Claims (12)
- 生体電位信号のRFノイズ除去方法であって、
生体電位信号を所定長のエポックに分割するステップと、
前記エポックを2種の異なるアーチファクト特定技術で分析し、分析を行った前記生体電位信号の前記エポックがRFノイズを含んでいるか否かを検出するステップであって、前記エポックを分析する前記2種のアーチファクト特定技術のうち、第1のアーチファクト特定技術がハードウェア検出回路で前記エポックを分析する技術で構成されており、且つ第2のアーチファクト特定技術がデジタル信号処理(DSP)技術で構成されているステップと、
前記2種の異なるアーチファクト特定技術の両方が、前記エポックがRFノイズを含んでいることを検出した場合に、前記エポックがRFノイズを含むものと分類するステップと、
を含んで成ることを特徴とする方法。 - RFノイズを含んでいる前記エポックを前記エポックの前に得られているRFノイズを含まないエポックで交換して、RFノイズを含んでいる前記エポックを生体電位信号から除去するステップをさらに含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記デジタル信号処理(DSP)技術が、高周波ノイズに特徴的なエポックの二乗平均パワーの変動を分析するために前記エポックを解析する技術で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記デジタル信号処理(DSP)技術が、エポックのスルーレートの変動を分析するために前記エポックを解析する技術で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- RFノイズを含んだ前記エポックを除去するステップは、
RFノイズを含まない最新エポックのバッファを維持するステップと、
RFノイズを含んだ前記エポックを、RFノイズを含まない前記バッファに維持された前記エポックと交換するステップと、
を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 - 交換エポックとして使用されたエポックのエッジを調整し、除去エポックの交換に使用されたエポックの最初の値を前エポックの最終値と等しくするステップをさらに含んでいることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 生体電位信号内のRFノイズの存在を検出するシステムであって、
エポック単位で生体電位信号を分析し、RFノイズを含んでいるか否かを決定するRFノイズ検出回路と、
前記生体電位信号の前記エポックがRFノイズを含んでいるか否かを検出するためにデジタル信号処理(DSP)技術を用いて前記エポックを独立して検査する処理装置とを含んでおり、
前記RFノイズ検出回路と前記処理装置との両方で前記エポックがRFノイズを含んでいることが検出された場合に、前記エポックがRFノイズを含むものとして分類し、前記エポックを生体電位信号の前記エポックの前に得られていたRFノイズを含まないエポックで交換し、生体電位信号の中のRFノイズを含んだエポックを除去することで前記生体電位信号を補正することを特徴とするシステム。 - RFノイズ検出回路は、
生体電位信号を取得するための患者リード線にカップリングされた第1ステージトランジスタと、
該第1ステージトランジスタにカップリングされた第2ステージトランジスタと、
を含んでおり、前記第1ステージトランジスタは通常はオン状態であり、前記第2ステージトランジスタをオフ状態に保ち、前記患者リード線を流れる電流がベースバイアス電流を超えると、該第1ステージトランジスタはオフ状態となり、該第2ステージトランジスタはオン状態となってRFノイズの存在を示すことを特徴とする請求項7記載のシステム。 - 処理装置は高周波ノイズに特徴的なエポックの二乗平均パワーの変動を分析するために生体電位信号の前記エポックを検査することを特徴とする請求項7記載のシステム。
- 処理装置はエポックのスルーレートの変動を分析するために生体電位信号の前記エポックを検査することを特徴とする請求項7記載のシステム。
- RFノイズを含まない最新エポックのバッファをさらに含んでおり、前記処理装置はRFノイズを含んだ前記エポックを前記バッファに維持された前記RFノイズを含まないエポックと交換することを特徴とする請求項7記載のシステム。
- 処理装置は交換エポックとして使用されたエポックのエッジを調整し、除去エポックの交換に使用されたエポックの最初の値を前エポックの最終値と等しくすることを特徴とする請求項7記載のシステム。
