本発明は、まず、製品品質に関連している高い装入量を実現することができるような高いトルク密度を用いることである。
・材料の頻繁な積み替え
・特殊な表面/自由体積(Am3/Vf2)の高い比、しかも同時に高い表面形成率(熱交換及び材料交換)
この方法が基づくところの多軸形押出機においては、多数の楔状部が存在しており、これに対して自由体積は非常に小さく維持される。この機械の利点は、製品の分配、細分化及び積み替えが改善されたという点にある。

Claims (27)
- 同方向で回転する完全自己クリーニング形の多数のスクリュー軸を備えた多軸押出機であって、これらのスクリュー軸がそれぞれ1つの孔内に配置されており、該多軸押出機のプロセス室が、滑らかな孔表面によって形成された周面Am及び、軸と孔との間に形成された自由体積Vfとを有していて、この押出機の同様に滑らかな表面を有するスクリュー軸がこれらのスクリュー軸のそれぞれ固有の軸線を中心にしてのみ回転するようになっており、スクリューエレメントがスクリューねじ部の山において外径Daを有し、スクリューねじ部の谷において内径Diを有している形式のものにおいて、
押出機が個別に駆動される少なくとも4つのスクリュー軸を有しており、方法手順の範囲の少なくとも一部で、比Da/Di=1.3〜1.7における2軸式のスクリューエレメントのための比Am3/Vf2が1020〜3050の間であって、押出機が温度調節可能なコアと温度調節可能なケーシングとを有していて、このコアとケーシングとが移動不能であって、前記ケーシングが、別個に温度調節されるセグメントに区分けされていることを特徴とする、同方向で回転する完全自己クリーニング形の多数のスクリュー軸を備えた多軸押出機。 - 比Da/Di=1.5〜1.63である、請求項1記載の押出機。
- 2軸式のスクリューエレメントにおける比が1500<Am3/Vf2<2030である、請求項1又は2記載の押出機。
- 2軸式のスクリューエレメントにおいて比Am3/Vf2が1500〜2030の間である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の押出機。
- 汚染された、かつ/又は湿った重縮合物を連続的に処理するための方法において、請求項1から4に記載された多軸押出機を用いて行うことを特徴とする、汚染された、かつ/又は湿った重縮合物を連続的に処理するための方法。
- 押出機内で、少なくとも7Nm/cm3のトルク密度(スクリュー/軸間隔3毎のトルク)で開始する、請求項5記載の方法。
- 押出機において、少なくとも9Nm/cm3のトルク密度(スクリュー/軸間隔3毎のトルク)で開始する、請求項3記載の方法。
- 処理しようとする重縮合物をポリエステルとする、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 処理しようとする重縮合物をポリエステル−リサイクル品、特にPETボトル−リサイクル品とする、請求項8記載の方法。
- エラストマーを連続的に処理するための方法において、請求項1から4に記載の多軸押出機を用いて行うことを特徴とする、エラストマーを連続的に処理するための方法。
- エラストマーを、粉末状又は粒状のエラストマーとし、このエラストマー内に前もって少なくとも1つの充填物を混ぜておく、請求項10項記載の方法。
- スクリューエレメントが密接して噛み合わせられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の多軸押出機。
- 押出機において、スクリュー軸が冠状、特に環状に配置されている、請求項12記載の多軸押出機。
- 重縮合物を、方法経過中に溶融し、後に再硬化するようになっており、これに対して、方法経過中に重縮合物の温度が重縮合物の溶融温度より高くなっている時間全体を、約60秒よりも短くする、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 方法経過中に重縮合物の温度が重縮合物の溶融温度よりも高くなっている全時間を、約30秒よりも短くする、請求項14記載の方法。
- 溶融物中の残留水含有量を200ppmよりも大きくする、請求項14又は15記載の方法。
- 重縮合物の初期形状を、200kg/m3〜600kg/m3の範囲のばら荷密度を有するばら荷材料とする、請求項14から16までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- フレーク状又は切片状の重縮合物を使用する、請求項14から17までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 重縮合物−初期材料を溶融前に部分的に予備乾燥させる、請求項14から18までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 揮発性の汚染物及び/又は崩壊生成物を重縮合物から取り出すためのガス抜き段階を行う、請求項14から19までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 重縮合物を固体状態で押出機内に装入し、重縮合物を融点以下の温度に加熱し、重縮合物をガス抜きし、かつ/又は乾燥させ、この際に重縮合物のガス抜き、かつ/又は乾燥を固体状態で、雰囲気圧以下の温度で、かつ/又は不活性ガスを供給しながら行う、請求項14から20までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 方法経過中に重縮合物が溶融物である全時間を、重縮合物が押出機内での溶融後にまだ押出機内に滞在している第1の時間区分と、まだ溶融している重縮合物が押出機の外で処理される第2の時間区分とに分ける、請求項21記載の方法。
- 前記第1の時間区分の長さを約15秒よりも短くする、請求項22記載の方法。
- 前記第1の時間区分の長さを約10秒よりも短くする、請求項21記載の方法。
- 溶融された重縮合物を、押出機の外で溶融物濾過処理する、請求項22から24までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 溶融された重縮合物を、押出機の外で、溶融ポンプを用いて処理する、請求項22から25までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 重縮合物を固化する際に、ペレットより成る粒状物質に加工する、請求項14から26までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
