【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、この発明に係る環状蛍光灯の包装体は、段ボールシートをプレスすることにより、基板部の周囲に環状の押出部を褶曲させて形成した円盤成形体と、その押出部がなす商品収納用の溝を閉止する板状の蓋とから成り、円盤成形体の周縁部を蓋に係合させてロックするようにしたのである。

この包装体では、円盤成形体の押出部が環状蛍光灯に沿うので、商品の保護性に優れ、材料の使用量も削減でき、包装時にはパッドをセットして箱詰めする作業が不要となり、包装状態の外観から内部の商品を具体的にイメージできる。

以下、この発明の実施形態を添付図面に基づいて説明する。

この発明に係る環状蛍光灯の包装体は、図1に示すように、スリムタイプの環状蛍光灯Fを包装するものであり、段ボールシートをプレス成形した円盤成形体1と、平坦な段ボールシートから成る円板状の蓋2とから構成されている。

円盤成形体1は、基板部3の周囲に環状の押出部4を設けた形状とされ、その製造に際しては、図2に示すように、一対の金型51,52の間に段ボールシートを挟んでプレスし、基板部3をなす平板状部分の周囲を、押出部4に対応した金型51,52の凸凹により褶曲させる。このプレスに伴い、円盤成形体1の外周にはフランジ6が形成される。
