本発明は、材料を鋸車に張架された帯鋸により切断等の加工を行う帯鋸機に関するものである。

従来、携帯形の帯鋸機で材料を切断する際は、帯鋸の回転方向に切断材料が押されるため、切断材料が押される側にガイドテーブルを設けている。このガイドテーブルは、固定式のものと、切断材料の大きさ・形状あるいは、切断材料(既設管等)と壁等のスペースに応じて、切断方向に出し入れ調整した後に固定するものがあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来、携帯形の帯鋸機で材料を切断する際は、帯鋸の回転方向に切断材料が押され、切断が安定しないため、切断材料が押される側にガイドテーブルを設けられており、通常、このガイドテーブルに切断材料を押付けて切断する。従って、帯鋸の刃先からガイドテーブルの切断方向の出張量は、切断材料の大きさ・形状あるいは、切断材料(既設管等)と壁等のスペースに応じて決定される。

従来の携帯形の帯鋸機のガイドテーブルは、固定式の場合、上記した刃先に対する出張り量が固定されているため、通常の切断では問題ないが、既設管等の切断をする際、切断材料と壁等のスペースが少ないと、最後まで切断が出来ない問題があった。この問題を解決するための手段として、帯鋸の刃先からガイドテーブルの切断方向の出張量を調整して固定するものもあるが、その都度調整する煩わしさがある。

また、携帯形の帯鋸機をスタンドなどで固定して立形にし、ガイドテーブル上で切断材料の切断をする(コンター切断)際は、切断材料を手で持ちながら、ガイドテーブル上を滑らせながら帯鋸に押付けて切断するため、帯鋸に対してまっすぐに押付ける事が困難であり、曲がって切断されてしまう問題があった。

本発明の目的は、上記した従来技術の問題を解消し、切断材料の大きさ等各種状況に応じた切断作業を容易で正確にすることである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的は、ハウジングの両端にそれぞれ鋸車を軸支しハンドルを有する鋸車ベースを設け、前記鋸車には帯鋸を張架し、前記鋸車ベースに前記帯鋸を挟持案内する帯鋸ガイドを設け、前記鋸車ベースの駆動側には切断の際の材料を案内するガイドテーブルを設け、片方の前記鋸車をモーターにより回転駆動し、前記帯鋸により材料の切断を行う帯鋸機において、切断方向に往復摺動自在に前記ガイドテーブルを設け、前記ガイドテーブルを前記帯鋸の刃先方向に押付ける押圧手段を設けることにより達成される。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施形態を図1〜図4により説明する。図1は本発明の実施形態を示す帯鋸機の正面図、図2は図1のAA線断面拡大図、本発明の詳細を示す断面拡大図、図4は本発明の実施形態を示す携帯形帯鋸機を立てて使用した時の状態図である。
