Description

The present invention relates to a shoelace tightening type shoe that can further improve the fit, stability and the like to the instep or inside / outside portion of the foot, and a novel shoe tightening method using the shoelace.

In a shoelace-clamping type shoe, as is well known, a plurality of front and rear upper wings that are provided with a central gap (a velo is provided here) that opens forward from the mouth are provided. Pass the shoelaces in a zigzag pattern alternately on the left and right through the shoelace through holes of the shoe, pulling both ends of the shoelaces on the side of the mouth to tighten the shoelaces, thereby narrowing the space between the left and right upper wings After pressing the tongue against the instep, the upper part of the shoelace is fitted to the instep by bowing the ends of the shoelace.

However, in the tightening with the shoelace as described above, since the shoelace presses a relatively wide range of the instep part in the entire belo area where the shoelace exists in a zigzag shape between the left and right instep wing parts, Even if tightened, the part of the upper part could not be pressed down intensively, and there was a limit to hold the upper part completely by fitting it to the slightly different instep part. Therefore, in particular, in situations where intense exercise is required, such as a tennis game, the upper part may be displaced inside the shoe.

In addition, there is a limit to improving the fit and stability of the shoe to the inner and outer parts of the foot midfoot and the rear foot only by tightening with the shoelace on the instep side, the conventional shoelace tightening In the type of shoes, for example, during running, there is a gap between the upper and the inside / outer side of the foot, causing excessive deformation of the middle / rear foot such as inward folding or twisting. There was a case. If such excessive deformation continues during running, it will lead to failure of the feet, knees, etc., and conventionally, this has been dealt with by taping in advance for each running.

Furthermore, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-32812 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-21903 disclose a technique that can improve the fit, stability, etc. of the foot by fastening means independent of the shoelace. However, since these prior arts require a special tightening operation different from the operation of tying shoelaces during use, not only the operation of shoelaces is required at the start and end of use, but also extra work is required. The structure is complicated and incurs high costs, and the appearance of shoes is complicated and the design is impaired.
JP-A-11-32812 JP 2001-211903 A

The present invention has been made paying attention to the above points, and the purpose thereof is to obtain a foot fit, stability, etc. that cannot be obtained only by tightening the shoelace only by the operation of tying the shoelace. It is to provide a shoe and a method of tightening the shoe.

In order to solve the above-described problems, according to the present invention, the left and right upper covers having a bottom portion and a upper portion joined to the bottom portion, with a central gap portion opened forward from the mouth of the upper portion. In a shoe in which a shoelace is tightened by passing the shoelace through a plurality of shoelace passage holes in the wing portion, and the shoelace is tightened, the base end is the bottom or bottom portion on the inner side of the left and right upper wing portion Left and right auxiliary fastening members connected to the nearby upper and having a ring part through which the shoelace can pass through the free end at the other end, and a right or left side to pass the ring part of the left auxiliary fastening member A first annular passage opening provided in the upper wing portion, and a second annular passage opening provided in the left or right upper wing portion for passing the annular portion of the right auxiliary fastening member. The shoelace passed through the shoelace through hole and the ring portion of the left and right auxiliary fastening members passed through the first and second ring portion through openings are tensioned. The Rukoto, shoes, characterized in that to allow tightening the foot in part by the left and right auxiliary clamping member is provided.

The shoe according to the present invention has left and right upper wing portions (in the present specification, the left and right portions (except for the bellows) of the mouth and the front gap portion of the upper are referred to as “back wing portions”). On the inside, left and right auxiliary fastening members extending upward from the bottom (or the nearby upper part) are provided, and the free end ring part of the left auxiliary fastening member is provided on the right or left upper blade part. After passing through the first ring passage opening, preferably from the inside to the outside, and passing the ring portion of the right auxiliary fastening member through the second ring portion opening of the left or right upper wing portion, The shoelaces are continuously passed through the ring holes of the left and right auxiliary fastening members together with the string passage holes (see FIGS. 2 and 7). From this preparation state, the shoe is put on, and then the shoelace is tensioned by pulling the both ends of the shoelace on the mouth side in the same manner as an operation for tying a normal lace. As a result, the gap between the left and right upper wings is reduced to tighten the entire instep as in the case of normal shoelace tightening, and the left and right auxiliary tightening members are opened through each ring. As a result, the parts such as the upper part of the foot, the inner side part, and the inner and outer parts are intensively tightened, and the auxiliary tightening member holds the part. Thereby, in the shoe of the present invention, for example, it is possible to effectively prevent the displacement of the upper part in the shoe during intense exercise or the like, excessive deformation of the middle or rear foot of the foot during running, etc. . In addition, although it is preferable to provide only one set of left and right auxiliary fastening members, a plurality of sets may be provided. Further, the left and right auxiliary tightening members may be substantially symmetrical on the left and right, or not symmetrical on the left and right.

In the present invention, the annular portion of the left auxiliary fastening member is passed through the first annular passage opening of the right upper blade portion, and the annular portion of the right auxiliary fastening member is passed through the first upper blade portion. When passing through the second ring passage opening, and passing the ring portion of the left auxiliary fastening member through the first ring passage opening of the left upper wing portion and passing the ring portion of the right auxiliary fastening member to the right In some cases, it passes through the second ring portion through opening of the upper instep blade portion.

The auxiliary tightening member is preferably a non-stretchable strip or string or a combination thereof, but may be somewhat stretchable. The auxiliary tightening member can have a wide portion on the base end side that is wider than the free end side. With this wide portion, the foot side can be firmly held, and the upper side can be prevented from being damaged by tightening. The ring portion of the left auxiliary fastening member is passed through the first ring opening of the right upper blade portion, and the ring portion of the right auxiliary fastening member is passed through the second ring portion of the left upper blade portion. When passing through the through-opening, the portion of the auxiliary fastening member that comes on the tongue and the portion that passes through the first and second openings may be string-like.

The auxiliary tightening member can also have a plurality of, preferably two, strap portions extending from each end toward the proximal end. The plurality of strap portions of each auxiliary tightening member, for example, each strap portion is arranged before and after the protruding portion of the fifth metatarsal so as to avoid the protruding portion of the base of the fifth metatarsal bone, so It is possible to provide a support that makes it difficult to feel a sense of incongruity, or more closely matches the shape of the foot so that no gap or the like occurs. In addition, by pressing the foot with multiple lines along the multiple straps, the foot support can be made stable without allowing excessive deformation of the foot, and the pressing area and weight of the strap can be kept relatively low. There is an advantage that it can correspond to a wide range of feet.

Part of the foot pressed by the auxiliary tightening member is the upper part of the foot and / or the inner side part and the outer side part of the foot. As a specific example, as shown in FIGS. Upper part including a part corresponding to the vicinity of the frontal body (including the left and right sides of the upper part), or a middle foot part including parts corresponding to the front and rear of the fifth metatarsal base as shown in FIGS. Preferred examples include the outer side portion, the inner side portion of the middle / rear foot portion including the portion corresponding to the talus, and the like.

The proximal end of the auxiliary tightening member is joined to the edge of the shoe sole, but it may be joined to the upper part near the bottom edge or the bottom slightly inside (center side) of the bottom edge. As another form, the left and right auxiliary tightening members may be arranged in a series, for example, through a left and right through hole provided in the shoe bottom.

In the present invention, the first and second ring portion through openings are preferably provided between one shoelace through hole and another shoelace through hole in the left and right upper wing portions. More preferably, instead of one of a plurality of shoelace passage holes arranged at a predetermined interval in the front and rear in the left and right upper wing portions, first and second ring portion passage openings can be provided. The first and second ring part through openings may be different from the shoelace through holes depending on the shapes of the ring part and the auxiliary fastening member free end side that are passed through here. It can also be a shape. In the latter case, it is not necessary to form the first and second ring-passing openings specifically, and the shoelace threading hole can be used as the ring-passing opening. For example, in addition to connecting the ring-shaped member to the free end of the auxiliary fastening member, the ring portion may be formed by drilling the free end portion or forming it in a tubular shape. Further, for example, the ring-shaped member may be detachably attached to the free end of the auxiliary member that is passed through the ring-part opening.

According to another aspect of the present invention, a plurality of left and right upper wing portions having a bottom portion and a upper portion joined to the bottom portion, with a central gap portion opened forward from the wearer's mouth. A shoe in which a shoelace is passed through a shoelace hole and the upper is tightened by tightening the shoelace. Left and right auxiliary fastening members that are connected to the jacket and have an annulus that allows a shoelace to pass through the free end at the other end, and a right or left upper covering blade to pass the annulus of the left auxiliary fastening member A shoe having a first ring-through opening provided in the portion and a second ring-through opening provided in the left or right upper wing portion for passing the ring of the right auxiliary fastening member. A tightening method comprising: passing the ring portions of the left and right auxiliary tightening members through the first and second ring portion through openings; The first and second ring-passing openings in which the left and right auxiliary tightening members are passed through the respective ends by passing the shoelace through the ring portion of the shoe member and tensioning the shoelace from both ends of the shoelace There is provided a method for tightening a shoe, characterized by tightening the upper part of the foot with the upper cover and partially tightening the foot with the left and right auxiliary tightening members.

In the above method, the left and right auxiliary tightening members can partially tighten the upper part of the foot and / or partially tighten the inner side part and the outer side part of the foot.

The shoe tightening method according to the present invention substantially corresponds to the above-described method of using the shoe according to the present invention, and the point described for the shoe of the present invention also applies to this method as it is.

It is basically composed of an upper 20 having the upper. The upper 20 has left and right upper wing portions 22a and 22b with a central gap portion 21 continuously opened forward from the mouth 30 at a portion corresponding to the instep. As an example, five shoelace passage holes 23 on the left and right sides are provided at predetermined intervals in the front and rear of the edge portion along the central gap portion 21 of the upper wing portions 22a and 22b. Further, the tongue 24 is provided so as to fill the central gap portion 21 and the left and right sides of the tongue are overlapped with the inside of the upper wings 22a and 22b, and the base end (front end) of the tongue 24 is the toe of the shoe 1. And the front portion of the upper wing portion 22a, 22b and the front portion of the shoelace through hole 23. Note that the left and right side portions of the tongue 24 except for the vicinity of the mouth may be connected to the edge of the bottom portion 10 via a stretchable fabric or the like.

Next, the characteristic part of the shoe 1 will be described in detail. The shoe 1 includes a pair of left and right auxiliary fastening members 40a and 40b. Each auxiliary tightening member 40a, 40b is a belt-shaped member made of a material that does not expand and contract, and extends from the base end side wide portion 41 concealed inside the upper wing portion 22a, 22b, and from the upper end of the wide portion 41, on the tongue 24 And a lace part 42 having a constant width narrower than the wide part 41. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the wide portion 41 gradually increases in width from the upper end, which is the boundary with the race portion 42, to the lower side, and the lower end (base end) of the wide portion 41 is the bottom 10 on the left and right inner sides. It is firmly joined to the arch at the edge of the edge and slightly to the front part, and at the left and right outer sides to the rear part slightly from the same position in the front and rear direction as the left and right inner sides. The lace portions 42 of the auxiliary tightening members 40a and 40b are configured to intensively tighten the vicinity of the front end of the metatarsal bone of the upper portion of the upper portion in order to support the upper portion without hindering the necessary bending during exercise.

A triangular ring 43 as an annulus for passing the shoelace 50 is connected to the free end of the lace part 42 of each auxiliary fastening member 40a, 40b. On the other hand, the left and right upper wing portions 22a and 22b are arranged between the second shoelace passage hole (second hole) 23 and the third shoelace passage hole (third hole) 23 from the front. An ellipse-shaped ring passage opening 44 for passing the ring 43 is provided so that the major axis thereof is along the front-rear direction. The ring passage opening 44 of the left upper blade portion 22a is for passing the ring 43 of the right auxiliary tightening member 40b, and the opening 44 of the right upper blade portion 22b is tightened to the left. This is for passing the ring 43 of the member 40a. In addition, the distance between the opening 44 and the second hole and between the opening 44 and the third hole is between the first hole (front first shoelace through hole) and the second hole, between the third hole and the fourth hole, It is set to be substantially the same as each interval between the fourth and fifth holes.

Next, a method for using the shoe 1 having the above configuration will be described as a method for fastening the shoe according to the present invention. In using the shoe 1, the shoelace 50 is passed in advance as follows as a preparation stage. First, as shown in FIG. 1, the ring 43 of the left auxiliary fastening member 40a is passed from the top of the tongue 24 to the ring passage opening 44 of the right upper wing portion 22b so as to come out from the inside to the outside. Similarly, the ring 43 of the right fastening member 40b is passed through the opening 44 of the left blade portion 22a. In this state, the race portions 42 of the respective tightening members intersect so as to form an X shape on the tongue. Next, one shoelace 50 is continuously passed through each shoelace passage hole 23 and each ring 43 after passing through the ring passage opening 44. More specifically, the shoelace 50 is connected to the rear shoe mouth 30 side from the front to the back of the mouth 30 as if the ring 43 passed through the ring passage opening 44 is one of the shoelace passage holes 23. The holes 23 and the ring 43 are alternately passed in a zigzag shape on the left and right.

In actual use after the above preparation steps, like the normal athletic shoes, after putting on the shoes 1, the both ends 51 side of the shoelaces 50 remaining on the mouth 30 side are pulled, and the shoelaces 50 are pulled. After tying the shoe, it is only necessary to bow both ends of the shoelace. As a result, the gap between the left and right upper wing portions 22a and 22b is narrowed and the tongue 24 and the two wing portions 22a and 22b tighten the entire instep portion, and the tension of the shoelace 50 The ring 43 is displaced inward so as to approach each other, and accordingly, the auxiliary fastening members 40a and 40b are pulled toward the corresponding openings 44. Thereby, the wide part 41 of each auxiliary fastening member 40a, 40b avoids the bent part of the foot (near the metatarsal head), and extends to the front of the ship-like bone (front of the foot arch). So that the race part 42 intensively presses the center part of the upper part of the upper part of the upper part of the upper part (near the front end of the metatarsal bone) via the tongue 24 to hold the part of the upper part firmly. Become. Therefore, even during intense exercise, the upper part of the foot is not displaced inside the shoe 1, and in particular, the lace part 42 that crosses on the tongue 24 effectively suppresses the forward displacement of the foot in the shoe. Note that the tightening by the auxiliary tightening members 40a and 40b increases as the tightening by the shoelace 50 increases.

Although not shown, by providing a lace through portion for passing each lace portion 42 at the velocities corresponding to the intersections of each lace portion 42 described above, the velvet 24 can be made difficult to enter the shoe. .

Next, a shoe 101 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 6 is a partial plan view showing the upper portion of the shoe 101 without the shoelace attached thereto, and FIG. 7 is a view similar to FIG. 6 with the shoelace attached. . FIG. 8 is a longitudinal cross-sectional explanatory view of the shoe 101 looking rearward from the line BB in FIG. FIG. 9 is a perspective view illustrating the left and right auxiliary fastening members as seen through. Moreover, FIGS. 10-12 is explanatory drawing for showing the part of the leg fastened with an auxiliary | assistant fastening member.

The shoe 101 is a running shoe and is basically composed of a bottom portion 110 and an upper 120 like the shoe 1, and the upper 120 has a central gap 121 that opens forward from the mouth 130. Left and right upper wing portions 122a and 122b. As an example, five shoelace passage holes 123 on the left and right sides are provided at predetermined intervals in the front and rear of the edge portion along the central gap portion 121 of the upper wing portions 122a and 122b. Further, the tongue 124 fills the central gap portion 121.

The shoe 101 includes left and right auxiliary fastening members 140a and 140b. Each of the auxiliary tightening members 140a and 140b includes a tubular ring part (formed by joining after folding the end) 143 and the ring parts inside the left and right upper wing parts 122a and 122b. Two strap portions 141a, 141a ′, 141b, 141b ′ that extend while gradually increasing the mutual distance from 143 to the base end side, and a base end portion 142a in which the base ends of these sets of strap portions are integrally connected, respectively. 142b (see FIGS. 9, 11 and 12). The base end portions 142a and 142b are joined to the edge of the bottom portion 110, are slightly exposed from the bottom edge and extend in the front-rear direction, and form a triangle together with the two strap portions 141a, 141a ′, 141b, and 141b ′. Make the bottom. Apex angle and dimensions of the respective triangle, towards the auxiliary clamping member 140a of the left (outside) is larger than the auxiliary clamping member 140b on the right (inside). The triangle of the auxiliary tightening member can realize a support according to the skeleton of the foot, such as avoiding the protrusion of the joint as described later, and can reduce the weight by opening the center of the triangle. Moreover, each strap part 141a, 141a ', 141b, 141b' consists of a material which does not expand-contract.

The auxiliary fastening members 140a and 140b are positioned as follows to stabilize the Lisfranc joint and the Chopard joint. That is, as shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, the auxiliary fastening member 140a on the left side (outside) in FIGS. 6 and 7 has the front and rear strap portions 141a and 141b of the fifth metatarsal at the outer side portion of the middle foot portion. It is arranged before and after the base so as to avoid the protruding base. On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 9, 10 and 12, the auxiliary fastening member 140b on the right side (inner side) in FIGS. 6 and 7 has the front and rear strap parts 141b and 141b ′ connected to the upper leg Chopard joint. It is arranged from the front end of the talus to the vicinity of the center of the talus almost along the Chopard joint on the inner side of the rear foot part below the center between the Lisfranc joint.

6 and 7, the left upper wing portion 122a has a rear shoelace through hole (fifth hole) 123 and a rear second shoelace through hole (fourth hole) 123. In the meantime, an ellipse-shaped through-hole opening 144a for allowing the ring portion 143 of the left auxiliary fastening member 140a to pass therethrough is provided so that the major axis thereof is along the front-rear direction. In addition, the right upper wing portion 122b has a right between the second shoelace passage hole (fourth hole) 123 from the rear and the third shoelace passage hole (third hole) 123 from the rear. An annular passage opening 144b is provided for passing the annular portion 143 of the auxiliary fastening member 140b. Note that the length in the front-rear direction of the ring portion 143 or the openings 144a and 144b is substantially the same as the intervals between the first hole and the second hole, between the second hole and the third hole, between the third hole and the fourth hole, and the like. Is set to be Accordingly, the ring portion 143 of the left auxiliary tightening member 140a is rearward by one pitch between the string passing hole and the hole than the ring portion 143 of the right tightening member 140b.

Next, a method of using the shoe 101 having the above configuration will be described. When using the shoe 101, as a preparation stage, the shoelace 50 is passed in advance as follows. First, as shown in FIG. 6, the ring portion 143 of the left auxiliary fastening member 140a is passed through the ring portion through opening 144a of the left upper wing portion 122a so as to come out from the inside to the outside. The ring portion 143 of the right fastening member 140b is passed through the opening 144b of the right blade portion 122b. Next, one shoelace 50 is continuously passed in a zigzag manner alternately to the left and right through each shoelace passage hole 123 and each ring portion 143 after passing through the ring portion passage openings 144a and 144b (see FIG. 7). . The appearance of the shoe 101 in this state is almost the same as that of a normal lace shoe because there is no member such as the lace portion 42 of the shoe 1 on the tongue 124, and the color of the ring portion 143 is the same as that of the shoe lace 50. Then, the appearance of the shoe 101 becomes even more equal to a normal lace shoe. In addition, even if it does not match the color of the ring part 143 with the shoelace 50, the ring part 143 (color) can be harmonized with the design of the shoe 101, or it can be used as a design accent.

In actual use after the above preparation steps, as in a normal athletic shoe, after wearing the shoe 101, the both ends 51 side of the shoelace 50 remaining on the side of the mouth 130 are pulled, and the shoelace 50 After tying the shoe, it is only necessary to bow both ends of the shoelace. As a result, the left and right upper wing portions 122a and 122b are narrowed as in the case of a normal lace shoe, and in addition to tightening the entire instep, the left and right ring portions 143 are moved in the left and right direction due to the tension of the shoelace 50. , The auxiliary fastening members 140a and 140b are pulled toward the corresponding openings 144a and 144b. Thereby, each strap part 141a, 141a ', 141b, 141b' of each auxiliary | assistant fastening member 140a, 140b presses the inner leg part of the corresponding leg | foot mentioned above, and the inner and outer side part of a rear leg part firmly. Note that the tightening by the auxiliary tightening members 140a and 140b increases as the tightening by the shoelace 50 increases. Therefore, for example, during running, it is possible to hold the middle and rear legs firmly and stably without impairing the movement of the ankles necessary for exercise without performing taping in advance. There is no such thing as deformation.

As described above, in the shoe and the shoe tightening method according to the present invention, not only the shoelace but also the auxiliary fastening member is fastened only by a normal shoelace fastening operation, and the forefoot portion is interposed through the auxiliary fastening member. Since it is possible to intensively press a part of the middle foot and the rear foot, it is possible to obtain a partial intensive tightening of the foot that cannot be obtained only with the shoelace, Stability and the like can be improved, and it is possible to effectively prevent the displacement of the instep that is likely to occur particularly during intense exercise and the excessive deformation of the middle and rear legs that can occur during running. Furthermore, the shoe of the present invention has a simple structure and is not so expensive, and most of the auxiliary tightening members are inside the upper wing portion and cannot be seen from the outside, which complicates the appearance of the shoe. The design is not compromised.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the left and right auxiliary tightening members in the first embodiment are not crossed on the tongue, and the ring portion of the left auxiliary tightening member (as in the second embodiment) ( The ring) can be passed through the opening of the left upper wing portion, and the ring portion of the right auxiliary fastening member can be passed through the opening of the right upper wing portion. Conversely, the second embodiment The left and right auxiliary tightening members may be extended onto the tongue and passed through the openings of the right and left upper wing portions, respectively.
