本発明は綿球や綿棒などの消毒用材料が収納されている滅菌された包装体に関する。

【従来技術】
病院などの医療機関内で医師や看護婦が患者の患部を消毒するに際して、滅菌処理が施されている万能壺と称される金属製の蓋付容器内に滅菌包装が施されている綿球やガーゼ等の消毒材料を収納し、この万能壺に消毒液を注入して消毒材料に消毒液を含浸させ、この消毒液が含浸された消毒材料を使用していた。しかし、消毒材料を万能壺に移す時、消毒材料は一定時間、空気に触れることから空気中の雑菌が付着する懼れがあった。また、使用後は余った消毒材料を破棄し、容器に付着している消毒液を洗浄除去し、再度滅菌処理を行い、これに滅菌処理された包装袋から消毒材料を取り出してこの容器内に入れ再度使用していた。しかし、このようなことは極めて手数を要し煩瑣であった。
最近、上記のような煩瑣な行為を省略する目的で、廃棄可能な合成樹脂製の蓋付容器に消毒材料を収納しこれらを一緒に滅菌処理を施し、使用に際してはこの合成樹脂製の容器に消毒液を注入することが提案されている(特開平2001−354224号参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、合成樹脂容器としてはポリエステル系樹脂製の容器が用いられ、ポリエステル系樹脂で成形された容器はオートクレーブ滅菌など、高温に曝されると変形し易いという欠点があった。その為滅菌処理としては電子線照射滅菌やエチレンオキサイド滅菌が行なわれている。しかし、滅菌処理として電子線照射滅菌を行う場合は大きな滅菌設備を必要とし、又、エチレンオキサイドガス滅菌では残留ガスの問題が生じた。
そこで、本発明者は上記の問題点を解決すべく種々検討した結果、本発明を完成したもので、本発明の目的は、上記の繁雑な作業をすることなく清浄な状態で滅菌した消毒材料の供給を行うに際し、大きな滅菌設備を必要とせず、安全性並びに信頼性の高い滅菌された消毒材料の包装体を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の要旨は、ポリプロピレン製容器本体と、該容器本体に接続しその開口部を閉鎖する蓋体とを備える容器内に消毒材料を収納し、前記容器本体の開口部を滅菌紙で覆いオートクレーブ滅菌した消毒材料包装体であって、前記容器本体は、底部外面の接続部の反対側半面の一部または全面にのみ粘着剤層が設けられたことを特徴とする消毒材料包装体である。即ち、本発明では、容器本体がポリプロピレンで構成されているので従来のようなエチレンオキサイド滅菌や電子線滅菌の代わりにオートクレーブ滅菌が可能となり、大きな滅菌設備を必要とせず、安全性並びに信頼性の高い滅菌された消毒材料の包装体とすることができると共に、該容器本体の底部外面の接続部の反対側半面の一部または全面にのみ粘着剤層を設けることにより、底部の剛性によるモーメントにより、開蓋するときの保持力は損なわず、剥がすときは接続部側(後側)から剥がすと小さな力で剥がすことができる

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明について詳細に説明する。
本発明にかかる消毒材料包装体は、容器本体と容器本体の開口部を閉蓋・開蓋できる蓋体と容器本体と蓋体とを係合する係合手段とを有し、該容器本体内には消毒材料が収納されている。容器本体及び蓋体はポリプロピレンで構成されている。容器本体の具体的形状としては容器本体の上部に開口部を有し、開口部縁より下方に折り曲げて外周縁部とし、その下端を外側に張り出し鍔部を形成する。蓋体は容器本体の開口部を全て被覆する逆凹形状体で容器本体の外周縁部に接する内周壁を有し、内周壁の端部から前記容器本体の鍔部と同様に外側に向かって鍔部を有する。容器本体と蓋体とは別個に成型したものを蝶番などの接続部材で接続しても良いが、一枚のポリプロピレンシートより一体に成形することは、製造上の容易性及び使用する樹脂量が少なくて済む点からみて好ましい。
ポリプロピレンのようなポリオレフィンは環境への負荷が小さく廃棄が容易なので、この点からみても好ましい。また、ポリプロピレンはそれ自身の耐熱性はポリエステル系樹脂に比べてそれほど高くはないが、シート成形が容易であり、成形した後に熱が加わった場合に変形の度合いが小さい。従って、オートクレーブなど熱の加わる用途には好ましいものである。本発明に用いるポリプロピレンの種類としてはオートクレ−ブの熱で変形しないものであれば特に制限はなく、共重合モノマー成分や他の樹脂、さらには各種添加剤を含有していても良い。
そして、容器本体と蓋体とを一体成形する手段としては、真空成形や圧空成形などにより深絞り成形する。容器本体と蓋体との接続部はそれぞれの鍔部を幅広としておくことが好ましく、幅広部分の中間に溝状の筋を付けておくと折れ線を設ける際に容易となる。そして、この折れ線が蝶番として機能する。折れ線の途中から容器本体側の幅広部分に膨出する曲線状の切り込みを設けると、蓋体側鍔部の幅広部分を押圧することによって、容器本体と蓋体との接合点(切り込みの両端部)を支点として蓋体の開閉を行うことができる。なお、このように構成した場合の蓋体側鍔部の幅広部分を押圧部ともいう。

容器本体と蓋体との何れか一方または両方に係合手段を設けて再封したときに閉蓋状態を保つことができるようにすることが好ましい。係合手段としては特に限定されるものではないが、例えば、容器本体の外周縁部に蓋体の内周壁部と係合するように凸部を設けたり、或いは蓋体の内周壁に容器本体の外周縁部と係合するように凸部を設けたり、或いは容器本体の外周部と蓋体内周壁にそれぞれ凹凸部を設けて互いに嵌合することによって容易に係合することが出来る。このような係合手段を設け、再封したときに閉蓋状態を保つようにすると空気中の雑菌等が混入しないので好ましい。
このような係合手段は複数個設けると、再封するときの位置や力の大きさによって係合する係合手段の個数や位置が異なり、前記容器本体と前記蓋体との係合力が変るので制御可能とすることができる。即ち、容器本体と前記蓋体との接続部近傍の係合部は、接続部に近い位置の係合手段ほど弱い力で押圧部を押した場合でも開蓋状態とすることができる。

先に述べたように、前記容器本体と前記蓋体との接続部の蓋材側幅広部分(押圧部)を押圧することで前記蓋体を持ち上げて開蓋することもできるのであるが、その際、蓋材側幅広部分にコの字状の切り込みを入れて舌片を設け、これを折り込んで折込部とすると、この折込部が容器本体に係止してストッパーの作用をするので、蓋材が必要以上に開くことを防止し、開放角度を規制することができる。これにより、蓋材の重さで容器が転倒することを防止することができ好ましい。
また、容器本体と蓋体との接続部の反対側(前側)の蓋体鍔部に凹部や凸部を設けておくと、蓋体を持ち上げて開蓋する際、凹部や凸部が指や爪の引っかかりとなり蓋体を持ち上げる際、滑りにくいので好ましい。
更に、容器本体の底部外面に、例えば両面粘着テープなどによって粘着剤層を設け、蓋体を開閉する際、容器本体を転倒しにくくすることは好ましく、特に、この粘着剤層は底部外面の前記持ち上げ部側半面(前側)の一部または全面にのみ設けておくと、底部の剛性によるモーメントにより、開蓋するときの保持力は損なわず、剥がすときは接続部側(後側)から剥がすと小さな力で剥がすことができるので好ましい。
そして、蓋体には消毒材料に添加した薬剤名や調整日時などを記入可能なラベルを貼付し、記入部を設けておくと容器本体内の消毒材料の状態を知ることが出来る。
また、前記容器本体と前記蓋体とが破断可能なラベルで封印されていると開封するにはラベルを破る必要があるのでタンパープルーフの作用を果たす。このような破断可能なラベルは比較的強度の小さい紙や合成樹脂フィルムをもちいることができる。これらのラベルには破断線を設けておいても良い。

以上述べたような容器に綿球や綿棒のような消毒材料を入れ、開口部を滅菌紙で覆い、オートクレーブ滅菌を行う。滅菌紙としては、通常のオートクレーブに用いられる所定の透気度を有する不織布やポリオレフィン繊維混抄紙あるいは紙にイージーピールヒートシール層を積層したものなどが好適に用いられる。
オートクレーブ滅菌条件としては、通常行われている滅菌条件と異ならず、概ね115℃〜130℃、30分〜15分程度が適当である。

本発明に用いる容器について図をもって説明する。
図1は本発明にかかる消毒剤料包装体に使用する容器の斜視図を示す。図1において容器本体1は蓋体2と容器本体1及び蓋体2はそれぞれ鍔部11、12を有しており、接続部3によって容器本体1と蓋体2とは接続されている。接続部3は鍔部11,12が幅広に構成されており、蓋体2側の鍔部12を広くし、この部分に容器本体側に膨出する曲線状の切り込み9を設け、蓋体2を折り曲げたとき切り込みによって形成される部分(この部分を押圧部6という)を押すことによって蓋体2が容器本体1に対して開閉できるようにする(図4参照)。また、接続部3には蓋体2側の鍔部12にコの字状に切り込んで舌片5を設け、これを折り曲げて容器本体鍔部11に係止するようにすることによって蓋体2の開放角度を規制する。なお、この舌片5をストッパー5ともいう。このような容器本体1の開口部7に滅菌紙を貼付してオートクレーブ滅菌を行う。滅菌紙としては、通常のオートクレーブに用いられる所定の透気度を有する不織布やポリオレフィン繊維混抄紙あるいは紙にイージーピールヒートシール層を積層したものなどが好適に用いられる。
接続部3の反対側の蓋体側鍔部12もやや幅広として持ち上げ部4を設ける。持ち上げ部4の中央に凹部や凸部を設けて指が滑らないようにすることが好ましい。
図2は本発明で使用する容器の蓋体2を僅かに開いた状態の側面図であり、図3は蓋体を完全に開いた状態の斜視図である。図2及び図3において容器本体1の開口部7の縁より下に折り曲げて形成された外周縁部8に凸部または凹部を、蓋体の内周壁9に凹部または凸部を設けて係合手段10を形成する。押圧部6には先に述べたようにストッパー5が設けてあり、これによって蓋体の開放角度が調節される。すなわち、蓋体を開放したときに水平近くまで開いてしまうと容器が倒れやすくなることがあるので、ストッパー5は所定の角度以上に開かないように開放角度を規制する。このような容器本体1に消毒材料13を収納し、開口部7を水蒸気は通すが、菌は通さない、いわゆる滅菌紙で覆い、ヒートシールなどの手段で固着し、オートクレーブ滅菌を施す。
また、蓋体2の上部には記入ラベル15を貼着して消毒液の種類や調整日時等を記入可能とし、また、容器本体の底部には両面粘着テープ16を貼着して蓋体を開いたときに容器本体が倒れないようにする。

【実施例】
実施例1
厚さ800μmの未延伸ポリプロピレンシートを真空成形して図1〜4に示すように容器本体1および蓋体2を成形した。容器本体1と蓋体2とが繋がっている部分(接続部3)の中間部に折り畳むための溝状の筋を入れ、押圧部6および舌片(ストッパー)5を形成するための切り込みを設け蓋体2が折り畳みできるようにした。
容器本体1の開口部は内径70mmの円形とし、底部は内径65mmの円形として、テーパーの付いた深さ70mmの円柱状の形状とした。この容器本体1に直径25mmの綿球(消毒材料13)を10個入れ、開口部7をポリプロピレンを混抄した紙からなる滅菌紙14で覆い、ヒートシールで密封し、115℃、30分間オートクレーブ滅菌を行った。
滅菌後、滅菌紙14の上から蓋体2を折り畳んで被せて、係合手段10にて固定し、左右両側面二箇所において、容器本体1と蓋体2とを紙製の封印ラベルで封印し、改竄防止手段とした。
蓋体2の外面に消毒材料13が消毒液で調整されたときに備えて、消毒薬剤名と調整日が記入できる紙製の記入ラベル15を貼付した。
また、容器本体1の底部外面に直径50mmの半円からなる両面テープ(粘着ラベル16)の片面に剥離紙を残したものを容器本体1の底部外面、手前半分の領域(持ち上げ部4が存在する側、すなわち、接続部3が存在しない側)に貼付した。
本発明の滅菌された包装体の使用に際しては、蓋体鍔部12の押圧部6に設けられた舌片を根本から下方に折り曲げストッパー5を形成する。そして、蓋体2の持ち上げ部4の凹部に親指の爪を入れて、蓋材2を押し上げて蓋体2を開く。この時、封印ラベルは破断され、開封した痕跡が残る状態となる。
滅菌紙14を剥がして除去し、ポピドンヨード消毒液を100CC注入し消毒液含浸消毒材料を調整した。この時、ストッパー5の働きにより蓋材2は必要以上に開放しないので、蓋体2が開いても容器本体1が倒れることはないが、念のため、容器本体1の底部外面の剥離紙を剥がして粘着面を露出させ、薬剤調整台に固定した。蓋体2を被せて、全面を押圧し、全ての係合手段10で完全に固定し、記入ラベル15に薬剤名と調整日を記入した。
治療室に運ぶため、消毒液が含浸された消毒材料が入った容器を手前に引くと、粘着面が手前の半面にしか存在しないため、底面の剛性により梃子の原理が働いて薬剤調整台から容器を容易に剥離することができた。
治療室においては、再度、所定の場所に粘着面で容器を固定し、蓋体2の持ち上げ部4を押し上げて容器を開放し、消毒液含浸消毒材料を一つ取り出し、蓋体の接続部3に近いところを軽く押圧して複数の係合手段の内、接続部に一番近いものだけを使用して蓋体2を容器本体1に仮固定した。
次に消毒液含浸消毒材料を取り出すために蓋体鍔部12に設けられた、押圧部6を押すと蓋体2は片手で容易に開放することができた。

【発明の効果】
以上述べたように、本発明の滅菌された包装体は、包装体をオートクレーブ滅菌を施してあるのでエチレンガス滅菌のように残留ガスの問題はなく、また、電子線照射のような大きな設備を要することなく、容易に滅菌された状態の消毒材料を供給することができる。そして、容器本体及び蓋体がポリプロピレン樹脂より成形してあるので、環境に欠ける負荷が小さく容易に廃棄することができ、また、ポリプロピレンシートを用いた場合は廃棄する量を減量することができる。
