【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ＴＶ（テレビジョン）受像機などでの放送番組表などの放送番組に関する情報を表示するための放送番組情報の表示方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、放送番組を予約録画したり、視聴予約したりするためには、新聞や雑誌などの番組表が用いられていたが、近年では、放送番組に重畳されて送られる番組情報を用いて所望放送番組の録画予約や視聴予約を行なうことが提案されている。
【０００３】
その一例としては、かかる予約をしたい放送番組に関する項目を指定することによって予約を行なうものである。かかる指定項目としては、日付指定，曜日指定，タイトル指定，条件一致指定がある。

日付指定は、録画あるいは視聴予約する放送番組の放送日や放送時間帯，放送チャンネルなどを指定することによって録画予約や視聴予約するものであり、かかる指定された日時になると、指定されたチャンネルの放送番組が録画され、あるいは受信・表示される。曜日指定は、録画あるいは視聴予約する放送番組の放送の曜日や放送時間帯，放送チャンネルなどを指定することによって録画予約や視聴予約するものであり、かかる指定された曜日の放送時間帯になると、指定されたチャンネルの放送番組が録画され、あるいは受信・表示される。

タイトル指定は、放送番組のタイトルを指定することにより、これに一致するタイトルの放送番組の録画あるいは視聴予約をするものであって、放送番組に重畳されて送られる番組情報の一覧をディスプレイに表示させ、この一覧から録画予約あるいは視聴予約したい放送番組のタイトルを選択することによってかかる予約を行なうものである。その後、このタイトルの放送番組が受信されると、これが自動的に録画され、あるいは表示される。

条件一致指定は、予約したい放送番組のキーワードや他の検索条件などを入力して指定することにより、録画予約や視聴予約を行なうものであり、かかるキーワードや検索条件などに合致する放送番組を番組情報から検索し、その検索結果の放送番組を録画予約，視聴予約するものである（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

放送番組の録画予約，視聴予約に関する他の例として、受信されて表示される放送番組表（以下、受信放送番組表という）から所望の番組を選択して録画予約や視聴予約などの設定がなされると、予約設定されたかかる放送番組（以下、予約設定放送番組という）のみからなるマイ（Ｍｙ）番組表が作成され、これを表示される受信放送番組表とともに表示するようにしたものがある。

このマイ番組表では、夫々の予約設定放送番組の番組名やその放送チャンネルなどがその放送番組の時間帯に表示される。これにより、ユーザはマイ番組表から自分が選択・設定した放送番組を簡単に確認することができる。この技術では、録画予約や視聴予約ばかりでなく、録画予約や視聴予約をする程でもないが、関心のある番組に対しては、それを確認し易くするために、「チェック」という設定もできるようにしており、このようにチェック設定された放送番組も、予約設定放送番組として、マイ番組表に含まれる。このような予約設定放送番組に対しては、この設定を解除することもできる。なお、以下では、録画予約や視聴予約の設定ばかりでなく、チェック設定も含めて、予約設定ということになる。但し、ここの場合を言うときには、録画予約の設定、視聴予約の設定、チェック設定という。

また、かかる技術では、同じ時間帯で予め決められた個数の放送番組の予約設定を可能としており（一例として、３個の場合が示されている）、また、録画予約や視聴予約，チェック毎にマイ番組表での放送番組の文字や背景の色を異ならせて夫々の予約設定の種類を判別することができるようにしている。

さらに、マイ番組表のみを表示画面全体に表示させるようにすることも可能としているし、ユーザ毎にマイ番組表を作成することもできるようにしている。さらに、ジャンルや出演者などの特定の条件を設定することにより、かかる特定の条件を満たす放送番組を受信放送番組表から検索し、この検索結果得られた放送番組を予約設定放送番組として、マイ番組表を作成するようにすることもできるようにしている（例えば、特許文献２参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記特許文献１に記載の従来技術では、同じ時間帯で同時に放送される番組の予約に関しては、配慮されていない。複数のチャンネルから同じ時間帯で番組放送されているが、ユーザとしては、既に予約されている放送番組と同じ時間帯の放送番組を新たに予約したい場合もある。このような新たな放送番組を予約操作をすると、その予約ができないか、既に予約されている放送番組の予約が無効となるかいずれかが考えられるが、このような事態になることは予めユーザは知ることができない。

勿論、この特許文献１に記載の従来技術では、録画予約の内容の一覧が表示できるようにしているが、新たに放送番組の予約を行なう毎にこのような一覧を見てこれと同じ時間帯の放送番組が予約されているかどうかを確認することはできるが、このようにすることは、ユーザにとって非常に煩わしいものである。

また、上記特許文献２に記載の従来技術では、同じ時間帯に予め決められた個数の放送番組を予約することができるようにしている。同じ時間帯での予約設定された放送番組はマイ番組表で表示され、しかも、このマイ番組表は受信放送番組表とともに表示されるものであるから、少なくとも受信放送番組表を表示させるとともに、同じ時間帯での予約設定放送番組の個数を認識することができる。そこで、実際に同じ時間帯で予約設定可能な放送番組数をユーザが知っていれば、既に予約設定放送番組が存在する時間帯でさらに新たな放送番組の選択設定が可能であるかどうかを判断することができるが、通常、ユーザは同じ時間帯にどの位の個数の放送番組を予約設定できるか、というようなことは認識しておらず、新たな所望放送番組の予約設定を行なって初めて予約設定ができるかどうかが判るものであり、その分無駄な操作をしなければならないことになる。

さらに、上記特許文献２に記載の発明では、既に制限個数いっぱいの予約設定された放送番組が存在する時間帯で、さらに所望の放送番組をどうしても録画や視聴の予約設定をしたい場合、既に存在する予約設定放送番組の１つを設定解除しなければならないが、その予約設定放送番組を指定してその設定を取り消すための画面を表示させ、その画面で取消しを選択するといった一連の操作が可能となり、操作にある程度の手間がかかることになる。

本発明の第１の目的は、かかる問題を解消し、複数のチューナを備えた受像機を複数のユーザが使用する場合において、同じ時間帯での新たな放送番組の予約設定が可能か否かを容易にかつ即座に認識でき、制限数の予約設定放送番組が存在する時間帯でも、新たな放送番組の予約設定を容易に行なうことができるようにした放送番組情報の表示方法をを提供することにある。

また、上記特許文献２に記載の発明では、マイ番組表は現時点以降からの内容が表示され、現時点以前の時間経過した内容は消去されて表示されない。このため、ユーザとしては、過去にどのような放送番組を予約設定したのか、チェック設定したのかを番組表からは知ることができないし、録画されている放送番組がどのような放送番組であるかを記憶に頼らざるを得ない。

これに対し、上記特許文献１に記載の従来技術では、録画予約によって既に録画が行なわれた放送番組の一覧（図５）も表示できるようにし、過去の録画状況を確認することができるようにしているが、このような一覧を表示させるための専用の操作が必要であるし、また、どのくらい前の番組であるかが感覚的に分かりづらい。

さらに、また、注目していたため、チェック設定していたが、録画せず、放送がなされてしまった後に他人の噂などの情報で録画しておいた方がよかったと思うような放送番組もある。この放送番組は既に放送がなされてしまった後であるため、通常あきらめざるを得ないが、評判となった放送番組は再放送される場合もあるので、ユーザはこれを録画することが可能である。しかし、このためには、受信放送番組表を常に監視してその再放送があるか否かを確認していなければならず、不確定な事項に対して非常な労力を要するものである。上記特許文献１，２に記載の従来技術では、このような問題に対処することができない。

本発明の第２の目的は、かかる問題を解消し、過去の録画番組を容易に確認することができ、再放送の放送番組も簡単に録画できるようにした放送番組情報の表示方法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明は、複数のチューナを備えた受像機での、チューナを介して受信した放送番組表などの放送番組情報を表示画面に表示する放送番組情報の表示方法であって、受信した放送番組表からユーザ毎に所望番組の予約設定やチェックの登録を可能として、ユーザ毎に登録された番組からなるマイ番組表が作成されて夫々毎に表示可能であって、表示されるマイ番組表は、現時点以前に既に放送済みの番組も選択可能に表示し、該マイ番組表での放送前に録画または視聴の予約が設定されていなかった該既に放送済みの番組に対しては、該マイ番組表で選択されることにより、該放送済みの番組の現時点以後の再放送時での録画または視聴が可能に予約設定をするための選択項目を有する予約確認画面を該マイ番組表の画面上に表示可能とし、かつ、受信した該放送番組表から所望番組の予約設定が可能であって、同一時間帯で予約設定しようとする番組の個数が該チューナの個数を越えたとき、該番組に予約設定のための優先順位を設定するための画面を表示するものである。

また、本発明は、マイ番組表の画面で録画済みの番組を選択可能とし、録画済みの番組を選択すると、録画済み番組の再生を行なわせるものである。

また、本発明は、受信した放送番組表に、時間帯毎の夫々のチューナの予約の有無を示す情報を付加して表示するものである。

また、本発明は、番組の予約設定が、ユーザ毎に設定可能であって、新たに所望番組の予約設定に際し、所望番組の放送時間帯に空いているチューナがなく、かつ所望番組の予約設定をするユーザに既に予約設定された番組がある場合、既に予約設定された番組の優先順位を変更し、所望番組の予約設定の優先順位を高くすることを可能とする優先順位設定画面を表示するものである。

また、本発明は、優先順位設定画面に表示される他のユーザによる既に予約設定された番組の優先順位を変更する場合には、他のユーザによって既に予約設定された番組であることの確認のためのメッセージ及び優先順位変更の実行可否を入力するための選択項目を優先順位設定画面に表示し、優先順位変更の実行指示の入力を受けると、優先順位設定画面に表示される他のユーザによる既に予約設定された番組の優先順位を変更するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
ます、本発明による放送番組情報の表示方法を用いたＴＶ受像機について説明する。

図１はかかるＴＶ受像機の要部を示すブロック図であって、１はＴＶ受像機、２ａは第１のチューナ、２ｂは第２のチューナ、３ａ〜３ｃはデータ記録部、４は表示データ作成部、５は制御部、６は送受信部、７は表示データ合成部、８は信号出力部、９は表示装置である。

同図において、ＴＶ受像機１には、第１，第２の２つのチューナ２ａ，２ｂが設けられており、制御部５の制御のもとに、夫々独立に選局動作が行なわれ、異なるチャンネルの放送番組を別々に受信することができ、また、放送番組表などの放送番組情報も受信することができる。また、図示しないリモートコントローラ（以下、リモコンという）からの指令信号は送受信部６で受信されて制御部５に供給され、制御部５は、この指令信号に基づいて、各部の制御を行なう。

このリモコンによって所定のチャンネルが指定され、そのチャンネルの放送番組の視聴が指令されると、チューナ２ａ，２ｂのいずれかで受信され、信号処理されたこの指定チャンネルの放送番組の信号が表示データ合成部７を介して信号出力部８に供給され、そこで所定の処理がなされて表示装置９に供給される。これにより、表示装置９では、この受信された放送番組の映像が表示され、音声が再生される。また、リモコンによって録画指定がなされているときには、チューナ２ａ，２ｂのいずれかで受信され、信号処理されたこのリモコンによる指定チャンネルの放送番組信号が、ハードディスクやＤＶＤ，ＲＡＭなどからなるデータ記録部３ｃに記録される。

ここで、チューナ２ａ，２ｂが同時に放送番組の受信を行なうときには、リモコンからの指令により、いずれか一方の受信放送番組が表示装置９に供給されてその放送番組の視聴が行なわれ、他方の受信放送番組がデータ記録部３ｃに記録されるが、リモコンの指令によっては、あるいは後述の録画予約の仕方によっては、これらチューナ２ａ，２ｂで受信された放送番組をともにデータ記録部３ｃに記録させることもできる。このため、データ記録部３ｃは、例えば、２つの記録領域に区分されており、チューナ２ａ，２ｂのいずれかの受信放送番組を記録する場合には、これら記録領域のいずれかに適宜記録されるが、チューナ２ａ，２ｂの受信放送番組をともに記録する場合には、夫々を異なる記録領域に記録するようにする。これにより、これら受信放送番組を同時にデータ記録部３ｃに記録することができる。

また、チューナ２ａ，２ｂのいずれか一方で視聴のための番組受信が行なわれているときに、リモコンの指令により、あるいは後述の録画予約により、録画の指令が制御部５にあると、制御部５は他方のチューナからの録画のための受信を開始させる。逆に、チューナ２ａ，２ｂのいずれか一方で録画のための番組受信が行なわれているときに、リモコンの指令により、あるいは後述の録画予約により、視聴もしくは他のチャンネルの録画の指令が制御部５にあると、このときも同様に、制御部５は他方のチューナからの視聴もしくは録画のための受信を開始させる。

また、このＴＶ受像機１はチューナ２ａ，２ｂから放送番組表やその付加情報（これらをまとめて、放送番組情報という）を受信可能であって、受信された放送番組情報はハードディスクなどからなるデータ記録部３ａに記録される。このデータ記録部３ａに記録された放送番組情報は表示装置９で表示可能であって、この表示のための指示がリモコンからあると、制御部５の制御のもとに、データ記録部３ａから放送番組情報が読み出され、表示データ作成部４で処理されて放送番組情報の表示信号が作成され、表示データ合成部７及び信号出力部８を介して表示装置９に供給される。これにより、表示装置９では、放送番組表などの放送番組情報が表示される。以下では、受信されたかかる放送番組を受信放送番組という。

さらに、このＴＶ受像機１では、表示装置９で表示される受信放送番組表から所望とする放送番組の録画予約や視聴予約の登録，関心のある放送番組や注目放送番組の登録を行なうことができ、このように登録された放送番組の情報はハードディスクなどからなるデータ記録部３ｂに記録される。このような登録は、ユーザ毎に区別して行なうことができる。かかる登録放送番組の情報は、放送番組情報をデータ記録部３ａから読み出して表示装置９で表示するとき、表示データ作成部４でこの放送番組情報と合成され、表示装置９で受信放送番組表と合成されて表示させることができるとともに、また、データ記録部３ｂから登録放送番組の情報を読み出して表示データ作成部４で処理し、これを表示装置９に供給することにより、マイ番組表として、登録放送番組の情報のみを表示させるようにすることもできる。上記の予約などをユーザ毎に区別して行なうことができるので、かかるマイ番組表も、ユーザ毎に作成することができる。

図２は図１に示すＴＶ受像機１に用いられるリモコンの一具体例の要部を示す正面図であって、１１は電源キー、１２は番組表キー、１３は上キー、１４は右キー、１５は下キー、１６は左キー、１７は決定キー、１８は機能キー、１９は戻るキー、２０はテンキーである。

同図において、リモコン１の操作面には、図１に示すＴＶ受像機１の電源をオン，オフするための電源キー１１と、表示部９（図１）に放送番組表を表示させるための番組表キー１２と、この表示装置９の表示画面（図示せず）でカーソルを上方向に移動させるための上キー１３と、このカーソルを右方向に移動させるための右キー１４と、このカーソルを下方向に移動させるための下キー１５と、このカーソルを左方向に移動させるための左キー１６と、このカーソルで選択された項目を決定する決定キー１７と、後述する機能メニュー画面を表示装置９の表示画面に表示させるための機能キー１８と、この表示画面で表示される画面を前に表示された画面に戻す戻るキー１９と、チャンネル設定などのためのテンキーなどが設けられている。

次に、図１及び図２からなるＴＶ受像機１に適用されるものとして、制御部５の制御のもとに行なわれる本発明による放送番組情報の表示方法の一実施形態について、図３〜図１２により説明する。

リモコン１０の電源キー１１が操作されると、ＴＶ受像機１の電源がオンして受信を開始し、表示装置９に、図３（ａ）に示すように、受信を開始した放送番組の番組画面３０が表示される。かかる表示状態でリモコン１０の番組表キー１２が操作されると、データ記録部３ａから受信した放送番組情報が読み出され、上記のように処理されて表示装置９に供給される。これにより、表示装置９では、図３（ｂ）に示すような受信した放送番組表（受信放送番組表という）３２を表わす画面、即ち、受信放送番組表画面３１が表示される。

この受信放送番組表３２は、その上辺部にチャンネルを横方向に配列して表示するチャンネル表示エリア３３が、その左辺部に１時間毎の時間帯を縦方向に配列して表示する時間帯表示エリア３４が夫々設けられており、各チャンネル毎に夫々の時間帯での放送中や放送予定の放送番組ａ，ｂ，ｃ，……（これらを総称して、以下、放送番組３５という）が配置された構成をなしている。また、かかる受信放送番組表３２では、表示される放送番組３５のいずれか１つが枠状のカーソル３６で選択されている。ここでは、放送番組ｆが選択されているものとする。このカーソル３６はリモコン１０の上キー１３，右キー１４，下キー１５，左キー１６（これらを総称して、以下、カーソル移動キーという）を操作することにより、受信放送番組表３２内を上下、左右に移動させることができ、これにより、表示される放送番組３５のうちの任意の１つを選択することができる。

また、受信放送番組表画面３１に同時に表示されるチャンネル３２の個数や時間帯は限られており、受信放送番組表全体を同時に表示させることができない。このために、カーソル３６とカーソル移動キー１３〜１６の操作とにより、受信放送番組表３２が上下左右に移動できるようにしている。例えば、図３（ｂ）で図示するように、カーソル３６が受信放送番組表３２の番組表示領域の下辺部に移動されている状態で、さらに、下キー１５を操作すると、カーソル３６が移動する代わりに、受信放送番組表３２が時間帯表示エリア３４とともに上方に移動し、下方から新たな時間帯の放送番組が表示されて最終の時間帯までの放送番組が見えるようにすることができるようになる。同様にして、カーソル３６を受信放送番組表３２の番組表示領域の上辺部に移動させた状態で上キー１３を操作すると、受信放送番組表３２が時間帯表示エリア３４とともに下方に移動し、上方から新たな時間帯の放送番組が表示されるようになる。この場合、現時点の時間帯よりも過去の時間帯は表示されない。同様にして、カーソル３６を受信放送番組表３２の番組表示領域の右辺部に移動させた状態で右キー１４を操作すると、受信放送番組表３２がチャンネル表示エリア３３とともに左方に移動し、カーソル３６を受信放送番組表３２の番組表示領域の左辺部に移動させた状態で左キー１６を操作すると、受信放送番組表３２がチャンネル表示エリア３３とともに右方に移動し、別のチャンネルの放送番組を見ることができる。

受信放送番組表３２には、さらに、例えば、その左端部に、２つのチューナ予約状況表示エリア３７ａ，３７ｂが設けられている。チューナ予約状況表示エリア３７ａでは、放送番組の放送時間毎にＴＶ受像機１の第１のチューナ２ａが録画予約や視聴予約がなされているか否かという予約状況がその予約ユーザとともに表示され、チューナ予約状況表示エリア３７ｂでは、放送番組の放送時間毎に第２のチューナ２ｂの予約状況がその予約ユーザとともに表示される。図３（ｂ）に示す状態では、予約ユーザＢにより、９時の時間帯のある放送番組に対し、第２のチューナ２ｂが予約されていることを示している。

かかる表示状態の図３（ｂ）において、放送番組ｆが選択された状態でリモコン１０の決定キー１７が操作されると（以下、カーソルで選択して決定キー１７で決定することを選択・決定という）、図３（ｃ）に示すように、受信放送番組表３２に重なって設定選択画面３８が表示される。この実施形態では、例えば、家族などの複数のユーザ毎に録画予約や視聴予約，チェックの設定をすることが可能であり、いま、夫々のユーザをＡ，Ｂ，Ｃ，Ｄとすると、この設定選択画面３８では、これらユーザＡ，Ｂ，Ｃ，Ｄが設定することを指定するための、即ち、これらユーザＡ，Ｂ，Ｃ，Ｄを表わすアイコンＡ，Ｂ，Ｃ，Ｄが表示される。設定選択画面３８が表示されたときには、これらアイコンＡ，Ｂ，Ｃ，Ｄの１つがカーソル３６ａでもって選択された状態にあり、リモコン１０の右キー１４，左キー１６を操作することにより、カーソル３６ａを左右に移動させて他の任意のアイコンを選択することが可能である。このとき、受信放送番組表３２のカーソル３６は移動せず、これによって同じ放送番組の選択状態が保持される。

また、設定選択画面３８には、「録画予約」，「視聴予約」，「チェック」，「中止」の選択項目３９が表示されており、アイコンＡ，Ｂ，Ｃ，Ｄのいずれかが選択・決定され、これによって予約の設定をするユーザ（以下、設定ユーザという）が決定されると、図示しないが、カーソル３６ａがかかる選択項目３９のいずれかに移ってそのいずれか１つを選択した状態にする。

いま、この設定選択画面３８で設定ユーザＡが決定され、また、選択項目「録画予約」３９が選択・決定されると、受信放送番組表３２に重なって、設定選択画面３８の代わりに、図４（ａ）に示すように、録画予約の設定確認画面４０が表示される。この設定確認画面４０には、選択項目「設定する」４１と選択項目「中止」４２とが表示されており、リモコン１０の右キー１４，左キー１６を操作してカーソル３６ｂを左右に移動させることにより、そのいずれかを選択することができる。

そこで、カーソル３６ｂで選択項目「設定する」４１が選択・決定されると、制御部５はこのとき予約・選択されている放送番組ｆが録画予約可能であるか否か判定する。このときには、チューナ予約状況表示エリア３７ａ，３７ｂの表示から、この予約選択されている放送番組ｆの時間帯、即ち、９時の時間帯（９時００分から９時５９分まで）では、設定ユーザＢによって第２のチューナ２ｂが予約されているが、第１のチューナ２ａは予約されていないことになる。これにより、制御部５は、この放送番組ｆの録画予約を設定するとともに、この放送番組ｆの放送時間帯での第１のチューナ２ａの予約を設定し、受信放送番組表画面３１に、図４（ｂ）に示すように、その結果を表示する。ここでは、受信放送番組表３２の放送番組ｆの欄に、例えば、「Ａ 録画予約」という予約設定通知４３を表示する。そして、これとともに、チューナ予約状況表示エリア３７ａにおいて、９時の時間帯で第１のチューナ２ａが設定ユーザＡによって予約されたことを表示する。

設定ユーザＡが、自分が既に予約設定している放送番組ｆよりも放送番組ｉの方を録画予約したい場合には、放送番組ｆよりも放送番組ｉの方の予約の優先順位を高くすればよい。このために、ユーザＡは、図６（ａ）に示す優先順位設定画面４７でカーソル３６ｅを放送番組ｉに合わせた状態で決定キー１７を操作し、図６（ｂ）に示す優先順位設定画面４７が表示されると、カーソル３６ｅを優先順位を低くする方の放送番組、この場合、放送番組ｆのチューナ予約状況欄４９に合わせ、放送番組ｆを選択する。そして、決定キー１７を操作して選択・設定すると、図６（ｃ）に示す優先順位設定画面４７となる。この優先順位設定画面４７では、これまで予約設定されていた放送番組ｆのチューナ予約状況欄４９で◎印マークから×印マークに替わり、放送番組ｉのチューナ予約状況欄４９で×印マークから◎印マークに替わる。これにより、放送番組ｉに対してチューナが予約された状態となる。

このようにして、同じ設定ユーザが選択した放送番組間では、予約の設定の優先順位を簡単に変更できることになる。

ところで、マイ番組表は、設定ユーザ夫々毎の専用の放送番組表であって、或る期間内での全チャンネルの放送番組の一覧である受信放送番組表のうちの、設定ユーザが希望する放送番組のみからなるものである。かかる希望の放送番組としては、上記のような予約やチェックが設定された放送番組は勿論のことであるが、予約やチェックの設定をしないまでも、設定ユーザが見落としたなくないような放送番組もそのマイ番組表に含めることができる。つまり、マイ番組表とは、設定ユーザが受信放送番組表から必要と思われる放送番組を選択し、その選択された放送番組だけから構成される番組表である。この実施形態は、このようなマイ番組表を作成可能としている。従来では、放送番組を録画したり、視聴したりする際、非常に多くのチャンネルからなる受信放送番組表の中から希望する放送番組を探し出すようにしており、非常に手間と時間を要するものであったが、かかるマイ番組表を用いることにより、その手間と時間とが大幅に省けることになる。

そこで、次に、上記のような予約やチェックの設定以外での放送番組のマイ番組への登録方法について説明する。ここでは、お好みジャンルとキーワードからの登録について説明する。

選択項目「お好みジャンル登録」５６と作成ユーザとの選択・決定がなされると、図９（ｂ）に示すように、機能メニュー画面５５に代わってお好みジャンル登録画面５７が表示される。このお好みジャンル登録画面５７には、メインジャンル５８と各メインジャンル毎のサブジャンル５９とが設けられている。ここでは、メインジャンル５８としては、「スポーツ」，「ドラマ」，「映画」，「バラエティ」が設定されているものとするが、これらのみに限るものではない。これらメインジャンル５８は、カーソル３６ｇによってそのいずれか１つが選択できるものであって、選択されているメインジャンル５８には、そのサブジャンル５９が表示される。ここでは、メインジャンル「スポーツ」５７が選択されているものとし、これにより、このメインジャンル「スポーツ」５７のサブジャンル「野球」，「サッカー」，「テニス」，「バレーボール」，「バスケットボール」，「ラグビー」５８なども同時に表示される。

図示するように、カーソル３６ｇによってメインジャンル「スポーツ」５７が選択されると、右側にスポーツのサブジャンル５９が表示される。この状態でリモコン１０の右キー１４を操作すると、カーソル３６ｇは右方に移動してサブジャンルに移り、サブジャンル５９のいずれかを選択することができる。これらサブジャンル５９は複数個選択することができるものであって、決定キー１７が１回操作されると、カーソル３６ｇで選択されているサブジャンルが選択・決定され、マイ番組表に登録される。従って、複数のサブジャンルについて上記の選択・決定されると、これら選択・決定された全てのサブジャンルは、そのメインジャンルとともに、登録放送番組情報として、図１に示すＴＶ受像機１のデータ記録部３ｂに記録される。かかる登録放送番組情報は、作成ユーザ毎に区別して記録される。

そこで、この機能メニュー画面５５の選択項目「番組詳細」５６を選択・決定すると、図１０（ａ）に示すように、受信放送番組表画面３１に重なって番組詳細画面６１が表示される。この番組詳細画面６１では、受信放送番組表画面３１で選択されている放送番組の詳細情報が表示される。いま、選択されている放送番組がドラマ番組とすると、その放送番組（ドラマ）のタイトルや出演者，簡単な粗筋（図示せず）などが表示されることになる。また、選択項目「キーワード登録」６３と選択項目「閉じる」６４も設けられている。

単にこの放送番組の詳細を知るだけである場合には、選択項目「閉じる」６４をカーソル３６ｈで選択・決定することにより、もとの図９（ａ）に示す画面もしくは図３（ｂ）に示す画面に戻すことになるが、マイ番組表へのキーワード登録をする場合には、選択項目「キーワード登録」６３を選択・決定する。これにより、図１０（ｂ）に示すキーワード登録のための番組詳細画面６１ａに移り、この番組詳細画面６１ａに表示される番組のタイトルや出演者などの用語などをキーワードとして使用することができる。そして、カーソル３６ｉが表示されるとともに、キーワード登録のための最初の指示メッセージ６５ａも表示される。この指示メッセージ６５ａは、キーワードの最初の文字を選択させるための、例えば、「最初の文字を選択してください」というメッセージであって、この指示に基づいて、カーソル３６ｉをキーワードとする用語の最初の文字に移す。ここでは、例えば、「田中 太郎」という出演者の氏名をキーワードとするものであり、このため、カーソル３６ｉを最初の文字「田」に移動させてそれを選択・決定する。

かかる選択・決定操作がなされると、次に、キーワード登録の次の操作のための図１０（ｃ）に示す番組詳細画面６１ｂに移る。この番組詳細画面６１ｂでは、キーワードの最後の文字を選択させるための、例えば、「最後の文字を選択してください」という指示メッセージ６５ｂが表示され、この指示に基づいて、カーソル３６ｉをキーワードとする用語「田中 太郎」の最後の文字「郎」にカーソル３６ｉを移動させて選択・決定する。これにより、「田中 太郎」がキーワードとして設定されたことになり、これがキーワード登録の登録放送番組情報として、図１に示すＴＶ受像機１のデータ記録部３ｂに記録される。かかる登録放送番組情報も、作成ユーザ毎に区別して記録される。

以上のようにして、上記の録画予約，視聴予約やチェックの設定による登録放送番組情報やお好みジャンル登録による登録放送番組情報，キーワード登録による登録放送番組情報が作成ユーザ（設定ユーザ）毎に区分されてＴＶ受像機１のデータ記録部３ｂに記録される。そして、リモコン１０でマイ番組表の再生のための所定の操作をすると、この操作をした指定ユーザの登録放送番組情報（即ち、上記の予約やチェック，お好みジャンル登録，キーワード登録で登録された情報）に該当する放送番組のみがデータ記録部３ａに記録されている受信放送番組表の中から抽出され、この抽出された放送番組の情報と登録放送番組情報とから表示データ作成部４でこの指定ユーザのマイ番組表が作成される。このマイ番組表は表示データ合成部７及び信号出力部８を介して表示装置９に供給され、そこに表示される。

この番組表 表示切換画面６６で、いま、ユーザＡのアイコンを選択・決定すると、図１１（ｂ）に示すように、このユーザＡのマイ番組表６９が現在の時間帯から表示される。このマイ番組表６９は、ユーザＡがじょうきのようにして録画予約や視聴予約，チェックの設定、お好みジャンル登録やキーワード登録した放送番組のみからなるものであって、これら夫々の放送番組毎に、設定，登録の方法が表示されている。この例では、放送番組ｋが録画予約の設定によるもの、放送番組ｍ，ｏがチェックによって設定されたもの、放送番組ｊ，ｐがお好みジャンルの登録によるもの、放送番組ｌ，ｎがキーワードの登録によるものである。なお、これらの表示される放送番組のうちの１つがカーソル３６ｋによって選択されている。

マイ番組表６９は、通常の受信放送番組表３１と異なって、既に放送が終了している過去の放送番組をも表示することができる。ＴＶ受像機１（図１）のデータ記録部３ａには、新たに放送番組表が受信されて記録されない限り、そのまま残されており、受信放送番組表を表示装置９で表示する場合には、現時点からの部分を表示する。しかし、マイ番組表６９の場合には、リモコン１０からの指示により、データ記録部３ａに記録されている受信放送番組表の現時点以前の該当する放送番組も抽出され、この放送番組の部分も表示装置９で表示されることになる。

このためのリモコン１０の操作としては、カーソル３６ｋと上キー１３の操作とにより、行なうことができる。即ち、カーソル３６ｋをマイ番組表６９の最上の放送番組（ここでは、放送番組ｊ）の位置に移動し、しかる後、さらに、上キー１３を操作する。これにより、マイ番組表６９の各放送番組が下方に移動し、上方からこれまで表示されていなかった放送番組が表示されるようになるが、現時点での時間帯を過ぎても、現時点以前に受信放送番組表があれば、これが上から下がってきて放送済みの放送番組が逆の時間系列で表示されていく。図１１（ｂ）はその表示状態のマイ番組表を示すものであって、放送番組ｊが現在放送中の番組、放送番組ｑ，ｒ，ｓが既に放送済みの番組を表わしている。

このようにして、ユーザは、これから放送される番組ばかりでなく、放送済みの番組までも確認することができ、自分が注目した放送番組はいつ、どのチャンネルで放送されるか、あるいは放送されたかなどを知ることができる。また、ユーザとしては、過去にどのような放送番組を予約設定したのか、チェック設定したのかを容易に知ることができるし、録画されている放送番組がどのような放送番組であるかもマイ番組表から推測することもできる。自分の注目した放送番組や録画した放送番組が「数時間前」，「数日前」などの時間経過との関係で把握し易い効果もある。そして、受信放送番組表が１週間にわたるなどの長期のものであって、かかる受信放送番組表から録画予約の設定を行なった場合には、１週間近く前の放送番組が録画されたままとなっている場合もあるが、このような録画番組でも、どのような放送番組であったが、再生しなくとも、マイ番組表から推測できるし、また、マイ番組表から過去に録画した放送番組も容易に判る。

ここで、この実施形態では、このマイ番組表６９に対し、これまで説明してきた受信放送番組表画面３１での所望放送番組の録画予約や視聴予約と同様の方法により、過去，未来を含めた所望放送番組の録画予約や視聴予約を行なうことができる。これを図１２により説明するが、これら予約の動作は同様であるので、視聴予約を例に説明する。

ここで、例えば、選択項目「視聴予約」３９を選択・決定した場合には、選択・決定されている放送番組が現時点以後に放送予定の放送番組に対しては、先の受信放送番組表の場合と同様、直ちにこの放送番組の視聴予約の設定がなされ、マイ番組表６９にも、その旨が表示されるが、選択・決定されている放送番組が既に放送済みの放送番組に対しては、図１２に示すように、予約確認画面７１が表示される。この予約確認画面７１では、選択項目「予約する」７２，「中止」７３とともに、「再放送 予約設定」という標題７４が表示され、ユーザに予約しようとしている放送番組が既に放送済みの番組であることを認識させる。これは、上記のように、マイ番組表６９は既に放送済みの番組を含むものであるが、ユーザがこれを認識していない場合もあるからである。
