【0046】
(1)棒状スタッドの軸方向圧力値;
(2)上下方向の圧力値;
(3)左右方向の圧力値;

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, in FES (functional electrical stimulation) medicine, rehabilitation medicine, sports medicine, or a humanoid robot, the posture of a person is determined from a measured value of pressure applied to the sole, and the functional electricity is prevented from falling down. The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling a stimulation voltage or an actuator or the like, or determining whether the posture is good or bad and clarifying the improvement point.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Measuring pressure applied to a person's sole can be achieved by providing a pressure sensor on the sole. For example, the pressure sensor shown below is disclosed in Non-Patent Document 1 below.
[0003]
FIG. 11 is an exploded perspective view of a shoe having such a conventional three-dimensional ground pressure measurement function.
[0004]
In this figure,
[0005]
Furthermore, there are other techniques for measuring only the pressure in the prior art, but in this case, only the pressure value in one direction can be measured. In order to grasp the state of a person's posture, a pressure value in only one direction is not sufficient, and pressure components in the front-rear and left-right directions are also necessary.

[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, it has been found that there is a significant problem when trying to apply the above-described conventional shoe having a three-dimensional ground pressure measurement function to an actual application.
[0008]
One of them is that the part where the sensor hits the ground is flat. When a person walks, the shoes need to be rotated not only in the vertical motion parallel to the floor but also in the forward and backward directions. However, in the conventional shoe structure described above, since the
[0009]
Another problem is that the height of the sensor structure is high, so that the thickness of the shoe sole is considerably thicker than that of a normal shoe. This is also a real problem because the measured result is different from the actual walking state.
[0010]
In view of the above situation, the present invention provides a three-dimensional force sensor having a rod-shaped stud on a shoe sole, Ahead Providing a shoe with a three-dimensional ground pressure measurement function that can detect pressure components necessary for estimating postures by detecting the three-dimensional force components by touching the ends and preventing natural walking. The purpose is to do.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides

[0018]

[0019]
[9] In the shoe having the three-dimensional ground pressure measurement function according to any one of [4] to [6], the strain sensor is made of a CrN, CuNi, or NiCr thin film formed on an insulating material. It is characterized by that.
[0020]
In the present invention, in order to solve the problems of the conventional structure, the structure of the portion in contact with the ground is basically a point, not a plane. If the point of contact with the ground is a point, the state of the shoe becomes unstable if there are at least three or more points of contact. As a transitional phenomenon during walking or the like, there are cases where the number of contact points with the ground is 3 or less, or the other foot does not touch the ground at all because it is on the ground. However, in order to maintain a static posture, three or more contact points are necessary.
[0021]
Such a shoe structure can be seen in the spikes used in athletic shoes. However, in the case of spikes of athletic shoes, the grounding of shoes is not necessarily performed only through the spikes, but in the case of the present invention, it is assumed that the shoes are always grounded through at least one of the spikes. It is said. Under such a premise, the ground pressure can be completely measured if a spike capable of measuring pressure is realized.
[0022]
When the contact with the ground is considered as a point in this way, six degrees of freedom are not necessary for measuring the ground stress. That is, when the contact of the rod-shaped stud tip is made at a single point, it is not possible in principle to apply a rotational moment or a bending moment to the rod-shaped stud, so it is sufficient if three orthogonal force components can be measured. That is, the basic technical idea of the present invention is to prepare a three-dimensional force sensor having a rod-shaped stud, place the three-dimensional sensor on the shoe sole, and use the other end of the rod-shaped stud for grounding.
[0023]

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.

However, when walking, it is necessary to bend the bottom of the shoe, and the toe and heel of the shoe can move independently, so such a set of three three-dimensional pressure sensors is a toe portion. It is divided and arranged in two places on the heel part. A total of six such three-dimensional pressure sensors are not assumed to be in contact with the ground at the time of walking.

[0044]
[Table 1]
Here, the strain sensor output means, for example, a change in resistance value, and + and − indicate the direction of change in resistance value. 0 means no change. Here, if the sum of the changes of the strain sensors 508 (Sa), 509 (Sb), 510 (Sc), and 511 (Sd) is taken, the resistance value change due to the vertical and horizontal pressures is canceled and does not come out. Thus, axial pressure is obtained. Further, if the difference between the strain sensors 508 (Sa) and 510 (Sc) is taken, the pressure in the vertical direction can be obtained, and if the difference between 509 (Sb) and 511 (Sd) is taken, the pressure in the left and right direction can be obtained. it can.
[0045]
In this case, since the amount of change is necessary for the resistance value, the resistance value in the case of zero pressure is measured in advance, and the future change may be measured using this resistance value as a reference. In addition, the change in resistance value is not the pressure value itself, but a proportional coefficient (including a sign) corresponding to each case is determined, and the pressure must be obtained by multiplying the change in resistance value by the proportional coefficient. Thus, each pressure value is determined as follows.
[0046]
(1) Axial pressure value of rod-shaped stud;
A constant multiple of [(Ra−Ra0) + (Rb−Rb0) + (Rc−Rc0) + (Rd−Rd0)].
(2) Vertical pressure value;
A constant multiple of [(Ra-Ra0)-(Rc-Rc0)]
(3) Pressure value in the left-right direction;
A constant multiple of [(Rb−Rb0) − (Rd−Rd0)]
Here, Ra0, Rb0, Rc0, and Rd0 are resistance values when pressure is 0, and Ra, Rb, Rc, and Rd are resistance values when pressure is applied. In this figure, the vertical direction and the horizontal direction are shown, but when arranged on a shoe, the vertical direction can be read back and forth.

Moreover, the input voltage 810 was applied by Sa2, Sc2, Sa3, and Sc3. Wheatstone When the bridge connection is used, a longitudinal pressure 812 can be obtained as an output thereof.

The relationship between the pressure and the sensor output in this case is as shown in Table 2 when +-is defined as in Table 1.
[0063]
[Table 2]
Here, the reason why the signs of Sa4, Sb4, Sc4, and Sd4 are reversed compared to Sa1 to Sa3, etc. is that bending strain is detected when pressure is applied to a rod-like stud (not shown) coupled in the vicinity of the center in FIG. The bending deformation of the

Usually, a strain sensor is formed by joining a resistance strain material rolled and formed on a resin substrate by means such as adhesion. This strain sensor is used by being bonded to a bending strain detection plate. However, when a large number of strain sensors are arranged as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, a normal strain sensor has a large shape and is difficult to execute.

Therefore, in FIG. 10, when the bending
[0067]
According to the present invention,
(1) A three-dimensional pressure sensor comprising a three-dimensional pressure sensor that detects a three-dimensional pressure value applied to the tip of a rod-shaped stud, a signal processing circuit that outputs and processes a three-dimensional pressure sensor output, a signal output means, and a shoe body. Is arranged at the bottom of the shoe body so that when the shoe is grounded, the grounding is performed at the tip of the rod-shaped stud, and when the shoe is grounded, the rod-shaped stud axial pressure value, the longitudinal pressure value, and the left-right direction A signal can be output as a pressure value.
[0068]
(2) Three sets of three-dimensional pressure sensors can be arranged on the toe portion and the heel portion of each shoe.
[0069]
(3) The signal processing circuit has three independent signals for the axial direction component of the rod-shaped stud for a set of three three-dimensional pressure sensors, and three for the longitudinal and lateral force components. Can be configured to output the total value of.
[0070]
(4) The three-dimensional pressure sensor can be composed of a rod-shaped stud, a base member, a bending strain detection plate, and a strain sensor disposed on the surface of the bending strain detection plate.
[0071]
(5) The bending strain detection plate has a cross-shaped portion, and uses the sum and difference of strain sensor outputs arranged on each arm of the cross-shaped portion, and uses the rod-shaped stud axial direction component, the front-rear direction component, the left-right direction component. Can be separated.
[0072]
(6) Four strain sensors are arranged on each of the four arms of the cross-shaped portion, and the 16 strain sensors are connected in series and parallel to output an axial component, a longitudinal component, and a lateral component. A bridge circuit can be obtained.
[0073]
(7) The strain sensor can be formed of a thin film made of CrN. By applying a CrN, CuNi or NiCr thin film, it becomes possible to realize a fine shape and a sizing bar that were impossible with a rolling material conventionally used as a resistance strain material. In the case of a CrN thin film, high output sensitivity can be imparted due to the high gauge factor of the CrN thin film.
[0074]
In order to let a patient with complete leg paralysis stand up and walk at a desired location with a functional electrical stimulation system (FES), it is necessary to grasp the posture of the patient and generate an electrical stimulation appropriately set based on this. . The shoe of the present invention can provide a basic tool to achieve this goal.
[0075]
Furthermore, the shoes of the present invention can detect the habits of each person during walking of a healthy person and acquire the correct walking habits, and can also run as efficiently as possible in the field of sports medicine. Wide range of applications and social contributions are possible, such as studying what should be done and determining whether weight transfer is being performed properly during golf practice.
[0076]
In addition, this invention is not limited to the said Example, A various deformation | transformation is possible based on the meaning of this invention, and these are not excluded from the scope of the present invention.
[0077]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
[0078]
(A) In the prior art, the shape of the portion to be grounded is a plate, whereas the shape of the portion to be grounded in the present invention is a point, and a plurality of points are allowed. Since a three-dimensional force component is detected for each of these points, pressure information necessary for posture estimation can be obtained without hindering natural walking. That is, this pressure value information can be used to estimate a human posture state and output a signal for reestablishing the posture state to the FES system.
[0079]
(B) As a pressure measurement sensor, an accurate value is measured by converting an applied pressure into a bending deformation of a bending strain detecting plate, and detecting a strain generated in the bending strain detecting plate with a strain sensor. be able to.
[0080]
(C) In order to estimate the posture of a person from the pressure of a shoe, it is necessary to separately detect pressure components in the axial direction, the front-rear direction, and the left-right direction of the rod-shaped stud to be grounded. In the present invention, by arranging a plurality of strain sensors on the bending strain detection plate and connecting them in series and in parallel, these force direction components can be directly and accurately measured.
[0081]
(D) By forming the strain sensor with a CrN, CuNi or NiCr thin film, it is possible to improve the ground pressure measurement accuracy and reduce the size.
