【発明が属する技術分野】
この発明は、転写テープ上に塗布される修正塗料、糊料等を転写することで、誤記等の修正或いは糊面の形成を行う塗布具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、転写テープ上に塗布される修正塗料等を転写することで、特に誤記等の修正を行ってなる塗布具は、塗布具本体内において未使用の修正塗料転写テープと、この未使用の修正塗料転写テープを巻回する供給リールからなるパンケーキと、使用済みの修正塗料転写テープを巻き取る巻き取りリールが各々回転自在に軸着されると共に、この軸着されるパンケーキと巻き取りリールとは、各々に一体軸着されるギアの噛合を介して連動するものであり、パンケーキを構成するパンケーキカラーの回転により巻き取りリールがそのギアの噛合を介して回転し、パンケーキより供給されプリンターヘッドを経由することで使用済みとなった修正塗料転写テープは確実に巻き取りリールに巻き取られるものとなるものが一般的である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来のものにおいて、塗布具本体内において未使用の修正塗料転写テープを巻回するパンケーキと、使用済みの修正塗料転写テープを各々の回転軸に軸着すると共に、これらパンケーキと巻き取りリールとを、パンケーキと巻き取りリールと共に一体に軸着されるギアの噛合を介して連動させ、未使用の修正塗料転写テープを供給しつつ使用済みの修正塗料転写テープを巻き取ってなるものの場合には、塗布具本体の厚さはパンケーキと巻き取りリールが並設されて軸着されるものであるので、パンケーキと巻き取りリールを連動させることとなる噛合するギアも含めて比較的薄くすることができるものであるが、互いに噛合するギアも含めてパンケーキと巻き取りリールを並設することで縦方向或いは横方向への面積が拡大してしまう問題点がある。

また、パンケーキを構成するパンケーキカラーと巻き取りリールを回転させるためには一体に軸着されるギアが各々必要であり、部品点数が多く、その構造が複雑なものとなるので、製造工程における作業性の低下と共にその製造コストの上昇をも招いてしまうものである。

更に、使用済みのパンケーキ及び使用済みの修正塗料転写テープを巻き取ってなる巻き取りリールを交換しようとする時には、パンケーキ及び巻き取りリールを各々回転軸から取り外した上で、新品を回転軸に軸着する必要があることから交換作業に多くの手間を要するものとなるものである。

そこで、この発明は上記従来のものの有する問題点を解決するものであり、部品点数を低減化し、構造を簡易化することとにより、塗布具自体の小型化を図ると共に、交換作業の容易化を図ろうとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そのために、塗布具を、開口部を一体に形成する下ケースと、この下ケースの開口部に挿嵌する舌片体を一体に形成する上ケースから塗布具本体を構成し、この塗布具本体内において、下ケースの内壁面より立設する回転軸に対して、その先端において巻き取りリール嵌合爪を配設するリール軸を有するリール体を回転自在に装着し、同一軸上に配するパンケーキ、巻き取りリールと下ケースの開口部より外方に突出するプリンターヘッドとによりカートリッジ体を構成した上、上記リール軸より径方向に突設されるスプリング係止体のパンケーキ嵌合爪と巻き取りリール嵌合爪を各々パンケーキカラーと巻き取りリールに嵌合させることにより、パンケーキと巻き取りリールを一体に駆動させてなるものである。

また、開口部を一体に形成する下ケースと、この下ケースの開口部に挿嵌する舌片体を、取り付けベースとプリンターヘッドと共に一体に形成する上ケースから塗布具本体を構成し、下ケースの内壁面より立設する回転軸にリール体を回転自在に装着した上で、上記上ケースのプリンターヘッドを一体に形成する取り付けベースにパンケーキと巻き取りリールとを同一軸上に配することでカートリッジ体とし、上記リール軸より径方向に突設される巻き取りリール嵌合爪とパンケーキ嵌合爪を各々巻き取りリールとパンケーキカラーに嵌合させることにより、パンケーキと巻き取りリールを一体に駆動させてなるものである。

更に、上記パンケーキカラーに巻回される修正塗料転写テープ等からなるパンケーキの嵌合凹部の下周縁又は、同一軸上に配される巻き取りリール内孔の下周縁の少なくとも一方を、リール体挿入方向に向かって湾曲させて湾曲部を形成してなるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
未使用の修正塗料転写テープと、この未使用の修正塗料転写テープを巻回するパンケーキカラーから構成されるパンケーキと、使用済みの修正塗料転写テープを巻き取ってなる巻き取りリールとを同一軸上に配すると共に、この同一軸上に配するパンケーキと巻き取りリールとを、塗布具本体を上ケースと共に構成する下ケースの内壁面より立設する回転軸に対して装着されるリール体のリール軸より径方向に突設されるパンケーキ嵌合爪及び巻き取りリール嵌合爪を各々パンケーキカラー嵌合凹部及び巻き取りリール嵌合凹部に嵌合させることで一体に連動するものとすることで、修正塗料転写テープの供給、巻き取りを円滑に行うことができると共に、更にパンケーキと巻き取りリールとを同一軸上に配することで、縦方向或いは横方向への面積の拡大を防止し、同時に部品点数の低減や構造の容易化によって塗布具全体として小型化や交換作業の容易化が図れるものとなる。

また、上記パンケーキカラーに巻回される修正塗料転写テープ等からなるパンケーキと同一軸上に配される巻き取りリールの巻き取りリール内孔の下周縁を、リール体挿入方向に向かって湾曲させて湾曲部を形成することにより、同一軸上に配されるパンケーキと巻き取りリールに対してリール体の挿入が容易となり、確実にパンケーキと巻き取りリールの各々パンケーキカラー嵌合凹部及び巻き取りリール嵌合凹部とリール体において同様に同一軸上に配設されるパンケーキ嵌合爪及び巻き取りリール嵌合爪とを嵌合を確保することができ、一層の交換作業の容易化を図ることができるものとなる。

【実施例】
この発明を図に示す実施例により更に説明する。実施例においてはプリンターヘッド上の修正塗料転写テープのテープ面がリール軸に対して直交するいわゆる横引き型のものを示しているが、上記テープ面がリール軸に対して平行である縦引き型のものに対しても適用できるものである。図１において示される（１）はこの発明の第１実施例である塗布具であり、この発明の第１実施例である塗布具（１）は、開口部（４）を一体に形成する下ケース（３）と、この下ケース（３）の開口部（４）に挿嵌する舌片体（８）を一体に形成する上ケース（７）から塗布具本体（２）を構成するものである（図２参照）。

そして、このように下ケース（３）と上ケース（７）から構成される塗布具本体（２）内においては、図３において示すように、下ケース（３）の内壁面（５）より立設する回転軸（６）に対して、その先端において巻き取りリール嵌合爪（１１）を配設するリール軸（１０）に、スプリング係止突縁（１４）によりスプリング（１５）を保持しつつ一体の摩擦力を持って側方に向け径方向に突出するパンケーキ嵌合爪（１３）を有するスプリング係止体（１２）を、一体的に回転するように弾性体のＯ−リングを挟持、或いはエラストマー等との摩擦を確保しつつ同一軸上に固持してなるリール体（９）を回転自在に装着した上で、このリール体（９）にパンケーキカラー（１８）に巻回される修正塗料転写テープ等（２０）からなるパンケーキ（１７）と巻き取りリール（２１）とを下ケース（３）の開口部（４）より外方に突出するプリンターヘッド（２３）を一体に形成する上、下ベース（２４）（２５）間において同一軸上に配するカートリッジ体（１６）を、上記リール体（９）のリール軸（１０）において同一軸上に配設されるスプリング係止体（１２）のパンケーキ嵌合爪（１３）及び巻き取りリール嵌合爪（１１）を各々パンケーキカラー嵌合凹部（１９）及び巻き取りリール嵌合凹部（２２）に嵌合させることによって、パンケーキ（１７）から巻き取りリール（２１）への修正塗料転写テープ等（２０）の供給、巻き取りを円滑に行うことができるように一体に駆動させてなるものである。

この発明の第１実施例である塗布具（１）が以上の構成を具えるので、この塗布具（１）を使用するにあたって、塗布具本体（２）を上ケース（７）と共に構成する下ケース（３）において一体に形成される開口部（４）より外方に突出するプリンターヘッド（２３）を被転写面に密着させて所定方向にスライドさせることにより、未使用の修正塗料転写テープ（２０’）の供給に伴って回転するパンケーキ（１７）の回転に合わせて、このパンケーキ（１７）のパンケーキカラー嵌合凹部（１９）とリール軸（１０）に巻着固定されるスプリング係止体（１２）のパンケーキ嵌合爪（１３）との嵌合を介してリール体が回転すると共に、更にリール体（９）の回転と同時に、このパンケーキ（１７）と同一軸上に配される巻き取りリール（２１）は、リール体（９）の先端に配設される巻き取りリール嵌合爪（１１）と巻き取りリール（２１）の巻き取りリール嵌合凹部（２２）との嵌合を介して回転し、使用済みの修正塗料転写テープ（２０”）を巻き取っていくものである。

そして、未使用の修正塗料転写テープ（２０’）と、この未使用の修正塗料転写テープ（２０’）を巻回するパンケーキカラー（１８）から構成されるパンケーキ（１７）と、プリンターヘッド（２３）を経由して使用済みとなった修正塗料転写テープ（２０”）を巻き取ってなる巻き取りリール（２１）とを同一軸上に配すると共に、この同一軸上に配するパンケーキ（１７）と巻き取りリール（２１）とを、やはり塗布具本体（２）を上ケース（７）と共に構成する下ケース（３）の内壁面（５）より立設する回転軸（６）に対して装着されるリール体（９）のリール軸（１０）上に配設されるパンケーキ嵌合爪（１３）及び巻き取りリール嵌合爪（１１）を各々パンケーキカラー嵌合凹部（１９）及び巻き取りリール嵌合凹部（２２）に嵌合させることで一体に連動させて修正塗料転写テープ（２０）の供給、巻き取りを円滑に行うようにすることができることから、下ケース（３）と上ケース（７）とから構成される塗布具本体（２）の縦方向或いは横方向への面積の拡大を防止し、同時に同一軸上に巻き取りリール（２１）及びパンケーキ（１７）を、又巻き取りリール（２１）とパンケーキ（１７）を同時に回転させるリール体（９）においても、巻き取りリール（２１）とパンケーキ（１７）に嵌合する巻き取りリール嵌合爪（１１）及びパンケーキ嵌合爪（１３）を同一軸上に有することとなるので、塗布具（１）を構成する部品点数の低減や構造の容易化をはかれるものとなる。

更に、修正塗料転写テープ（２０）を使い切った後の交換においては塗布具本体（２）を構成する下ケース（３）と上ケース（７）とを分割して下ケース（３）の回転軸（６）に回転自在に装着されるリール体（９）に嵌合するカートリッジ体（１６）を交換し、そのまま上ケース（７）と下ケース（３）とを上下ケース嵌合爪（３０）を係合させて一体にすることにより完了するものであるので、塗布具（１）全体としての容積の小型化やカートリッジの交換作業の容易化が図れるものとなる。

また、図４において示す（１’）は、この発明の第２実施例である塗布具であり、この塗布具（１’）は、開口部（４’）を一体に形成する下ケース（３’）と、この下ケース（３’）の開口部（４’）に挿嵌する舌片体（８’）を、取り付けベース（２６）とプリンターヘッド（２３’）と共に一体に形成する上ケース（７’）から塗布具本体（２’）を構成するものである。

そして、この塗布具本体（２’）内においては、下ケース（３’）の内壁面（５’）より立設する回転軸（６’）に対して、その底面（２７）に下ケース（３’）の内壁面（５’）の係止爪（２９）と所定方向でのみ係止する逆転防止爪（２８）を配置すると共に、その先端において巻き取りリール嵌合爪（１１’）を配設するリール軸（１０’）に、スプリング係止突縁（１４’）によりスプリング（１５’）を保持しつつ一体の摩擦力を持って側方に向けて突出するパンケーキ嵌合爪（１３’）を有するスプリング係止体（１２’）を同一軸上に嵌着固定してなるリール体（９’）を回転自在に装着した上で、上記上ケース（７’）のプリンターヘッド（２３’）を一体に形成する取り付けベース（２６）に対してパンケーキカラー（１８’）に巻回される修正塗料転写テープ等（２０）からなるパンケーキ（１７’）と巻き取りリール（２１’）とを同一軸上に配することでカートリッジ体（１６’）とし、上記リール体（９’）のリール軸（１０’）において同一軸上に配設される巻き取りリール嵌合爪（１１’）及びパンケーキ嵌合爪（１３’）を各々巻き取りリール（２１’）の巻き取りリール嵌合凹部（２２’）及びパンケーキ（１７’）のパンケーキカラー嵌合凹部（１９’）に嵌合させて一体に駆動させてなるものである（図５参照）。

この発明の第２実施例である塗布具（１’）が以上の構成を具えるので、この発明の第２実施例である塗布具（１’）を使用するにあたっては、この発明の第１実施例である塗布具（１）と同様に、塗布具本体（２’）を上ケース（７’）と共に構成する下ケース（３’）において一体に形成される開口部（４’）より外方に突出するプリンターヘッド（２３’）を被転写面に密着させて所定方向にスライドさせることにより、未使用の修正塗料転写テープ（２０’）の供給に伴って回転するパンケーキ（１７’）の回転に合わせて、このパンケーキ（１７’）のパンケーキカラー嵌合凹部（１９’）とスプリング係止体（１２’）のパンケーキ嵌合爪（１３’）との嵌合を介してリール体（９’）が回転すると共に、更にリール体（９’）の回転と同時に、この上記上ケース（７’）のプリンターヘッド（２３’）を一体に形成する取り付けベース（２６）においてパンケーキ（１７’）の同一軸上に配される巻き取りリール（２１’）は、リール体（９’）の先端に配設される巻き取りリール嵌合爪（１１’）と巻き取りリール（２１’）の巻き取りリール嵌合凹部（２２’）との嵌合を介して回転し、使用済みの修正塗料転写テープ（２０”）を巻き取っていくものとなる。

そして、この第２実施例である塗布具（１’）においても、未使用の修正塗料転写テープ（２０’）と、この未使用の修正塗料転写テープ（２０’）を巻回するパンケーキカラー（１８’）から構成されるパンケーキ（１７’）と、プリンターヘッド（２３）を経由して使用済みとなった修正塗料転写テープ（２０”）を巻き取ってなる巻き取りリール（２１’）とを、上ケース（７’）のプリンターヘッド（２３’）を一体に形成する取り付けベース（２６）において同一軸上に配すると共に、上記取り付けベース（２６）上において同一軸上に配するパンケーキ（１７’）と巻き取りリール（２１’）とを、やはり塗布具本体（２’）を上ケース（７’）と共に構成する下ケース（３’）の内壁面（５’）より立設する回転軸（６’）に対して回転自在となるように装着されるリール体（９’）のリール軸（１０’）上に配設されるパンケーキ嵌合爪（１３”）及び巻き取り
リール嵌合爪（１１’）を各々パンケーキカラー嵌合凹部（１９’）及び巻き取りリール嵌合凹部（２２’）に嵌合させることで一体に連動させて修正塗料転写テープ（２０）の供給、巻き取りを円滑に行うようにしていることから、この発明の第１実施例である塗布具（１）と同様に、下ケース（３’）と上ケース（７’）とから構成される塗布具本体（２’）の縦方向或いは横方向への面積の拡大を防止するものとなる。なお、第１、第２実施例に示すものは、上ケースと下ケースの組合せに当たり、分離できないように固着して、パンケーキの消耗と同時に全体を廃棄するいわゆる使い捨てのものとすることもできる。

更に、同時に同一軸上に巻き取りリール（２１’）及びパンケーキ（１７’）を、又巻き取りリール（２１’）とパンケーキ（１７’）を同時に回転させるリール体（９’）においても、巻き取りリール（２１）とパンケーキ（１７）に嵌合する巻き取りリール嵌合爪（１１’）及びパンケーキ嵌合爪（１３’）をリール体（９’）のリール軸（１０’）において同一軸上に有することとなるので、塗布具（１’）を構成する部品点数の低減や構造の容易化をはかれ、また、修正塗料転写テープ（２０）を使い切った後の交換においては塗布具本体（２）を構成する下ケース（３）と上ケース（７）とを分割して、取り付けベース（２６）と共にプリンターヘッド（２３’）を一体に形成する上ケース（７’）を、下ケース（３）の内壁面（５’）の回転軸（６’）から外してに新品の上ケース（７’）を新たに上記下ケース（３’）の回転軸（６’）に回転自在に装着されるリール体（１０’）に対して、上ケース（７’）の取り付けベース（２６）上において同一軸上に配する巻き取りリール（２１’）及びパンケーキ（１７’）とを一体に嵌合させ、そのまま上ケース（７’）と下ケース（３’）とを上下ケース嵌合爪（３０’）を係合させることで一体に固定し完了するものであるので、塗布具（１）全体としての容積の小型化や交換作業の容易化が図れるものとなる。

なお、この発明の第１実施例及び第２実施例において、パンケーキカラー（１８）（１８’）に巻回される修正塗料転写テープ等（２０’）からなるパンケーキ（１７）（１７’）のパンケーキカラー（１８）（１８’）の嵌合凹部（１９）（１９’）の下周縁又は同一軸上に配される巻き取りリール（２１’）の巻き取りリール内孔（３１）の下周縁（３２）の少なくとも一方を、リール体（９）（９’）挿入方向に向かって湾曲させて湾曲部（３３）（３４）を形成することにより、リール体（９）（９’）自体が同一軸上に配されることとなる巻き取りリール（２１）（２１’）及びパンケーキ（１７）（１７’）に対して容易に挿入することが可能となって両者の嵌合が確実に確保されるので、パンケーキ（１７）（１７’）等の交換作業がより一層容易にすることができるものとなる。

【発明の効果】
以上のとおり、パンケーキと巻き取りリールとを同一軸上に配すると共に、それらを下ケースの内壁面に立設される回転軸に装着されるリール体により一体に駆動し、修正塗料転写テープ等の供給、巻き取りを一体に行うようにすることで塗布具の小型化が図れるものであるので、塗布具の運搬性のみならずその使用性においても格段に向上するものであると共に、使用者における交換作業においても同一軸上に配されるパンケーキと巻き取りリールの一体の着脱により一層容易にすることができる優れた効果を有するものである。
