【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pot seedling box cleaning apparatus for cleaning a pot seedling box that grows rice seedlings into adult seedlings.
[0002]
In the seedling box for growing rice seedlings, there is a pot hole that is molded into a flat box shape with a hard resin material, etc., and a pot hole that is formed into a small bowl shape with a resin material and has a smaller diameter at the bottom than the opening on the upper surface side. There is a pot seedling box for adult seedlings that is arranged in a plurality of vertical and horizontal directions and is formed of a soft resin material or the like so as to be curved.
[0003]
The pot seedling box cleaning apparatus according to the present invention is a pot seedling box cleaning apparatus for a pot seedling box for adult seedlings, in which pot holes to be described later are arranged vertically and horizontally.
[0004]
[Prior art]
As a conventional pot seedling box cleaning device, for example, as disclosed in JP 2000-316392 or JP-B-1-42647, a pot seedling box is forcibly sent to a cleaning unit by a seedling box transporting claw, and in a side view Both are known to wash the pot seedling box while curving it.
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2000-316392 A [Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-426647 [0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described technique, it is necessary to insert the pot seedling box into the cleaning unit inlet and transfer the seedling box transporting claw into the pot hole of the pot seedling box. Is always forcedly driven by a chain or the like, there is a problem that the operator has to adjust the insertion time of the pot seedling box in order for the seedling box transporting claw to be inserted into the pot hole in a timely manner, There was a problem that the pot seedling box was damaged depending on the insertion timing.
[0007]
In addition, the seedling box cleaning unit rubs the seedling box with the seedling box guide and transports it from the inlet side to the outlet side. Since the seedling box guide is provided in parallel with the long side of the pot seedling box and on a straight line, the seedling box guide is covered with the pot seedling box and cannot be cleaned. there were.
[0008]
Further, the pot seedling box described in JP 2000-316392A, Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-442647 and the like is forcibly sent to the seedling box washing section by the seedling box transporting nail, and both of the pot seedling boxes are viewed from the side. In what is washed while curving, even if the pot seedling box made of soft resin material etc. is curved, fatigue will occur that much, and depending on the years of use, symptoms such as the resin material will become brittle, In these inventions of the type that is washed while curving, there is a problem that the pot seedling box is damaged.
[0009]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in consideration of such problems, and when the pot seedling box is inserted into the pot seedling box cleaning apparatus, the operator does not adjust the timing of the apparatus, but what timing the apparatus side has. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to be able to transport even if the pot seedling box is inserted, to be able to clean the pot seedling box so that there is no unwashed portion, and to eliminate damage to the pot seedling box.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the pot seedling box cleaning apparatus according to the present invention employs the following means.
[0011]
In other words, the present invention is characterized in that a synchronizer is provided for absorbing a front-rear shift when the seedling box transporting claw for transporting the pot seedling box and the pot hole are fitted.
[0012]
In this method, since the seedling box transporting claw has been conventionally forced to continuously rotate during the cleaning operation of the pot seedling box cleaning device, the worker must remove the pot seedling box in order to insert the seedling box transporting claw into the pot hole with good timing. As a result of providing a synchro device in the drive unit of the seedling box transporting claw, it was necessary to adjust the insertion timing, and as a result, absorption of the deviation before and after the seedling box transporting claw and the pot hole were fitted Even if the insertion timing is deviated, the seedling box transporting claw is momentarily cut into the driving force cut state and absorbs the deviation before and after that, so that the pot seedling box can be prevented from being damaged.
[0013]
Although the use of a commercially available one-way clutch is conceivable as the structure of the synchronizer of this means, the structure is complicated and easily damaged, and it works only in one direction, but it is inappropriate for this apparatus and is expensive. If the configuration of the present invention is adopted, there is an advantage that it is simple and has no failure, and can be effective not only in one direction but also in the front-rear direction, and is inexpensive.
[0014]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the intervals between the plurality of seedling box guides that are in contact with the back side of the pot seedling box provided in the seedling box cleaning section are different on the inlet side and the outlet side of the seedling box cleaning section.
[0015]
In this means, conventionally, since a plurality of seedling box guides are provided so as to rub against the long side of the pot seedling box, the seedling box guide is covered with the pot seedling box and cannot be cleaned. However, in the embodiment of the present invention, two continuous round bars that are seamlessly connected from the entrance side to the exit side of the seedling box cleaning section are used as the seedling box guide. The interval is arranged in the center of the short side of the pot seedling box short side, the seedling box guide is bent near the center in the length direction, and the guide effect at the outlet is less than that at the inlet. Since the portion where the pot seedling box rubs against the seedling guide is different at the entrance and the exit, the sliding cleaning at least with the back surface cleaning brush is performed at the maximum in the entire seedling box cleaning path. Since it can be performed in half, there are no uncleaned parts. There is an advantage in that.
[0016]
Furthermore, in the past, the seedling box guide for guiding the pot seedling box was divided into a plurality of parts and provided at intervals or shifted, but this method inevitably cannot reliably guide the pot seedling box. Part of the pot seedling box that is made of a soft resin material or the like is prone to swell due to the influence of a cleaning brush or the like, and the pot seedling box is prone to damage or fatigue However, in the present invention, since it has a continuous guide structure with no joints from the inlet to the outlet, the pot seedling box is surely guided to the end and is being washed. There is an advantage that the deformation of the pot seedling box is minimized, and it becomes easier to assemble than the method in which the seedling box guide described above is divided into a plurality of parts, and the cost is reduced.
[0017]
In addition, although not claimed, in the conventional case where both are washed while curving the pot seedling box in side view, even if the pot seedling box made of a soft resin material is curved, the fatigue is increased accordingly. However, in the present invention, the pot seedling box can be washed on a straight line without curving, thus preventing damage to the pot seedling box. be able to.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the pot seed box cleaning device according to the present invention has hitherto required an operator to insert the pot seed box in order to accurately insert the seed box transporting claw into the pot hole without damaging the pot seed box. Although it had to be adjusted, the pot seedling box was damaged by the seedling box transporting claw no matter what timing the operator tried to insert the pot seedling box by providing a synchronization device to the pot seedling box cleaning device. There is an effect that it is not done.
[0042]
Furthermore, conventionally, the seedling box guide for guiding the pot seedling box is divided into a plurality of parts, and the ones provided at intervals or shifted are exited from the seedling box cleaning part inlet side provided in the pot seedling box cleaning part. The back seedling box guides , which are composed of continuous guide rods that are seamlessly connected to the side, are installed so that the interval between the seedling box cleaning unit inlet side and the outlet side is different, so that the unwashed part of the pot seedling box is completely In addition, the pot seedling box can be reliably guided from the entrance to the outlet of the cleaning section, so that the deformation of the pot seedling box during cleaning is minimized, easy to assemble, and low in cost. There is an effect.
[0043]
Furthermore, since the cleaning path of the pot seedling box cleaning device of the present invention is straight in side view, the pot seedling box can be prevented from being damaged as compared with the case where the pot seedling box has been curved and cleaned conventionally. There is.
