Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heat retaining mat for promoting postpartum growth of small animals such as piglets and a method for producing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
DESCRIPTION OF RELATED ART Conventionally, the heat retention mat of patent document 1, etc. are known as a heat retention mat for piglets of a pig farming industry. These heat retaining mats have a built-in electric heater, and are kept at a constant temperature by controlling the on / off of the electric heater with a thermostat, and can provide a temperature environment suitable for the growth of piglets after giving birth.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 07-213186
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the surface of these heat retention mats for piglets is formed of a hard material so as to withstand the mischief of the piglets, and the surface thereof is flat. Therefore, when the piglet that was sleeping on the mat tried to get up, there was a problem that the legs slipped on the mat and the tension did not work, causing crotch tears.
In addition, the temperature of the heat retention mat for piglets is fixed at a constant temperature by a thermostat, but from the aspect of the breeding management of piglets, the temperature is changed according to the number of days (days) after delivery. It is preferable. For example, when the age is 0 to 7 days, the temperature is close to the body temperature of the parent pig, and when the day of age that has become accustomed to the outside air temperature is lowered to 8 to 14 days, the temperature is further accustomed to the external environment. It is preferable to lower the temperature by another step between the ages of 15 and 21 days. However, since the temperature setting mat | matte for the conventional piglet was uniformly fixed to 40 degreeC etc., temperature could not be adjusted according to age.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, in order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides an insulating mat for a piglet that has an electric heater and keeps the temperature at a set temperature. The generation of crotch tears was prevented.
In addition, a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the mat body is installed in the mat body, and a set temperature input means for inputting the set temperature in a changeable manner is provided. The controller compares the detected temperature of the temperature sensor with the set temperature. The on-off control of the electric heater was made possible to change the set temperature according to the growth of the piglets.
Furthermore, a storage unit that stores a set temperature that changes according to the number of days that have elapsed since startup, a timer that measures the number of days that have elapsed after startup, and a set temperature that corresponds to the number of days that have been measured by the timer are stored in the storage unit. A controller for controlling on / off of the electric heater by comparing the set temperature with the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is provided, and the set temperature is automatically changed according to the growth of the piglets.
In addition, it is preferable to use a carbon wire surface heating element as an electric heater of the heat retention mat for piglets of this invention.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a part of a surface cover of a heat retention mat for piglets according to the present invention. An electric heater 2 made of a carbon wire surface heating element is disposed on an upper inner portion of the mat body 1 made of polyvinyl chloride, and a surface cover 3 made of a soft vinyl chloride sheet is attached on the electric heater 2 so as to cover the upper surface and side surfaces. . An uneven surface is formed on the surface of the surface cover 3 so that the feet of the piglet do not slip. In FIG. 1, the components of the electric circuit are not shown.
[0007]
FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a state in which components of the electric circuit are added to the display of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a part of FIG. As shown in the drawing, an electric heater 2 made of a carbon wire surface heating element is disposed below the surface cover 3 on which the uneven surface is formed, and is slightly smaller than the entire mat. Thermostats 4 and 5 and a temperature sensor 6 are embedded in the mat body 1 made of a vinyl chloride resin on the center line in the width direction. The thermostats 4 and 5 and the temperature sensor 6 are connected by a cord 15 to a controller (not shown). Further, the base portion of the cord 15 is covered and protected by the cord protector 16.
[0008]
FIG. 4 is an electric circuit diagram of the heat retention mat for piglets of FIG. 2 is an electric heater made of a carbon wire surface heating element, and uses about 180 W. Reference numerals 4 and 5 are thermostats provided for safety in the event of a failure of the controller 8, and those having an operating temperature of 55 ° C are used. A temperature sensor 6 uses a thermistor or the like. Reference numeral 7 denotes a set temperature input means comprising a dial type variable resistor or the like, and the temperature corresponding to the age of the piglet is set manually. Reference numeral 8 denotes a controller which compares the set temperature input from the set temperature input means 7 with the mat temperature detected by the temperature sensor 6 and controls the electric heater 2 on / off.
[0009]
That is, the controller 8 supplies AC100V to the electric heater 2 if the mat temperature is lower than the set temperature, and stops supplying AC100V to the electric heater 2 if the mat temperature is higher than the set temperature. In addition, since the carbon wire surface heating element is used as the electric heater 2, the leakage current when a part of the electric heater 2 is damaged becomes small. Therefore, the influence on the piglet is very small, and safety can be obtained as compared with other series electrode type or planar type electric heaters. Further, in the present invention, the set temperature can be changed by the controller 8 as described above, so that the breeder can finely adjust the set temperature according to the age of the piglet. Become.
For example, when the newborn is 0 to 7 days old, the temperature is set to 36 to 38 ° C. in accordance with the high body temperature of the piglet. Since it has been followed, the temperature is set to 34 to 36 ° C. After that, since it has become accustomed to the external environment, it is gradually lowered, and it becomes possible to make it around 20 ° C. at about 70 days of age.
[0010]
FIG. 5 is a block diagram showing another embodiment of the electric circuit portion of the heat retention mat for piglets according to the present invention. The controller 8 shown in FIG. 4 has the troublesomeness that the breeder must manually set the optimum set temperature for the piglet according to the age of the piglet. Therefore, in the present invention, the controller has a function of automatically setting an optimum temperature according to the age of the piglet. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the set temperature storage means 11 that stores the optimum set temperature for the piglet that changes in accordance with the number of days (days) that have passed since the start of the mat, and the number of days that have passed since the start (days) ), And the controller 13 reads the set temperature corresponding to the elapsed days (age) measured by the timer 12 from the set temperature storage means 11, and the set temperature and the detected temperature of the temperature sensor 6 And the electric heater 2 is on / off controlled. These configurations can be configured by an IC, a microcomputer, a sequencer, and the like, and a set temperature that changes according to the age is input as a program.
[0011]
FIG. 6 is an explanatory view showing a method for manufacturing a heat retention mat for piglets according to the present invention. In order to produce a heat retention mat for piglets, first, as shown in FIG. 1 (a), a surface cover 3 made of a soft vinyl chloride sheet larger than the finished mat is placed with the concavo-convex surface downward, that is, downward, and an adhesive on the back surface. The electric heater 2 made of a carbon wire surface heating element is bonded using Next, as shown in FIG. 2B, the surface cover 3 to which the electric heater 2 is bonded is placed in the mold 9 while facing downward, and although not shown here, the thermostats 4 and 5, the temperature sensor 6, and those are shown. Are arranged on the electric heater 2.
[0012]
Next, as shown in FIG. 3C, the regenerated PVC 10 that is softened by heating and softening is pressed down to a predetermined thickness on the entire inner surface of the mold 9. Next, as shown in FIG. 4D, after the compressed PVC is cooled and hardened, the end of the surface cover 3 taken out from the mold 9 and protruding to the periphery is cut and removed to complete the mat body. Next, the controllers 8 and 13 are attached to complete the whole. As described above, in the present invention, the electric heater 2 is arranged inside the surface cover 3 made of the vinyl chloride sheet and the outer side thereof is further covered with the regenerated vinyl chloride 10 so that the whole excluding the electric heater 2 is made of vinyl chloride. In addition, the manufacturing is facilitated and the durability is improved stably in terms of structure. In particular, the cost can be reduced by using recycled PVC. Of course, it is also possible to manufacture using a new PVC which is not a recycled PVC.
[0013]
The above is intended for piglets, but can also be applied to other small animals such as dogs and cats.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the uneven surface for preventing slipping is formed on the surface cover portion of the mat, the foot of a small animal such as a piglet does not slip and the occurrence of crotch tearing is prevented. It was.
In addition, it has become possible to set an optimum temperature according to the growth of small animals such as piglets by providing a set temperature input means for inputting the set temperature in a changeable manner.
Furthermore, it has storage means that stores the set temperature that changes according to the number of days that have passed since startup, and the electric heater is turned on and off based on the set temperature, so that it can respond to the growth of small animals such as piglets. The optimum temperature is automatically set. Furthermore, by using the carbon wire surface heating element as the electric heater, even if a part of the heating element is broken, the leakage current is small and the safety is maintained.
In addition, the heat insulation mat for small animals such as piglets is structured and manufactured by adhering an electric heater to the underside of the surface cover made of a soft PVC sheet and pressing the PVC resin around it to form the whole with PVC. Is easy, and damage due to mischief of small animals such as piglets is reduced and durability is improved.
