【発明の属する技術分野】
本願の発明は、中空容器内に収容した痒み止めや消毒剤等の薬液、または、毛髪剤やファンデーション等の液体化粧料、あるいは、窓ガラスの曇り止めや撥水剤等の液体状の各種の溶液を塗布する液体塗布容器に係わるもので、特に、各種薬液等を内部に収容した中空容器の口頸部にスポンジやフェルトその他の軟質で液体吸収性が良好な材質からなる塗布部材を設けておいて、目的とする塗布面に塗布部材を直接に押し当てるだけで内溶液を簡単に塗布することができるようにした液体塗布容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から一般に使用されている液体容器は、使用するに際して容器の蓋を開いてから、痒み止めや消毒剤等の薬液は、綿棒や脱脂綿等に吸収させてから塗布したり、あるいは、ファンデーションやローション等の液体化粧料は、適当な量を手のひらに受けてから肌に塗布したり、撥水剤やワックス等の液体は、スポンジやタオル等に移してから塗布するものが一般的であったが、このような形式の液体容器は、内溶液を注出するのが面倒で、余分に注出させたり、また、内溶液が手に付着して汚れたりする等の色々な問題点があった。

そこで、化粧料や薬液等の溶液が収容された中空容器から注出する内溶液を直接に塗布できるようにした各種の液体塗布容器が、特開平11−157582号公報や実開昭62−179070号、実開平7−40520号公報その他に提案されている。
これらの液体塗布容器は、中空容器から内溶液を注出して直接塗布することができて、手間がかからず簡単に塗布することができるので非常に便利であるが、いずれの塗布容器も、口頸部に設けた球状または半球状をした塗布体を塗布面に押し当てることにより、液体の流出口を開いて内溶液を注出させて塗布体面に付着させるようにしたものである。

しかし、前記した塗布体は、シリコンゴムや合成樹脂等の吸湿性の低いもので形成されているので塗布効率が悪くて、また、上記した液体塗布容器は、ファンデーション等の化粧料や痒み止め等の薬液等の異質の溶液に対しては共用することができないし、更に、口頸部と塗布体との間が充分な液密状態に保たれていないので、液漏れが発生する恐れがある。
そこで、このような問題点を改善して、化粧料や薬液等の溶液を収容した容器本体の口頸部の注出口に吸湿性と通気性を有するスポンジで形成した塗布体を設けると共に、口頸部に着脱自在に螺合した蓋体を回動することにより注出口を開閉して塗布可能に形成した液体塗布容器を、出願人は先に、実開平1−161459号や実公昭61−22843号公報等に提案している。

上記公報等に見る液体塗布容器は、図5に示すように、容器本体21の口頸部に外蓋体螺合部21aと密封円筒螺合部21bとを形成して、前記密封円筒螺合部に密封円筒23を螺合すると共に、前記密封円筒螺合部の先端部に通水性塗布体26を張設して、内容液を塗布可能に構成したものである。
上記液体塗布容器は、図6に示すように、容器本体21の口頸部の密封円筒螺合部21bの先端部に、注出口22を設けると共にその外周に環状密封片22aを設けて、前記密封円筒螺合部に密封円筒23を螺合して、前記密封円筒に環状密封片22aが当接する密封内壁部23aを設けると共に、密封円筒の頂壁部に栓部24と注液孔25とを設けて、注液孔25の外側に通水性塗布体26を張設して、蓋体螺合部に内蓋27を有する外蓋体28を着脱可能に螺着して、密閉するように形成したものである。

このように形成された液体塗布容器は、外蓋体28を回動して開蓋することにより密封円筒23を上昇させて注出口22を開口して、内溶液を注出せしめて前記塗布体26に含浸させて塗布できるようにしたものであるから、外蓋体28を回動させて容器本体1から分離するだけで、塗布体に含浸した内溶液を直接塗布面に塗り付けることができて便利であるが、注出口を開閉する構造および塗布体の支持構造が複雑になり、また、開口度合いの調節ができないことから改良の余地がある。
そこで、このような注出口および塗布体の支持構造をもう少し簡単にした液体塗布容器として、実開平7−2257号公報に見るようなものが提案されている。

上記公報等に記載される液体塗布容器は、図7に見るように、撥水剤等の塗布液を内部に収容する有底の円筒状した中空の容器本体31の口頸部に、外蓋34を螺合可能な外筒壁を有する中蓋32を嵌着して、前記中蓋の上面にドーナツ状に形成した塗布体33を嵌着、固定して、注出する内溶液を前記塗布体に含浸せしめてガラス等の塗布面に塗布可能に構成したものである。

上記のように構成された液体塗布容器は、図8に示すように、中空の円筒状をした容器本体の口頸部31aに中蓋32を嵌着して、該中蓋の密閉蓋面32aに容器本体内と連通する流出孔39を形成して、前記中蓋部32の上面に平板状弁体35を上下動可能に配設すると共に、該弁体の下面の部分に前記流出孔39を密閉するための栓部35aを突設して、前記中蓋32の蓋面上に塗布体33を嵌着せしめると共に、該中蓋の外周壁内面に設けた係止突起32bにより固定されている。
そして、前記中蓋32に外蓋34を着脱可能に螺着すると共に、前記外蓋34の天板部の内面には、外蓋を螺着した時に前記平板状弁体35を押圧して前記平板状弁体の栓部35aが、前記中蓋32に設けられた流出孔39に栓をするように押圧するための押圧突起34aが設けられている。

上記のように形成された液体塗布容器は、図9に示したように、外蓋34を外した容器本体31を逆さまにした状態で胴壁を押圧すると、前記平板状弁体35は塗布体33側へ移動して、前記流出孔39が開口するので、容器本体内に収容した溶液が注出して塗布体33に均一に含浸されて塗布可能になる。
そして、塗布体33を塗布面に当てて塗布操作を行った後で、容器本体31を直立状態にして外蓋34を中蓋32に螺合すると、前記平板状弁体35は蓋体の押圧突起34aにより押し下げられて、前記栓部35aが中蓋32の流出孔39を栓して内容液の流出を密閉する。

このように、上記した塗布容器は、布巾や手を汚すことなしに簡単に塗布することができて便利であり、また、容器の口頸部に保持する塗布体を中蓋の係止突起により固定したので、構造が簡単で確実に保持することができるが、しかし、内溶液の注出口を開閉するには、容器本体を直立または倒立させることにより弁体が自重と液圧あるいは外蓋の螺合により移動させて開閉するようにしたものであるから、内溶液が撥水剤や曇止め剤等であればよいが、ファンデーション等の化粧料や粘性が高い液状の内容物の場合には、その注出をスムーズに行うことができず、また、注出量の調節が難しい。

そこで、容器本体の口頸部の注出口および塗布体の支持部の構造が簡単で、且つ、内溶液の吐出口を開閉する弁体を自動的にスムーズに移動させることができて、内溶液の注出量の調整をすることができると共に、痒み止め等の薬液に限らず、化粧料その他の各種の溶液にも対応することができて、収容された内容液を簡単に塗布できるような構造をした液体塗布容器の出現が望まれる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
液体塗布容器の塗布体部分を容器本体の口頸部に支持する支持部の構造をできるだけ簡単に形成すると共に、口頸部に設けた塗布体に内溶液を供給するための注出口の弁体を自動的に開閉可能な構造にした液体塗布容器を形成して、前記液体塗布容器内には各種の内溶液が収容することができて、且つ、内容液を簡単に塗布することができるようにした、各種溶液に共用可能な液体塗布容器を形成する。
そして、容器本体の構造が簡単で、塗布する際の使い勝手がよくて、内容液が漏れ出るようなこともなくて、安価に製造することができるようにした液体塗布容器を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
各種の液体化粧料や薬液等の溶液を収容する中空容器の口頸部に、内容液を注出可能な注出口を設けると共に外蓋を螺着可能に形成した中蓋を嵌合または螺合せしめて固定する。
そして、前記中蓋の注出口にピストン状に形成した環状弁体を摺動可能に嵌合せしめて内溶液の注出可能に形成して、塗布体を収容して固定する塗布体受け皿の底部の嵌合筒部を前記環状弁体の周壁内面に嵌合、密着すると共に、塗布体受け皿の側壁部を前記中蓋の外筒内壁面に摺動可能に嵌合せしめて、塗布体受け皿の底壁部に設けた複数の板バネにより受け皿を進退自在に形成する。
上記のように形成した塗布体受け皿内にフェルトやスポンジ等から円盤状に形成した塗布体を嵌合すると共に、受け皿の内壁面に設けた係止片に塗布体の外側面を係止して、塗布体と受け皿とを一体に進退可能に構成する。

【発明の実施の形態】
本願発明は、熱可塑性合成樹脂をブロー成形して、胴壁部1bを押圧変形可能に形成した中空容器本体1に各種の溶液を収容してから、前記容器本体の口頸部1aに、密閉蓋部2aの下面に内筒7aと外筒7bとからなる嵌合筒7を突設して、容器本体1の口頸部1aに嵌着可能な中蓋2を形成すると共に、密閉蓋部2aの上面に塗布体5の受け皿4を収容可能に形成した中蓋2を嵌合、固定し、そして、前記中蓋2の密閉蓋部2aの中央部に垂設した注出筒2bに、ピストン状をした弁体3を嵌合して内溶液を注出可能にした容器体を形成する。

上記のような構成にした本願発明の液体塗布容器は、使用するに当たって、外蓋を塗布容器本体1から外した後に、容器本体を逆さまにして塗布体5を塗布面に押し当ててから容器の胴壁部1bを圧搾することにより、容器本体内に収容された溶液は連通された前記注出筒2bおよび環状弁体3の開口部を経て塗布体5へと注出されて、塗布体から塗布面に内容液が塗布される。
このようにして塗布操作が終わったら、塗布体5を塗布面から離してやると、前記受け皿4は弾性片4bにより押し上げられて、弁体3と注出筒2bの連通状態が解除されて内容液の注出が停止するので、外蓋6を塗布体5に被着して中蓋2に螺合せしめると保存可能な状態になる。

本願発明の液体塗布容器について、以下に最適な一つの実施例に基づいて、図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。
本願の発明は、図1に示すように、各種の溶液を収容した中空容器本体1の口頸部に内溶液を注出可能にした嵌合、固定した中蓋2に、塗布体5を嵌着、係止した受け皿4を嵌合せしめて内容液を塗布可能に形成して、前記塗布体に外蓋6を被着して中蓋2に螺合して密閉するように構成した液体塗布容器である。

中空容器の口頸部1aに嵌合、固定する前記中蓋2は、熱可塑性合成樹脂の射出成形して、図3に示すように、中蓋の密閉蓋部2aの下面に内筒7aと外筒7bからなる嵌合筒7を突設して、容器本体1の口頸部1aの内外面に嵌着可能に形成すると共に、前記内筒7aの内側に内溶液を注出する注出スリット2cを設けた注出筒2bを垂設して、弁体3を嵌合可能に形成して、また、前記外筒7bの外側に容器本体1の側壁部に嵌合する保持筒8を垂設すると共に、該保持筒の外側に蓋体6を着脱可能に螺合する外筒壁9を形成して、更に、前記外筒壁に連接して中蓋2の密閉蓋部2aの上面に立設する環状壁9aを形成して、塗布体5の受け皿4を嵌合可能にした容器本体1の口頸部1aに嵌着可能な中蓋2を構成する。

同じように、軟質の合成樹脂を射出成形して、有底の円筒状に形成すると共に円筒状の側壁面に断面がくの字状をした摺動片3aを環状に形成して、前記中蓋の嵌合筒部の内周面に密着して摺動可能にしたピストン状の弁体3を成形して、前記摺動片の中央部に中蓋2の注出筒2cに連通可能な内容液の流出口3bを設けて、内溶液を注出可能に形成する。

【発明の効果】

更に、受け皿の底部に設けた弾性体により、受け皿を上下動させて注出口が開口するように形成したので、押圧力を加減することにより注出量を調節することができる。
