Description

The present invention is for a drug selection and supply device such as a tablet that is mounted on a drug selection and supply device mainly installed in a hospital, that is, a device for appropriately selecting and taking out drugs such as tablets and capsules according to a prescription for each patient. The present invention relates to a medicine container.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a medicine container such as a tablet or a capsule has a medicine container in which the medicine is stored, a medicine alignment section that is rotatably provided in the medicine container, and a medicine alignment path is formed around the medicine. It comprises a roller, a gear fixed to the rotation shaft of the medicine alignment roller, and an opening for discharging medicine from the medicine alignment path.
Such a medicine container is mounted on a medicine selection and supply device, and the rotation drive of the motor of the medicine selection and supply device is transmitted to the medicine alignment roller via a gear, and the roller rotates, and the medicine alignment path is in accordance with data such as a prescription. A predetermined amount of the medicines arranged in the above are individually discharged from the opening into the medicine selection and supply device.
Then, in the medicine selection and supply device, a packaging operation for packaging the discharged medicines one by one with the packaging device is performed.

By the way, as the packaging operation progresses, naturally, the medicine stored in the medicine container must be reduced and replenished. In this case, after the medicine container is removed and the medicine is replenished, the medicine selection is performed again. Attach to the feeder and continue the packaging operation.

However, since the drug alignment roller is rotatably provided in the conventional drug container, the drug alignment roller is inadvertently rotated due to vibration or impact applied to the drug container at the time of detachment and remains in the drug alignment path. The medicine may be discharged from the opening for discharging the medicine to the medicine selection and supply device.

The present invention solves the above-described problem, and provides a drug container for a drug selection and supply device such as a tablet that does not inadvertently discharge a drug remaining in the drug container when the drug container is attached and detached. The issue is to provide.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and means for solving the problems is to discharge drugs such as tablets and capsules stored in the drug storage unit 16 in accordance with instructions from the drug selection and supply device. Therefore, when the medicine container support 2 is attached to the medicine container support 2, the medicine alignment roller 25 is rotated by the rotation driving body of the medicine container support 2 through a gear meshing with each other. A medicine container that contains medicines such as tablets and capsules stored in the medicine container 16 into the medicine alignment path 24 and is individually discharged from the opening 13 to the medicine selection and supply device. In the non-mounting on the container support 2, there is provided a suppression means for suppressing the rotation of the medicine alignment roller 25.

Preferably, the deterring means may be a gear 30 attached to the shaft 29 of the medicine alignment roller 25 or a stopper 18 that can be locked to the teeth of the gear 30 by urging of an elastic body. .
Further preferably, the medicine container support 2 is provided with a releasing means for releasing the restraining means of the medicine alignment roller 25 when the container main body 1 is mounted on the medicine container support 2. obtain.

A medicine container such as a tablet having the above structure is attached to the medicine container support 2 to discharge medicines such as tablets and capsules stored in the container in accordance with instructions from the medicine selection and supply device. The drug alignment roller 25 is rotated by the rotation drive body of the drug container support 2, and drugs such as tablets and capsules stored in the drug container 16 are introduced into the drug alignment path 24 and individually selected from the opening 13. It is discharged to the supply device.
By the way, when the medicine container is replenished with the medicine, the medicine container must be attached to and detached from the medicine container support 2, but the medicine container having the above-described configuration prevents rotation of the medicine alignment roller 25. Since the deterring means is provided, the rotatable medicine alignment roller 25 does not naturally rotate due to vibrations or the like generated when the medicine container is removed and attached.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, even if a chemical | medical agent remains in a chemical | medical agent storage part or a chemical | medical agent alignment path, it can prevent discharging from an opening part carelessly.

Furthermore, if a release means for releasing the restraining means for the medicine alignment roller is provided on the support for the medicine storage container to which the medicine storage container is attached, the restriction of the restraining means is released at the time of attachment, and the medicine alignment roller rotates completely. The drug can be discharged and the drug can be discharged according to the instruction of the drug selection / supply device without any load being applied to the rotation drive body of the drug container support.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a container provided with a medicine container 16 that can be attached to and detached from a medicine container support 2 in a medicine selection and supply device and can contain medicines such as tablets and capsules. The container body is shown.
The container main body 1 is formed in a substantially fan shape in plan view, and is provided with a drug inlet 1a at the top of the drug container 16 and a lid 1b for opening and closing it.

A pair of guide rails 3, 3 ′ projecting from the mounting surface 2 a of the drug container support 2 are provided as projecting paths for mounting the container main body 1, and are provided inside the drug container support 2. Is provided with a front plate 5 on which a convex portion 5a is formed to be fitted into a concave portion 4 provided on the front wall of the container main body 1.
On the side of the front plate 5 of the guide rails 3 and 3 ′, step portions 6 and 6 ′ having a generally bowl shape in plan view are formed.
7 denotes a carry-out port for supplying a medicine discharged from the container main body 1 to a packaging device (not shown), and 8 denotes a large gear 8a that rotates via a rotary drive body 9 such as a motor. The double gear which consists of the small gear 8b and protruded from the mounting surface 2a is shown.
Reference numeral 10 denotes a bar-like protruding bar that protrudes in the vicinity of the substantially central portion of one guide rail 3, and the protruding bar 10 is a stopper 18 that is a deterring means that suppresses rotation of a drug stirring roller body 11 to be described later. It is a release means for releasing the regulation.

On the other hand, a drug stirring roller body 11 is provided at a substantially central bottom portion in the container main body 1, and the drug container 16 has a front wall 12 of the drug container main body 1 in the direction of the drug stirring roller body 11. A bottom portion 15 is integrally extended from the other wall surface 14 facing it downwardly.
A double gear 17 composed of a large gear 30 and a small gear 33 is attached to the medicine stirring roller body 11.

More specifically, a gear storage portion 20 is provided below the storage container body 1 via a partition wall 19.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, a cylindrical roller storage wall 21 that surrounds the periphery of the medicine stirring roller body 11 and a cylindrical support that supports the medicine stirring roller body 11 from below are provided above the partition wall 19. A wall 22 is formed.

The drug agitating roller body 11 is fitted to a drug aligning roller 25 having a plurality of drug aligning paths 24 around which the drug 23 is aligned, and an upper surface portion of the drug aligning roller 25. By being cut, it is composed of a stirring roller 26 formed with an inclined surface 27 having a high portion 26a having a high one end and a low portion 26b having a low other end.
The medicine alignment roller 25 has a hole 28 formed in the rotating shaft core portion, and a pipe-shaped shaft body 29 extending downward is fitted into the support wall 22 and protrudes into the gear housing portion 20. The large gear 30 is fixed to the lower end portion.
On the other hand, a cylindrical shaft 31 is inserted into the hole 28, the stirring roller 26 is fixed to the upper end portion thereof, and the small gear 33 is fixed to the lower end portion thereof.

With this configuration, when the large gear 8a and the small gear 8b rotate via the rotation drive body 9, the small gear 33 and the large gear 30 that mesh with the large gear 8a and the large gear 30 rotate, and the drug stirring roller body 11 rotates. The number of teeth of the large and small gears is selected as appropriate, and the rotation speeds of the medicine alignment roller 25 and the stirring roller 26 are designed to be different from each other. Therefore, the high part 26a side of the stirring roller 26 is accumulated on the low part 26b side. Since the medicine is agitated, the medicine is reliably and quickly introduced into the medicine alignment path 24 without bridging on the lower portion 26b side, and is arranged in a column as shown in FIG.

Further, in the gear housing portion 20 of the container body 1, one side 18 a of a stopper 18 made of a hairpin-shaped leaf spring as a restraining means is fixed to an attachment portion 35 fixed to the partition wall 19 via a pin. ing.
A receiving portion 36 having a substantially bowl shape in plan view is formed at the tip of the other side 18b of the stopper 18, and in the vicinity of the receiving portion 36, a large gear 30 fixed to the shaft body 29 of the medicine alignment roller 25 is formed. A substantially triangular locking portion 37 that locks the teeth is provided.

Reference numerals 39 and 39 ′ denote guide paths for mounting the container main body 1 along the guide rails 3 and 3 ′ of the drug container support 2, and are projected downward from the partition wall 19 to be within the gear storage portion 20. Is formed.
Reference numerals 40 and 40 ′ denote positioning protrusions that fit into the step portions 6 and 6 ′ of the guide rails 3 and 3 ′.

When the drug container is fitted along the guide rails 3, 3 'of the drug container support 2, the positioning projections 40, 40' and the step parts 6, 6 'are fitted as shown in FIGS. As a result, the double gear 8 of the driving means 9 is engaged with the double gear 17 of the drug stirring roller body 11, and at the same time, the protruding rod 10 of the drug container support 2 is fixed to the stopper 18. The plate spring is pressed by abutting against the receiving portion 36 and the restraint by the stopper 18 is released, and before the mounting, the medicine is rotated, that is, the medicine alignment roller 25 that cannot be rotated carelessly by the stopper 18 is in a freely rotatable state. Become.
Then, the medicine agitating roller body 11 rotates via the rotation drive body 9, so that the medicine introduced into the medicine alignment path 24 is discharged from the opening 13 based on data such as a prescription. It is discharged to the outlet 7 and supplied to the packaging device.

On the other hand, when the container main body 1 is removed from the medicine container support 2, as shown in FIG. 4, the pressing of the protruding rod 10 is released and the stopper 18 is restored by elastic force, whereby the locking portion 37. Is locked to the teeth of the large gear 30 to prevent free rotation of the medicine alignment roller 25.
Accordingly, at least when the medicine container is not attached to the medicine selection and supply device, the medicine alignment roller 25 does not rotate, so even if the medicine remains in the medicine alignment path 24 or the like, the medicine is selected from the opening 13. Not discharged into the feeder.

In the above embodiment, the release means 10 is provided on the medicine container support 2, but the release means is not necessarily provided on the medicine container support 2. For example, by loosening the elastic force of the leaf spring of the stopper 18 serving as a deterrent means, making the locking portion 37 of the stopper 18 substantially semicircular, or changing the mounting position of the stopper 18 as appropriate, the design can be changed accordingly. It is possible to rotate the drug alignment roller 25 by the rotation driving body 9 of the drug container support 2 even in a state where the restraining means is applied to the drug alignment roller 25.

Further, in the above embodiment, the restraining means is composed of the stopper 18 made of a hairpin-shaped leaf spring. However, the restraining means is not necessarily limited to the above configuration, for example, as shown in FIG. A plate-like stopper 18 having a saw-like engaging portion 37 that is engaged with the large gear 30 of the drug alignment roller 25 and having holes 41, 41 formed at both ends, and the holes 41, 41 The support rods 42, 42 inserted through the support rods 42, and springs 43, 43 fitted into the support rods 42, 42 and biasing the stopper 18 from the other end surface side may constitute a deterring means.
In addition, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 5, when the medicine container having such a structure is attached to the medicine container support 2 provided with two protruding rods as release means, a stopper as a deterring means. 18 is retracted and the stopper 18 is separated from the large gear 30, and the inhibition is released.

Further, in the above embodiment, the stopper 18 as the restraining means is configured to be locked to the teeth of the large gear 30 by the urging force of the leaf spring or the spring, but the restraining means is not necessarily limited to such a configuration. For example, a stopper for locking the board of the large gear 30 may be used, and an urging force of rubber may be used instead of the leaf spring or the spring.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, if the stopper 18 itself as a restraining means is formed of rubber, even if the stopper 18 is not provided with the locking portion 37 as in the above embodiment, it is deformed by its elastic force. The rubber stopper 18 comes into contact with the large gear 30 and the large gear 30 can be reliably locked due to the property of rubber having a high frictional force.

As described above, the medicine container according to the present invention has a restraining means for preventing rotation when the medicine alignment roller for individually aligning and discharging the medicine is not attached to the medicine container support. Since it is provided, when the medicine container is removed from or attached to the medicine selection and supply device, the rotatable medicine alignment roller does not rotate carelessly.
Therefore, even if the medicine remains in the medicine alignment path or the medicine storage portion, the medicine alignment roller rotates and the medicine can be prevented from being discharged from the opening to the medicine selection and supply device.
Therefore, waste of medicine can be eliminated and a series of operations can be facilitated.

Furthermore, when the medicine container holding body is provided with release means for releasing the restraining means of the medicine alignment roller when the container body is mounted on the medicine container support, the medicine container is mounted. Sometimes, the medicine aligning roller is completely rotated with the restraining means being released, while when the medicine container is removed, the restraining means acts and the medicine aligning roller does not rotate carelessly.
Therefore, the rotation and rotation of the medicine alignment roller can be suppressed and released only by attaching and detaching the medicine container, and there is no need for the operator to perform any new operation.
