Description
【0001】

[0006]
The method of closing the adjustment hole 8 with the adjustment hole screw 10 has a disadvantage that a tool is required for removal and the operation is troublesome, and it is easy to loosen due to vibration. In addition, the method of closing with a rubber plug is easy to remove, but the fixation is uncertain and there is a risk that it will come off during operation. Further, in any of the above methods, once the parts are removed due to their small size, they are easily lost, and the adjustment holes 8 are always open until new parts are supplied. For this reason, foreign matter such as dust may enter the inside of the main body and cause a failure.
[0007]
An example of the configuration of the output adjustment mechanism and a method of closing the adjustment hole with a screw are disclosed in JP-A-8-19969.
[0008]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-8-19969 [Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problem to be solved by the present invention is that the means for closing the adjustment hole for adjusting the tightening torque from the outside by the output adjustment mechanism can be easily opened, so that it is not lost due to vibration during operation. Is to do.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above object includes an oil pulse mechanism that generates intermittent impact torque by hydraulic pressure, an output adjustment mechanism that is provided in the oil pulse mechanism and that adjusts the magnitude of the impact torque, and includes the oil pulse mechanism. In a hydraulic fastening tool having a substantially cylindrical outer shell portion and an adjustment hole provided in the outer shell portion and connected to the output adjustment mechanism, an outer shell protection component is attached to the outer surface of the outer shell portion, This is achieved by providing the outer shell protection component at a position to close the adjustment hole.
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the outer shell protection component has a first recess or a projection at a portion in contact with the outer shell, and is engaged with the first recess or the projection. This is achieved when the outer shell portion has a concave portion or a convex portion.
[0011]
Further, the above object is achieved in
[0012]
Further, the object is as set forth in claim 1, wherein a first outer shell protective component is attached to the front of the outer surface of the outer shell portion, and a second outer shell protective component is attached to the rear of the first outer shell. The outer shell protective component has a first concave portion or a convex portion at a portion in contact with the outer shell portion, and the second concave portion or the convex portion engaged with the first concave portion or the convex portion is provided as the outer shell portion. And the inner diameter of the second outer shell protective component is smaller than the outer diameter of the first outer shell protective component, and the second outer shell protective component is provided at a position closing the adjustment hole. Is achieved.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
One embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0014]
FIG. 1 is a sectional view of an essential part. The outline of the structure will be described. A motor 1 and a
[0015]
The outline of the operation will be described. The motor 1 is driven by a rechargeable battery (not shown) or a normal AC power supply (not shown), and the power of the motor 1 is transmitted to the planetary
[0016]
Here, the magnitude of the intermittent impact torque, so-called tightening torque, is adjusted by adjusting the output adjusting mechanism 9 disposed in the oil pulse mechanism unit 4 so as to meet various working conditions such as screw tightening and bolt tightening. It needs to be adjusted. This is because, if the tightening torque is adjusted to be excessively large, an excessive current flows through the motor 1 to increase the heat generation of the motor 1 or the pressure in the oil pulse mechanism 4 becomes excessively high, resulting in early deterioration of the oil. This is because of the well-known situation of causing oil leakage. This adjustment is performed by inserting a hexagon wrench 11 or the like from an adjustment hole 8 provided in the
[0017]
It is necessary to adjust the tightening torque quickly because of a large amount of adjustment in the factory before shipping the product. In order to improve workability, it has a great effect that the means for closing the adjustment hole 8 can be easily removed and attached.
[0018]
Then, the peripheral part of the adjustment hole 8 which is the principal part of this invention is demonstrated. As shown in FIG. 1, the adjustment hole 8 provided in the
[0019]
By this engagement, the front cap 6 is not detached due to vibration, and there is no fear of loss. On the other hand, if it is going to remove, if a part of front cap 6 is pushed to the outer peripheral direction of the
[0020]
Further, the position where the adjustment hole 8 is provided is not limited to the position closed by the front cap 6, but an oil pulse mechanism is provided at a position closed by the protector 7 which is the second outer shell protection component as shown in FIG. Even if the output adjusting mechanism 9 is provided so as to adjust from the lateral direction of the portion 4, the same effect can be obtained. The protector 7 has an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the front cap 6 and is locked by the front cap 6 and fixed to the
[0021]
The front cap 6 and the protector 7 which are outer shell protecting parts are mainly intended for protecting the outer shell and preventing the other material from being damaged. However, the adjustment hole 8 is blocked by using a configuration that can also be used for closing the adjustment hole 8. The objective can be achieved without increasing the number of dedicated parts, so there is no pressure on costs.
[0022]
With respect to dust resistance, since the adjustment hole 8 is located in the front cap 6 or the protector 7 in the above configuration, it is better than a screw or a rubber plug that is closed in accordance with the size of the adjustment hole 8. If the adjustment hole 8 is small or the position is poor and difficult to adjust, the size and number of the adjustment holes 8 can be freely adjusted and improved within the front cap 6 and the protector 7.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
With the configuration according to the first aspect, the torque can be adjusted by removing the outer shell protective component. Also, when removed, the outer shell protection part has a certain size and is not easily lost. Furthermore, there is an effect of preventing the outer shell portion and the counterpart material from being damaged, and an effect of improving the appearance.
[0024]
According to the configuration of the second aspect, the outer shell protection component can be easily attached and detached by hand.
[0025]
With the configuration according to the third aspect, the outer shell protection component covers the outer shell portion so as to be in close contact with the outer shell portion, so that dust resistance is very good.
[0026]
According to the configuration of the fourth aspect, the second outer shell protective component that closes the adjustment hole is locked by the first outer shell protective component, so that the second outer shell protective component does not unexpectedly come off due to vibration or the like. When removing, the first outer shell protective component can be removed by manually deforming and removing the first outer shell protective component. When removed, the outer shell protective component has a certain size and is not easily lost. In addition, there is an effect of preventing the outer shell portion and the counterpart material from being damaged, and an effect of improving the appearance.
