be used in common, and the productivity is good without preparing fixtures and intermediate members having different protrusion amounts for each panel member having a different thickness as in the conventional structure.

Further, since the intermediate members 5A and 5B are made of a synthetic resin product having heat insulation properties, heat transfer between the outdoor side and the indoor side can be blocked, and condensation of the vertical 1 and the seamless 2 can be prevented. Furthermore, the thermal expansion / contraction difference can be absorbed between the cover members 6A and 6B and the fixtures 4A and 4B.
