Description

【0001】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described below.
The replacement time detection device incorporating a light emitter such as an LED (light emitting diode) used in the present invention is a device in which a detection unit made of a light emitter such as an LED and an alarm unit are connected by a lead wire, and is used for organic gas. This is a device that issues an alarm when the time for replacement of the absorber is approaching and that the time for replacement is near, and informs the wearer by means of a light emitter. And this apparatus is attached to the arbitrary places of the gas mask which a wearer can easily see, for example, the side of the string of the gas mask.
In the present invention, as another replacement time detection device, a device having an adapter with a built-in sensor is used. As the sensor, a sensor composed of a hot-wire semiconductor sensor or the like, which issues an alarm when the breakthrough time is reached is preferable. The sensor is preferably screwed into the adapter.
The output of the sensor used is preferably an output that reacts with 10 to 30 ppm of toluene for general coating. Table 1 shows an example of the ratio of the time for issuing an alarm for the breakthrough time of various organic substances. The ratio of the time for issuing an alarm for the breakthrough time is expressed by equation (1), and the breakthrough time measurement conditions in equation (1) conform to the national test.
