Claims (6)

光源となるLED(1)と、電源となる電池(2)と、LED(1)と電池(2)との間の通電路を開閉するスイッチピース(3)と、これらの部材を収容する本体ケース(4)とを備えている照明器具であって、
LED(1)の少なくともいずれか一方の接続リード(6K)が、電池(2)の外面に直接に接触して通電路を構成しており、
スイッチピース(3)は、接続リード(6K)を電池(2)から分離操作して非導通状態に保持する切換え片(33)を備えていて、オン位置とオフ位置とに往復変位できるよう本体ケース(4)に支持されており、
スイッチピース(3)をオフ位置に切り換えた状態において、接続リード(6K)が切換え片(33)で非導通状態に保持されており、
本体ケース(4)内に、操作つまみ(26)を含むスイッチピース(3)が往復回転可能に支持されており、
LED(1)の一方の接続リード(6K)が、電池(2)の電池ケース(2a)の周面に接触し、他方の接続リード(6A)が電池(2)の封口板(2b)の周面に直接に接触しており、
スイッチピース(3)の少なくとも切換え片(33)が絶縁材で形成されており、
