本発明は建物などの排水配管において、点検や清掃を行うために、排水管の曲がり部や合流部に設ける点検口の蓋体に関するものである。

従来、排水管の曲がり部や、合流部には、配管の点検や清掃を行うため蓋付きの点検口が設置されている。図4は従来の点検口の蓋の平面図であり、蓋20は受け部である筒状口体に着脱自在に螺合される。蓋20には閉塞部21に突出一体成形されたツマミ22を設け、手で回して締め付けたり、緩めたりすることが出来る。またツマミ22は平面視で、中央部が括れた矩形であり、指の係り部を形成している。

本発明は、上記の問題を解決するためになされたものであり、ネジ嵌合式の点検口の蓋体を手で容易に開閉することが出来る。また手で開閉しにくい場合は、専用工具である蓋開閉レンチを使用して蓋体の開閉が出来る。さらに専用の工具を準備できない場合でも、ドライバーやスパナなどの汎用工具を使用しても蓋体を開閉することが出来る排水管の点検口の蓋体を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は排水管の点検口を着脱自在に閉塞するネジ付き蓋体において、該蓋体の上面に、蓋体中心に対称となる一対の凸状部を形成し、かつ該凸状部の頂部には蓋開閉レンチの突起が挿入可能である凹陥部を形成することを特徴とする点検口の蓋体である。

また、該一対の凸状部は側面に、平面視で、延長線が平行線となる直線部を有し、かつ角部が弧状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の点検口の蓋体である。

【作用】
本発明は、ネジ嵌合式の開閉蓋体の閉塞部に蓋体の中心軸と対称に、一定の間隔をあけて、一対の凸状部を形成しているので、該一対の凸状部に指を掛けて、手で蓋体を回動し、開閉することが出来る。また該蓋体の一対の凸状部の頂部には蓋開閉レンチを挿入する凹陥部を有するので、専用の蓋開閉レンチの一対の凸部を該蓋体の凹陥部に挿入し、回動し、開閉することが出来る。

さらに蓋体に形成された一対の凸状部間にドライバーなどの棒状工具をあてがい、工具の作用点が間隔を空けて該一対の凸状部に当接するので、容易に回動し、開閉することが出来る。

以下本発明の点検口の蓋体について説明する。図1は本発明の実施例である点検口1の平面図であり、図2は図1の側面部分断面図である。建物内の配管を点検、維持するために、配管の合流部、曲がり部の排水管Pには点検口1を接続している。該点検口1は短管状の受体2と該受体2に着脱自在に螺合、内挿する蓋体3とで構成されている。さらに、受体2と蓋体3との間にOリング4を狭持し、ねじ込みによりシールを可能にしている。
