先端付近にひも、あるいは、針金を取り付け、これを引くことにより湾曲することができる、刃先を備え組織を穿刺するための針(1)を、直径が変化し難い素材よりなる中空の筒(3)に通し、前記針(1)を曲げることにより筒(3)を湾曲させる構成とした。

以下、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
針(1)は根元部分(5)を固定し、ひも(2)を矢印(6)の方向に引くことで湾曲した形状に変化させることができる。
筒(3)は容易に曲げることができるが、筒の直径は変化し難い素材を用いる。
針(1)を筒(3)に通し、矢印(7)の方向に引くことで、筒(3)を湾曲させることができる。
本発明は、以上のような構造でこれを使用するときは、組織を突き刺した状態で針(1)と筒(3)を湾曲させればよい。

組織を突き刺した状態で針(1)と筒(3)を湾曲させることができる。このため、湾曲させた状態で針(1)と筒(3)をさらに刺し進めれば、湾曲した方向に先端を進めることができる。したがって、従来のように針先の向きを変えるためにいったん組織外まで針を引き抜く必要がなくなる。これにより目標地点をより正確に穿刺することができるばかりでなく、不必要な組織の損傷を避けることができる。
