従来、回路遮断器において操作ハンドルのオン・オフ表示とは別に固定接点と可動接点の開閉状態を表示する構造は、特開平10−233153号公報に開示されるものがある。この中で図1〜図5に示す回路遮断器は、ケース(4)内部の底板部近傍に固定接点(1)を有する固定接触子と、この固定接触子の固定接点(1)に接離可能な可動接点(2)を有する可動接触子とを横向きに配設し、可動接触子の上下動に連動するクロスバー(3)の上面に棒状の表示体(13)を立設し、可動接触子に連動して表示体(13)がケース(4)の上板部(14)に穿設した表示窓(15)から突出自在になっていた。

また、図6〜図10の回路遮断器は、可動接触子の先端に表示体(12)を立設し、固定接触子の固定接点(1)と可動接触子の可動接点(2)が接触している場合はケース(4)の上板部(14)に穿設した表示窓(15)から表示体(12)を目視でき、固定接触子の固定接点(1)と可動接触子の可動接点(2)が開離している場合はケース(4)の表示窓(15)から表示体(12)を目視できないようにしていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前述の回路遮断器では複数極の可動接触子を同時に駆動するクロスバー(3)に表示体(13)を立設しているため、接点が溶着した場合にどの極が異常なのか調べないとわからなかった。また、前述と後述の両方の回路遮断器は表示体(13),(12)がケース(4)の下部から上部に亘っているため、ケース(4)内のスペースをとってしまい、小型の回路遮断器に組み込むことができなかった。

そこで上記問題点に鑑み、本発明の目的は、接点が溶着した極をすぐに確認することができ、また小型化することができる回路遮断器を提供することである。

上記目的を達成するために、ケース内部の上板部近傍に固定接点を有する複数極の固定接触子と、固定接触子の固定接点に接離自在な可動接点を有する複数極の可動接触子とを配設し、可動接触子の移動に連動する表示体を各極毎に回動可能にケース内に軸支し、表示体がケースの上板部に穿設した表示窓から各極の可動接触子の位置を表示可能にしたことを特徴とする。

回路遮断器のケース内部の上板部近傍に固定接点を有する複数極の固定接触子と、固定接触子の固定接点に接離自在な可動接点を有する複数極の可動接触子とを配設し、可動接触子の移動に連動する表示体を各極毎に回動可能にケース内に軸支し、表示体がケースの上板部に穿設した表示窓から各極の可動接触子の位置を表示可能にする。

本発明に係る回路遮断器の実施例を図1及び図2の添付図面に基づいて説明する。

回路遮断器1のケース2内部の上板部2a近傍に、固定接点3aを有する固定接触子3と、固定接触子3の固定接点3aに接離自在な可動接点4aを有する可動接触子4とが、基端がケース2の底板部2b側、先端がケース2の上板部2a側として縦向きに配設されている。

固定接触子3の基端はケース2の一方端に配設された接続端子5に電気的に接続され、可動接触子4の基端はケース2の他方端に配設された接続端子5に電気的に接続されて主回路を形成している。

可動接触子4はバネ6によって固定接触子3から開離する方向に付勢され、ケース2の上板部2aから突出した操作ハンドル7を操作してオンにすると開閉機構部8を介し、可動接触子4をバネ6の力に抗して固定接触子3に押圧し、可動接点4aを固定接点3aに圧接させて主回路が通電する。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、ケース内部の上板部近傍に固定接点を有する複数極の固定接触子と、固定接触子の固定接点に接離自在な可動接点を有する複数極の可動接触子とを配設し、可動接触子の移動に連動する表示体を各極毎に回動可能にケース内に軸支し、表示体がケースの上板部に穿設した表示窓から各極の可動接触子の位置を表示可能にしたことにより、各極の可動接触子毎に表示体を設けるので接点が溶着した極をすぐに確認することができる。また、固定接触子と可動接触子がケースの上部に配設されて表示体はスペースをとらないので回路遮断器を小型化することができるという優れた効果がある。
