本発明は、装飾的要素を具えた街灯に関する。

これまでに、装飾的要素を加えた街灯は、種々提案されている。
実開昭５９−７９９０２には、飾り物が街灯本体に取り付けられた、単純な飾り付街路灯が示されている。

特開昭６１−２６４６０１，特開昭６１−５５８０１には、整流装置で透明ケ−シング内の飾り回転体を回わす照明器具が示されている。
しかしこの方式は、飾り回転体の回転動作が自然条件に左右され、また個々の飾り回転体が規則的な回転動作の繰返しのため面白さに乏しく、言換えると飽きがくるという難点がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、これらの従来技術と異なり、マグネットの働きで個々の人形類が不規則擦り動作を繰返し、その変化動作が、通行人に楽しみと夢を与え、また心を癒し、街をメルヘン的世界にかえる装飾外灯を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明は、固定支柱２を有する筒状支柱１と、その筒状支柱１の上部に支持板３を介して固定される、底面中央部を非磁性板５で形成し且つ底面周縁部に換気孔６を設けた透明状灯室４と、前記筒状支柱１の天端に軸装され前記透明状灯室４の非磁性板５の外部に近接してモ−タＭの駆動で透明状灯室４の底面に沿って該底面中央部を中心に点状に配着されたマグネットが円運動する回転マグネットウィング７と、この回転マグネットウィング７に対応して前記透明状灯室４内の非磁性板５の上面に載置された球状のマグネット足８ａ付き人形類８とで構成した装飾街灯である。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１において、１が固定支柱２を有する筒状支柱で、その筒状支柱１の上部に支持板３を介して、上部に照明具９を備え周面が透明窓４ａである透明状灯室４が固定される。
その透明状灯室４の底面中央部は非磁性板５としてガラス板で形成され、底面周縁部には換気孔６が配設されている。
また前記筒状支柱１の天端には、前記透明状灯室４の非磁性板５の外部に近接させて、モ−タＭの駆動で透明状灯室４の底面に沿って該底面中央部を中心に点状に配着されたマグネットが円運動する回転マグネットウィング７が軸装され、この回転マグネットウィング７に対応して前記透明状灯室４内の非磁性板５の上面に球状のマグネット足８ａ付き人形類８が載置される。
さらに透明状灯室４を支える支持板３には、メロディ−発生装置１３が具えられる。

なお図中１２は、上記照明具９、モ−タＭ、メロディ−発生装置１３の配線を束ねた電源コ−ドであり、この電源コ−ド１２は、筒状支柱１内に挿通され固定支柱２部分に内蔵された制御盤１０を介して外部に導出されている。制御盤１０おいて１４はタイマ−、１５はコンデンサ−、１６はブレ−カ−である。

【発明の作用】
今図１において、電源コ−ド１２の差込みプラグ１２ａをコンセント（図示していない）に差込んでおき、タイマ−１４を設定する。その設定形式は、夜であれば照明具９、モ−タＭ、メロディ−発生装置１３の時限設定を、昼であればモ−タＭ、メロディ−発生装置１３の時限設定をしておく。

設定入力により、夜であれば照明具９が点灯するとともにモ−タＭ及びメロディ−発生装置１３が始動する。
すると、伝達手段を介してマグネットウィング７の点状に配着されたマグネットが透明状灯室４の底面に沿って該底面中央部を中心に円運動させられ、それに伴って透明状灯室４の非磁性板５に載置された球状のマグネット足８ａ付き人形類８が、マグネットウィング７の回転磁気作用により不規則に擦り動作をして、恰も演舞しているかのように見える。そしてこの演舞に添えてメロディ−発生装置１３から可愛いメロディ−が流れる。
透明状灯室４の底面周縁部には換気孔６が配設されているので、雨天等の気象条件による透明窓の曇が防止される。
なお、昼間においては、照明具９が点灯されないようにすることはもちろんである。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上のようで、これを街路や街角などに立設することにより、老若男女を問わず通行人に楽しみと夢を与え、また心を癒し、街をメルヘン的世界に様変わりさせる。
喧騒・殺伐とした現代人の心に、豊かな灯を点すまことに有益な発明である。
