Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a washing place for a unit bath, and more particularly, is a washing place that is applied to a unit bath having a barrier-free structure, and a groove having a specific structure for extending a wall or a door on the periphery. The present invention relates to a unit bath washing place that can further improve the workability.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As is well known, the unit bath is a durable and waterproof bathroom in which main members are integrally formed of FRP or the like, and a washing place is provided adjacent to the bathtub, and walls and doors are provided around the bathtub and the washing place. It has a built-in structure. Most modern unit baths have a so-called barrier-free structure in which the step at the entrance and exit of the bathroom is designed to be 20 mm or less.
[0003]
In the above-mentioned barrier-free unit bath, the wash floor has a structure in which the walls and doors are raised from a position lower than the floor of the wash floor, because the step at the entrance / exit is made smaller with the lower frame (sash) of the door attached. (Resin molded product) must be used. Specifically, it is a washing place in which the planar shape is formed in a substantially plate shape having a rectangular shape, and a groove for building a wall or a door on the periphery of three sides excluding one side adjacent to the bathtub is more than the floor of the washing place. Those projecting at low heights are used (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-71926
When constructing the washing place as described above, the walls and doors are installed as shown in FIGS. FIGS. 5 to 8 are diagrams showing the structure of the walls and doors around the washing area in the unit bath having a barrier-free structure, and FIG. 5 is a plan view showing an example of the arrangement of the walls and doors of a general unit bath. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a structure of a corner of a conventional washing place and a support member used in the construction of a wall. FIG. 7 is a view showing a corner of a conventional washing place with a wall built. FIG. 8 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a state in which a wall is built in the peripheral groove of the washing place.
[0006]
That is, in the unit bath, as shown in FIG. 5, the walls (3) and doors (4) are arranged on the outer periphery of the bathtub (2) and the bathtub (2), but are not adjacent to the bathtub (2). Grooves (12) for building the walls (3) and doors (4) are projected on the periphery of the three sides of (1), and such grooves (12) are as shown in FIG. In addition, the height is set to be lower than the floor surface of the washing place (1).
[0007]
Therefore, for example, when building the wall (3), in order to adjust the height with the lower frame of the door, to securely support the lower end of the wall (3) and to accurately stand the wall (3), For example, an elongated support member (5) having a substantially square shape is disposed in the groove (12) as a spacer and a base material, and the corner portion of the groove (12) corresponding to the corner portion (protruding corner portion) of the washing place (1). In this case, a block-shaped corner portion supporting member (7) whose planar shape is substantially L-shaped is disposed as a spacer and a base material. 7 and 8, in the construction of the corner of the washing place (1), the support member (5) and the corner support member (7) are used, for example, the wall (3) from two directions. Build.
[0008]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, a protrusion (53) and a protrusion (73) are provided on the upper surfaces of the support member (5) and the corner support member (7), respectively, and the lower end of the wall (3). The wall (3) can be accurately built by previously forming the fitting groove (35) to be fitted to the projection (53) and the projection (73). In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, after the wall (3) is arranged, a columnar corner member (not shown) is erected on the outer corner of the corner support member (7), and the wall (3) Reinforce the butted parts of the side edges.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the washing place (1) as described above, a groove (12) is provided over three sides to appropriately determine the position of the door according to the installation situation of the unit bath. In the construction of the corner portion of the groove (12) corresponding to the corner portion (protruding corner portion), in order to prevent accumulation of water and to erect the corner member, the corner portion supporting member (7 ) Must be arranged, resulting in an increase in the number of attached members and a lack of workability.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is a washing place applied to a unit bath having a barrier-free structure. It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved unit bath washing place that can improve the quality of the bath.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the washing place applied to a unit bath having a barrier-free structure, the present invention projects a groove for building a wall or door on the periphery of the three sides at a height lower than the washing place floor, In order to prevent and set up the corner member, the bulging portion as the end of each groove outside the protruding corner portion of the washing floor that constitutes both ends of the other side portion parallel to the one side portion adjacent to the bathtub Was projected in advance. In addition, by forming the rising portion of the bulging portion so as to be separated from the protruding corner portion, cracks and deformations that occur during molding are prevented, and dimensional accuracy is improved.
[0012]
That is, the gist of the present invention is a washing place installed adjacent to a bathtub in a unit bath having a barrier-free structure, the planar shape is formed in a substantially plate shape of a square as an integrally molded product of resin, and the bathtub Grooves for building walls or doors are formed on the periphery of the three sides excluding the adjacent one side at a height lower than the wash floor, and are parallel to the one side adjacent to the bathtub. In addition, a bulging portion that constitutes a terminal end of each groove is provided on the outside of the protruding corner portion of the washing floor that constitutes both ends of the other one side, and the rising portion of the bulging portion is The unit bath is in a state of being separated from the protruding corner.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of a unit bath washing place according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an appearance of a washing place of a unit bath according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a structure of a corner portion in a washing place of a unit bath according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a structure of a corner portion in another example of a washing place for a unit bath according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a corner portion in a washing place of a unit bath according to the present invention in a state where a wall is built. 1 to 4, the same parts as those in the prior art are indicated by the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 5 to 8, and FIGS. 5, 6, and 8 are used in the following description of the embodiments. . Also, the washing place of the unit bath is abbreviated as “washing place”.
[0014]
The washing place of the present invention indicated by reference numeral (1) in the drawing is a washing place applied to a unit bath having a barrier-free structure, and is installed adjacent to the bathtub (2) as shown in FIG. As with the bathtub (2), the washing place (1) is usually formed as an integrally molded product by FRP molding methods such as sheet mold compound, resin transfer molding, and hand layup using a heat resistant resin. In addition, although not shown in figure, normally, in a unit bath, an apron is started up from one side of the washing place (1) facing the bathtub (2) to the front of the bathtub (2).
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 1, the washing place (1) is formed in a substantially plate shape having a rectangular shape such as a rectangle in the plan view. For example, the washing place (1) is substantially at the center near one side of the washing place adjacent to the bathtub (2). A drain port (11) is provided. Further, the washing floor (10) of the washing place (1) has a drainage gradient that is inclined downward toward the drainage port (11). And in order to apply for barrier-free construction, a groove for building a wall (3) or a door (4) (see FIG. 5) on the periphery of the three sides excluding the one side on the bathtub (2) side. (12) is overhanged at a height lower than the washing floor (10).
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 2, the groove (12) overhanging the peripheral edge of the three sides of the washing place (1) is the above-mentioned when the frame material (sash) for installing the door (4) is installed. The frame member is provided at a position lower than the washing floor surface (10) by the height of the frame material so that the upper end surface of the frame material is substantially the same height as the washing floor surface (10). Specifically, the position of the bottom surface of the groove (12) is set to a position lower by about 20 to 35 mm than the wash floor surface (10). The width of the groove (12) is designed to be large enough to fit the frame material, but is usually about 15 to 30 mm.
[0017]
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3, the water return (13) may be stood | started up in the outer periphery of each groove | channel (12) of the three sides of the washing place (1). Such a water return (13) is usually raised to a height higher than the wash floor (10). As described above, when the water return (13) is raised, even if water leaks from the frame of the door (4) or the base of the wall (3), it flows out from the groove (12) to the outside. Therefore, the waterproof property for the floor side of the housing can be further enhanced.
[0018]
In the washing place (1) of the present invention, in order to improve the workability at the corner, that is, to improve the workability when building the wall (3) or the door (4), as shown in FIG. 2) The corner of the wash floor (10) that constitutes both ends of the other side (the long side on the side without the drain port (11) in FIG. 1) that is parallel to the one side adjacent to 2) A bulging portion (16) that constitutes a terminal end of each groove (12) protrudes from the outer side of the groove.
[0019]
The bulging part (16) is a part formed integrally with the groove (12) at the time of forming the washing place (1), prevents accumulation of water at the end of each groove (12), and is a wall. (3) and the door (4) are provided in order to erect a columnar corner member as described above at the abutting portion of the door (4). The shape of the bulging portion (16) is not particularly limited as long as it constitutes the end of the groove (12) and the above-mentioned corner member can be erected, but usually the planar shape of the bulging portion (16) is: As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, it is formed in a substantially square shape.
[0020]
The height of the bulging part (16) is such that the side edges of the wall (3) or the side edges of the wall (3) and the vertical frame of the door (4) face each other from two directions, and a corner member is attached to the butt part. Therefore, the height is approximately the same as the wash floor (10). That is, the rising height of the bulging portion (16) from the bottom of the groove (12) is set to about 20 to 35 mm.
[0021]
By the way, since the bulging portion (16) is approximately the same height as the washing floor (10), it should be formed continuously with the washing floor (10) when the washing area (1) is formed. Is also possible. However, as a result of various studies, when the bulging portion (16) is formed continuously with the washing floor (10), the washing floor (10) side and the bulging portion (16) are extremely small. Since the cross-sectional area is connected at a substantially linear portion, it has been confirmed that deformation occurs due to insufficient amount of resin during molding, and cracks are likely to occur at the connection portion during mold opening.
[0022]
Therefore, in the washing place (1) of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the rising part of the bulging part (16) is formed in a state separated from the protruding corner part of the washing place floor (10). It is important that That is, the bulging portion (16) is separated from the protruding corner of the washing floor (10) when viewed in plan. In other words, the bulging portion (16) is raised from the ends of the two grooves (12), and when the plan view is viewed, the bulging portion (16) is formed in a substantially square shape, and the wash floor (10) protrudes. A portion corresponding to a corner portion close to the corner portion is configured to be separated from the protruding corner portion, and a gap (17) is formed between the protruding corner portion and the bulging portion (16) of the washing floor (10). ) Is provided. The size (minimum gap distance) of the gap (17) between the protruding corner of the washing floor (10) and the bulging portion (16) is usually about 3 to 10 mm in consideration of the end position of the groove (12). It is said.
[0023]
In the unit bath to which the washing place (1) of the present invention is applied, the wall (3) and the door (4) are installed around the bathtub (2) and the washing place (1) as shown in FIG. Is done. And when installing a wall (3) and a door (4) in the periphery of a washing place (1), a supporting member (5) as shown in FIG. 6 is used. For example, in order to build the wall (3) from two directions at the corner of the washing place (1), as shown in FIG. 4, the support member (5) is inserted into each groove (12) and bulges from the two directions. After arrange | positioning so that each support member (5) may be pressed against each side end surface of a part (16), a wall (3) is installed on it. Further, a columnar corner member as described above is erected on the upper portion of the bulging portion (16) to reinforce the abutting portion between the side edges of the wall (3). As described above, for example, the shape and structure shown in FIGS. 6 and 8 can be adopted as the shape of the support member (5) and the attachment structure of the lower end of the wall (3).
[0024]
As described above, the washing place (1) according to the present invention has a bulging portion (16) projecting outside the protruding corner of the washing place floor surface (10), and projecting from the peripheral edges of the three sides. (3) or because the end of the groove (12) in which the door (4) is built is constituted by the bulging part (16), in the construction of the wall (3) or the door (4), There is no need for an attachment member to be arranged, and the construction can be performed with fewer attachment members, for example, an attachment member such as the support member (5). Moreover, the washing place (1) of the present invention is formed in a state in which the rising portion of the bulging portion (16) is separated from the protruding corner of the washing place floor surface (10), that is, the washing place floor surface (10 ), The gap (17) is provided between the protruding corner and the bulging portion (16), so that there is no cracking or deformation during molding, and molding can be performed with higher strength and higher dimensional accuracy. Therefore, when the washing place (1) of the present invention is used, the workability can be further improved when the wall (3) and the door (4) are built, and as a result, the construction cost is further increased. It can be reduced.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
According to the washing place of the unit bath according to the present invention, the bulging portion protrudes outside the protruding corner portion of the washing place floor surface, and the groove or the wall or door is erected on each of the three side edges. Since the end is constituted by the bulging part, there is no need for an attachment member arranged at the corner part, and the rising part of the bulging part is formed in a state separated from the protruding corner part of the washing floor, Since there is no crack or deformation at the time of molding and molding can be performed with higher strength and higher dimensional accuracy, the workability can be further improved in the construction of walls and doors.
