Description

【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a check valve attached to a water stop sheet used for water stop work for a seawall or embankment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In order to prevent water from seeping into the ground and softening the ground, the waterstop sheet is constructed on the surface of the ground. On the other hand, when the groundwater level on the natural mountain side rises due to rain or the like, the natural mountain side water is required to be drained to the surface side in order to prevent the natural mountain from weakening. For this reason, the water stop sheet is attached with a check valve that does not allow water to pass from the surface side to the backside of the ground and to pass water from the backside of the backside to the front side.
[0003]
Such conventional check valves are disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-44278, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-44279, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 3-172407, and the like. A conventional check valve of this type is configured such that a water stop sheet is sandwiched between a back plate member provided on the back side of the water stop sheet and a surface plate member provided on the front side.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This type of conventional check valve has the following problems.
(1) Sediment can easily enter the check valve and cause clogging.
Since conventional check valves have water passages that allow water to pass near the center of the front plate part or at the top of the front plate part, earth and sand enter the check valve from these water passages and become clogged. Caused the drainage function to deteriorate.
(2) The attachment of the valve body was troublesome.
Although the valve membrane body is attached to the check valve, conventionally, the valve membrane body had to be attached using a fixing means such as a bolt, so that the assembly was troublesome. When a part of the valve body is not fixed with a bolt or the like, the action of the valve body may be incomplete, and water may be passed from the front side to the back side.
[0005]
The present invention proposes a check valve which does not cause clogging, is easy to attach a valve membrane body, has a stable function, and does not allow water to pass from the front side to the back side. .
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has a back plate provided on the back side of the water-stop sheet, a surface plate provided on the front side, and a valve membrane provided inside, and sandwiches the water-stop sheet between the back plate and the surface plate. In the check valve that is attached to the water stop sheet by joining, the back plate 2 is formed so as to surround the water passage portion 4 having the water passage hole 3 in the center portion and to protrude to the front side surrounding the periphery thereof. It has an annular convex part 5 to which a flexible valve membrane body 19 is attached and a flange part 7 around the annular convex part 19, and the surface plate member 10 has substantially the same outer shape and size as the rear plate member 2 in the front shape. The flange 11, the annular protrusion 12 that protrudes on the inner side of the flange 11 and engages with the outer side of the annular protrusion 5 in the coupled state with the back plate 2, and the center portion and the lower portion of the surface plate 10 a bulging portion 15 that bulges to the surface side than the flange portion 11, A water passage 13 communicating with the front side outside through the space between the inner space of the Jo ridges 12 between the surface side and the swollen portion 15 lower portion of the collar portion 11 lower, the In the inside of the annular ridge 12 The valve body 19 has a projecting portion 14 projecting to the surface side so as to limit the displacement of the part of the valve membrane body 19 to the surface side when water pressure is applied from the back surface, and sandwiches the water stop sheet 20 When the back plate member 2 and the front plate member 10 are fixed to the water stop sheet 20 by holding the water stop sheet 20 between the flanges 7 and 11, and when water pressure is applied from the surface side, the valve membrane 19 is caused to pass by the water pressure. 4 to prevent water from flowing to the back side, and when water pressure is applied from the back side, a part of the valve membrane body 19 is deformed so as to be separated from the water passing portion 4, and water flows from the water passing portion 4. A check valve for a water stop sheet, which flows to the front side through a water passage 13 .
[0007]
In the check valve of the present invention, since the water passage 13 on the surface side is provided in the lower part of the check valve and is a downward opening, there is no intrusion of earth and sand into the check valve from here. The valve is not clogged and the drainage function is not deteriorated.
[0008]
Further, in the check valve of the present invention, it is located inside the annular ridge 12 and restricts displacement of a part of the valve membrane body 19 to the surface side when water pressure is applied to the valve membrane body 19 from the back surface. Since the projecting portion 14 projecting to the surface side is provided on the surface, it is not necessary to fix with a bolt when the valve membrane body is attached, so that the assembly of the valve is easy, and this also ensures that a part of the valve membrane body is displaced. Therefore, the function of the valve membrane body 19 does not become incomplete, and the passage of water is reliably blocked when water pressure is applied from the surface side.
[0009]
The check valve of the present invention can be in the lower portion of the annular projection 5 of the rear plate 2 is provided with a water guide groove 6 for guiding the water that has entered the inside from the water flow portion 4 to the water passage 1 3 of the surface plate 10 . When the water guide groove 6 is provided, the water that has entered from the water passage portion 4 can be efficiently guided to the water passage 13.
[0010]
When the water guide groove 6 is provided as described above, the protrusion 8 is provided on the outer periphery of the annular convex portion 5 of the back plate member 2, and the notch 17 is provided on the annular protrusion 12 of the front plate member 10. It is desirable that the projection 8 and the notch 17 be engaged and positioned when the plate member 10 is coupled. This ensures that when the back plate 2 and the front plate 10 are joined, the water guide groove 6 and the water passage 13 are in a predetermined positional relationship (both must be located below the check valve). .
[0011]
In the check valve of the present invention, minute air holes 18 can be provided in the inner portion of the annular protrusion 12 of the surface plate member 10. When the air hole 18 is provided, air inside the check valve can escape to the outside from the air hole 18 when the water level rises, so that the check valve is prevented from being detached from the water stop sheet by buoyancy. Can do. The air hole 18 is made minute so that earth and sand do not enter the inside of the valve.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings showing examples. 1 is a front view seen from the front side of the front plate member 10, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a rear view of the front plate member 10, FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the front plate member 10, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 5, FIG. 7 is a rear view as seen from the back side of the back plate 2, FIG. 8 is a front view of the back plate, and FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view taken along line CC in FIG. FIG. 10 and FIG. 10 are sectional views of the check valve 1 attached.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 10, the check valve 1 of the embodiment includes a front plate member 2, a back plate member 10, and a flexible valve membrane body 19.
[0014]
The back plate 2 is integrally formed of plastic, and as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, the central portion is a water passage portion 4 having a large number of water passage holes 3. An annular convex portion 5 is formed so as to surround the periphery and protrude to the front side. Inside, as shown in FIG. 10, a flexible valve body 19 (made of soft plastic) is attached. At the bottom of the annular projection 5, the water guide grooves 6 are formed for guiding the water that has entered the inside from the water flow portion 4 to the water passage 1 3 of the surface plate 10. In addition, three bolt holes 9 are formed in the annular ridge 5. The bolt hole 9 has a thread formed therein, and is used for screwing a bolt 21 for fixing both the plate members 2 and 10 when coupled to the surface plate member 10. The periphery of the annular convex portion 5 is a flange portion 7. One protrusion 8 is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the annular convex portion 5.
[0015]
The front plate 10 is integrally formed of plastic and has the same outer shape and size as the back plate 2 in the front shape. As shown in FIGS. 1-6, the outer periphery becomes the collar part 11, and the cyclic | annular protrusion 12 which protrudes in the back side is formed in the inner side. As shown in FIG. 10, the annular protrusion 12 is engaged with the outside of the annular protrusion 5 in a coupled state with the back plate 2. Further, the annular protrusion 12 is formed with one notch 17, and the projection 8 of the annular protrusion 5 engages with the notch 17 in the coupled state with the back plate 2. The connection with the surface plate 10 is always performed in the correct positional relationship. A central portion and a lower portion of the surface plate member 10 are bulged portions 15 that bulge to the surface side of the flange portion 11, and an internal space correspondingly is formed wider on the surface side. A space sandwiched between the lower portion of the bulging portion 15 and the lower portion of the flange portion 11 is a water passage 13, and the water passage 13 extends from the space inside the annular protrusion 12 to the surface side of the lower portion of the flange portion 11 (and the bulge). It communicates with the outside via a space between the lower part of the part 15. A protruding portion 14 is formed so as to protrude from the inner portion of the annular ridge 12 to the surface side. The annular ridge 12 restricts the displacement of a part of the valve membrane body 19 to the surface side when water pressure is applied to the valve membrane body 19 from the back surface. Further, three bolt holes 16 pass through the inside of the annular ridge 12.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 10, the back plate 2 and the front plate 10 are joined from both sides of the water blocking sheet 20. The waterstop sheet 20 is provided with a hole into which the annular ridge 12 is inserted. The annular protrusion 5 of the back plate 2 is inserted into the hole from the back side, and the annular ridge 12 of the surface plate 10 is inserted into the hole from the surface side. The annular protrusion 12 is engaged with the outer side of the annular convex portion. Thereafter, the bolt 21 is inserted from the bolt hole 16 and screwed into the bolt hole 9 to fix the two plate members 2 and 10 together. When the water stop sheet 20 is sandwiched between the two plate members 2 and 10, the flange portions 7 and 11 of both plate members sandwich the water stop sheet 20, so that the check valve 1 is fixed to the water stop sheet 20.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 10, the valve membrane body 19 is attached to the inside of the annular convex portion 5, and a part of the valve membrane body 19 is restricted from being displaced to the surface side by the protruding portion 14. When water pressure is applied from the surface side, water enters the check valve 1 from the water passage and presses the valve membrane body 19 from the surface side toward the back side, so that the valve membrane body 19 is pressed against the water passage portion 4. Therefore, the water passage hole 3 of the water passage portion 4 is blocked by the valve membrane body 19 and water does not leak to the back side. When water pressure is applied from the back side, the valve membrane body 19 is deformed in the surface side direction as shown by a broken line in FIG. 10, and water enters the check valve 1 from the water passage hole 3. The entered water flows out from the water guide groove 6 through the water passage 13 to the outside on the surface side.
[0018]
Since a part of the valve membrane body 19 is always located on the back side by the protruding portion 14, it always stays at a predetermined position inside the check valve 1 and can reliably function as a valve.
[0019]
This embodiment is an example of the present invention, and the shape of each part not described in the claims can be changed. For example, the front shape of the plate members 2 and 10 does not necessarily have to be a circular shape, and can be a quadrangle or a polygon. The shape and number of the water passage holes are not limited to the embodiment, and the protrusion 14 A plurality of may be provided. Moreover, the collar parts 7 and 11 do not necessarily need to be provided in the perimeter of a board | plate material.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
The check valve of the present invention has a simple structure and is easy to assemble and attach to a water stop sheet. Since the earth and sand do not enter inside, clogging does not occur and the water on the back side can be drained reliably. Further, since the valve membrane body functions stably, the water on the surface side does not leak to the back side. Furthermore, by providing an air hole in the surface plate material, generation of buoyancy can be prevented, and dropping off from the water-stop sheet due to buoyancy can be prevented.
