【0001】
【0016】
{全体構成の説明}
【0019】
{消化槽26の説明}
【0021】
{室内灯28及び人感センサ30の説明}
【0022】
{シャッタ機構の説明}
【0023】
{攪拌機構34の説明}
【0031】
{攪拌動作の説明}
【0038】
{シャッタ部材32の位置制御の説明}
【0045】
{加熱機構26の説明}
【0050】
{排気機構72の説明}
【0051】
{除湿機構80の説明}
【0058】
{制御機構90の説明}
【0062】
{制御機構90における制御動作の説明}
【0063】
{メインルーチンの説明}

【0077】
{ステップS36における入室時制御の制御手順の説明}
【0085】
{ステップS44における退室時制御の制御手順の説明}
【0090】
{ステップS46における除湿制御の制御手順の説明}

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a temporary toilet provided, for example, in a part of a factory, or temporarily installed in a construction site, a park or the like, and provided to a worker, a worker, or a visitor's supplement (defecation / urination).
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various temporary toilets have been developed and put into practical use. Here, since the conventional temporary toilet is designed to collect manure discharged in the digestion tank, it is necessary to periodically extract the manure, and a problem that bad odor is generated from the collected manure is pointed out. Yes.
[0003]
In particular, it has been extremely difficult to install a conventional temporary toilet in a factory due to the necessity of the above-described pumping, and the installation space is limited or the problem of bad odor. For this reason, when installing a factory, it is necessary to install a sewage device in advance, which is expensive, and in a factory without sewage equipment, the clerk should install a toilet in a distant office building, for example. Therefore, it has been pointed out that it takes a long time to leave the factory site, making it difficult to respond in an emergency.
[0004]
From this point of view, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-179447 (published on July 7, 1998), there is no need for pumping and less foul odor generation using a wooden chip for manure treatment. A toilet has been developed and put into practical use. The temporary toilet described in this publication is configured to heat the digestion tank as a whole so that the microorganisms of the wood chip for excrement treatment housed in the digestion tank can sufficiently act.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the conventional temporary toilet, the activity of microorganisms is promoted by heating the entire digestion tank, and feces and urine are surely decomposed, but moisture contained in urine is not decomposed. It will remain in the digester. That is, when the frequency of use is high, the manure put in the digester is decomposed by microorganisms that inhabit the wood chip for manure treatment, but the moisture content of the wood chip for manure treatment in the digester When it becomes high, decomposition | disassembly efficiency falls and there exists a possibility that manure may remain without being decomposed | disassembled. Thus, if manure remains as it is, a bad odor will be generated, and a solution has been desired.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to ensure that the moisture in the wood chip for manure treatment in the digester is evaporated and to maintain the moisture content optimally. It is to provide a temporary toilet that can be used.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems and achieve the object, a temporary toilet according to the present invention includes a housing in which a person can enter and exit, a toilet installed in the housing, A digestion tank disposed in communication with the lower part of the toilet, a wooden chip for manure processing housed in the digestion tank and inhabited by microorganisms for digesting manure, and this wooden chip for manure processing Stirring means for stirring and heating means for heating the digestion tank As an electric heater attached to the lower surface of the bottom plate of the digester and heating the bottom plate And a temporary toilet Because , Works intermittently, Hot air is blown into the digester from above The Dehumidifying means for promoting evaporation of moisture in wood chip for manure treatment Dehumidifying means for introducing warm air heated by the electric heater into the digestion tank Is further provided.

{Explanation of control procedure of entrance control in step S36}

Thereafter, 15 seconds after the photocoupler 68 outputs the “ON signal” is waited (step S36F), and after 15 seconds, one pulse is output as a toilet use confirmation signal (step S36G), which will be described later. Input to the dehumidification command counter calculation value (N) as an addition value. The dehumidification command counter calculation value (N) is set so as to be stored in the RAM 96, and can be read out at an arbitrary timing.
[0081]
After this, the photocoupler 68 waits for 30 minutes after the output of the “on signal” (step S36H), and after 30 minutes, the “on signal” continues to be output. One pulse is output as a human sensor abnormality signal (step S36I). This human sensor abnormality signal is also set to be stored in the RAM 96, and can be read as human sensor abnormality information at an arbitrary timing.
[0082]
This is a situation in which the “ON signal” continues to be output for 30 minutes or more is a situation that cannot be assumed from the normal use mode. It is set to output a human sensor abnormal signal in order to manage the abnormal state, such as whether it is unfairly in 12 or an unexpected article etc. is illegally accommodated in the

{Description of control procedure of dehumidification control in step S46}
Finally, with reference to FIG. 11, the control procedure of the dehumidification control in step S46 described above will be described in detail as a subroutine.
[0091]
When the dehumidification control is started, first, a calculation operation of the dehumidification command counter calculation value (N) is executed (step S46A). In this calculation operation, the above-described toilet use confirmation signal is calculated in the added state with respect to the value (N), and a ventilation dehumidification time signal and a natural evaporation time signal to be described later are calculated in the subtracted state with respect to the value (N). To do. This value (N) must be reset when exchanging the wood chip CP for excrement processing due to its nature. In order to prevent an erroneous reset operation, this reset operation is performed by the keyboard. It is set to be executed by continuously pressing a reset switch provided in 100 for a predetermined time (for example, 10 seconds) or longer.
[0092]
Thereafter, it is determined whether or not this value (N) has become 25 or more (step S46B). When it is determined that the value (N) is less than 25, the use prohibition lamp (red) of the display panel is turned off (step S46C). On the other hand, when it is determined that the value (N) is 25 or more, the use prohibition lamp (red) of the display panel is turned on (step S46E).
[0093]
Thereafter, it is determined whether or not the value (N) is within a range of 8 to 9999 (substantially 8 or more) (step S46G). If it is determined that the value (N) is not within the above range, the dehumidification cycle is turned off (step S46H), and the dehumidification cycle is not started. Then, one pulse is output as a natural evaporation time signal (step S46I), and is input as a subtraction value to the above-described dehumidification command counter calculation value (N). And the switching temperature for heat insulation of the
[0094]
On the other hand, when it is determined in step S46G described above that the value (N) is within the range of 8 to 9999, the dehumidification cycle is set to ON (step S46K), and the dehumidification cycle is started. Then, the status display lamp (1) is turned on (step S46L) to display that the dehumidification cycle is being executed.

Here, the operation data is specified as information shown in Table 1, and the abnormal frequency data is specified as information shown in Table 2.

[Table 2]
[0104]
These data are set to be updated every 24 hours and stored again in order using a shift register. As a result, the data at the time of reading represents data for 24 hours from the latest update time to the present time. Here, in Tables 1 and 2, “X days ago” means X days before expressed in terms of the number of days in 24-hour units starting from the latest update time. Is displayed in the current value. In these Tables 1 and 2, “DM” indicates the number of the data memory, and 14 addresses are assigned to each storage item.
[0105]
Here, the “total time” data in Table 1 is data indicating the time when the data was updated, and the “toilet use count” data is the toilet use in step S36G in the subroutine for entering control in step S36. This is data indicating the number of times the confirmation signal is updated in the addition state every time one pulse is output. The “dehumidification time” data is data indicating the time during which the dehumidification cycle is turned on in step S46K in the dehumidification control subroutine of step S46, and “dehumidification command counter count value (N)” data. Is data indicating the value calculated in step S46A.
[0106]
Further, the “power cutoff” data in Table 2 is data indicating the number of times the power switch 104 is turned off, and the “overload / shutter abnormality” data is a cause of overload or the like caused by rotation of the
[0107]
Thus, in this embodiment, by knowing the operation status data and abnormality occurrence frequency data for the past 14 days, the cause of the failure is due to the mechanism / control device itself, or It is easy to determine whether it is a mistake in human use or whether it is deliberately paid, and it will be possible to reliably take countermeasures for the subsequent failure. It is possible to clearly identify the responsibility of the party, and the effect of preventing the occurrence of unnecessary disputes can be achieved.
