Conventionally, various earphones (see, for example, Patent Document 1) have been used as ear-mounted sound information transmitters worn on human ears. The earphone disclosed in Patent Document 1 includes a speaker unit that generates sound, an earphone body that houses the speaker unit and is attached to an auricle (also referred to as an ear shell), a damper, and the like. I have.

The speaker unit includes a speaker body having a diaphragm that vibrates when sound current is applied, and a wire that is connected to the speaker body and supplies the sound current to the speaker body. .

The earphone main body integrally includes a cylindrical portion that can be attached to the auricle and a through portion that is continuous with the cylindrical portion. The cylindrical portion is provided with a through hole that communicates inside and outside. The cylindrical portion accommodates the speaker body. The through portion passes an electric wire connected to the speaker body attached to the cylindrical portion.

In the earphone configured as described above, the cylindrical portion of the earphone main body is attached to the auricle of a person or the like, and an audio current is applied to the speaker main body through the electric wire, so that the speaker main body generates a sound. (Also referred to as sound information) to the person mentioned above.
JP-A-11-225387

Since the earphone as the ear-mounted sound information transmitter described in Patent Document 1 described above is attached to the auricle, the tubular portion of the earphone main body is particularly downsized. For this reason, the above-described through hole penetrating the cylindrical portion is also downsized, and the above-described damper is also downsized. When attaching the damper, the damper might be displaced. Further, since both the damper and the through hole are miniaturized, if the damper is attached so as not to be displaced, the operation of attaching the damper itself tends to be troublesome. Therefore, it is difficult to attach the damper to the inner surface of the cylindrical portion so as to close the through hole.

An object of the present invention is, for example, to provide an ear-mounted sound information transmitter and an assembling method thereof that can easily attach a damper that closes a through hole.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the object, an ear-mounted sound information transmitter according to claim 1 of the present invention includes a speaker main body that generates sound, and is connected to the speaker main body and is connected to the speaker main body. A speaker unit comprising: an electric wire for supplying current; a cylindrical part that can be attached to the auricle and that accommodates the speaker main body and is provided with a through hole; and the cylindrical part connected to the cylindrical part A transmitter body provided with a passage portion through which the electric wire connected to the speaker main body attached to the speaker body, and a damper attached to the inner surface of the cylindrical portion in a state of closing the through hole. The ear-mounted sound information transmitter further includes a hook portion for hooking the electric wire and the damper to each other, the hook is hooked on the electric wire passed through the passage portion by the hook portion, and the speaker body is Pulling the electric wire toward the serial tubular portion, the damper is characterized in that attached to the inner surface of the tubular portion in a state of closing the through hole.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of assembling an ear-mounted sound information transmitter according to the present invention, comprising: a speaker body that generates sound; and an electric wire that is connected to the speaker body and supplies a sound current to the speaker body. A speaker unit, a cylindrical part that can be attached to the auricle and accommodates the speaker main body and is provided with a through-hole, and is connected to the speaker main body connected to the cylindrical part and attached to the cylindrical part An ear-worn-type sound information transmitter comprising: a transmitter body provided with a through portion through which the electric wire passes; and a damper attached to an inner surface of the cylindrical portion in a state of closing the through hole. In the assembling method, the damper is hooked on the electric wire passed through the through portion, the electric wire is pulled in a direction in which the speaker main body approaches the cylindrical portion, and the damper closes the through hole. Pasted inside It is characterized in that attach.

Hereinafter, an ear-mounted sound information transmitter according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. An ear-mounted sound information transmitter according to an embodiment of the present invention can be easily attached to an inner surface of a cylindrical portion of a transmitter body by hooking an electric wire and a damper with a hook portion and pulling the electric wire. It is possible to attach.

Further, the hook portion may be a large-diameter portion in which the outer diameter of the electric wire is made larger (that is, thicker) than other portions, and a hole that penetrates the damper and is narrower than the large-diameter portion.

Further, the large diameter portion may be a knot formed on the electric wire.

In addition, in the method for assembling the ear-mounted sound information transmitter according to the embodiment of the present invention, the damper is easily attached to the inner surface of the cylindrical portion of the transmitter body by hooking the electric wire and the damper and pulling the electric wire. It is possible to paste on.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The earphone 1 as an ear-mounted type sound information transmitter shown in FIG. 1 is attached to an auricle of a person or the like to generate a sound and transmit this sound (also referred to as sound information) to the person or the like described above.

As shown in FIG. 2, the earphone 1 includes a speaker unit 2 that generates sound, an earphone main body 3 that houses the speaker unit 2 and is attached to an auricle (also referred to as an ear shell), a damper, 4 and a hook 5. The speaker unit 2 includes a speaker main body 6 having a diaphragm that vibrates when sound current is applied, and a wire that is connected to the speaker main body 6 and supplies the sound current to the speaker main body 6. 7.

The earphone main body 3 is made of synthetic resin or the like, and integrally includes a cylindrical portion 8 that can be attached to the auricle and a through portion 9 that continues to the cylindrical portion 8. The cylindrical portion 8 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape that can be inserted into the concha cavity of the auricle of a person or the like. The cylindrical portion 8 is inserted into the concha cavity of the auricle of a person or the like with the opening 10 facing the concha cavity of the auricle of a person or the like. The cylindrical portion 8 is formed so that the inner and outer diameters gradually increase from the bottom portion 11 toward the opening portion 10.

The tubular portion 8 accommodates the speaker body 6 in a state where the speaker body 6 is exposed to the outside of the tubular portion 8 through the opening 10. Further, the cylindrical portion 8 is provided with a through hole 12. Of course, the through-hole 12 passes through the tubular portion 8. The through-hole 12 communicates the space formed between the tubular portion 8 and the speaker body 6 and the outside of the tubular portion 8 in a state where the tubular portion 8 accommodates the speaker body 6.

The through portion 9 is formed in a cylindrical shape and continues to the bottom portion 11 of the cylindrical portion 8. The through portion 9 communicates with the inside of the tubular portion 8. The through portion 9 passes the electric wire 7 connected to the speaker main body 6 accommodated in the tubular portion 8 to the inside.

The damper 4 is a plate-shaped (sheet-shaped) component that transmits gas such as air for sound adjustment. The damper 4 is formed in a disk shape in the illustrated example. The damper 4 is affixed to the inner surface of the cylindrical portion 8 so as to close the through hole 12 with an adhesive 13 or the like.

The hook portion 5 includes a knot 14 as a large diameter portion provided on the electric wire 7 of the speaker unit 2 and a hole 15 penetrating the damper 4. The knot 14 is arranged in the vicinity of the speaker body 6 of the speaker unit 2. The knot 14 is positioned between the damper 4 and the speaker body 6 of the speaker unit 2.

The knot 14 is formed by connecting the electric wires 7 themselves. For this reason, the outer diameter R (shown in FIG. 3) of the knot 14 is of course larger than the outer diameter r (shown in FIG. 3) of the portion (other portion) other than the knot 14 of the electric wire 7. Thus, the knot 14 makes the outer diameter R of the electric wire 7 larger than the outer diameter r of the other part.

The hole 15 allows the electric wire 7 to pass inside. The inner diameter of the hole 15 is larger than the outer diameter r of the electric wire 7 (that is, the other portion described above) and smaller than the outer diameter R of the knot 14. For this reason, the hole 15 is narrower than the knot 14. The hook portion 5 positions the knot 14 between the damper 4 and the speaker main body 6, and hooks the damper 4 on the electric wire 7 by passing the electric wire 7 through the hole 15.

The earphone 1 having the above-described configuration is assembled as follows. First, the knot 14 is formed in the vicinity of the speaker main body 6 of the electric wire 7 by connecting the electric wire 7 itself of the speaker main body 6. In addition, a hole 15 is formed in the damper 4, and an adhesive 13 or the like is applied to one surface of the damper 4. Then, the electric wire 7 is passed through the hole 15 described above from the end of the speaker unit 2 on the side away from the speaker body 6 so that the surface to which the adhesive 13 is applied does not face the speaker body 6 of the speaker unit 2. Furthermore, the end of the electric wire 7 on the side away from the speaker main body 6 is passed from the inside of the tubular portion 8 into the through portion 9 and guided outside the through portion 9.

Then, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the electric wire 7 is passed through the hole 15 of the damper 4 and the through portion 9 in order, and the damper 4 is positioned between the tubular portion 8 and the speaker body 6, and the knot. 14 is positioned between the damper 4 and the speaker body 6. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, the adhesive 13 applied to one surface of the damper 4 faces the inner surface of the tubular portion 8. Thus, by positioning the damper 4 between the tubular portion 8 and the knot 14, the damper 4 is hooked on the electric wire 7 passed through the passage portion 9 by the hook portion 5.

Then, along the arrow K in FIGS. 3 and 4, the electric wire 7 is pulled in a direction in which the speaker body 6 approaches the tubular portion 8. Then, the adhesive 13 adheres to the inner surface of the cylindrical portion 8. And as shown in FIG. 2, the damper 4 is affixed on the inner surface of the cylindrical part 8 in the state which block | closes the through-hole 12. As shown in FIG. Thus, the earphone 1 having the above-described configuration is assembled.

In the earphone 1 having the above-described configuration, the cylindrical portion 8 of the earphone main body 3 is inserted into the concha cavity of a person or the like and is attached to the auricle. Then, the earphone 1 is applied with an audio current to the speaker unit 2 through the electric wire 7 to cause the speaker unit 2 to generate a sound and transmit this sound (also referred to as sound information) to the above-described person or the like.

According to this embodiment, the wire 7 and the damper 4 can be hooked by the hook portion 5. Then, the electric wire 7 and the damper 4 are hooked by the hook portion 5, and the electric wire 7 is pulled to attach the damper 4 to the inner surface of the tubular portion 8. For this reason, the damper 4 can be easily attached to the inner surface of the cylindrical portion 8. Therefore, the damper 4 that closes the through hole 12 can be easily attached, and the earphone 1 can be easily assembled.

The hook portion 5 includes a knot 14 as a large diameter portion in which the electric wire 7 has a larger diameter than other portions, and a hole 15 that penetrates the damper 4 and is thinner than the knot 14 as a large diameter portion. For this reason, the hook portion 5 can reliably hook the electric wire 7 and the damper 4. Therefore, the damper 4 that closes the through hole 12 can be attached more easily, and the earphone 1 can be assembled more easily.

Furthermore, the knot 14 formed in the electric wire 7 by connecting the electric wire 7 itself is used as a large diameter part. For this reason, it is not necessary to use a member separate from the electric wire 7 in order to form the large diameter portion. Therefore, in addition to the fact that the damper 4 that closes the through-hole 12 can be attached more easily, an increase in the number of parts can be prevented and the cost of the earphone 1 can be reduced.

In the embodiment described above, the knot 14 is used as the large diameter portion. However, in this invention, as shown in FIG. 5, you may use the cylindrical member 20 separate from the electric wire 7 as a large diameter part. The cylindrical member 20 may be integrally formed in a cylindrical shape from a synthetic resin or the like, or may be formed by winding a tape or the like around the outer periphery of the electric wire 7. Of course, the outer diameter R1 of the cylindrical member 20 is larger than the outer diameter r of the electric wire 7. That is, the cylindrical member 20 as the large diameter portion has a larger diameter than the other portion of the electric wire 7.

In the present invention, the hole 15 provided in the damper 4 may be a notch opened at the outer edge of the damper 4 as shown in FIG. Also in this case, it is desirable to make the hole 15 thinner than the large diameter part by making the width H of the hole 15 smaller than the outer diameters R and R1 of the large diameter part. As described above, the hole 15 penetrating the damper 4 constituting the hook portion 5 described in the present specification includes a so-called through-hole penetrating the damper 4 itself and a notch formed by cutting a part of the damper 4. Both are shown.

Furthermore, in the embodiment described above, the earphone 1 is shown as an ear-mounted sound information transmitter. However, the present invention may of course be applied to so-called headphones as an ear-mounted sound information transmitter.

In the present invention, the damper 4 is hooked on the electric wire 7 by the hook portion 5, and the electric wire 7 is pulled to attach the damper 4 to the earphone main body 3 in a state of closing the through hole 12. For this reason, in this invention, you may attach the damper 4 in the state which plugs the through-hole 12 in the earphone main body 3, without using the adhesive agent 13. FIG.

According to the embodiment described above, the following earphone 1 and its assembling method can be obtained.
