Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing wrinkle adhesion of a gypsum board manufacturing apparatus, and a gypsum board manufacturing method using the apparatus for preventing wrinkle adhesion. More specifically, the present invention relates to a gypsum mud transport pipe (hereinafter simply referred to as “transport pipe”). A device for preventing wrinkle adhesion and a device for preventing hardened mud material (hereinafter simply referred to as “粕”) from growing into a relatively large lump and supplying it to the transport line of gypsum board are used. The present invention relates to a gypsum board manufacturing method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Gypsum board made by coating gypsum core with base paper for gypsum board is excellent in fireproofing, fire resistance, sound insulation, heat insulation, workability, etc., and it can be obtained at a relatively low cost. Widely used in practical use.
[0003]
In the manufacturing process of gypsum board, water, calcined gypsum, adhesive, foam, various additives, and the like are kneaded with a mixing stirrer to form gypsum slurry (hereinafter simply referred to as “sludge”). The base paper for gypsum board surface is continuously transported on the transport device as the lower paper, and the slurry kneaded by the mixing stirrer is continuously supplied from the slurry discharge pipe of the mixing stirrer to the upper surface of the lower paper and is deposited on the lower paper. . The lower paper is folded along a score line (hereinafter referred to as “score”) provided on both side edges thereof, and is shaped into the shape of the edge part of the gypsum board. The base paper for the back side of the gypsum board is continuously supplied to the conveying device as the upper paper at the same speed as the lower paper, and is further stacked on the lower paper and the slurry running on the conveying device. The lower paper, the slurry and the upper paper on the conveying device pass through a molding machine that regulates the thickness and width of the gypsum board, and have a three-layer structure (the lower paper, the slurry and the upper paper) having a predetermined thickness and width and continuous. After being formed into a band-shaped gypsum board molded body, it is further transported on the transport device to the downstream side of the molding machine. The slurry hardens during transport to form a gypsum core. Further, the gypsum board molded body is roughly cut by a rough cutting machine, and the plate body after the rough cutting is introduced into a dryer and cut into product dimensions after forced drying for a predetermined time, thus producing a gypsum board product.
[0004]
Here, the curing time of the slurry is set to a very short time, and the mixing and mixing of the slurry are adjusted so that the slurry is cured in a short time. For this reason, the slurry collection pipe for separating the slurry from the mixing stirrer to the re-stirring machine for adjusting the density of the slurry, etc. It adheres to the inside of the transport pipe and solidifies, and soot is easily generated in these portions. The soot grows in the pipe, increases its size and weight, is detached from the inner wall surface of the pipe and is supplied onto the gypsum board base paper together with the slurry. Gypsum board base paper is easily damaged by such wrinkles, and when this type of wrinkle is supplied onto the gypsum board base paper, the production of the gypsum board must be temporarily interrupted.
[0005]
In order to prevent the generation of such soot, the present applicant has proposed a technique for improving the rotating disk and the pin structure in the mixing stirrer to prevent adhesion of mud in the mixing stirrer (Patent Document 1). . This technique forms the outer peripheral edge of the rotating disk in a circular outline and forms a rear or front bulging part of the pin in the mixing agitator, thereby preventing the stick from adhering to the outer peripheral part of the rotating disk and the pin. Is intended. However, even with such a mixing stirrer, it is difficult to completely prevent soot from adhering to the mixing stirrer, and the slurry that hardens in a short time not only adheres to the mixing stirrer, but also as described above. It adheres in the transport pipe. Therefore, it is not possible to completely prevent the soot from adhering in the transport pipe only by improving the internal structure of the mixing agitator.
[0006]
The applicant of the present application has also proposed a mixing stirrer having a configuration in which an attachment having a through-opening opening is provided at the slurry outlet of the mixing stirrer (Patent Document 2). In this technique, the grid or slit of the attachment functions to prevent the soot generated in the mixing stirrer from flowing into the mud drain. However, this attachment is intended to prevent the outflow of soot from the mixing agitator, and is difficult to function effectively in preventing the soot from adhering in the transport pipe.
[0007]
In addition, a technique for preventing adhesion of a cement mixture, which is a hydraulic material similar to gypsum, into a transportation pipe has been disclosed (Patent Document 3). In this technology, an ultrasonic vibrator is installed on the outer wall of the cement mixture transport pipe, and the cement mixture on the inner wall surface of the pipe is prevented by ultrasonic vibration in the range of 20 to 50 kHz generated by the vibrator. . However, this technology may be effective for transport pipes of cement mixture, but the slurry for gypsum board manufacture has various physical properties such as setting time, viscosity, fluidity, particle size, etc. Completely different. For example, Portland cement has a setting time of more than 1 day, and super fast cementing has a setting time of 2-3 hours, while that of mud is 1-2 minutes. For this reason, the present inventors have confirmed by tests that high-frequency vibrations do not act effectively in the transport pipe.
[0008]
Under these circumstances, one or two workers are stationed to remove the soot as a countermeasure for the soot adhering to the transport pipe. The method of draining straw with mud before it has grown has been adopted for many years.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, it is inefficient and uneconomical for human beings to constantly monitor or wait for piping in order to prevent clogging in the transportation pipe, considering the labor and cost, and human error is generated. In addition, it is difficult to completely deny the overgrowth of soot growth, and it is desirable to take measures to mechanize such work and prevent the soot from sticking into the transport pipe.
[0011]
This invention is made | formed in view of such a subject, The place made into the objective grows the wrinkles adhering in the pipe | tube of a transport pipe, and is supplied on the gypsum board base paper as a comparatively big lump. An object of the present invention is to provide a device and a method for manufacturing a gypsum board that can reliably prevent this.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present inventor has focused on the fact that conventional workers have prevented wrinkling by squeezing the transport pipe with fingers, and the optimum frequency of vibration effective for preventing wrinkling is the high frequency band. As a result of testing the anti-sticking effect by vibrations of various frequencies, assuming that it is in the low frequency band, the optimal anti-sticking by vibrations of frequencies below 1000 Hz, preferably below 500 Hz The present inventors have found that an effect can be obtained, and have completed the present invention based on such knowledge.
That is, the present invention is provided in a gypsum mud transport pipe of a gypsum board manufacturing apparatus composed of a flexible low-rigidity flexible pipe , and prevents the gypsum mud flowing in the gypsum mud transport pipe from adhering to the transport pipe. A fouling prevention device,
A vibration source that generates low-frequency vibrations, and a vibration transmission member interposed between the vibration source and the tube wall of the flexible tube,
The vibration transmitting member is suspended below the excitation source and supports the flexible tube to indirectly connect the excitation source and the flexible tube;
The vibration of the excitation source is transmitted to the flexible tube through the vibration transmitting member, and the flexible tube is vibrated to provide a wrinkle adhesion preventing device.
From another point of view, the present invention provides a gypsum board manufacturing method for manufacturing a gypsum board in which a gypsum core formed by curing gypsum slurry is coated with a lower paper and an upper paper, using the wrinkle adhesion preventing apparatus having the above-described configuration. There is provided a gypsum board manufacturing method characterized by applying vibration to a transport pipe and preventing gypsum slurry in the gypsum slurry transport pipe from adhering to the transport pipe.
[0013]
According to the above configuration of the present invention, the slurry transport pipe is configured to prevent the weight of the vibration source (31, 32, 33, 34, 35) from acting on the low-rigid flexible pipe made of a soft material. A vibration transmission member (64, 65) is interposed between the flexible tube and the vibration source, and the vibration transmission member is suspended below the vibration source. The vibration or excitation force of the excitation source is indirectly transmitted to the pipe wall of the slurry transport pipe through the vibration transmitting member. According to the present invention, the low-frequency vibration transmitted to the transport pipe vibrates the pipe wall, making it difficult for the soot to adhere to the inner wall surface of the transport pipe, and to remove the soot attached to the inner wall surface of the transport pipe at an early stage (that is, It can be detached from the inner wall of the transport tube (before growing into a large mass). The relatively small sized soot is discharged from the slurry discharge pipe onto the gypsum board base paper together with the slurry flowing in the transport pipe, or flows into the re-stirrer from the slurry collection pipe.
[0014]
Therefore, according to the said apparatus and the gypsum board manufacturing method, it can prevent that the soot adhering in the slurry transport pipe grows and is supplied on the gypsum board base paper as a comparatively big lump.
[0015]
In the present invention, “low frequency” means a frequency of 1000 Hz or less, preferably 500 Hz or less.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the frequency is set to a value in the range of 200 to 1000 Hz. More desirably, it is limited to a value within the range of 200 to 500 Hz.
[0017]
Preferably, a substrate (60) for supporting the vibrator (31, 32, 33, 34, 35) constituting the excitation source is provided, and a suspension member (61) for hanging the vibration transmission member is provided. Hanging from the board. More preferably, the vibration transmission member includes a tube holder (65) having an annular portion (67) that goes around the outer periphery of the flexible tube, and the plurality of tube holders are arranged in the tube length direction of the flexible tube. Arranged at intervals.
[0018]
As the mixing stirrer constituting the gypsum board manufacturing apparatus of the present invention, any mixing stirrer can be adopted as long as it can knead each kneaded component to generate a uniform slurry. For example, as the mixing stirrer, a thin circular mixing stirrer called a pin-type mixer can be adopted. This type of mixing agitator generally has a turntable rotatably arranged in a flat circular housing (housing). A plurality of kneading component supply ports are arranged in the central region of the upper lid of the casing, and a plurality of upper pins are attached to the lower surface (inner surface) of the upper lid or upper plate of the casing. The lower pin is attached. The upper and lower pins are alternately arranged in the radial direction of the mixing stirrer, kneading the kneaded components in the housing, and discharging the slurry as a kneaded product from the slurry discharge port onto the gypsum board base paper by the centrifugal force of the rotating disk. As another type of mixing stirrer, for example, a type in which deflection blades are arranged on a rotating disk can be exemplified.
[0019]
As a method of supplying the slurry to the base paper of gypsum board, a method of discharging the entire slurry of the mixing stirrer (main mixing stirrer) onto the lower paper, a part of the slurry from the mixing stirrer, and a re-stirrer (sub-mixing stirring) After adjusting the specific gravity by re-stirring in the machine), discharging to the edge part of the gypsum board base paper, separating a part of the slurry from the mixing stirrer, adjusting the specific gravity by re-stirring with the re-stirrer, then roll A method of thinly coating gypsum board base paper with a coater is known, but the present invention is equally applicable to these gypsum board manufacturing processes. In addition, as a re-stirrer, the slurry in the mixing stirrer is re-stirred so that bubbles in the slurry are appropriately broken or defoamed. The thing of the structure supplied to can be employ | adopted.
[0020]
The mixing stirrer is charged with calcined gypsum, water, and, if necessary, an adhesive and various other additives. The mixing stirrer mixes and stirs these raw materials to produce a homogeneous slurry. As a calcined gypsum, natural gypsum, by-product gypsum and flue gas desulfurization gypsum alone or mixed gypsum obtained by firing in air or water (including in steam) β type, α type hemihydrate gypsum alone or mixed Goods can be used. Examples of the adhesive include known substances such as starch, poval, and CMC. Examples of additives include various water reducing agents, gypsum curing regulators, reinforcing fibers, lightweight aggregates, and the like.
[0021]
【Example】
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG.1 and FIG.2 is the side view and top view which show schematically the structure of a gypsum board manufacturing apparatus.
[0022]
In the conveying line 3 (conveying direction A) of the lower paper 1, a conveying table 3a, a mixing stirrer 4, a roll coater 6, guide members 8a and 8b, scoring devices 9a and 9b, a re-stirrer (submixing stirrer) 11 and forming rollers 20 and 21 are provided. The mixing stirrer 4 includes a drive shaft 40, an outer peripheral wall 41, a circular top plate 42, a circular bottom plate 43, a slurry discharge port 44, and slurry collection ports 45 and 46. A re-stirrer (submixing stirrer) 12, a roll coater 7, and turning rollers 22 and 23 are arranged in the supply path of the upper paper 2.
[0023]
The gypsum board manufacturing apparatus of the present embodiment further includes vibrators 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 that prevent wrinkles in the slurry discharge pipes 5, 15, 16 and the slurry collection pipes 13, 14.
[0024]
3 and 4 are front views of the vibrator showing the attachment structure of the vibrator according to the comparative example .
The vibrators 31 to 35 include a rotor (not shown) that is rotated by compressed air, and includes a pneumatic vibrator that excites vibration of a predetermined frequency by a centrifugal force generated when the rotor rotates. A compressed air supply pipe 50 made of a flexible pipe is connected to the supply port 51. Each of the vibrators 31 to 35 includes a vibrator main body 52 with a built-in rotor, a pair of leg portions 53 extending left and right from the main body 52, and a suspension portion 54 into which all screw bolts and the like can be screwed. The legs 53 of the vibrators 31 to 35 can transmit vibrations to the excitation elements 5 and 13 to 16 by an arbitrary locking means or fixing means such as an adhesive tape, an adhesive, a tightening tool, a wire, a screw, or a fastener. Mounted on. The vibrator main body constituting the excitation source rotates the rotor by the compressed air supplied from the compressed air supply pipe 50, and the leg portion 53 transmits the vibration of the main body 52 to the contacted body, and the vibration element 5 , 13 to 16 are excited.
[0025]
FIG. 3 shows a vibrator 31 attached to the slurry discharge pipe 5 of the mixing stirrer. The slurry discharge pipe 5 is made of a relatively high-rigidity pipe, for example, a hard resin pipe or a metal pipe, and the legs 53 are fixed to the pipe wall 5 a of the slurry discharge pipe 5 and supported by the slurry discharge pipe 5. The vibration of the main body 52 is transmitted to the tube wall 5a via the leg portion 53 and excites the tube wall 5a.
[0026]
FIG. 4 shows vibrators 32 to 24 attached to the slurry collecting tubes 13 and 14 and the slurry discharge tubes 15 and 16. The slurry collection tubes 13 and 14 and the slurry discharge tubes 15 and 16 are made of a relatively low-rigidity flexible tube, for example, a soft resin tube, a rubber tube, or an elastomer tube, and have a rigidity that can support the vibrators 32 to 35. I do not have. For this reason, in order to suspend the vibrators 32 to 35 from a relatively high rigidity upper structure (not shown), the bolt 55 is screwed into the suspension part 54, and the vibrators 32 to 35 are predetermined from the upper structure. Suspend in position.
[0027]
The leg 53 is connected to the pipe wall 13a, 14a, 15a, 16a of the slurry collection pipes 13, 14 and the slurry discharge pipes 15, 16. The vibration of the main body 52 is transmitted to the tube walls 13a, 14a, 15a, and 16a via the leg portion 53 to excite the tube wall.
[0028]
FIGS. 5A and 5B are a front view and a side view of the vibrator showing the attachment structure of the vibrator according to the embodiment of the present invention .
As shown in FIG. 5, the vibrators 31 to 35 for exciting the slurry discharge pipes 5, 15, 16 and the slurry collection pipes 13, 14 are indirectly connected to the pipe walls 5a, 13a, 14a, 15a, 16a. . In the attachment structure shown in FIG. 5, the vibrators 31 to 35 are supported by the substrate 60 attached to the structure of the gypsum board manufacturing apparatus. Legs 53 Ru fixed to the substrate 60. Bolts 61 such as all screw bolts are fixed to the substrate 60 by fastening nuts 62 at the upper ends thereof and hang down from the substrate 60. The lower end portion of the bent bolt 61 passes through the bolt hole of the vibration transmission plate 64. The vibration transmission plate 64 is suspended vertically from the bolt 61 by fastening the nut 63. The bracket 66 of the tube holder 65 is fixed to the vibration transmission plate 64, and the annular portion 67 of the tube holder 65 circulates around the outer periphery of the slurry discharge pipes 5, 15, 16 and the slurry collection pipes 13, 14. And support the tube.
[0029]
The vibration of the main body 52 is transmitted to the tube walls 5a, 13a, 14a, 15a, and 16a via the substrate 60, the bolt 61, the vibration transmission plate 64, and the tube holder 65, thereby exciting the tube.
[0030]
In general, the specific gravity of gypsum board slurry is in the range of about 0.6 to 1.2. As described above, the slurry is a highly fluid material with a setting time set to an extremely short time, and does not include aggregates having a relatively large particle size such as aggregates for concrete or cement mortar (sand, gravel, etc.). The piping of the gypsum board manufacturing apparatus has a relatively small diameter (inner diameter of 100 mm or less, usually an inner diameter of approximately 50 mm or less). In particular, for a pipe having a relatively long pipe length, a pipe having a complicated path, or a pipe having an irregular path, a flexible pipe made of a soft material is generally used as the pipe.
[0031]
According to the test by the present inventor, in order to prevent the soot from adhering under such conditions or to quickly remove the soot attached to the pipe from the pipe wall, a relatively low frequency vibration, particularly 200 to 1000 Hz is used. It was found that vibration in the frequency band of was effective. Therefore, the vibrators 31 to 35 excite vibrations in the frequency band of 200 to 1000 Hz, preferably in the frequency band of 200 to 500 Hz, and the vibrations are discharged from the slurry discharge pipes 5, 15, 16 and the slurry collection pipe 13. , 14.
[0032]
According to the gypsum board manufacturing apparatus configured as described above, the vibrations of the vibrators 31 to 35 are caused by the pipe wall 5a, 15a, 16a of the slurry discharge pipes 5, 15, 16 and further the slurry collection pipes 13, 14 Are transmitted to the tube walls 13a and 14a, and these portions are excited. The vibration of the tube wall propagates to the mud in the tube, increasing the fluidity of the mud. For this reason, soot hardly adheres to the inside of the pipe, and even when the soot adheres to the inside of the pipe, it is detached from the inner wall surface of the pipe relatively early, that is, before the soot attached to the inside of the pipe grows greatly, S ′ and S ″ are discharged together. Thus, according to the gypsum board manufacturing apparatus provided with the vibrators 31 to 35, it is possible to reliably prevent the soot from being supplied as a relatively large lump on the gypsum board base paper. it can.
[0033]
In the above embodiment, the vibrators 31 to 35 are attached to the slurry discharge pipes 5, 15, 16 and the slurry collection pipes 13, 14. You may attach to the pipe line of the edge mixer which supplies the high specific gravity slurry.
[0034]
A plurality of vibrators may be attached to such a mud pipe.
Further, the vibrator is not limited to the pneumatic type, but may be of another type such as an electric type, and a variable frequency control means capable of variably setting the frequency is used as a control system of the vibrator. You may prepare.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
As explained above, according to the soot adhesion preventing device and the gypsum board manufacturing method of the present invention, soot that adheres in the slurry transport pipe grows and is reliably prevented from being supplied as a relatively large lump onto the gypsum board base paper. can do.
