【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は清涼用粒状物、粒状菓子、錠菓等を入れて小出し使用する簡易な振り出し口付カートンに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、清涼用粒状物等を入れて小出し使用するための振り出し口付カートンとしては、例えば、図６乃至図８で示すようなものがある。
このカートンは、図６のブランク板で示すように、後板（４１）の一方の長辺側に折線（６１）を介して貼着板（４２）が連設され、他方の長辺側に折線（６２）を介して側板（４３）が連設され、更にその側板（４３）に折線（６３）を介して前板（４４）が連設されるとともに、その前板（４４）に折線（６４）を介して側板（４５）が更に連設されている。
前板（４４）の底部短辺側には、折線（６７）を介して底板（４８）が連設され、更にその底板（４８）には折線（６８）を介して差込フラップ（４９）が連設されている。

また、側板（４３）には折線（６９）（７１）を介してそれぞれ天部サイドフラップ（５０）と底部サイドフラップ（５２）が、側板（４５）には折線（７０）（７２）を介してそれぞれ天部サイドフラップ（５１）と底部サイドフラップ（５３）が連設されている。
また、後板（４１）の天部短辺側には、折線（６５）を介して天板（４６）が連設され、更にその天板（４６）には折線（６６）を介して開口フラップ（４７）が連設されている。
この開口フラップ（４７）には開口部（４７ａ）が穿設され、両側端部には、天部サイドフラップ（５０）（５１）に設けられている切欠部（５０ａ）（５１ａ）と掛止する切欠部（４７ｂ）（４７ｃ）が設けられている。

カートンを成形するには、まず、各折線（６１）（６２）（６３）（６４）を折り曲げて、貼着板（４２）と側板（４５）とを接着する。そして、折線（６９）（７０）に沿って天部サイドフラップ（５０）（５１）を折り曲げるとともに、折線（６５）に沿って天板（４６）を折り曲げ、更に折線（６６）に沿って開口フラップ（４７）を折り曲げるとともに、その開口フラップ（４７）をカートン内に差し込む。
次いで、内容物を底部側から充填し、充填完了後、折線（７１）（７２）に沿って底部サイドフラップ（５２）（５３）を折り曲げるとともに、折線（６７）に沿って底板（４８）を折り曲げ、更に折線（６８）に沿って差込フラップ（４９）を折り曲げるとともに、その差込フラップ（４９）をカートン内に差し込んで封止する。
こうして成形されたカートンを実際に使用するには、天板（４６）を引き上げて開口フラップ（４７）を引き出すとともに、開口フラップ（４７）の切欠部（４７ｂ）（４７ｃ）を天部サイドフラップ（５０）（５１）の切欠部（５０ａ）（５１ａ）に掛止させる。そして、露出した開口部（４７ａ）から内容物を振り出す。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の振り出し口付カートンは、図７で示すように、開口フラップ（４７）を引き出したときに、開口フラップ（４７）の切欠部（４７ｂ）（４７ｃ）と天部サイドフラップ（５０）（５１）の切欠部（５０ａ）（５１ａ）との掛止が外れやすいという不具合がある。
また、開口フラップ（４７）を差し込む工程が必要であるため、非常に煩雑であり、しかも、図８で示すように、カートン内に差し込んだ開口フラップ（４７）が長すぎて、カートン内部で後板側に撓んでしまう場合があり、内容物を充填するときにブロッキングしてしまうという不具合があった。
そこで、本発明は、このような問題点を解決する、使用性のよい粒状物等用の簡易小型振り出し口付カートンを得ることを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は以上のような目的を達成するために、次のような振り出し口付カートンを提供するものである。すなわち、
前板（１）および後板（４）、左右の側板（２，３）、がそれぞれ横方へと連設してなるカートンにおいて、さらに横方向へと、前記側板（２）に内接する貼着板（５）を、前記後板（４）に連設するとともに、前記前板（１）に内接する中板（６）を、前記貼着板（５）に連設してなるカートンであって、前記中板（６）を上下に分離する切離手段（２０）を形成するとともに、前記中板（６）と前記貼着板（５）とが、少なくとも前記切離手段（２０）の下方部分において連設することにより、前記カートンの開封時において、前記中板（６）を上方へと引き出すことで、前記切離手段（２０）が切除されて前記中板の上方部分が開口フラップ（１６）を形成し、該開口フラップ（１６）に形成された開口部（６ａ）より内容物を取り出し自在に構成し、前記切離手段（２０）は、上側の切り込み列と下側の切り込み列との、少なくとも上下２列の切り込み列（２０ａ、２０ｂ）からなる切離手段（２０）であって、前記上下の切り込み列（２０ａ、２０ｂ）が、互い違いにずれるように切り込まれ、前記切離手段（２０）の開封時、中板（６）を上方に引き上げることによって前記切離手段（２０）を破断開封することを特徴とする、振り出し口付きカートンである。
さらに、前記側板（２，３）の上方にサイドフラップ（１１，１３）を連設するとともに、前記中板（６）の前記切離手段（２０）より上方部分かつ前記中板（６）の横方へと、前記側板と略同幅を有する掛止片（１５）を連設することで、前記カートンの開封時において、前記切離手段（２０）が切除して、前記掛止片（１５）を有する開口フラップ（１６）が形成されるとともに、内容物を取り出す前記開口部（６ａ）を形成する位置において、前記掛止片（１５）が前記サイドフラップ（１３）に掛止して、前記開口フラップ（６ａ）をロックすることを特徴とする、振り出し口付きカートンである。
また、前記切離手段（２０）を、前記中板（６）から前記貼着板（５）にかけて形成するとともに、前記後板（４）と前記貼着板（５）とが、少なくとも前記切離手段（２０）の下方部分において連設することで、前記カートンの開封時において、前記切離手段（２０）が切除して、前記貼着板（５）の上方部分からなる掛止片（１７）を有する開口フラップ（１６）が形成されるとともに、内容物を取り出す前記開口部（６ａ）を形成する位置において、前記掛止片（１７）が前記サイドフラップ（１１）に掛止して、前記開口フラップ（６ａ）をロックすることを特徴とする、振り出し口付きカートンである。
なお、前記前板（１）の上方に切欠部（１ａ）を形成することにより、前記開口部（６ａ）と前記切欠部（１ａ）とが一致する箇所において、振り出し口（ｍ）が形成されるよう構成してもよい。
前記切り込み列は山型であると好適である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面に示す実施例を基に説明する。
図１は本発明にかかる振り出し口付カートンのブランク板であり、図２はカートンを組み立てる様子を示した説明図である。
図３はカートンを成形した状態を示す説明図であり、図４はカートンを開封した状態を示す説明図である。
また、図５は本発明にかかる別の振り出し口付カートンのブランク板である。
本発明の振り出し口付カートン（Ａ）は、主に清涼用粒状物、粒状菓子、錠菓等を入れて小出し使用するカートンであり、カートンに使用する材質としては、ボール紙などの厚紙類が好ましい。

本発明にかかるカートン（Ａ）は、図１のブランク板で示すように、前板（１）の一方の長辺側に折線（２１）を介して側板（２）が連設され、他方の長辺側に折線（２２）を介して側板（３）が連設されており、その側板（３）には更に折線（２３）を介して後板（４）が連設され、後板（４）には更に折線（２４）を介して貼着板（５）が連設されている。また、貼着板（５）には折線（２５）を介して中板（６）が連設されており、中板（６）の適宜位置には折線（２６）を介して掛止片（１５）が連設されている。
後板（４）の天部短辺側には折線（２７）を介して下重ね天板（７）が連設され、底部短辺側には折線（２８）を介して上重ね底板（８）が連設されるとともに、中板（６）の天部短辺側には折線（２９）を介して上重ね天板（９）が連設され、底部短辺側には折線（３０）を介して下重ね底板（１０）が連設されている。なお、今、後板（４）に連設されている方を下重ね天板（７）及び上重ね底板（８）とし、中板（６）に連設されている方を上重ね天板（９）及び下重ね底板（１０）としたが、どっちの天板及び底板を上もしくは下にしてもよく、特に限定されるものではない。
その他、側板（２）及び側板（３）の天部短辺側には折線（３１）（３３）を介して天部サイドフラップ（１１）（１３）が連設され、底部短辺側には折線（３２）（３４）を介して底部サイドフラップ（１２）（１４）が連設されている。

中板（６）の天部短辺側寄りには、内容物を振り出すための開口部（６ａ）が穿設されており、図示の開口部（６ａ）は、ほぼ等脚台形状に穿設されている。
そして、この開口部（６ａ）の下側には切離手段としての易開封ジッパー（２０）が設けられている。
この易開封ジッパー（２０）は、所定間隔に切り込みが入れられた上側の切り込み列（２０ａ）と下側の切り込み列（２０ｂ）で構成されるもので、上側の切り込み列（２０ａ）と下側の切り込み列（２０ｂ）は、互い違いにずれるように切り込まれている。
すなわち、一方の切り込み列の切り込みと切り込みの間と、他方の切り込み列の切り込みの中央部がそれぞれ互いに対向するように設けられているものである。
このような構成のジッパー（２０）によれば、ジッパーが設けられている面と垂直な方向に力を加える必要がなく、面と平行な方向に加える力のみで容易に切り離すことができるため、本発明のように、開口部（６ａ）が穿設されている中板（６）を上方に引き上げることによって開封するカートンの場合などにおいて、特に最適な切離手段となる。

また、図示の易開封ジッパー（２０）は、両側部に向かう方の高さが中央部の高さより低くなっていく山型に切り込まれているが、これに限定されるものではなく、前述のように互い違いとなるように、最低２列の切り込み列が設けられてあればよい。ただし、直線状に切り込みを入れるよりは、山型に切り込みを入れた方が切り離しやすく、開封を容易にするためにも切り込みは山型にした方が望ましい。
また、易開封ジッパー（２０）は、最低２列の切り込み列が必要で、２列以上であれば何列でもよいが、奇数列よりは偶数列の方が切り離しやすい。
その他、上側の切り込み列（２０ａ）の端部から天部側に向かう折線（２５）の延長線上は、初めから切り離されており、易開封ジッパー（２０）によって中板（６）の開口部（６ａ）が穿設されている側（以下、開口フラップ（１６）という）を切り離すと、開口フラップ（１６）は中板（６）から完全に分離されるようになっている。
また、前記掛止片（１５）は、易開封ジッパー（２０）より上側、即ち中板（６）より分離される開口フラップ（１６）側に連設されるもので、側板（３）とほぼ同じ幅を有するように構成されていれば、図示の形状に限定されるものではない。

一方、前板（１）の天部短辺側中央には、中板（６）、即ち開口フラップ（１６）に穿設された開口部（６ａ）とほぼ同じ大きさの等脚台形状に切り欠かれた切欠部（１ａ）が設けられており、中板（６）から開口フラップ（１６）を切り離して上方に引き出す操作がしやすくなるようにするとともに、引き出された開口部（６ａ）と共に振り出し口（ｍ）を構成するようになっている。
なお、今、開口部（６ａ）及び切欠部（１ａ）の形状をほぼ等脚台形状としたが、これに限定されるものではなく、内容物を振り出せる形状のものであれば、例えば円弧形状等や意匠的な形状にしてもよい。特に意匠的な形状にすると、消費者の購買意欲をそそることになって好ましい。
また、易開封ジッパー（２０）を開口部（６ａ）の下縁から連続するように両側部に向かって設け、切り離したときに切欠部（１ａ）と同様な切り欠き状となるようにし、前板（１）の切欠部（１ａ）とで振り出し口（ｍ）を構成するようにしてもよい。
また、前板（１）に切欠部（１ａ）を設けず、折線（２９）にできるだけ近接するように開口部（６ａ）を穿設し、その開口部だけで振り出し口を構成するようにしてもよいが、前板（１）に切欠部（１ａ）が設けた方が、開封するときの操作性がよく、内容物も振り出しやすくなって使用性もよい。

カートンを成形するには、図２で示すように、まず、掛止片（１５）が側板（３）に、中板（６）が前板（１）にそれぞれ内接するように、各折線（２１）（２２）（２３）（２４）（２５）（２６）を折り曲げてから、貼着板（５）と側板（２）とを接着して成形する。なお、このとき、掛止片（１５）が側板（３）とほぼ同じ幅を有しているので、中板（６）は内方に向かって撓まないように支持される。また、接着剤にはホットメルト等を使用するのが好ましい。
そして、折線（３１）（３３）に沿って天部サイドフラップ（１１）（１３）を折り曲げるとともに、折線（２７）に沿って下重ね天板（７）を折り曲げ、更に折線（２９）に沿って上重ね天板（９）を折り曲げて、両者をホットメルト等の接着剤によって接着する。
続いて、底部側から内容物を充填するが、カートン内には従来のようにブロッキングするようなフラップは存在しないため、充填作業はスムーズに行われる。
充填完了後は、折線（３２）（３４）に沿って底部サイドフラップ（１２）（１４）を折り曲げるとともに、折線（３０）に沿って下重ね底板（１０）を折り曲げ、更に折線（２８）に沿って上重ね底板（８）を折り曲げて、両者をホットメルト等の接着剤によって接着し、カートン（Ａ）を封止する。
こうして、清涼用粒状物、粒状菓子、錠菓等の内容物が充填され、図３で示すように成形されたカートン（Ａ）は、セロファン等で外包装され、各販売店等で販売に供される。

この振り出し口付カートン（Ａ）を実際に使用するには、外包装を開封した後、図４で示すように、前板（１）の切欠部（１ａ）から露出している中板（６）、即ち開口フラップ（１６）を手指で上方に引き上げるように操作し、易開封ジッパー（２０）によって中板（６）から開口フラップ（１６）を切り離すとともに、切り離した開口フラップ（１６）をカートン（Ａ）内から引き出す。
なお、このとき、掛止片（１５）が天部サイドフラップ（１３）に掛止されてロック機構を構成するようになっており、中板（６）から分離した開口フラップ（１６）は、必要以上に引き出されないようになっている。
すなわち、この掛止片（１５）は、開口フラップ（１６）に穿設された開口部（６ａ）が、切欠部（１ａ）と共に好適に振り出し口（ｍ）を構成できる位置でロックされるように、開口フラップ（１６）側の適当な位置に連設されており、かつ、天部サイドフラップ（１３）との掛止が外れないように、十分な大きさに構成されている。

また、図１のブランク板で示されるカートン（Ａ）の場合は、片側にしか掛止片（１５）が設けられていないが、図５のブランク板で示すようにカートン（Ｂ）を構成すると、貼着板（５）側にも掛止片（１７）を設けることができる。
この場合は、中板（６）に設けた易開封ジッパー（２０）と連続するように、貼着板（５）にも易開封ジッパー（２０）を設けるとともに、貼着板（５）に設けた易開封ジッパー（２０）の上側の切り込み列（２０ａ）の端部から天部側に向かう折線（２４）の延長線上を切り離しておく。
このような構成によれば、易開封ジッパー（２０）によって、中板（６）及び貼着板（５）から開口フラップ（１６）を切り離すと、貼着板（５）側にも掛止片（１７）が形成され、両方の掛止片（１５）（１７）がそれぞれ天部サイドフラップ（１１）（１３）に掛止されるロック機構が構成できる。
掛止片によるロック機構は片側でも十分であるが、このように両側に掛止片（１５）（１７）を設けてロック機構を構成すると、振り出し口（ｍ）の開閉操作をする際の使用性や耐久性が向上して好ましい。
何れにせよ、開口フラップ（１６）をカートン内から引き出し、開口部（６ａ）と切欠部（１ａ）とで振り出し口（ｍ）を構成して、内容物を振り出す。

以上のように、本発明の振り出し口付カートンによれば、内容物を振り出すための開口部（６ａ）が穿設された中板（６）を、前板（１）に内接させるようにしてカートンを成形するため、従来のような開口フラップを差し込む工程が不要となり、内容物を充填するときにも内容物をブロッキングすることがない。
また、前板（１）に開口部（６ａ）と共に振り出し口（ｍ）を構成する切欠部（１ａ）が設けられ、中板（６）に設ける切離手段が易開封ジッパー（２０）で構成されているので、中板（６）から開口フラップ（１６）を切り離すことによって行う開封操作がきわめて容易に行え、しかも、その中板（６）から分離された開口フラップ（１６）は、開口フラップ（１６）に連設された掛止片（１５）によって、必要以上にカートン内から引き出されないようにロックされて、好適に振り出し口（ｍ）を構成するようになっているので、開閉操作がしやすい上に、ロック機構の掛止が外れるようなこともなく、内容物を振り出す際の使用性も非常によい。
なお、カートンの形状は図示した直方体型に限定されるものではなく、また、振り出し口の形状や配設位置等も内容物が振り出されるようになっているものであれば、本発明の精神の範囲内において、適宜設計変更可能なものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、内容物振り出し用の開口部が穿設された中板が、前板に内接するようにしてカートンが成形されるので、従来のような開口フラップを差し込む工程が不要となり、内容物を充填するときにも、内容物をブロッキングすることがない。そして、開口部の下側に設けた切離手段によって切り離された中板、つまり、開口部が穿設されている上側の中板に掛止片を連設して、振り出し口の開閉操作におけるロック機構を構成するようにしたので、従来のように簡単に掛止が外れるようなこともない。
また、前板の天部短辺側に、開口部と共に振り出し口を構成する切欠部を設けたので、開閉操作がしやすく、内容物を振り出す際の使用性も非常によい。
また、切離手段を易開封ジッパーで構成したので、開封操作がきわめて容易にできる。
