Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a clothes drying platform used when drying laundry.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when drying laundry, as shown in FIG. 6 (only the lower part is shown), a clothes rack 101 has been used (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-49672).
[0003]
The clothes rack 101 includes two columns 111 and 111 connected in series by a member for drying clothes outside the figure, and at the lower part of each column 111 and 111, as shown in FIG. The attachment body 112 and the lower attachment body 113 are externally fitted. Each lower mounting body 113, 113 is fixed to the support pillars 111, 111 and is connected by a reinforcing rod 114 (see FIG. 6), and both the support pillars 111, 111 are reinforced. The upper mounting body 112 is slidably provided on the support column 111, and the upper ends of the legs 115 and 115 forming a pair are pivotally supported on the upper mounting body 112 at symmetrical portions. One end portions of the connecting rods 116 and 116 are pivotally supported in the middle portions of both legs 115 and 115, and the other end portions of the both connecting rods 116 and 116 are pivotally supported by the lower attachment body 113. As a result, when the upper mounting body 112 is slid upward, both legs 115, 115 in the open leg state extending sideways as shown in FIG. It is configured as follows.
[0004]
Further, both the upper mounting bodies 112 are connected by an operation rod 121, and both the columns 111, 111 are also reinforced by the operation rod 121. The legs 115 and 115 of the both struts 111 and 111 can be opened and closed simultaneously only by operating the operating rod 121 up and down.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional clothes rack 101 is provided with support columns 111 and 111 that are provided upright apart from each other, and the upper mounting bodies 112 and 112 that are externally fitted to the support columns 111 and 111 are connected by an operation rod 121. When the upper mounting bodies 112, 112 are moved up and down using the operating rod 121, the operating rod 121 may be inclined. As a result, the upper mounting bodies 112 and 112 are simultaneously inclined with respect to the columns 111 and 111, and it is impossible to slide up and down, and the legs 115 and 115 cannot be opened and closed. In this case, it is necessary to correct the inclined state of the upper mounting bodies 112 and 112 at the same time.
[0006]
In order to solve this, it is conceivable to increase the stability of the upper mounting body 112 that is externally fitted to the column 111 to increase the stability during movement. In this case, the upper mounting body exposed to the outside is large. And a new problem arises that the quality of external fitting is reduced.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such a conventional problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a clothes rack capable of improving the operability at the time of opening and closing legs without causing deterioration in appearance quality. It is what.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the clothes rack of claim 1 of the present invention, in the clothes rack in which a member for drying objects is provided on the support, at least the lower end portion of the support is hollow. And an inner fitting member extending in the length direction of the column from the lower end of the column is fitted in such a manner as to be movable up and down, and a plurality of legs supporting the column are pivotally supported at the lower end of the column. On the other hand, the end of the connecting member pivotally supported in the middle part of each leg is pivotally supported by the internal fitting member protruding from the column.
[0009]
That is, when opening and closing the leg pivotally supported by the pivotal support portion of the column, the internal fitting member fitted in the column to be movable up and down is moved. Then, the inner fitting member is independently moved up and down, and the legs that are pivotally supported by the inner fitting member via the connecting member are opened and closed according to the moving direction of the inner fitting member. At this time, the inner fitting member fitted in the support column extends in the length direction of the support column, and the outer peripheral surface of the portion fitted in the support column slides over the entire area on the inner peripheral surface of the support column. In the contacted state, it is guided in the moving direction.

The towel hanger 25 is provided with a plurality of horizontal bars 26 extending in the horizontal direction so that laundry such as towels can be hung thereon.
[0019]
At the lower end of each of the columns 11, 11, a leg portion 31 that supports the clothes rack 1 is provided, and the leg portion 31 is provided at the lower end of the column 11 as shown in FIG. 2. A fixed body 32 as a fixed pivot portion and a pair of legs 33 and 33 pivotally supported by the fixed body 32 are provided. The fixed body 32 includes an inner surface 34 and an outer surface 35 disposed on the side portion of the column 11, and connecting surfaces 36 and 36 that connect the inclined upper edges of both side surfaces 34 and 35, as shown in FIG. Thus, it is comprised by the cylinder part 37 extended in the up-down direction in the state clamped by the said both sides | surfaces 34 and 35. As shown in FIG. The fixed body 32 is fixed with an adhesive or the like in a state in which the cylindrical portion 37 is inserted into the lower end portion of the support column 11, and as shown in FIG. Are arranged to be. On the inner side surface 34, a horizontal cylinder portion 38 protrudes toward the opposing fixed body 32, and the horizontal cylinder portion 38 of both the fixed bodies 32, 32 extends between both struts 11, 11. The fixed members 32 and 32 provided in the both struts 11 and 11 are connected via the lower pipe 39 and fixed with the end of the lower pipe 39 as a connecting member inserted. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the legs 33, 33 made of a pipe material are disposed between the both side surfaces 34, 35 of the fixed bodies 32, 32. The fixed member 32 is pivotally supported by shaft members 40, 40 penetrating through the upper end portion. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 1, both legs 33, 33 can extend in a direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the upper pipe 14, the middle rail 21, and the lower pipe 39.
[0020]
Moreover, as shown in FIG.3 and FIG.4, the internal fitting pipe 51 as an internal fitting member made from a synthetic resin extended in the length direction of the support | pillar 11 is shown in the lower end part of the support | pillar 11 formed of the hollow pipe. The inner end of the inner pipe 51 is fixed to the lower end portion of the inner fitting pipe 51. The end fixing member 52 includes a bottomed cylindrical portion 53 that is fixed in a state where the inner fitting pipe 51 is inserted, and an inner plate portion 54 and an outer plate portion 55 that sandwich the bottomed cylindrical portion 53 from the side. (See FIG. 2), and the inner plate portion 54 is disposed so as to face the opposing support column 11. As shown in FIG. 2, the inner plate portion 54 is provided with a step 57 having a U-shaped cross section whose middle portion is reinforced by ribs 56, 56, projecting toward the opposing column 11.
[0021]
Between the inner plate portion 54 and the outer plate portion 55 of the end fixing member 52, a convex portion 62 formed at one end portion of a connecting rod 61 as a connecting member is inserted, and the convex portion 62 is It is pivotally supported by a shaft member 63. The connecting rod 61 is formed in a bent shape, and a pair of extending pieces 65, 65 are spaced apart from the other end 64. The leg 33 is inserted between the extended pieces 65, 65, and is pivotally supported in the middle part of the leg 33 by a shaft member 66 penetrating the leg 33. As a result, the end portions of the connecting rods 61 and 61 pivotally supported in the middle portions of the legs 33 and 33 are connected to the internal fitting pipe 51 protruding from the support column 11 via the end portion fixing member 52. It is pivotally supported. In the present embodiment, the connection rods 61, 61 have been described as an example in which the connection rods 61, 61 are indirectly pivotally supported by the internal fitting pipe 51 via the end fixing member 52. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the connecting rods 61 and 61 may be directly pivoted on the internal fitting pipe 51.
[0022]
In the present embodiment according to the above configuration, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, when the legs 33, 33 in the open leg state extending obliquely laterally are closed, the legs 31, which are inward of the legs 31 to be closed are closed. The step 57 protruding in the direction is stepped on with a foot, and the column 11 provided with the leg 31 is lifted by hand. At this time, the position of the end fixing member 52 having the step 57 pressed by the foot and fixed to the inner fitting pipe 51 is maintained, but the column 11 is moved upward, so that the inner fitting is performed. The pipe 51 is moved downward relative to the column 11. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, one end of the connecting rods 61 and 61 pivotally supported by the internal fitting pipe 51 via the end portion fixing member 52 is moved downward, and the other end 64 is connected to the inner side. It stands up in the direction close to the fitting pipe 51. As a result, the legs 33 and 33 supported at the midway portions by the extended pieces 65 and 65 extending from the other end 64 are rotated in the direction approaching the inner fitting pipe 51 to form a closed leg state. . At this time, the leg 33 is pivotally supported while being sandwiched between a pair of extending pieces 65, 65 extending from the other end 64 of the connecting rod 61, and the other end 64 of the connecting rod 61 is connected to the leg 33. At the time of contact with the leg 33, the leg closing operation of the leg 33 is completed.
[0023]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, when the legs 33, 33 in the closed leg state are opened, the support column 11 is lifted by hand, and the step 57 protruding inward from the leg portion 31 is formed on the instep. The inner fitting pipe 51 is inserted into the column 11 as shown in FIG. Then, the height position of the end fixing member 52 having the step 57 rises, and one end of the connecting rod 61 pivotally supported by the end fixing member 52 is moved upward, and the other end 64 is It is tilted away from the internally fitting pipe 51. As a result, the legs 33, 33, whose mid-sections are supported by the extending pieces 65, 65 extending from the other end 64, are rotated in a direction away from the internal fitting pipe 51, and the open leg state is formed. The At this time, the leg 33 is pivotally supported while being sandwiched between a pair of extending pieces 65, 65 extending from the other end 64 of the connecting rod 61, and the other end 64 of the connecting rod 61 is connected to the leg 33. The leg opening operation of the leg 33 can be completed at the time when the leg 33 abuts. Thus, the laterally deployed state of each foot 33, 33 can be restricted.
[0024]
In this way, by operating the step 57 with the foot, only the internal fitting pipe 51 provided with the step 57 can be moved up and down independently. The provided legs 33 and 33 can be opened and closed. For this reason, the upper mounting body that is externally fitted to the two struts 11 and 11 that are separated from each other is connected by the operating rod, and when the upper mounting body is moved up and down, the operating rod is slanted, and both the upper mounting bodies are respectively In contrast to the prior art in which the upper and lower mounting bodies need to be corrected, as in the prior art, where the upper and lower mounting bodies cannot be slid up and down simultaneously. Can increase the sex.
[0025]
And the internal fitting pipe 51 that is moved up and down at the time of the opening and closing legs is fitted into the support column 11 and extends in the length direction of the support column 11, and the outer peripheral surface of the part fitted into the support column 11 is It is guided along the moving direction in a state where it is in sliding contact with the inner peripheral surface of the support column 11 over the entire area. Therefore, the conventional upper mounting body that is exposed to the outside in a state of being externally fitted to the support column 11 is set long, and the external fitting quality that can occur when the stability at the time of movement is simply increased, and protruded outward. Problems that may occur during interference with the upper mounting body can be reliably prevented.
[0026]
Moreover, the fixed bodies 32, 32 provided on the both columns 11, 11 of the clothes rack 1 are connected by a lower pipe 39, and the clothes rack 1 can be reinforced at the lower end portion thereof. . And step 57 in the leg part 31 provided in the lower end part of each support | pillar 11 and 11 protrudes toward the support | pillar 11 which opposes, and the said lower pipe extended between both said support | pillars 11 and 11 It is arranged below 39. Thereby, compared with the case where the said step 57 protrudes in the direction which mutually leaves | separates, the protrusion amount to the outward can be suppressed, and the erroneous operation of step 57 can be prevented. Further, by arranging the step 57 at the lower part of the lower pipe 39, it is possible to prevent an inadvertent malfunction of the step 39 due to the falling of the laundry.
[0027]
In the present embodiment, the case where the step 57 for moving the inner fitting pipe 51 up and down is provided independently on the end fixing member 52 fixed to each inner fitting pipe 51 is taken as an example. As described above, as shown in FIG. 5, it may be constituted by a bridging step 71 for bridging the both end fixing members 52, 52.
[0028]
Even in the clothes rack 1 configured as described above, the inner fitting pipe 51 that is moved up and down at the time of opening and closing legs has an outer peripheral surface of a portion fitted in the support column 11 extending over the entire inner periphery of the support column 11. Since it is guided along its moving direction while being in sliding contact with the surface, it is possible to prevent such a problem that the internally fitted pipe 51 is inclined and cannot be slid in the vertical direction. Therefore, the operability at the time of opening and closing legs can be improved as described above.
[0029]
And in each embodiment mentioned above, although it explained taking as an example the clothes-drying platform 1 by which members for clothes-drying, such as upper pipe 14 and middle crosspiece 21, were bridged between a pair of support | pillars 11 and 11, While having a leg that can stand on its own with only one support, and even a clothesline with an arm as a clothesline member that extends to the side from this support, without reducing the appearance quality, Operability when opening and closing legs can be improved.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the clothes rack of claim 1 of the present invention, the internal fitting member that is moved up and down during the opening and closing legs is fitted into the support column and extends in the length direction of the support column. The outer peripheral surface of the portion fitted in the support is guided along the moving direction in a state where the outer peripheral surface of the portion fitted in the support is slidably in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the support. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the external fitting quality that may occur when the conventional upper mounting body that is exposed to the outside in a state of being externally fitted to the column is set long and the stability during movement is simply increased, It is possible to reliably prevent malfunction due to inadvertent interference with the upper mounting body protruding outward.
[0031]
Furthermore, since only the inner fitting member fitted into the support can be moved up and down independently to open and close the legs provided on the pivotal support portion of each support, the upper mounting body fitted around the support can be When the upper mounting body is moved up and down, it is connected to the upper mounting body that is fitted on the other struts that are erected apart from each other. It is possible to prevent a problem such that the upper mounting body is inclined with respect to the support column and cannot be slid up and down. Thereby, the trouble of having to correct the inclined state of the upper mounting body can be saved, and the operability at the time of opening and closing legs can be improved.
[0032]
Moreover, in the clothes rack of Claim 2, the movement operation of an internal fitting member can be performed with a leg | foot by operating the step protrudingly provided in the lower end part of the said internal fitting member with a foot | leg. Therefore, since both hands can be used, workability | operativity can be improved.
[0033]
And in the clothesline of claim 3, by moving and moving the internal fitting member fitted in the column by steps, only this internal fitting member can be moved up and down independently, Thereby, the opening-and-closing leg of the leg provided in the pivotal support part of each support | pillar can be performed. For this reason, the upper mounting body that is externally fitted to the two struts that are spaced apart is connected by the operating rod, and when the upper mounting body is moved up and down, the operating rod is slanted, and the both upper mounting bodies are attached to the respective struts. However, it is possible to improve the operability at the time of opening and closing legs without the trouble of having to correct the inclined state of the upper mounting bodies as in the conventional case where the upper and lower mounting bodies cannot be slid up and down at the same time. .
[0034]
Further, the internal fitting member that is moved up and down during the opening and closing legs is fitted in the support column and extends in the length direction of the support column, and the outer peripheral surface of the portion fitted in the support column extends over the entire area. Guiding along the moving direction in a state of sliding contact with the inner peripheral surface of the support column.
[0035]
In addition, in the clothes rack of claim 4, the clothes rack includes a clothes drying member that connects the pair of struts and both struts, and the pivotal support portion provided at the lower ends of both struts is continuously provided by the connecting member. Yes. Thereby, it is possible to reinforce the clothes rack. And the step of the internal fitting member fitted in each support | pillar is protrudingly provided toward the opposing support | pillar, and is arrange | positioned under the continuous member extended between the said both support | pillars. Thereby, compared with the case where both steps protrude in the direction away from each other, the outward protrusion amount can be suppressed, and erroneous operation of the steps can be prevented. Further, by arranging the step of performing the opening / closing leg operation at the lower part of the connecting member, it is possible to prevent inadvertent step malfunction due to the falling of the laundry.
