Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a display shelf tray.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional display shelf trays are manufactured by bending thick wires and mainly display magazines and pamphlets.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the material made of wire is iron, it is heavy, strong but expensive, and has a problem that it does not burn for disposal when it becomes unnecessary. The object of the present invention is to solve such problems of the prior art.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, paper is used as a raw material because incineration is possible, and the tray is attached to a paper tube penetrating the column tube horizontally through a through piece folded from the bottom plate of the tray.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is manufactured using thick cardboard or corrugated cardboard as a raw material, and the positional relationship such as up, down, left, right, front and back is based on the front of the assembled state, and the folding direction displayed as the mountain fold line valley fold line is the inside Display based on.
[0006]
In FIG. 1 of the partially extracted rear perspective view, the column cylinder 1 may be an oval cylinder, but is preferably a rectangular cylinder that is long in the front-rear direction, and there are at least two column holes 6 on the side surface of the column cylinder 1. It is desirable to open it, and the opening position is two places, diagonally upward and diagonally downward, and the paper tube 2 that passes through the column hole 6 is a commercial product. The threading piece 4 which is a thick and strong cylinder and is fixed through the paper tube 2 is partially cut out from the bottom plate 3 and folded down through the hinge folding line 7. However, it is desirable that the hinge folding line 7 is not located on the same line, and it is desirable that there are three places in total, one in the upper center and one in the lower center. The tray 5 is attached by passing the pipe 2.
[0007]
In FIG. 2 of the rear perspective view, the tray 5 is better mounted on both sides of the paper tube 2 and the balance becomes better. The tray 5 may be a single stage, but it is desirable to provide a plurality of stages.
[0008]
In FIG. 3 of the front perspective view, the bottom plate 3 of the tray 5 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a hole formed by folding the through piece 4 in order to conceal this hole. An insole 10 may be put on the top surface of the column tube 1 and the top surface of the column tube 1 may be blown out. However, it is preferable to cover the column member 1 with a so-called caramel cover 11. However, it is desirable to extend the front top edge via a fold line, and if it extends to the front top edge, the back top edge is opened, and the PR plate 8 is formed at the opening edge of the back top edge. An insertion piece 12 protruding from the center of the ground edge is inserted, and a support base 9 is attached to the ground edge of the column 1 so as to be self-supporting.
[0009]
In FIG. 4 of the development plan view of the tray displayed from the inside with the front side down, an outer side plate 13 having a long and narrow right triangle is extended on both sides of the bottom plate 3 via a valley fold line. The inner plate 14 is extended through two trough fold lines (hereinafter referred to as frame trough fold lines) with the sheet thickness separated from the top edge, and preferably two side convex edges 15 are provided on the ground edge of the inner plate 14. And a core piece 16 is extended to each of the front edge of the inner plate 14 via a mountain fold line and the outer edge of the bottom plate 3 is connected to the front edge of the bottom plate 3 via a valley fold line. The front plate 17 is extended, the inner front plate 18 is extended to the top edge of the outer front plate 17 via the frame valley fold line, the front convex edge 19 is projected on the ground edge of the inner front plate 18, and the bottom plate 3 Thickness width of the sheet that cuts in the front and rear sides 20 by the thickness width of the sheet that bites inward from both sides, and bites inward from the front of the bottom plate Before opening the groove 21 to the left and right, provided insole 10 in magnitude scraped width region of the groove 20 from the shape of the bottom plate 3 and the front groove 21.
[0010]
In FIG. 5 of the perspective view showing the assembly process of the tray from the back, the inner plate 14 is folded from the top edge where the outer plate 13 is folded, and the side convex edge 15 is fitted into the side groove 20 so that the inner plate 14 is The assembly of the tray 5 is completed by fixing, folding the core piece 16 inward, sandwiching it between the outer front plate 17 and the inner front plate 18, and fitting the front convex edge 19 into the front groove 21.
[0011]
In FIG. 6 which is a perspective view of a main part see-through lower part, various structures can be considered for attaching the column tube 1 to the support base 9. As a desirable structure, a vertically long rectangular fitting is provided at the center of the table top plate 22. A hole 23 is opened, and a convex region 24 protrudes from the fitting hole 23, and the convex region 24 protrudes upward in a peripheral region incorporating the horizontal piece 25 and the vertical piece 26 folded from the bottom surface of the support base 9. It is a region, and the convex region 24 is covered with the lower part of the column cylinder 1, the side cuts 27 sandwich the horizontal pieces 25, and the front and rear cuts 28 sandwich the vertical pieces 26 and fix them.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
Since the material is paper, it can be incinerated and lighter in weight, and the paper tube supports the tray from below, but the tray is tilted forward, so it may slide down and pass through the bottom plate of the tray. The tray is fixed by folding the piece down and passing through the paper tube, and there is no risk of sliding down.
