この従来のチューナー部の金属ケースは図4及び図5に示す如く、入力回路、高周波増幅回路及び周波数変換回路の高周波部品が実装された配線基板1を囲む長方形の箱状の枠体2とこの枠体2の上下開口を覆う例えばブリキ板等の上及び下ケースカバー2a及び2bとより成っている。

この金属ケースの枠体2内に図5に示す如く所定の金属板例えばブリキ板より成る仕切板3を設けると共にこの仕切板3の所定位置に所定数の接触部3aを設け、また上ケースカバー2aの、この仕切板3の接触部3aに対応する位置に、切込みにより細長形状の先端が遊端となされた爪4を形成し、この爪4の先端を、この仕切板3の接触部3aに当接し、電気的及び機構的に接続し、所定の高周波特性(シールド効果)が得られる如くしていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
然しながら近年、配線基板1に実装する高周波部品の密集度が高くなっており、またスペースを必要とする高周波部品を用いたときは、この仕切板3を必要なだけ配するスペースがなくなり、このケースカバー2a,2bの爪4を当接することができなくなり、安定した高周波特性(シールド効果)が得られなくなる不都合があった。

本発明は斯る点に鑑みより高い高周波特性(シールド効果)を得るようにすることを目的とする。

本発明高周波装置のケースは、金属ケース内に高周波部品が実装された配線基板を配置した高周波装置のケースにおいて、調整用コイルに対応する位置に設けられた螺旋形状の爪を有するケースカバーを備え、配線基板に実装された調整用コイルの接地点である外装に爪当接させると共に外部より調整用コイルを調整可能にしたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図1〜図3を参照して本発明高周波装置のケースの実施の形態の例につき説明しよう。本例においては、テレビジョン受像機の入力回路、高周波増幅回路及び周波数変換回路より成るチューナー部の高周波装置のケースに適用したものである。

本例においては、図1〜図3に示す如く、入力回路、高周波増幅回路及び周波数変換回路の高周波部品10a,10b‥‥が実装された配線基板10を囲む金属板例えばブリキ板より成る長方形の箱状の枠体11と、この長方形の箱状の枠体11の上下開口を覆う例えばブリキ板より成る上及び下ケースカバー11a及び11bとより成る。

この枠体11は例えば幅49mm、長さ127mm、厚さ9mmの長方形の箱状の枠体であり、この枠体11内に図3に示す如く、所定の金属板例えばブリキ板より成る仕切板12を設けると共にこの仕切板12の所定位置に所定数の接触部12aを設け、また上ケースカバー11aの仕切板12の接触部12aに対応する位置に切込みにより細長形状の先端が遊端となされた爪13を形成し、この爪13の先端を、この仕切板12の接触部12aに当接し、電気的及び機構的に接続し、高周波特性(シールド効果)が得られる如くする。
