BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container sterilization apparatus for pre-sterilizing the inner and outer surfaces of a container being transported toward the filling / sealing process by spraying a sterilizing agent and blowing hot air, in particular, for such a container sterilization apparatus, The present invention relates to a method for cleaning the apparatus by spraying a liquid such as a cleaning liquid or rinse water from above when the apparatus is not in operation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A cup-shaped container made of paper or plastic (hereinafter referred to as a cup container) is transported in a sterile area where an atmosphere of high air cleanliness that is nearly aseptic is maintained, with a hole for inserting the container. When the container is filled with the contents while being transported while being held at a predetermined interval by a conveyor (retainer), the container opening is sealed and is being transported toward the filling and sealing process by the transport conveyor. It has been conventionally practiced to sterilize both the inner and outer surfaces of the empty container with a sterilizing agent such as hydrogen peroxide, and specifically, it has a high air cleanliness that is almost aseptic. In the clean booth where the atmosphere is maintained, the sterilizing agent (hydrogen peroxide solution, etc.) in the form of gas from the top and bottom of the container is transferred to the cup container being transported for the filling and sealing process. Both inside and outside The empty container before filling is removed by drying and removing the sterilizing agent adhering to the surface of the container by spraying hot air with heated sterile air (air with high cleanliness that is nearly aseptic). It has been conventionally known to sterilize in advance (see

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, regarding the sterilization of the container in the aseptic filling line of the conventionally known cup container as described above, when the container sterilization apparatus is washed after the filling operation is finished, conventionally, in the clean booth which is an aseptic area, After pre-washing the device by spraying rinse water, spraying alkaline cleaning liquid to clean the device, spraying rinse water again to wash away the cleaning liquid adhering to the device, and then heating the sterile air The apparatus is dried with hot air. When cleaning such a container sterilizer, the spray nozzle for spraying the sterilizing agent toward the container and the drying nozzle for spraying hot air toward the container have cleaning liquid and rinse water in the piping. After spraying rinse water for washing away the washing liquid in the aseptic filling area without being flowed, it is dried by hot air of aseptic air flowing in the aseptic filling area.
[0005]
In addition, when the day after the completion of the filling operation is a holiday, when washing the container sterilization apparatus, after rinsing water is sprayed and the alkaline cleaning liquid adhering to the apparatus is washed away, an acidic cleaning liquid is further added. After spraying and washing with rinse water, the apparatus is dried with hot air. And before operating the line, after the apparatus is further heated with the hot air of sterile air against the cleaned sterilization apparatus, the sterilizing agent (hydrogen peroxide solution) is sprayed on the apparatus, The sterilizing state of the apparatus is ensured by drying and removing the sterilizing agent attached to the apparatus with hot air.
[0006]
In the cleaning of container sterilization equipment installed in the aseptic filling line of such cup containers, a nozzle for spraying a sterilizing agent on the outer surface side of the container and a nozzle for blowing hot air of sterile air on the outer surface side of the container are In order to perform spraying and spraying upward from the bottom side of the container, the nozzle is opened upward, whereas the container sterilizer is sprayed with cleaning liquid and rinse water from above as described above When the cleaning liquid or rinsing water enters the inside of the nozzle that opens upward, and the apparatus is then dried with hot air, the cleaning liquid or rinsing water that has entered the nozzle deposits. As a result, the nozzle may be corroded or the nozzle may be clogged.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems. Specifically, a container sterilizing apparatus that sprays a sterilizing agent or sprays hot air on the inner and outer surfaces of a cup container is used to clean the apparatus. Another object is to prevent the cleaning liquid and the rinsing water from entering the nozzle.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a container sterilizer that sprays a sterilizing agent on the inner and outer surfaces of a container being transported and then removes the sterilizing agent adhered to the container by blowing hot air. As a method for cleaning by spraying the liquid from above when not in operation, at least one of the nozzles provided in the apparatus for spraying a bactericidal agent or spraying hot air, and a nozzle that opens upward, From the start of cleaning to the completion of cleaning, the air cleaned in a substantially aseptic condition is ejected from the nozzle.
[0009]
According to the above method, when cleaning the apparatus, even if the nozzle of the apparatus opens upward, air is blown from the nozzle from the start of cleaning to the completion of cleaning. In addition, a liquid such as a cleaning liquid or rinse water sprayed for cleaning does not enter the inside of the nozzle.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a cleaning method for a container sterilizer according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In addition, about one Embodiment of this invention, FIG. 1 shows the whole aseptic filling line of a cup container roughly, FIG. 2 shows the principal part of the internal / external surface sterilizer installed in the aseptic filling line of a cup container. FIG. 3 shows the state of arrangement of the disinfectant spray nozzle piping, the cleaning nozzle piping, etc. in the disinfectant spray area of the inner and outer surface sterilizers. FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of a part of the piping of the disinfectant spray nozzle.
[0011]
In this embodiment, aseptic filling lines for cup containers, as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of containers (not shown) separated from the stacked state and supplied to the lines are conveyed by a conveyer (retainer) 3. While continuously transporting in rows (for example, 7 rows as shown in FIG. 3), the apparatus 4 for detecting the overlap of the containers and separating and removing the overlapped containers and the static electricity from the containers were removed and adhered to the containers. After passing through the device 5 for removing dust by vacuum, the sterilizing agent is attached to the inner surface of the container, then dried with hot air and cooled with aseptic air, and the sterilizing agent is attached to both the inside and outside of the container. Then, after sequentially passing through the inner and

As for the transport of cup containers in the aseptic filling line, it is efficient to use multi-row transport in which a plurality of containers are simultaneously advanced in the width direction as described above, but in some cases, single-row transport may be used. In addition, filling and sealing may be performed in a horizontal row (one in the case of single row conveyance) one by one in the width direction, or a plurality in each of the conveyance direction and the width direction (in the single row conveyance, a plurality in the conveyance direction). However, in any case, in order to temporarily stop the conveyance of the container when filling or sealing, the container is conveyed so as to progress intermittently.
[0015]
Moreover, about the conveyance conveyor used for conveyance of a cup container, it is a thing of the structure known widely conventionally, and has the function of the retainer (holding tool) which hold | maintains each cup container at predetermined intervals, Although not shown, the cup container is fitted into a plurality of holes provided at predetermined intervals in the width direction and the length direction of the transfer conveyor, and the opening flange portion at the upper end of the cup container is transferred to the transfer conveyor. The belt conveyor is configured to convey a large number of cup containers at predetermined intervals while being placed on a surface.

The specific structures of the gasification chamber and the heating chamber for heating the mist-like disinfectant mixed through the two-fluid nozzle and evaporating it into a gaseous state are not particularly limited and are implemented as an appropriate structure. However, in this embodiment, the inner pipe is formed as a double pipe structure with an inner pipe and an outer pipe at an appropriate position of the pipe for the disinfectant spray nozzle piped downstream from the two-fluid nozzle. The gas supply chamber is used as the gas supply chamber, and the space between the inner tube and the outer tube is a heating chamber. The space between the inner tube and the outer tube is passed through the inside of the inner tube through hot steam. By heating, the mist-like disinfectant in the sterilized air fed to the disinfectant spray nozzle through the inside of the inner tube is changed to a gaseous disinfectant.

【The invention's effect】
According to the cleaning method of the container sterilization apparatus of the present invention as described above, when cleaning the apparatus by spraying a liquid such as cleaning liquid or rinse water from above, the nozzle of the apparatus opens upward. However, no liquid such as cleaning liquid or rinsing water is allowed to enter the nozzle, and as a result, the liquid that has entered the nozzle dries and remains in the nozzle, resulting in corrosion of the nozzle. Or nozzle clogging can be prevented.
