【0001】
【0026】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for making a packaging material and a packaging bag obtained by the method, and more particularly, sterilization by heating is difficult, and there is a risk of deterioration in quality due to microorganisms during storage, distribution and use. The present invention relates to a bag manufacturing method for packaging materials for packaging foods, medicines, medical products, etc., and packaging bags obtained thereby.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, it can be heat-sealed to the innermost layer of a laminate in which two layers, three layers, or more layers are laminated as a packaging material for foods and pharmaceuticals, such as resin films, paper, metal foil, etc. It is known that a resin layer or sealant is formed, and this packaging material is made by supplying a wound packaging material to a bag making machine, heat-sealing the sealants, and simultaneously cutting them into individual bags. Has been done.
[0003]
Examples of the form of the bag include a two-side seal, a three-side seal, a four-side seal, a joint seal, a gusset seal, and a standing pouch type seal. Moreover, a packaging material may be supplied to a filling machine and bag making may be performed while filling the contents.
[0004]
In addition to the normal heat sealing method that is performed by pressing the heat seal bar, the heat sealing method includes a high frequency sealing method, an impulse sealing method, a hot air sealing method, etc., which are selected according to the material and purpose. Yes.
[0005]
These bags are usually sterilized with ethylene oxide gas or gamma rays.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional sterilization techniques have the following problems. That is, when the packaging material is sterilized with ethylene oxide gas, ethylene oxide may remain on the surface of the packaging material, and if the ethylene oxide is exposed to a human body over a certain amount, the skin and mucous membranes may be damaged. Mutagenesis and carcinogenicity are suspected. Furthermore, there is a problem that it takes a long time for sterilization.
[0007]
In addition, in the case of gamma ray sterilization, there is a case where a bad odor is generated or a heat seal strength is lowered due to decomposition of a resin component or the like.
[0008]
In recent years, as seen in the implementation of the PL Law (Product Liability) and the introduction of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Important Control Point Method), there has been a growing interest in food hygiene and safety. It is natural to improve the hygiene, but in order to clarify the process control, a high level of hygiene and safety are required for the packaging material.
[0009]
In addition, because of the necessity of preventing nosocomial infections and the like for pharmaceuticals and medical products, not only the contents but also the packaging materials are required to be as hygienic and safe as the contents.
[0010]
The present invention solves such problems of the prior art, and the problem is that, as described above, the packaging material for packaging foods and pharmaceuticals, in particular, does not have a disinfectant and the like. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for making a sterile bag that is technically simple and does not cause deterioration or off-flavour.
[0011]

[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
The bag-making method of the packaging material of the present invention is made of a resin having heat sealability on a single body made of any one of plastic film, paper, and metal foil as shown in FIG. The packaging material (1) formed by laminating the sealant layer (20) is intermittently irradiated with light having a wavelength of 200 nm to 1100 nm, and then heat-sealed to form a bag. The one irradiation time is 0.000001 seconds to 0.002 seconds, and the cumulative irradiation energy amount is 0.1 J / cm 2 to 12.0 J / cm 2 .
[0016]
The irradiation time for the intermittent irradiation can be in the range of 0.000001 seconds to 0.002 seconds, preferably 0.0002 seconds to 0.0003 seconds. If the irradiation time of one time exceeds 0.002 seconds, there is a concern that the components of the packaging material may be altered and the generation of a strange odor. If less than 0.000001 seconds, the sterilizing effect of microorganisms cannot be obtained.
[0017]
Further, the accumulated irradiation energy amount, exceeds 12.0J / cm 2, there is generated a component of modified or odor of the same packaging material, the packaging material surface is less than 0.1 J / cm 2 microorganism Insufficient sterilization.
[0018]
That is, when the irradiation time of intermittent irradiation is long or the cumulative irradiation energy amount is large, decomposition of the components of the packaging material (1) occurs, and a strange odor is generated. The irradiation time of one time is less than 0.002 seconds, If irradiation is performed so that the cumulative irradiation energy amount is 12.0 J / cm 2 or less and 0.1 J / cm 2 or less, the components of the packaging material (1) are not altered and the generation of off-flavors is eliminated. Microbicide can be sterilized.
[0019]
As a device for generating light having a wavelength of 200 nm to 1100 nm, a xenon lamp (40) comprising a power source (41), an energy generator (42), and a controller (43) is preferably used as shown in FIG. it can.
[0020]
Further, as an apparatus for efficiently sterilizing both surfaces of the packaging material (1) and uniformly and continuously irradiating the bag, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, the wound packaging material (1a) is made into a bag making machine. (80), slitted by the cutter (70) in the middle of the width of the packaging material (1), and the two separated packaging materials (1a, 1b) are inverted 90 degrees by the guide roller, Intermittent irradiation is performed by two xenon lamps (40) arranged between two upper and lower packaging materials (1a, 1b) and above and below each packaging material (1a, 1b). An example is an apparatus that heat-seals the sealant layer surfaces of a single sheet of packaging material (1a, 1b) with heat seal bars arranged above and below to form a bag.
[0021]
The speed at which the packaging material (1) passes through the light irradiation part (81) composed of three xenon lamps (40) in the bag making machine (80) does not exceed 12.0 J / cm 2 in cumulative irradiation energy. It is set arbitrarily within the range. In order to prevent contamination by microorganisms after sterilization as much as possible, it is desirable that this bag making operation step is performed in a clean room or clean booth in a clean environment having a cleanness of class 100,000 or less.
[0022]
In addition, there is a heat sealing method in which the heat seal bar (50) is pressed like the heat seal part (82) of the bag making machine (80) shown in FIG. 3, but depending on the material of the packaging material (1), etc. Ultrasonic sealing method, high frequency sealing method, impulse sealing method, hot air sealing method and the like can be used.
[0023]
The heat sealable resin is different from the above heat seal method, and the heat seal method using a heat seal bar is low density polyethylene (LDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE), or unstretched polypropylene film ( CPP) is preferably used, and in addition to the resin, biaxially oriented polypropylene (OPP), polystyrene (PS), hard vinyl chloride, etc. are added to the impulse sealing method, and the ultrasonic sealing method is further added to the resin. Soft vinyl chloride, biaxially stretched polyester (PET), unstretched nylon (ONy) and the like can be added and used suitably. On the other hand, the high frequency sealing method is limited to vinyl chloride resins such as hard vinyl chloride, soft vinyl chloride, and polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC).
[0024]
By the bag making method of packaging materials as described above, packaging bags that wrap foods and medicines that are difficult to sterilize by heat do not have a bactericidal agent remaining on the surface, do not cause deterioration of the packaging bag or generation of off-flavors, And it can be set as a technically simple aseptic bag.
[0025]
Furthermore, if the obtained packaging bag is further packed with a sterilized bag or the like, it is prevented from being exposed to microbial contamination from the outside, so that it can be transported while maintaining high hygiene. Furthermore, if unpacking is performed in a clean work environment, a packaging bag having a high degree of hygiene can be provided even in the post-transport process.
[0026]
【Example】
Next, an Example demonstrates this invention concretely.
<Example 1>
On both sides of a laminated film (packaging material (1)) comprising a stretched nylon film (ONy) and a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) as a sealant layer (20), Bacillus subtilis var. Niger ATCC 9372 spores, Bacillus pumilus ATCC 27142 spores, and Aspergillus niger ATCC9642 conidia were applied at 10 4 pieces / m 2 , respectively, to prepare a winding material (1) (1 m).
[0027]
Using the bag making machine (80) as shown in FIG. 3, the winding material (1) of the packaging material (1) obtained as described above is used to obtain a xenon lamp (manufactured by Pure Pulse Technology, Inc.) as shown in FIG. 40), the irradiation time of one irradiation is 0.0003 seconds, and light is output so that the irradiation energy amount of 1.0 J / cm 2 is irradiated 10 times. After adjusting the speed and irradiating, the periphery was sealed with a heat seal bar (50) to form a bag, and a 100 mm × 100 mm packaging bag was obtained.
[0028]
<Comparative example 1>
A packaging bag of 100 mm × 100 mm was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that irradiation with a xenon lamp was not performed. The obtained packaging bag was sterilized with gamma rays using Co-60 as a radiation source at a dose of 2.0 Mrad to obtain a sterilized bag. In addition, the obtained packaging bag was exposed to carbon dioxide mixed 20 wt% ethylene oxide gas (EOG) at 50 ° C. under a gas concentration of about 1000 g / m 3 for 3 hours. It was.
[0029]
100 sterilized bags obtained in Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 were removed, aseptically filled and sealed with 10 ml of thioglycolic acid medium (II), and cultured at 30 ° C. for 7 days. The evaluation results are shown in Table 1 as the bactericidal effect, off-flavor generation, and EOG gas residue.
[0030]
<Example 2>
Using a bag making machine (80) shown in FIG. 3 on both sides of a laminated film (packaging material (1)) in which an unstretched polypropylene film (CPP) is a sealant layer (10) on an oriented polypropylene film (OPP), As shown in Fig. 2, intermittent irradiation with a xenon lamp (40) manufactured by US Pure Pulse Technology Co., Ltd. was performed, and the irradiation time for one irradiation was 0.0003 seconds, and the irradiation energy for one irradiation was 1.0 J / cm 2. The output and the line speed were adjusted so that the light was irradiated 10 times, and after irradiation, the surroundings were heat sealed with a heat seal bar (50) to form a packaging bag.
[0031]
<Comparative example 2>
A packaging bag of 100 mm × 100 mm was obtained in the same manner as in Example 2 except that irradiation with a xenon lamp was not performed. It was.
[0032]
The evaluation results of the packaging bag obtained in Example 2 and the sterilized bag obtained in Comparative Example 2 are shown in Table 1 as the bactericidal effect, generation of off-flavor, and EOG gas residue.
[0033]
[Table 1]
[0034]
From Table 1 above, no microorganisms were detected from any of the bags obtained in Example 1. That is, it had a sufficient bactericidal effect. Moreover, there was no generation | occurrence | production and discoloration of the bad smell by decomposition | disassembly of the component of a resin layer, and it was heat-sealable, and naturally, the disinfectant did not remain on the surface of a packaging bag. In addition, no microorganism was detected from any of the bags obtained in Comparative Example 1. That is, it had a sufficient bactericidal effect. In addition, the packaging bags sterilized by gamma rays turned yellow and a strange odor was generated. Furthermore, about 1000 ppm of ethylene oxide gas remained on the surface of the bag sterilized with ethylene oxide gas (EOG) immediately after sterilization.
[0035]
Moreover, from the same Table 1, in the packaging bag obtained in Example 2, even if it is a packaging material different from Example 1, there is no generation | occurrence | production or discoloration of a strange odor by decomposition | disassembly of the component of the resin layer of a packaging bag, and heat sealing property. Of course, no disinfectant remained on the surface of the packaging bag. In the sterilized bag obtained in Comparative Example 2, the packaging bag sterilized with gamma rays turned yellow and a strange odor was generated as a packaging material different from Comparative Example 1. Furthermore, about 1000 ppm of ethylene oxide gas remained on the surface of the bag sterilized with ethylene oxide gas (EOG) immediately after sterilization.

【The invention's effect】
Since this invention is the above structure, there exist the following effects.
That is, light having a wavelength of 200 nm to 1100 nm on both sides of a packaging material obtained by laminating a sealant layer having heat sealability on a single body made of plastic film, paper, or metal foil, or a laminate of each combination. Is intermittently irradiated and then heat-sealed to form a bag. The irradiation time of the intermittent irradiation is 0.000001 seconds to 0.002 seconds, and the cumulative irradiation energy amount is 0. .1 J / cm 2 to 12.0 J / cm 2 , the packaging bag obtained by this bag-making method has a sufficient sterilizing effect and does not decompose the components of the resin layer of the packaging material and has a strange odor. There are no generation | occurrence | production and discoloration, and it can be set as the thing without deterioration of heat seal property. Furthermore, naturally, it can be set as the sanitary and safe packaging bag which does not have a disinfectant remaining on the surface of the packaging bag.
[0037]
Therefore, the present invention exhibits an excellent practical effect as a bag-making method for packaging bags for packaging foods and medicines that are difficult to heat sterilize.
