Description

【0001】

Japanese Patent No. 3171305 [0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional example has the following problems. In other words, whether or not there is an abnormality in the connection with the gas meters 4 and 5 when the power is turned on from the automatic notification device 3 or by a reset switch operation is only once, such as when the power is turned on. Since no confirmation is made even if the error occurs, it is not known whether the connection state is normal. Even if the automatic notification device 3 is installed, if the reset switch operation is forgotten, even if the connection state with the gas meters 4 and 5 is abnormal, it is not noticed and the correct setting from the information center 1 is not made, but it is currently set. The gas meters 4 and 5 operate with the normal state determined to be normal, and it is not possible to take an operational form such as setting important data that should be centrally managed in the information center 1 to the meter. There was a problem that it was not possible to improve the efficiency and convenience of security operations in Japan.
[0008]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problem, and it can be determined whether or not the connection with the terminal network control device is normally made from the gas shut-off device side, and after the connection is determined to be normal, reception of specific data is enabled. The purpose is to improve safety and reliability.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve this problem, a gas shut-off device according to the present invention is connected to a terminal network control device, and is configured to communicate with a terminal network control device when timer means for making a call periodically and when the timer means reaches a predetermined time. A call communication means for performing a call communication to the terminal network control device a plurality of times by the call communication means and counting the number of times the call communication is established, and a count number by the connection frequency count means Connection determination means for determining that the connection with the terminal network control device is normal when the predetermined number of times is reached, and determining that the reception of the specific message is valid after the connection determination means determines that the connection with the terminal network control device is normal in the gas shutoff device including a communication control unit, after which the connection determination unit determines that normal connection with the terminal network controller, passing if there is no response communication to regular calling communication An unconnected number counting means for counting the number of times of failure, a connection determining means for determining that the connection with the terminal network control device is abnormal when the count number by the unconnected number counting means reaches a predetermined number, and a terminal by the connection determining means After determining that the connection with the network control device is abnormal, the communication setting unit includes a communication control unit that determines that communication is possible but the reception of the specific message is invalid .
[0010]
According to the above configuration, when the call communication from the gas cutoff device to the terminal network control device is periodically repeated and the call communication is established a predetermined number of times, the connection state between the terminal network control device and the gas cutoff device is After being determined as normal and determined as normal, when the gas shut-off device receives a specific message from the information center, it is determined that the reception is valid, and conversely, the number of establishment of the call communication is up to a predetermined number If not, even if a specific message is received, it can be determined to be invalid and the data can not be handled. As specific messages, it is possible to select a message that is important for ensuring security, such as a message for setting a limit value of the gas usage time. For such specific messages, the terminal network control device and the gas shut-off device as described above Since it is handled as valid data for the first time after carefully checking the connection with the device, it is possible to appropriately set and efficiently operate data for ensuring security, and to improve safety and reliability. .
[0011]
[0012]
Further , once it is determined that the connection state between the gas shut-off device and the terminal network control device is normal, and when an abnormal state occurs such as disconnection from the terminal network control device for some reason, the number of times the communication has not been established is predetermined. The connection state between the gas shut-off device and the terminal network control device is determined to be abnormal, and after that, even if a specific message is received, it is determined that the reception is invalid. For example, even if the limit value of the gas use time is to be changed, data setting for the change can be prevented, and safety can be improved.

【Example】
Reference examples and examples of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
[0014]
( Reference example )
FIG. 1 shows a gas cutoff device of a reference example of the present invention. This gas shut-off device 11 has a flow rate detecting means (not shown), an abnormality determining means (not shown) and a shut-off means (not shown), and when detecting that the use of the gas appliance is abnormal, For example, when an abnormally large flow rate due to a gas hose disconnection is detected, or when the flow rate value is not an abnormal value and the usage time is abnormally long, when this is detected, the abnormality determining means determines that an abnormality has occurred and shuts off based on this The gas supply is configured to be shut off by the means. Further, the gas shut-off device 11 has a communication function in the same manner as the gas meters 4 and 5 shown in FIG. A terminal network controller 12 is installed at the gas customer's home between the gas shut-off device 11 and the information center 1 via a communication line 2 such as an analog telephone line or ISDN. It is a communication terminal device for centralized monitoring from the information center of a gas company that performs meter reading and meter reading. For example, T-NCU is one specific means. And this terminal network control apparatus 12 can be equipped with the same gas meter test | inspection means, a circuit | line test | inspection means, a terminal information setting means, etc. as the automatic notification apparatus 3 of FIG.
[0015]
In the gas shut-off device 11, reference numeral 13 denotes a timer means that performs time counting for performing periodic call communication. Reference numeral 14 denotes a call communication means, which transmits a call signal to the terminal network control device 12 when a call communication start signal is sent from the timer means 13. Upon receiving the call signal, the terminal network control device 12 transmits a communication message for the call to the gas cutoff device 11, and the gas cutoff device 11 creates and transmits a response message for the transmitted communication message. Reference numeral 15 denotes a connection number counting means. When a communication message is received from the terminal network control device 12 in response to a call signal from the call communication means 14, a periodic series of calls made by the timer means 13 is returned when a response message is returned. Through communication, the number of successful communications is counted. Reference numeral 16 denotes connection determination means. When the number of successful call communications counted by the connection count counting means 15 reaches a predetermined number, the connection state of the terminal network control device 12 such as a cable line is determined to be normal. A communication control means 17 receives various setting messages and various request messages set for the gas shut-off device 11 from the information center 1, creates a response message according to the function setting and the request, and sets the terminal network control device 12. To be sent back to the information center 1.
[0016]
Next, the operation of the reference example will be described. In order for a gas company to remotely monitor the usage state of various gas appliances set in a customer's house through the information center 1, a centralized monitoring system is constructed. That is, the information center 1 monitored by the gas company is connected to the terminal network control device 12 via the communication line 22, and the terminal network control device 12 and the gas shut-off device 11 for monitoring the gas usage state are connected to the cable. It is connected to a communication terminal (not shown) of the gas cutoff device 11 through a wire or the like.
[0017]
In such a centralized monitoring system, the timer means 13 of the gas shut-off device 11 counts for a predetermined time, and outputs a call start signal to the call communication means 14 when a predetermined time is reached. The call communication means 14 transmits a call signal for a predetermined time (for example, 1 second) to the terminal network control device 12 by an activation signal. When the terminal network control device 12 receives the call signal, it transmits a communication message such as a security request message to the gas cutoff device 11. On the other hand, when receiving a security request message from the terminal network control device 12, for example, the call communication means 14 on the gas cutoff device 11 side creates a security response message and returns it. When such a series of call communication protocols is established, the connection count counting means 15 counts as a call communication success.
[0018]
The connection determination means 16 periodically performs call communication with the terminal network control device 12 by the timer means 13, counts the number of successful times, and determines whether the predetermined number of times has been reached. If it is determined by the connection determination means 16 that the predetermined number of times has been reached, it is determined that the connection state between the gas shut-off device 11 and the terminal network control device 12 by a cable or the like is normal. After the determination, when the communication control means 17 receives various setting messages from the information center 1 to the gas shut-off device 11, the setting contents are settings when the centralized monitoring system is correctly established, and are always remotely monitored. This is a state where the security reliability of the state is enhanced, and the set value is used for various security monitoring of the gas cutoff device 11.
[0019]
Conversely, until the connection determination means 16 determines that the count has reached a predetermined number of times, that is, until it is determined that the connection state is normal, a message received from the terminal network control device 12 (for example, a meter reading value request or the like). The communication control means 17 determines that the response is valid, creates a response message according to the content of the message, and performs a return process. However, even if a specific set message (for example, a message for setting a time limit for blocking use time) is received, it is determined that the response is invalid.
[0020]
In this case, the return processing returns a non-response or response invalid message. Then, the sent setting contents and the like are discarded, and are not set in the gas cutoff device 11.
[0021]
In this way, the communication operation of making a call message output from the gas shut-off device 11 to the terminal network control device 12 and conversely creating and returning a response message to the request message from the terminal network control device 12 is repeated, and the connection number counting means 15 Counts. When the count reaches a predetermined number, the connection determination unit 16 determines that the connection state with the terminal network control device 12 is normal, and the communication control unit 17 specifies a subsequent received message from the terminal network control device 12. Even if it is a case, it determines that it is effective and performs the setting process by various communication messages.
[0022]
For example, the time limit value for shutting down the usage time is set short in the security function setting, and the gas consumer is distracted by another housework while cooking on the gas table etc. A communication message or the like of a setting function to prevent or the like is set from the information center 1, and fine security settings corresponding to various gas customers may be set. In such a case, the information network 1 can automatically determine from the information center 1 that the terminal network control device 12 and the gas shut-off device 11 are correctly connected by a cable or the like on the gas shut-off device 11 side, and periodically after the installation. Therefore, instead of checking once at the time of turning on the power, etc., the connection status is always monitored, and important security data that should be managed centrally by the information center 1 is set while checking the reliability of the centralized monitoring system. it can. Therefore, based on such data, it is possible to improve the efficiency of ensuring security, improve safety, improve the convenience of various gas consumers, and improve the reliability of the remote monitoring system.
[0023]
( Example )
FIG. 2 shows a gas shut-off device 11 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 2, components having the same functions as those in FIG.
[0024]
In this gas shut-off device 11, reference numeral 18 denotes a non-connection count counting means. The gas shut-off device 11 and the terminal network control device 12 are abnormally connected for some reason, request communication for a call signal, and response message transmission for request communication. This counts the number of unsatisfied times when the communication procedure cannot be established and ends with no response.
[0025]
Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described. In order for a gas company to remotely monitor the usage state of various gas appliances set in a customer's house through the information center 1, a centralized monitoring system is constructed. That is, the information center 1 monitored by the gas company is connected to the terminal network controller 12 via a communication line 22 such as an analog telephone line or ISDN, and the terminal network controller 12 and the gas A gas shut-off device 11 that monitors the use state of the gas shut-off device 11 is connected to a communication terminal (not shown) of the gas shut-off device 11 via a cable line or the like.
[0026]
In such a centralized monitoring system, the timer means 13 of the gas shut-off device 11 counts for a predetermined time, and outputs a call start signal to the call communication means 14 when a predetermined time is reached. The call communication means 14 transmits a call signal for a predetermined time (for example, 1 second) to the terminal network control device 12 by an activation signal. When the terminal network control device 12 receives the call signal, it transmits a communication message such as a security request message to the gas cutoff device 11.
[0027]
On the other hand, when the call communication means 14 on the gas cutoff device 11 side receives, for example, a security request message from the terminal network control device 12, it creates a security response message and sends it back. When such a series of call communication protocols is established, the connection count counting means 15 counts as a call communication success. The connection determination unit 16 periodically performs call communication with the terminal network control device 12 by the timer unit 13, counts the number of successes, and determines whether the predetermined number has been reached.
[0028]
Then, after the connection determining means 16 determines that the connection state between the gas shut-off device 11 and the terminal network control device 12 is once normal, the connected cable wire is disconnected due to some cause (construction failure, abnormal pulling, etc.). When a trouble such as the above occurs and the connection between the gas cutoff device 11 and the terminal network control device 12 is disconnected, the terminal network control device 12 side for the periodic call communication of the call communication means 14 by the timer means 13 is performed. If the response communication does not correctly reach the call communication means 14 of the gas shut-off device 11 and there is no response communication even after a predetermined time has passed since the call signal was transmitted to the terminal network control device 12, the call communication is retried again. Do. Each time the call communication is performed, the non-response count (communication failure count) is counted by the unconnected count counter 18. The calling communication means 14 repeats the above-described communication operation in the calling signal transmission-no-response state, and counts the number of unestablished times in the unconnected number counting means 18, and the connection determining means 16 has reached the predetermined number of unconnected times. Is determined, the connection state between the gas cutoff device 11 and the terminal network control device 12 is determined to be abnormal. At the same time, the count count of the connection count counting means 15 is reset. From then on, a specific communication related to security under abnormal conditions such as connecting a portable communication setting device or the like to the gas shut-off device 11 by some method, or being able to communicate occasionally due to abnormal pulling of the cable wire. When the communication message is received by the communication control unit 17 of the gas shut-off device 11, the setting message is determined to be invalid and is not set in the gas shut-off device 11 and discarded.
[0029]
Thereafter, a communication operation is repeated in which a call output from the gas shut-off device 11 to the terminal network control device 12 and, conversely, a response message is generated and returned in response to a request message from the terminal network control device 12, and the count count is repeated. When the connection number counting means 15 that has been reset again counts the predetermined number of times, the connection determination means 16 determines that the connection state between the gas cutoff device 11 and the terminal network control device 12 is normal, and the number of times of the unconnected number counting means 18 After the determination, the communication control unit 17 determines that the received message from the terminal network control device 12 is valid and performs setting processing using various communication messages.
[0030]
In this way, for example, by setting the safety function setting, the time limit value for shutting down the use time is set short, and the gas consumer is distracted by another housework while cooking on the gas table etc., and the pot is burnt or in a dangerous state In some cases, a communication message or the like of a setting function for preventing the situation is set from the information center 1, and fine security settings corresponding to various gas consumers are made. In such a case, the information network 1 can automatically determine from the information center 1 that the terminal network control device 12 and the gas shut-off device 11 are not properly connected by a cable or the like on the gas shut-off device 11 side, and periodically after installation. This is not a one-time confirmation when the power is turned on, but always monitoring the connection status, and confirming the reliability of the centralized monitoring system and collecting important security data that should be managed centrally by the information center 1. Can be set. Therefore, based on such data, it is possible to improve the efficiency of ensuring security, improve safety, improve the convenience of various gas consumers, and improve the reliability of the remote monitoring system.
[0031]
Further, the communication control means 17 is a specific message, for example, with a portable communication setting device, although the connection determination means 16 determines that the connection state between the gas cutoff device 11 and the terminal network control device 12 is abnormal. Is received, it can be determined that there has been unauthorized access to the gas shut-off device 11 under a situation where the centralized monitoring system is not properly established, and a warning display is displayed on the display means (not shown) of the gas shut-off device. When there is a setting communication, it becomes possible to take a defensive measure such as communication refusal of not returning a response message from the gas cutoff device 11 side, and the function of the security system can be improved.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, to a gas shut-off device for fine security data corresponding to a gas consumer sent from an information center and important security data to be managed centrally in the information center. Security can be set based on the set data because it is possible to determine whether or not the connection with the terminal network control device is normal automatically and not periodically, such as when the power is turned on. Appropriate settings for securing and efficient operation can be performed, and safety can be improved, various conveniences for gas consumers, and reliability of the remote monitoring system can be improved.
